I always love a beach that you could walk on for miles and miles. You can easily choose to relax, walk on the beach or walk on the "broadwalk" (aka boardwalk except for here because of that name of the street I suppose. 😆) This is a well maintained area with so much to do. They have it all. Lots of restaurants, places to shop, places to get drinks, many public bathrooms, public water fountains, the beach is very clean and well supervised with lifeguards. There are busy areas and for me I personally enjoy the peaceful quiet sections of this beach. Go enjoy and pick your spot. Beach extremely peaceful and beautiful on a sunrise. Great place to go with family for beach days, you can bring your tent, chairs, bathrooms available. Diversity of restaurants, street music concerts. Bike rides, scooters rides available on broad walk. Only one cons if it is windy its not very pleasant stay on beach as flying sand.

We love coming here to walk along the Broadway or ride bikes. Scenery is great, people are behaved and the restaurants have great food.

Hollywood Beach boardwalk, known as Broadwalk, exceeded all expectations. Spanning several miles, it provides a captivating setting for leisurely strolls, offering easy, flat walking in either direction. It has brick-paved and concrete sections with dedicated lanes for biking and rollerblading as well. While all ages are welcome, you can’t bring 4-legged friends. I observed a large parking lot on the south end, otherwise parking is limited across the rest of the boardwalk with some paid options available. You can enjoy the sounds of music from passersby and their portable speakers. There is a diverse array of food and shopping options - from restaurants and bars to ice cream shops, juice places, gift shops, and more. Our visit during mid-October's shoulder season afforded us ideal air temperatures and ample sunny days. The lack of crowds can be attributed to both the time of year and because there are more locals than tourists who frequent this place. You can rent bikes to accommodate single, tandem, and larger groups of up to 6. Stage performances in the evenings provide additional entertainment potential. Daily walks along the boardwalk after breakfast became a cherished routine during our stay. The tranquil atmosphere and experience of strolls by the sea can stay with you forever. This coastal gem is a haven for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle. I can only express positive sentiments about this place and eagerly anticipate future returns, God Willing.

Great beach. Clean and well-maintained area. Lots of great restaurants. Family friendly. I felt safe walking even at night.

This is a wonderful beach to visit. It's well kept and not too busy during the lunch hours, when I visited. The waters were rated at a yellow flag, for rough and choppy. Everyone is friendly and there are a lot of restaurants from dine in or take out to choose from.

Love this beach. Long boardwalk with good restaurants. Good ambiance to walk with music played by restaurants. Many parking spaces in between the boardwalk with $2 per hour (if I remember) The boardwalk says no pets and motor boards. But we saw many people walking dogs.

It’s absolutely amazing! I love this place. We rented a cabana at the beach and spend a few hours there. Later walked along the beach. There so many shops, drinks and food! You can pick up a souvenir from gift shops. Don’t worry if you forgot your towel, sandal,.. There are lots of store you can get everything that you need. You may rent a bike or skateboard.Very live and touristic board walk. You can spend a good whole day in this area.

Beautiful beach! Clean. Water is really clear & warm. You can rent lounges& umbrella there. There was also ski jets to rent. There is some shopping. Public parking very close. Public restroom easy access from beach.

Hollywood Beach Boardwalk was beautifully clean. Everyone was happy and having a great time. There are so many shops and food stops along the way. We even got to enjoy a concert on the beach hosted by Margaritaville. Even in early January, Hollywood Beach Boardwalk is the place to be.

Great places to grab a drink and a bite to eat! We make it a point to visit when we are in the area. The Boardwalk starts at 101 South Boardwalk and ends at 3501 N. Boardwalk, wear comfortable shoes over 1.5 miles of walking!

Very nice being right on the Broadway. The beach is very clean, there are lots of shops and restaurants along the walk. One of the best things are the bike rental places and renting the family style bench bikes. The food is a little pricey...otherwise it would get 5 stars.

I came to Miami for vacation, visited Hollywood Beach, it was awesome,cool Breeze, the waves of the ocean water and the scenic view. I loved the place. The beach is highly maintained and very clean and hygienic. There is no need to buy a ticket to enter the beach, it's free. I parked my car in public parking nearby the beach It costs hourly $4. I enjoyed spending a lot of time at the beach. There we have public restrooms to change.

An absolute stunning and beautiful beach and boardwalk in Hollywood, Florida! A lot going on here! Restaurants, food stands, gift shops, retail, entertainment, attractions, hotels, residences, and so forth. So many sites to see and things to do! Gorgeous southern Florida weather. The Boardwalk can get quite busy in the evenings and on the weekends. Clean with plenty of security as well. Beautiful white sand beach and clear blue ocean water! A great beach alternative to Miami’s South Beach and just north of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Plenty of parking along the side streets up and down the beach. This place has everything! Great for families and pets! Give Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk a visit when you’re in the area! You can easily spend a whole day here or make it a vacation with all the fantastic accommodations along the boardwalk. We’re definitely coming back next time we are in South Florida! Highly recommend!

The best beach for families! We absolutely loved it. A lot of local friendly natives to get advice from. It’s clean. There’s lifeguards. The sand is soft right next to the ocean. The waves were really calm and we were there. Plus there’s seagulls to feed everywhere. Definitely would go again.

It’s so pretty! The water is warm enough to swim in in mid Oct. Public restroom available nearby. Clean water and nice sandy beach, and a lot of pretty little sea shells. Lots of seagulls too. Love it here!

It’s a great place to hangout but the parking is a nightmare during weekends. Helpful tip: do not drop off your family and look for parking. You may end up parking a mile away and walk back. Lots of live music and festive energy on the Broadwalk. The sand part of the beach is nice and clean. It is prone to getting weeds a little bit more than other beaches, or maybe they clean them up less frequently.

This is a beautiful boardwalk full of palm trees lining the beach! Lots of places to sleep, eat and shop! The boardwalk is full of life and scenery! Highly recommend and worth the trip!

One of my favorite spots in Broward County. I've been to the Broadwalk many times. After a while it just grows on you. Many restaurants and places to grab a drink while you walk the beach. Music. Bike rentals. The beach! Be prepared to pay for parking. If you want to spend the day here I recommend parking at the park by the end of the Broadwalk, it's only $10 per vehicle and from there you can walk the entire Broadwalk and then return to the parking lot of the park at the end of the day. It's very clean. There are rentals for umbrellas and chair as well if you don't want to take anything with you. Again, you can't go run when you spend the day or evening here. Lots to enjoy.

Great place to visit the beach. Lots to eat along the boardwalk, great people watching and the water is beautiful. The day we went it was a little chilly and windy. There are several restaurants and shops here. There are outdoor showers on the beach to rinse off. Along the boardwalk there is a dedicated lane for the pedal carts, bikes and roller skaters.

What a great thing! It was enjoyable lounging and watching people stroll by. Bikers, roller bladers, joggers, walkers, families, couples. And wonderful walking from our rental to shops & restaurants. The weekend was most busy. Weekdays more pleasant. The Broadwalk makes this beach extra special ~

Absolutely phenomenal! It’s a must visit when you are in Florida, especially when you are with the family. Beach is beautiful and clean and restaurants are great. Not as noisy as Ft. Lauderdale/Las Olas beach. Definitely a go to spot. Parking can be a challenge though, so head out early.

My favorite beach in the broward district Hollywood area. One of the best places to come alone or with good company. So much too do plenty of restaurants on the boardwalk & entertainment to simply enjoying the ocean view. You won’t be disappointed.

Very nice walk, perfect to stroll while enjoying the sunset. Just gotta be careful with bike riders, many are riding very fast, but they walk is wide so you can safe and easily step aside if needed.

Definitely was a nice boardwalk. good amount of restaurants, beach front.. prices are pricey. But reasonable If that makes sense. It's definitely a family beach. Great for kids

Hollywood Beach is still a favorite place to beach. We love to sit by the water and watch the kids. We also complete our day by having a pie and drinks at Roccos. The beach usually isn't crowded during the week.

What a place of fun for the entire family. Boardwalk does have local food and shopping bussiness alongside Boardwalk. Of course you have the beach sand ocean water even rinse off areas are very important to me getting sand off of us upon returning to the car or rooms. Masks worn by many. A very clean and fun place for family vacation or just because...A MUST GO TO.

Family Friday Location & lots of activities. Beautiful restaurants, bars & live music everyday. Ample of paid public parking/metered starting from $4/hour. Beach is clean, water is very clean. Amazing night life.

Awesome place for amusement! Enjoy long walk or bike ride, meet sunrise or sunset, hear ocean whisper, and relax. About the beach. There are some moments you need to know before you go there. Send is full of cigarette butts and beer caps. Blue jellyfishes are on the send, so be careful. You can find on the beach some buckets with holes for volunteering garbage collection. Beach showers for foot and whole body are always available. Let’s keep the beach clean.

There is reason why that it's very busy. It is very convenient to parking and close to walk to the beach. It is very beautiful ocean view and clean water. There is many wash place and public restrooms

My wife and I stayed in Hollywood for a couple of days while waiting for our flight back home after a cruise we took and we enjoyed this beach and boardwalk a lot. There were plenty of places to eat and drink and lots of beachfront for you to choose a place to hang out and swim or soak up some sun. I would definitely come back again to relax here.

It is the nicest beach & the best boardwalk we ever visited plus plenty of close & safe parking. Hollywood Beach is our #1 on list. You can pick quiet or busy places to enjoy.

I love coming here when I am in town. There is less hassle than other beaches in the area, but there are still great restaurants and activities at this location. You're able to rent bikes, rollerblade, or simply walk on the boardwalk. Feel free to sit and people watch or take in the serenity of the ocean. I have been here both on the weekday and weekends. The theater has live entertainment on the weekends.

I didn't have the opportunity to swim there. So I can't tell how the water was. But the view was beautiful! Very relaxing, blue, and white sand. You can walk there and see many stores and restaurants on the boardwalk :)

Very beautiful beach with palm trees and white sand. In the evening there is a beautiful sky when the sun goes down. Unfortunately there is no shower to wash off the salt water. Parking is paid only. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. So you can enjoy your day at the beach and to find a good place for dinner then.

Sand is very fine, sea water temperature is ok, not cold. Children enjoying their sand play and water. This stretch is not as wide as compared to the Collins Park Miami Beach. But everyone still get to have their personal space, not pack during daytime. There is a water point and wide boardwalk. Shelter pay carpark is nearby , around usd 4/hr for weekday.

This place is beautiful. Just make sure that you arrive early if you want to have a peaceful time. It was our first time on the boardwalk, and it seemed to get crowded after 11 am. Otherwise, anyone can have a great time. Good drinks and food

Super nice place to relax, usually on weekends gets a little bit crowded and it's hard to find parking. Other than that everything is perfect in Hollywood Beach,I really love the long Broadway where you can go for a walk or even rent a bike. Will definitely comeback.

Excellent boardwalk! Beautiful views on the beach. Many restaurants bars, hotels, cabanas to choose from. Excellent place to have a beach day or even go day drinking.. more family oriented you'll also find a lot of older folks. More younger crowds usually hang out at Dania beach or fll beach. Also pretty fun at night time perfect for a date night or grab ice cream walk the boardwalk/beach to get away or clear your head

Hollywood Beach Boardwalk was beautiful. My family visited for a few days at the end of March 2023, and it was terrific. The beach is very clean and picturesque. Keep in mind that public restrooms are scarce and not very clean. Most restaurants and shops will not let you use their bathrooms.

Great little beach with tons of shops for gifts and places to grab food and drinks. Lots of seaweed but could be due to a nearby storm. Beach chairs are quite a bit expensive, so best to bring your own.

This is my favorite beach of all times! It’s always clean, not crowded, perfect for kids, there’s always nice music in the background and nice restaurants trought the boardwalk that make this beach a must go place in the area.

Ok sooo I found out what I won’t be and that a retired Floridian because they look d sun burned and kind of grumpy lol. But it’s a great area very laid back. Very expensive housing in this area but don’t confuse expensive with nice cause that wouldn’t be true. The bike path is just that a bike path and people are not very nice if your on it and not riding. Got yelled at more than once. Parking isn’t bad but not very plentiful either. The beach is very clean and not very crowded at least early. Lots of walkers and bikers and lots of older hotels in this area. Good place to beach but again watch out for the jelly fish.

My favorite beach and family friendly. Parking is always available near the beach, and it varies where you park. Some places as low as $3 an hour and some a little higher. But always make sure you come back whenever the ticket time ends because the workers are waiting to give you a ticket once the time runs out. Also, don’t bring any glass, only cans. Police are out checking if you have any alcohol or glass bottles. Cans are allowed. This beach is perfect with blue calm waters on a really good day. On windy days, the waves can be too much, but it’s always worth it.

The beach to get in is very calm you can just relax in the water is good for kids too I did enjoy it very much. The side walk has amazing shops something for all prices is it's a very beautiful place to stay.

Looked forward to going to Hollywood Beach. My grandson's could enjoy the beach. They live in Texas and this is their first trip to Florida and the Atlantic Ocean. They had looked forward to it too. The beach and water had seaweed and it was not that enjoyable to the 18 yr old. The 8 year old loved it. He didn't care about the seaweed. We were all ready for a nice day in the sun and on the beach, but after about 30 minutes, a storm came up so we had to gather all our belongings up and leave. Other than all that, it was a very fun time. I'm sure others probably get much enjoyment there. It just wasn't our day. Have fun!!! It really is a nice beach!!!
