It wasn’t our first time to visit the place. The hotel is nice and of course if you are a gambler its good. I don’t like gambling and I don’t have any luck of it and plus I don’t have idea how to play. When I first sat down one of the machine I inserted 5 bucks and press play. Was surprised I won 30 bucks hahaha. So I cash out my winning money and left lol. We walked around the casino and the hotel they have very nice memorabilia of the performers/singers. Then we ate the food not bad.

I'm not a big gambler but there's plenty else to see here. Evening light show was amazing on the unique guitar shaped Hotel. Tons of rock memorabilia from your favorite artists past and present. A plethora of restaurants with every type of cuisine. High end shopping and much more.

Four people in our party and service was amazing! Food was excellent and my steak was the most perfect medium-rare I have ever had. The kids loved their burgers too! Everything very flavorful. Would definitely return here next time we're in the area.

We went here for my son’s birthday and I must say- we won’t ever return. We all wished we had opted for Shake Shake. It was sooooo much better. So we took my burger eating son and he got the burger and I got it as well (the Legendary- which I wonder how it got it’s name), my other son and husband opted for the cowboy ribeye. My sons came out pretty red and bloody. Guildana was our waitress. She wasn’t too attentive but she wasn’t a bad waitress either. I assume she was extremely busy. She took back his steak- it took 30+ minutes for him to get it back. Everyone was done “picking over their food” so we opted to get it to go. The loaded fries are the worse I ever had. They compted us for his steak. The waitress did bring out him a birthday Sundae (which is why the 2 stars are given). The drinks were not good. Burgers were not good. We got the souvenir cup with the Hurricane drink. The lady at the pickup location - no personality. No greeting. No hi. No bye. We all agreed- it’s a HARD NO to return again!!

Very good food and drinks. Dana was honestly lovely however Andrew was clearly not having a good day. Good selection of music. The Cafe/Restaurant is located beyond the casino, near the shop. Was very hard trying to figure out how to get out back to the Uber pickup, signs nearly took us to the level car park instead.

Great experience dining at this resturant. No wait time for line. Great drinks and the food was very good. The mushroom & swiss burger is definitely a must have and a must try. My Hurricane was out of this world. The nachos were good as well. Just my type of food that i like as there was a variety of food to choose from. The staff was great and very friendly. Great vibes!! Looking forward to coming back.

Well, you can go here for the atmosphere alone. Tons of rock&roll memorabilia, a huge screen playing music videos, cozy seating, and a stage that may host live entertainment some other time. But don't expect a knockout meal or service. Server might have been having a bad day. Did not seem happy and disappeared for long periods of time. This kinda dragged the meal out longer than I'd planned so luckily I didn't have too much further to drive that day. Probably best to spend a few hours if you can't afford the hotel which is $400-500 per night. The seasoned fries were great. The chicken sandwich.. tasted really "off" for some reason. Seasonings were good, but the meat was weird. No serious after effects, but it just didn't taste right. It was a lot of money to spend to let half of it go to waste. The restaurant is located inside the casino and it's quite a long confusing hike from the parking garage so make note which garage you're in and consult the provided map when you enter. Parking is free, but I had to go all the way to the top floor for short term parking. Getting out of the complex is another ordeal as they don't have their own traffic light at either entrance so you just gotta dash out into traffic and hope you're heading in the right direction. Kinda strange for such a huge and busy place.

We will come back. Excellent time here. Food was great. Casino inside is brutally huge 😂 The Andrea Bocelli concert was out of this world. 😭 No words.

The hotel and casino are really nice. The Messi chicken sandwich didn't knock my socks off, but it was good with nice preparation and crispy fries. The chicken was a little too thick for double stacking. The restaurant is fun and has a lot of music memorabilia along with the rest of the casino.

My skirt steak was excellent, perfectly cooked. Service was good. Wait time wasn’t too bad especially for a Saturday night at 11pm.

Our first visit. We ordered an Espresso martini, lemon drop martini and two ipas. The drinks were excellent. Then we ordered the cheese burger sliders (Cole slaw on the side) and the big cheese burger - medium well, no onions with fries. At first they served me a smash burger - anyone should be able to tell a smash burger from a regular burger. Plus it had onions. Note the person delivering the food is not the server that took our order. After I pointed out that the burger I ordered was not what was delivered, they brought me the correct burger - but not medium well. It was well done and a bit charred black. Seriously, it should be a crime to burn beef. I also had one of the sliders that was also burnt. Note the place was packed on a rainy Saturday at 1 pm. However I can't excuse burnt burgers. The staff should have more pride in their work than to allow burnt food to be served. Also note the fries were excellent. In the end I will continue to eat at the Hard Rock, but not their burgers.

Excellent service and atmosphere, as expected from a Hard Rock Cafe. My wife and I ordered steak; the cowboy ribeye and the New York strip steak. Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired as the steak turned out to be bland and lacked the expected flavor. Despite the vibrant atmosphere, the culinary experience fell short of my expectations.

Great place to have fun, relax and eat. Always nice and friendly. The clothing places next to the cafe are awesome and affordable. Can’t wait to go back.

Once again exceptional! Food was fast! Waitress was so sweet, and suggested adding bbq or ranch since there was no tarter sauce so delicious! They saw it was my birthday and surprised me with this for free! It was so sweet and unexpected! Love this place.

Saw Sting in concert. Nuff said! Excellent experience as usual. As far as service, I got a bartender on the third floor of the venue that was quite miserly with the alcohol on a drink I ordered. Please understand that I have zero gripes with the prices of the drinks at the Hardrock Hotel & Cafe. That being said, I got a large cup of sour mix and about a bottle capful of tequila for my money. I must admit that is the first time we have had that experience at the Hardrock, but it was worth noting because I didn't purchase another drink from that bartender for the rest of the evening and consequently, the Hardrock lost out on my dough because we decided to leave immediately after the concert. The concert was excellent. Sting is in phenomenal shape, and he has some really talented band and backup members. It's totally worth it as usual. Thank you, Hardrock, for another great evening of entertainment.

Great experience here today, service was wonderful, food came out hot and tasty. For $20 you can get the Hurricane drink with a large souvenir glass. You give them your receipt in the hard rock store attached to the cafe and the cashier will give you a new Hard Rock souvenir glass to take home.

My grandpa brings me here every time I come to Hollywood to visit and every time we leave full and happy! Great atmosphere, great food and great service! The down fall is the price of drinks that aren't very strong but that's usually what to expect from a casino. He loves the Legendary Burger and I am a fan of the All American Sliders. We will be back!

Barely found a table in the bar area. Right before our show. I wish the gal at the front told me that the tables in the bar area were first come first serve but I found that out myself. Luckily a couple was just leaving when we arrived. Had a great dinner. Beer was ice cold, food was really tasty and server was awsome. I wish I knew her name so she could get credit for our wonderful visit. Highly recommended and I will be back.

I have been to a lot of Hard Rock Cafes both stateside and abroad, and this Hard Rock held up their to their high standards. We enjoyed the special cheeseburgers that were benefitting Breast Cancer 🎀, and they were delicious. This is a wonderful place to dine while you're at the casino - festive, fun and great food and service. We were seated right before it got crowded and their was a long line waiting when we were leaving so try to time it right before the crowds come.

The classic nachos were ok. I think black beans would've been better than the red beans. The twisted Mac and cheese and chicken was good. My daughter and I loved it. My husband ordered the Messi Burger and sadly was not great. It looked nothing like the picture nice and big and tall. His was flat looking and nasty in my opinion. He didn't care for it but ate it cause he was hungry. The Burger alone was $13 so you would think for that price it would be worth such a price but nope. The menu has gotten smaller but the prices have gotten higher. I'm not sure we will come back. It has gone downhill in my opinion.

I’m a regular at the Hard Rock Cafe and always have a great experience! I generally sit at the bar to eat and have drinks. All of the drinks I’ve had are delicious. Brandon makes a mean Old Fashioned. Danielle is a top notch Bar staff member that slays provides the best service. The food is generally very good and fresh. Love the salads!!!

Came for one night. The room we got had wires sticking out of cabinets and mess of wires hanging in the shower, and the sink in the bathroom would not pop up or drain. I would expect better from HardRock after paying $750.00 for a Jr Suite.

Great Casino! Very clean fun atmosphere! Several bars located within the casino. I love they each play different music as well. I would highly recommend adding more things that adults can do. Also just my idea: Add a area with a DJ where people can hang out & listen to music & just take in the sights. While dancing or lounging with your friends in an Oversized longe chair area & energetic atmosphere the Hard Rock has to offer!

Your classic Hard Rock Cafe experience. I was disappointed by the extremely low volume of the music. They had plenty of screens showing music videos, but could not hear the music at all. Service was excellent as our server Alysha was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Management was also excellent. The burger was done right and the chicken fajita was above average. Price was fair for the location. Free refills on the sodas too. All in all, a very good experience.

Gina was probably one of the best servers I’ve ever had. She was so attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and just was so happy to be working. Food was great. Nachos were spectacular. She was so sweet and incredible.

Great customer service. Hostesses and server were courteous and professional. Manager was very engaging and checked in on us. The sliders were a recommendation. They were delicious with the onion rings included. The meat was cooked just right and the buns toasted. The giant brownie sundae was delicious. My first Hard Rock Cafe experience and it was delightful. Definitely will return.

Be careful, waiters steal tips from you and customer service does not return the stolen money

👍👍 Great central location in the Hard Rock. The atmosphere was nice, lively but also cozy. Our server and food waiters were great. Their version of a Moscow mule, the Mula, was perfect.
