We drive 20 miles from Doral to have dinner at WholeFoods Pines Blvd but once we arrive we notice that there was no vegetables o almost nothing to eat. very disappointed to see how this place is working. I ask the employees what was going on....and told me that they have labor shortages, but the salary is not raised, and the ones working there are squeezed to do everything. Nothing like the culture of Amazon, of operations performance and innovation. None of that here folks...think twice before driving there. see the images of todays food center isles

My issue with this Whole Foods has to be the quality of Fruits and Vegetables in this area. It just seems like the person in charge of that section doesn’t try their best to stock up on good quality because if you visit a different location, most of the time they have good abundance of fruit and vegetables with great quality. If they could be better I’d be very grateful because I don’t wanna drive to Davie to get better quality items.

I have been using this WholeFoods since it opened. The best part for me is that it is close by, and it is is so easy to order groceries on my Amazon app and pick them up. The staff is always friendly when picking up my groceries every week. The negative to this place is, I once got food poisoning from their hot food bar. The coffee bar is apparently not open on Monday’s and Tuesdays because the one person they have to work it is off on those days. Also, the fresh desserts are not so good, way over sweet and stale tasting. Other Whole Foods I have been to have way better dessert and selections.

I love shopping at whole foods. Sometimes I only walk out with 3 items and spend like $100. But the items are needed, and pretty good quality for the price. The store is easy to navigate. If you need help many are more than happy to do so. Great shopping experience.

I love Whole Foods and most of the Whole Foods I've been to are very clean and well stocked with friendly staff. This one the staff was average and just seemed to be going through the motions. What got me was the lack of food at the hot food bar at 5 o'clock in the afternoon and the place looked a bit worn down and not as clean as I'm used to with most of the Whole Foods. They really need to retrain their staff and need to fix up the place and they should have a better stocked hot food area.

I have been to this location more than half a dozen times in a week. Unfortunately, every time I have gone to the bakery section by the cold items, they are out of a lot of things, and the most disappointing part of this, besides not having what you are looking for, is when you try to get someone's attention they seem short and bothered by you. There is no hello; There is "we are out," and walk away. On the other hand, if you pass by the Pizza section, a tall African American gentleman always greets everyone even if you are not interested. Whoever is managing this store or department should look into this.

I’ve been living in Pembroke Pines for many years and this Whole Foods is nothing now of what it used to be. - Tables to eat outside: They are ALWAYS dirty. Unfortunately people starting to feed the birds and now you get the birds all over you if you have food. - Tables to eat inside: It’s very crowded. It was nice there years ago but now there’s Amazon. I understand businesses change and we have to accommodate base on the changes, so now the table to eat inside are not appropriate there. - Amazon Returns: You found the worst place to allocate them. It is extremely inconvenient seeing a huge line of people for amazon returns, then amazon shoppers passing by, also the people trying to go to the restrooms, and on top of that, people eating there. The logistic is very bad. Amazon return was better at the store entrance. - Pick Up Orders Parking Lot: You only have 2 spots for the high demand of customers getting pick up orders. The sign is NOT visible. Other places have their pick up spaces very noticeable. I have seen people parking there to go to the store, and they don’t notice the pick up sign. Please see Walmart, Publix, Walgreens, Aldi, and many others, they have the sign big, visible and in the middle, not in a corner of the parking space. - Shortage of Employees: Not enough employees stocking the shelves on the floor. Every time I go I have to get someone to reach an item all the way to the top in the shelve. Very inconvenient. - Deli Service: Very slow, sometimes I have to wait 5 mins for an employee to show up at the deli. - Cafe Place: People are nice but they really need more help in there. There should be at least two people in the Cafe. Comparing to other Whole Foods stores, the Cafe place has a lot of activity and many customers feel excited to go to the Cafe area while in Pembroke Pines the Cafe looks empty and dead. Not too many customers get motivated to get to the Cafe. Must be because it is a slow service due to only one person and sometimes the cafe is closed. - Shortage of Products and Low Quality: I don’t understand how the management make decisions for ordering their products. They should have enough to supply the customers without having shortage. There are days when I’ve gone and I see many shelves empty, dairy doesn’t have enough milk and yogurt. I also noticed the quality of water bottles has change. Maybe they are trying to lower their costs and getting cheaper materials? Water bottles (the plastic is thinner) means these bottles are crooked and difficult to stand by itself. There not good variety of products as I have seen in other stores. The reason I took the time to write this huge review is not to be an annoying customer, but to make managers think and value this store. Please visit other Whole Foods and think to yourself what are you missing in Pembroke Pines (besides of what I already mentioned) Whole Foods Pembroke Pines can be a better store. Whole Foods Pembroke Pines please get it together and fix it ! Thanks! P.S : A message with love!

I don't know why I never ended up writing a review for this location, since I come here often, Since my extreme health kick for three years ago or so, I ended up falling in love with whole foods! I'll admit out of all their South Florida locations this one is by far the tiniest and not best kept one. Not a huge fan of their hot food sections either. Food sometimes tastes bland and not fresh for the price. Many argue it's so expensive, but I find their 365 brand reasonable. I feel good knowing these products they sell are GMO free. You get what you pay for people! I rather spend a few more dollars eating organic products, than racking up doctor bills for have a poor diet. The staff is always VERY approachable and friendly. Overall my go to place for groceries.

They were very well stocked, unlike other big named grocers. Pricewise, they are still higher than the average big box stores, we will have to wait and see if the quality of the product is there for the added prices. In the past, I have ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY with the things I have bought at this store. I did go late and they had started dismantling the hot bar - but I purchased some prepackaged chilled items from the "hot bar" and brought them home.

Only come for their Corn Bread, healthy snack/chip’s & their truffle honey! Their hot meals are a life saver when you’re not in the mood for other options! Highly Recommended!

Like the products at Wholefoods, hate the prices! You can easily leave a paycheck here or have to take out a second mortgage on the homestead to afford these prices. Nice selection of organic products, great produce section. Discount offers for Prime Members.

I love whole foods! Their fruits and vegetables are always fresh, people are always friendly and I can count on finding a great variety of grains and nuts; Plus they have an Amazon little hub for returning items. The only negative, it is expensive but my health is priceless

No food on lunch time and the reason is employee went to brake. Incredible!! Break on lunch hours , when everybody( customers ) are looking for food. After a quick talk with the store manager, he resolved the problem in 20 minutes, and he take care of my charge$$$. Thank you so much :)

Great variety of everything. They even have gorgeous orchids and a grand assortment of seeds for vegetables. Most importantly they have an Amazon return station.

Overall the experience is similar to the rest of Whole Foods, my only observation is about their bakery. Many of the pastries like biscotti… they are rarely cooked in the morning and seems like there is not a scheduled time. Some pastries are from the day before and when I’ve asked about when new ones will be baked, the usual answer is: later on today and will take like 2 hours to be ready….

My first experience going to WholeFoods was soothing. I literally felt like the characters of South Park, the WholeFoods Store was like a tiny Walmart but the inside is like a Winn Dixie or Walmart. I almost cried due to how the South Park people shop in Whole Foods. Also like that 1 episode when Mr.Garrison (as the President) went back to S.P and was shocked due to the changes of the town. He even screamed "SINCE WHEN DO WE HAVE A FRICK'IN WHOLEFOODS?!?"

Whole Foods Pembroke Pines Read store just a little smaller than the normal ones but have a great customer service and make sure when you’re there see Kevin is the cheese monger They also have another guy in there that’s learning that doesn’t know as much as Kevin but he’s good so if you need cheese these guys are knowledgeable and will help you through the process there are some good deals if you’re a prime member other than that have a great day

I had ceviche from this place and was on the toilet four hours later for two hours. It was the worst experience of my entire life. Don’t ever buy food from this place if you care for your life.
