Brought my son here for his birthday thinking it would be a fun time, only to watch him get ZERO assistance from the worker when he asked for help. He came down from the trapeze and told me the worker was bullying him and telling him to hurry up. As a business, you should do a better job in interviewing the personnel you hire to work with CHILDREN. Absurd. Waste of money. Do better.

Where to begin..I had booked a birthday party for my son which was supposed to be from 3:00pm to 5:00pm per the website description and once they sent the confirmation they stated the ticket was to be presented at 3:30pm. I had called every day prior to the reservation and received a voicemail and finally on the day of the event I called and received a voicemail but received a call back. I asked questions about the event and they informed me that we would only have access to the room from 4pm-5pm because the jump time was from 3pm-4pm which was never stated prior. I also made sure to confirm again that they would be providing the food and decorations. Once we arrived and the children completed their jump time we tried to access the room but they said it was not available until 4:30pm yet the end time would still be 5pm. After speaking to a manager which was extremely rude and aggressive we were finally able to access the room at 4:16pm and no decorations were done. They informed us the room had to be emptied in order to be decorated and the party had nowhere to sit. Extremely disappointing decorations as it was only 3 balloons on a wall and a banner. They tried to resolve the issue by offering extra credit to a small arcade where half of the machines are out of order. Horrible experience do not recommend and will definitely never return to either location.

The location was great. However, EVERY SINGLE WORKER was on their phone playing a game or texting! To me this is a safety risk. My baby was on the glider and the operator was sitting playing a racing game looking down the whole time. What if something happened? I would have sued the pants off y'all. Luckily I stayed with her the whole time. The concessions person was also on their phone. When we checked in.... even though he was nice, hev was inattentive on his phone as well. What has the world come to? Disappointed!

My kids love this place. Especially on Friday nights when they have their "Glow Parties" with all the black lights, etc.. Make sure to get your tickets online on the skyzone website and arrive about 20 minutes early so you'll have time to get through the line, get socks on and all that. You can also complete your waivers online before arriving to save even more time.

I reserved for a birthday party and is not worth it. The pizza are too small. They the size of a personal pizza. When you are doing your reservation for a party add the food and more because You can't buy more food. They don't allow you order more food ones your party time starts. The parking lot is for Max of 15 cars. If you go, you will have to park outside. The people in charge of the supervision are the worst rude, they scream at the kids to the point I saw many kids crying. The party kit is the bad. The party kits not worth it. Only the amount guess that you reserved are allowed to jump. If you have a kid party for 10 kids and the parents want to jump with them does are extra bracelets you will have to buy. They will put the bracelets on the exactly amount of guests. No bracelets No jumping allow. The people in there will push you out if you don't have a bracelet. The party last 2 hours in which they take the party guests to jump for 30 minutes in a private area , after that 30 minutes to jump with everyone that goes there. Then 1 hour in a really small room to sing, cut the cake, put, and remove the decorations. If after the 2 hours your kids want to continue jumping you will have to buy a new bracelets because they kick out your kids in a really rude way.

it's a fun place but they're not organized and when it was 2 hours they took too long to let you know that the kids could play. and the employee we're not doing

Extremely terrible service!! Came a few weeks ago and staff members were extremely rude, Weren’t watching the kids, and we’re on their phones or taking to other staff members. When I confronted one, i was given attitude and i heard her mumbling curse words under her breath at me! I have the names of this staff member memorized because she started touching and playing around with my son. I will never come here and if you read this I strongly recommend you never come here. The staff are terrible and they are a bunch of kids, it’s too small, parking also sucks, and it’s too packed all the time and i couldn’t even jump with my kid in most is not all of the areas in the park. Management needs to do a better job at managing their staff members and the whole park in general.

I booked a party for my son’s 10th birthday there. My son was so excited. The employees assume that if you look a certain way that you will try to steal jump time. My kids could not jump until 30 minutes after we arrive, I wish I had known that before heading there. So we waited near the games, the woman who checked us in ran after us and acted as if she needed to write on our wrist band. When it was time for my kids to jump the employee in the jump area told my kids that they could not jump. This really bothered my son and his friend. I spoke to the manager, she apologized, called it a misunderstanding and gave my son a game card and an icee. It doesn’t excuse the fact that we were treated like criminals. I would never go there again.

Very unhappy with the Birthday party experience. Unprofessional and not good value for money. Hostess useless, pizzas very small, nothing ready and organized. Wasted money. The staff doesn’t observe behavior of the jumpers and gets dangerous . Very disappointing experience.

Very fun for kids. We went for a birthday party and it was great. They were delayed on room since they were running a bit behind. Gave us coupons to play an extra hour that was very cool. Definitely will be back

Very odd and confrontational attitude from the front desk. No enforcement of safety rules, several staff just scrolling on their phones. We were at the Cutler Bay unit TODAY and it’s a different universe. Staff is helpful, keep an eye out for excesses. Coming here made me appreciate them a lot more.

It was so fun!!!!! It was clean. It had a chair that messaged your back. It hurts a bit but very relaxing. They also have a TV inside the messaging chair thingy. They either put relaxing music or sports. The birthday parties are also very fun and good! They have very good service. You can choose your time limit. And they also have an arcade! So cool! Definitely coming here again soon when I can.

We had an awesome time a youth group, this place is amazing. Everyone had a great time, lots to do. Kids love it, price is affordable. Pizza was to dry, definitely the food needs to improve.

I’ve taken the kids to Sky Zone a few times over the years and while the online service reservation platform is convenient and the waiver process is easy, I don’t feel like there is enough variety when compared to other indoor entertainment areas. Is this a good place to have a party? Yes. Is it a fun place to visit every once in a while? Yes. But is it a place where the kids can play for 90 minutes without being bored? No. The kids jumped for about an hour and some change and then were no longer interested. They offered a dodgeball court, but no one was manning it and running the games. Additionally the arcade games are fun but again, just limited. Also, parking is a nightmare, so arrive early, avoid the crowds, spend an hour or two max, and dip. It’s not one of these places where the kids can spend the whole day and find something amusing to do. Fun but limited.

Súper fun for kids. Lots of physical activity, they can waste all of their energy here. We paid for 2 hours and they were exhausted towards the end. You might want to try paying for 1 hour first, then buy more time if not enough.

Great location to have kids release some energy via trampolines and arcade type area. Scan the QR code to digitally sign their waiver and pay to enter. You will definitely need socks and have to leave your shoes by the shoe area. There is a rental locker to leave your personal items. There are also rules to check over and abide by for safe fun. Definitely come on the weekday to benefit for less crowds. Kids jump by age so as to keep tiny jumpers with other tiny jumpers to prevent accidents. Staff was amazing and available to talk to Definitely recommend.

We had our child’s birthday here yesterday and we had such a great experience. Elizabeth (event coordinator) was so helpful all the days leading up-to the event in answering our questions and making last minute changes. The day of, the staff was beyond helpful. Bree and the other staff helped us prep the room and were attentive to our guests. Everything was very organized so we could enjoy the party. Thank you for a memorable and flawless day!

First and last time in this place. It's overpriced, overcrowded and the service is terrible. I hosted a birthday party here on Saturday as this is what my son wanted. I thought this would be similar to places like jumping Jamboree or chuckee cheese were there is a host assigned to you to take care of everything, so I didn't have to worry. Instead it was the opposite. First, they do not give you full 2 hours for the kids to enjoy the attractions, it is a single hour. Second, they don't give you the party room for the full 2 hours either. You have to sit by the entrance on some makeshift bleachers while the kids jump. Third, you are not allowed to go into the party room until about 10 min before the full hour of jump is complete, I'm glad I didn't have lots of decorations or balloons because I would not have had time to decorate the room before all the kids came into the room. Last, the food was one disaster and disappointment after another. I had asked for 2 cheese pizzas, pitchers of cokes and sprite as part of the party package and added 3 pepperoni and 1 additional cheese pizza for the adults when I arrived. Then, when in the room, only one cheese pizza box arrived in time for the kids, because apparently there was a mishap with the oven and some pizzas burned. The other pizza arrived 20 min later. The pepperoni pizzas lacked pepperoni and didn't have enough cheese or sauce to save them. Then, they botched the simplest of things. Instead of cokes and sprite pitchers they gave me one pitcher of coke and three pitchers of what I can describe as plain water with a hint of lemon, because that's what it tasted like. When I asked to bring sprite they said ok but brought sparkling water instead, then on the third try they brought Fanta at my behest, but the kids were pretty much over it at that point. I had to cut the pizzas myself and offer to my guests because they didn't even bother to fully cut the pizzas and I had to use my cake cutter (thank God I brought one because they didn't have any). The part that really upset me is that not only were they not at all helpful and the food was sub-par, bur they kept on rushing me the entire time I was in that room, with more than 20 minutes to go, they asked me to start picking up to go. Mind you this is after me rushing to get everyone into the tiny room, decorating in record time and giving everyone pizza and drinks after more than 30 min of waiting on them to get their act together on the food. Overall a terrible place to host a party. The kids had fun for the 1 hour they got to jump, but this place is not worth the money I paid.

it's service declined but from 100 to 0, what a shame to see a business with such a future as they let it die and that the community that enjoys it has to go to other alternatives. It's super rude staff, the dirty place, full of people with capacity for more than 900 people, with cubicle rental service for parties and NO BATHROOMS !!! IT'S ZANY!!!

Sky zone has lots of fun things to do such as: trampolines, fun obstacles, zip line, 2 trapezes, and a very fun foam pit to jump into. FOOD is amazing and they give it to you right away nice and HOT. I recommend you and your family come to Sky Zone!

I went on a Sunday and for me it was too crowded, I also noticed the young employees on the trampoline area didn't really seem to enjoy what they do. Also, I think they need a better cafeteria service area and food to serve, the mini donuts were hard and the popcorn wasn't that fresh. The cashier area is too small for that big place. The seating area was big enough but you can't really see your kids from there. The kids enjoyed it, but said it's not their favorite.

I had a birthday party today. At the beginning they told me that a birthday girl and siblings are free. At least a birthday girl shouldn't be changed. Also a pizza's size is very small. We had to order 10 pizza's for 20 kids. No more birthdays in that place.

Our hostess was less than accommodating. She didn’t greet the birthday girl, forgot to place her name tag on the room door. She also didn’t let the party know that the room was available. When asked about how to connect the speaker to the room her reply was do you have a phone use your phone. Our food was cold because it had been sitting for a while and when the other guests to my party arrived they were told that we were already eating. And that wasn’t true. The hostess was still setting up the room.

Great obstacle course, trampolines, interactive tv game screens. For all they have would recommend the month pass coz it will be cheaper than just going one day unless you think you won't go there again in the month. If you go more than once then get the months pass as it will be cheaper in the long run

This is the WORST place even in Doral for kids. The manager is extremely unprofessional and the RUDEST person. This place had no regard for the birthday girl and the hosts of the party. The staff made the hosts (parents of the birthday girl) feel terrible in front of their guests. Don’t even think about going to this horrendous dump of a trampoline park. There are much better places in Doral than Sky Zone.

Very small, NO REAL PARKING for the amount of people they admit, they have a capacity of 154 jumpers approx. But their assigned parking lot is not even 30 spaces, we had to park on the side of the street. Also, very limited food, the hot food had a wait time of 40+ minutes....would NOT RECOMMEND

We hosted our sons 6th bday party there. It was nice! I wish we had more time in the party room to decorate and spend time. Also, the size of the pizzas for the party were super small! As for the location, it's a bit small but offers cool options for kids to play!

Great time really enjoyed it. Discovered some small holes in several of the trampoline pads. Very concerned about the integrity of the system. I hope they changed them after I brought them to the young girls attention

READ THIS IMPORTANT REVIEW!!!! DON'T GET TRICKED A large pizza there is SO tiny... Approx 8 to 9 inches in diameter. The crust taking up 2.5 inches of that diameter. Keep that in mind if you throw a party there. Probably going to need one pizza per person. It's going to cost you a fortune to feed everyone.

Is not as big of other site on the square, but definetly is a alternative option. Limited option, better good looking establishment, i do recall some area of my infant. Try hang out, and see by yourself, no question.

I would NOT recommend this place so many stupid rules and adults that want to spend time jumping with kids can on jump in 1 specific place separate to them kids. Also there’s is no food or pizza for kids and staff are so irritating don’t let play or enjoy with your kids never comeback again 👎

Disappointed they do not have any beer; be warned: they make you buy their own grip socks; their internet is the slowest internet ever; food selection is very poor and overpriced. Im sure my son had a great time.

Great place to take the kids to keep them occupied for a Saturday or Sunday. Lots of things to do. Food a little overpriced and the staff has been an issue a few times but overall a great place to take your kids.

Have to have specific socks to get in. Socks are 4$ each kid. Not worth it the passes don't include food, time, or anything extra. 30$ for 90min. Don't waste your time theres another trampoline place down the street for all day passes.
