Worst casino I’ve been to. Never in my life have I lost 2k and not hit a single time…. This place is a joke - just go to hard rock lol Update: the machine broke and have been waiting for thirty minutes now 😂 stay far away from this place Update now: they are failing to give me the money that put in the machine…. And the associate will not identify himself. I have been to 50 machines tonight and he is saying he can’t give me my money because I don’t know which machine I was on. The associate will still not tell me his name but he is dark colored with a foreign accent. He has blonde highlights. He claims he had a bad day and is why this happened. They will not give me my money. I am with 2 supervisors now. One says her name is Jessi. You know, you’d think they would compensate for this much stress and they haven’t nor will give me a name for the associates helping me. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star Update: they are now only giving me a cash out for a random machine next to me that isn’t even my numbers …. Obviously they should be able to look at the camera and you would think this is easy but wow I will never come here again. Please go to hard rock instead. This is a huge headache the last photo is my most recent numbers played Kimberely is the lady that has been helping - I had to literally yell at her to get her name.

A great casino with plenty of slot machines and table games. Great food throughout the property and a few bars as well. Clean, spacious and a friendly staff sets this casino apart from a lot of others. Not overly crowded and had an easy time getting to play whatever games we wished to try. Plenty of parking! Valet parking is also available. High Limit Room also available for the high rollers. Smoking is allowed in designated areas. Will absolutely return when we are in the south Florida area again! A great casino to check out and to have a fun filled day, evening or night! Definitely recommend!

This review is for the Magnolia Room only. On certain weekends Saturday they have music with a DJ and dance classes. Sometimes Latin, 80's and 90's, Kareoki. You have to check the Big Easy website for the months calendar.

Wish I would have just read the last review. If you’re looking for an awful experience through and through. This is your place. Mandatory masks should have sent me right back out the entrance Immediately, but I decided to give it a shot anyways. If you want to go to a poker room where the staff are not only rude, but literally don’t do anything except run around in circles, in one place, like wind up dolls, you’ve definitely come to the right place. Not really sure how the cocktail servers make any money, run by the table saying cocktail and don’t even look back when you yell for their attention. I’ve played in dozens of room across the country for the better half of two decades, and hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had in one. Take it from me, if you go and punch yourself in the face, you’ll have a better time.

The casino is kinda small but they do have slots... virtual craps and virtual roulette. They also have table to play some type of poker. They do have a new member promotion, so basically once you spend 50 dollars on any machine you get a free 50 dollars to play with. There is a upstairs for bingo and I want to believe horse races. They do server alcohol but the beers are 7 dollars for about 16 ozs. But we all had fun and plan on returning.

Perfect for what it is. Local casino with daily poker tournaments. Low buyins and good competition. Good place to practice your game. The food is just ok, haven’t tried the Wednesday Prime Rib Special yet. It’s a lively crowd in the poker room.

Came here with some friends looking to have some fun. They had me register and the woman at the desk said there was a promotion so if I spent $50 or more that I get $50 credit for slots. Spent nearly $200 on poker and when I went to ask how to redeem the promotion the same woman told me the promotion is only if I spend it on slots. Very scummy but fine. I confirmed with the woman that all I got to do is swipe the card they gave me at the machine and I can redeem it after $50 and she said yes. I then spent $100 on slots and went back to that same exact woman asking for the promotion credit only for her to tell me because I swiped the card exactly like she told me instead of leaving it in the machine I cant get the credit. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me I cant get the credit. I asked the manager respectfully if they can make an exception because I followed their instructions and spent well over $300 at this point and they refused. They told me I can spend ANOTHER $50 but this time with the card inserted and then they will honor the promotion. I told them if they are not willing to follow the terms of their own promotion I wont be coming back again and they said ok. I gave them back my player card and asked them to throw it away and cashed out. To their credit both staff and management were respectful and friendly but their unwillingness to honor their own promotion is incredibly scummy. If they were unwilling to honor their promotion twice now why should I assume they will honor it now? There are tons of casinos in the area. Please go elsewhere.

Atmosphere is nice. They don't have legitimate Blackjack. They have 3 new virtual Blackjack games built by Scientific Games. STAY AWAY!!! Blackjack is a mathematically solved game. The basic strategy player will reduce the house edge to 0.530% based on the rules at this casino. The problem here is that the winrate is preselected based on an algorithm completely neutralizing Basic Strategy. Not unlike a slot machine. In fact it IS a slot machine. No visible shuffle point means you're never getting a randomized "shoe" as the machine claims. Dealer wins 68% of the hands (sans pushes), a full 20% more than the math allows. Player wins 32% of the hands, a full 10% less than the math allows. Another observation, 10's make up about 31% of a deck of cards. The dealer gets 10's face up on 7 out of 10 hands (70% of the time). The math says 29% on average. Here's the thing.. if there were that many extra 10's in a shoe it would help the player, not the house. Another thing is the dealer bust rate would be higher than the normal 3 out of 10 hands. This is also not happening. Dealer hand will bust sometimes as low as twice every 15 hands. Clearly the game is a bait & switch made at the expense of the basic strategy player. In my 9 years playing Blackjack as an AP, I've found that Florida has no legitimate Blackjack games in any casino. The Seminole's game cannot be verified that the shoes are not short, as you never see the cards face up during the card change. Only casino where I've ever seen this done. Suspicious would be putting it nicely. I could write a book on the count discrepancies myself and other APs have witnessed playing in Seminole owned casinos. But that's for another day. If you want to play a Blackjack game that has integrity, you're going to have to buy a plane ticket unfortunately.

Good place to go and have some fun and gamble. First time players get a $50 boucher to play after you spend $50 or get 10 point. We had a great time

Great low roller casino. Lots of penny slots and I enjoyed that the whole casino is no smoking. Best selection of low roller games in Florida, they even have the Kenny Rogers slot machine (a rare find). Didn't try the food but it looked good from what I saw. Staff was friendly. My favorite casino in Florida and I've been to most of them. Can't wait to go back! Reminds me of Sam's Town in Las Vegas and Boom Town in Biloxi. It's really awesome that there's a casino like this in Florida!!

Cool place. No wait at the bar. Seperate room for smokers. Easy Parking. Good people. If you want to play without dealing with the whole Hard Rock or Gulfstream bustle and bustle. Probably only giving 4 stars cause i lost a hundred bucks but hey... you win some you loose some ;)

I checked it out around 11 a.m., and it wasn't very busy. All the machines I looked at seemed to be in great working condition, and there were many to choose from. The staff were nice. I got a members card, but it wasn't like some other casinos I went to where I got automatic free play. Here, you have to earn at least 5 points before they give you free play.

I like it, wasn't too fond of it at first. But it's comfortable and people are into their own games and not all over the place. It's spacious and clean! Love it! I can go with twenty dollars and have a good time playing slow...

It's not like the other casinos. They need to upgrade. It looks old fashioned. They should invest in it and to get more people to come. Also.. unlike the other casinos there is no fountain of drinks available for guest.. to get on their own. I do enjoy going there.. but have no luck winning..

I've been a regular patron of The Big Easy, formerly known as Mardi Gras, for a little more than 10 years. The majority of my time is spent in the poker room which offers friendly dealers, good promotions and very good food. It's not quite a four star experience, but it's better than the low end of a 3 :-) Always a good spot to kill a few hours

The Big Easy does not have a Hotel or the flash of the other Casinos nearby but they have a poker room with a low limit 2 straight poker table. 2 limit is the perfect game to spend some time playing without breaking the bank. They have live music on the weekends. But because of the low limit poker they are my go to casino.

It's an old school vibe, and can feel a little dated compared to other flashier spots. However the staff is friendly, drinks and food are reasonably priced.

Excellent music, good prices for drinks, good atmosphere, excellent band, for those people that don't gamble and only drink water, when we go upstairs to dance,a 2 drink minimum should be required,to help with the music cost, also we should bring the dogs back. I had fun even though did not do well at the slots.

This was our first visit. I was pleasantly surprised with it being non smoking. They have a good selection of slot machines with quite a few that I haven't seen anywhere else. I joined the player's club and found out on your first visit they will give you $50.00 of freeplay after you spend $50. It's also my birthday month so I received freeplay between $10 and $150. The casino was kept clean including the quick service food areas. The slot attendants were very nice and super helpful with any questions I had. I was able to play many of the super popular games that I can't hope to play at the other south Florida casinos. I very much enjoyed the visit and will be back again soon. I was advised they were busy Saturday evening due to a give away at 11pm. I think this may become my favorite south Florida casino. We will have to see how the next few visits go.

This is a good local casino. There are a good number of video poker machines with a good mix if that is your thing. They have decent promotions and giveaways. Also the staff is phenomenal. Would give it 5 but it is a little older feeling and could use a makeover.

The Big Easy Casino or Mardi Gras Casino as many people still knows it by is falling behind others. Sunday around noon drove by and decided to go in to check it out, it was empty, main entrance lot completely blocked, had to come in through a side door. Not sure if there are any renovation going to happen or something different. If you like to play slots 🎰 to spend some time give it a try.

I actually really enjoy this place. There is always some kind of entertainment, a band or dj, casual bars, and even tables, Not just slots.
