I have spent a good amount of time on and around this pier. With this review I shared various occasions from my photo gallery from the marina, intercoastal and entire area around. This is the reason why I come. There is a small fee to walk this pier. Nonetheless, the views are outstanding. This is a very safe, well maintained and clean pier. Around the pier location, there is a quarterdeck restaurant, the marina, kayaking and paddle board areas, volleyball section and plenty of Beach. This is a very quiet South Florida's pier attraction. It certainly is a must go to tourist attraction! And for the locals, we love to enjoy the peacefulness of all the visiting pelicans plus many other bird varieties and it feels more like a sanctuary. Enjoy your time there! 😁 If you have enjoyed my review, please give me a thumbs up 👍 and feel free to follow me for other future reviews. 😀

The pier is awesome it’s very clean and there is lots of people fishing off of it. There is a great restaurant but I’ll do a separate review of it. A pelican ate a fish in front of us and that was absolutely amazing to see nature up close like that. It does cost to walk the pier 2 dollars per person to walk and 5 dollars if you wanted to fish. And it’s good closing so you go and come back later if you want. There a great beach area there as well. So you can walk up and down the beach as well. You get to see lots of ships and boats. It would be a great place to see the sun rise. When you on the beach please be aware of the different jelly fish in the area.

It was my first time here, and I was impressed. Very picturesque! The pier was easy and comfortable for me to walk on. It was a busy Sunday there yesterday due to the beautiful weather. There were lots of people fishing also. It was crowded at the end, so we didn't go down there. It looked like they were having a good time, though. The pier is easy to reach from the beach, the parking lot, as well as the Quarterdeck restaurant. The parking lot is huge and full the closer you get to the pier. Further away, you will find parking spots.

There is an entrance fee but it was cloudy and windy so we didn't go on the pier. We walked around the area briefly. Maybe it's best to visit on a sunny day.

There are no words to express how gorgeous it is here, at sunrise, before most people arrive. It is a downright soul-bending spiritual experience. I highly recommend a visit, even life-long Floridians find this beach noteworthy. Love! Love! Love!!!!

I went during the night, a lot of people fishing but it was not a quiet place, given the restaurant in the place and some people is with speakers listening music Good view of the bay and airplanes during the night.

Pier has a cost of $2 or $3 to get on it for fishing or watching people who fish. The beach on both sides is clean and has guards posts . Big parking, although payed, but well organized and spacious Nice sand, lots of small fish and shells in the water. Beautiful place altogether!

This is a great pier for watching the sunrise and for fishing. The ocean is a beautiful shade of aqua green there, or at least it was when I was there. I truly enjoyed myself.

Took my 82 year old mother to check it out..awesome and very family friendly..we didnt fish but watched others..slow fishing but they seemed to all be having a good time. Someone said parking was an issue but i found a spot easy enough. The pelicans are kewl and not camera shy at all lol.

The Dania beach pier is a nice spot to look over the water and see off into the Hollywood area. There are some nice photo opportunities from the pier as well. There is a restaurant on the pier as incase you get hungry. If you are looking for a nice fishing spot, I’ve seen a lot of people fish here so it’s a good spot for that as well. 🐟

Great views. It’s $2./person to walk in and take in the 360 degrees of great views, vibrant emerald green to dark blue water, sandy beaches and beautiful coconut & other palm trees. It’s $3./person to fish

Pros: Great place, especially at night seeing Hollywood all lit up. You get to see tons and tons of people fishing, and it’s cool to watch them reel in some big catches. Neutral: Kind of neutral, neither pro or con. This is more of something I noticed and it was worth mentioning; I noticed the security guard had a firearm on his hip. It costs $2 to get onto the pier just to watch and walk it, and it costs $6 to fish off the pier. Cons: The only con I experienced was the amount of dead bait fishers are leaving on the ground. There was little fish, small squid, and others. I stepped on one at night, not knowing until the smell hit my room the next morning. I may not have noticed it, but there should be some sort of sign up to throw them back into the water. That could help!

Excellent spot to relax, go fishing, grab a bite at Quarterdeck, or do the beach life thing. You have to pay for parking but it's a bargain compared to SoBe. Good spot for families as well as anyone looking for the simple beach setting. Lots of fisherman on the pier. $2 to access the pier (even for sightseeing). If you're hungry just go to Quarterdeck, sit outside and enjoy the sites. Take all the pics you want but at least order an Iced Tea.

The coolest beach in South Florida.Usually fills up by 10am. Come early and get a parking g spot. Also the best place to see fireworks on the 4th of July.

Beautiful beach that's quiet and has great options for parking. My 6 and 8 year old boys really enjoyed it. They have showers close to parking so you can wash the sand off before heading home. Highly recommend.

Embarking on our adventure to Dania Beach Pier, we hoped for a bird's-eye view of the canal, ocean, and Hollywood. But beware, friends! Admission isn't free, even for kids, and the price differs if you're there to fish or just observe. The pier is no sprawling vista; ongoing renovations have shrunk it further. Beyond a pair of binoculars and a smattering of fisherfolk, there's little to see. Our visit lasted a scant 15 minutes. For now, let this sleeping dog lie. The pier promises more than it delivers, but who knows? It might yet rise like a phoenix from the ashes.

Excellent bridge for fishing and excellent beach. The staff in the little shop before the pier are so friendly. The bathrooms are for the most part clean. It seems we always meet really nice people. The fishing is hit or miss but where isn't. It's always exciting to see anyone catch a fish. We had seen nursing sharks.

Very lexaxing. I went on a Friday afternoon and there was plenty of parking and it was easy to get too. Also you have to pay for parking.

It's a good pier. The fishing is decent here, year-round. It could be kept up a little nicer, but that's largely on the clientele. There's a lot of trash and plastic going into the ocean here, unfortunately. I spent a few days on this pier, and had a great time. Saw some good fish, caught some good fish, saw some nice wildlife, and definitely saw some unique people. Met a couple people I won't forget! In a good way!

This is one of the best piers around. Lots of reefs around the pier, great fishing, lots of lobster if you know where to look. Quarterdeck right on the pier, plenty of parking.

Fun place to go. The fishing license is covered in admittance on the pier. They do offer fishing equipment if you don't have your own. One downside is that there's not much shade to keep you out of the sun.

Its not a touristy spot so alot less crowded on beach, and it is a local hotspot fishing pier. This beach has e shorter distance to actual water which is great since am handicap. They have showers along area & bathrooms.

Such a beautiful beach! My daughter did get stung by a jellyfish and you have to pay just to walk down the pier which seemed weird. But it was a well kept and pretty beach.

I love this beach and the pier is an added bonus. Family fun day. We spend the day at beach, enjoy lunch at quarter deck and enjoyed the evening fishing and just taking in the scenery on the pier.

Simply a great place to chill, have some beers and possibly catch some fish. Entrance is only $3 and no fishing license required.

Great spot to take a stroll even if you don’t fish. Fishermen are friendly and answered questions from us non-fishermen! $2 + tax pp for just visiting and $3 + tax if fishing - quite reasonable. Parking via the App is simple to use and only $3/hour + tax. Helpful employees!

Cool pier. Costs $2 if you are visiting, but $3 if you are fishing. Some people caught fish off the pier. A few trigger fish. Cool place overall.
