Smokers Paradise!! And NO ROOM SERVICE! Was so looking forward to a five star experience because we have been to Hard Rock several times prior. Our clothes smelled like cigarettes every time we walked through the hotel. From the elevators all the way to the pool. Don't expect and room service, 24 hours to get towels replaced. Your room will NOT be made, even if you ask, they have a 3 day waiting rule. At nearly $5000+ for 3 nights for 2 rooms, we have never been in a place that does not make up your room each day or at your request. We go out and have a long day on vacation and expect to have our beds made, toilet trash picked up, towels changed, coffee cups replaced (if provided), the basics nothing more. After a long day you want to come back to a made room. It's not a cheap motel or a rental home, It's supposed to be high class resort style hotel. After being lectured about them not doing our rooms until after the 3rd day, we were told to leave our towels at the door, and the eventually replaced the dirty towels by placing them in plastic bags on the floor for us to put away. The pool area for a resort style hotel lacks any entertainment and minimal services. The towel lady was nice. Hard Rock with muffled music, that makes sense. If you're coming here for the casino, great, I'm sure you'll love it. It's not a family oriented resort. Lifeguards yelling at each other across the pool, serving guests glass plates at the pool, then telling them they can't have it at the pool while we're simply sitting there having to listen to them. Pools side service non existent. At breakfast, we were so happy to try out one of the restaurants, after an hour of waiting and asking about our order, it turns out our waitress completely forgot or just didn't turn in our order. Honestly can't wait to go home. We travel nearly monthly and we have seen better and worse, but these are minimum you should expect for a premium name hotel. The guitar shaped hotel is amazing and the night lights are beautify, great job to the designers and architects.

Well, I couldn't actually afford to stay in this $400-500 per night hotel (thus, the lost star), but it's quite a visual feast just to visit the casino and restaurant. Worth a stop for the rock&roll memorabilia and beautiful decor. Parking is free for visitors, so at least there's that. It nearly rivals anything you'll see at the Vegas hotels. Casino slots will gobble your dollar up quickly, so caution is advised. There's really no true "penny slots" left in these casinos anymore. They gotta pay for all that infrastructure somehow. The hotel has some Hollywood lore to it, as the location where Anna Nicole Smith left this earthly realm. The luxury of the place is fitting for a Hollywood actress. EDIT: in response to the business: Yes, I am aware how the new "penny slots" work. 40 pennies minimum required per bet. You blow through each dollar very quickly that way. And you can't play "all" the lines without a very high initial bet. They're not really penny slots. They should not be designated as such if you can't play one line for one penny. I'm old school, played penny slots in Vegas when 1 dollar equalled 100 spins. They spit actual money out in those days, making you fully aware of the fact you were winning/losing real money. They kept people from getting addicted...run out of coins in your cup, you're done playing. These days you don't even get the coins on a payout! The voucher redemption machines just spit out another voucher. If you actually want that last 75c in change you have to go to a cashier to get it and then you're met with eye rolls. True penny slots still exist but they're rare. Alternately, on this same trip I tripled my money in looser slots in a casino further down the road and got more spins and bonus plays with my small investment, making the experience more fun. I don't expect to always win, but being able to get more than two spins per dollar would be nice! I stand by the review for budget travelers like myself. Folks need to understand this establishment is upscale and you need to make sure you're flush with lots of cash to walk in the door. That's fine if you're looking to splurge and have a large budget to blow.

We stayed for 5 days at this casino and we really enjoyed it. You really don’t even have to leave once you arrive. They have several dining options and the food is really good. My favorite was the rise and the council oaks. They have an amazing spa (pricey but worth it) I have never experienced a spa any better! They have different clubs, bars ,nice pools and shopping places. You honestly couldn’t ask for anything more. The only cons are : valet is $30 a day and the beds in the rooms are not comfortable .

Much better than tampa hard Rock. Absolutely excellent environment and didn't walk out smelling like an ash tray. No offense. Just being honest. We live in Tampa area and love going to Hollywood better. Again being honest. Nightlife is so much better and more to offer. It really kicks up a notch around 8-10 on Friday and Saturday nights. Beautiful place. A must go if in the area...

Amazing places are good to see casinos. It's a very big place. Day and night people are playing with the casino. Try your luck, me be you won. But really it's my suggestion, keep some limits with your money, otherwise you're losing everything, 😞😕😕 Just enjoy little bit time. Best of luck everyone.

I am usually a very positive reviewer but I am also an honest person. I must say the Guitar Hotel is Stunning and the scenic views are Magnificent and very delightful. On the other hand Customer Service was very poor. I made my reservation more than 6 months in advance. I was told to call back in 3 months so they could apply the Florida Resident Discount. When I called back to ask for the Discount they told me it didn't apply to the room I was staying in. At the time I made my reservation I was GUARANTEED the Discount. I was not informed that the Discount did not apply to certain rooms. I stayed at The Guitar Hotel and used their Valet Service. One night they closed down the Valet for the Guitar Hotel for whatever reason. I spoke to Aaron the Valet Manager which assured me that if I take my vehicle to the Valet at the Hard Rock Hotel they will bring it to me at the Guitar Hotel whenever I needed my vehicle. Of course this didn't happened and when I spoke to AARON the next morning he was extremely rude and passive aggressive! Once again a Team Member does not follow through with their promises and on top of that shows no respect for customers.

Hard Rock Cafe and Casino - Great place to click, eat, shop and play. Visited this place on a weekday after New Year's for a quick see. Played a couple of roulette games, lost $20 but it was fun. In the end, we all know that house always wins. Also, had a bite at Hard Rock Cafe and clicked pictures with family. The only thing I didn't find is the manual roulette machine as the place only had automatic ones. Had an amazing quality time with family. I'd recommend everyone to visit there to shop, eat & play. Also, there is no parking fee, that's cherry on the cake.

This place is huge and has so many slot machines, food venues, entertainment, card and dice games, even a great pool. The rooms are immaculately well maintained, cleaned, and beautiful. Food service is prompt, friendly, and goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. Each food venue is unique and has excellent options. The staff at each are incredible! The floor staff, from security to the drink attendants are all incredibly friendly, social, and quick to help if you need them. The bar staff is mostly awesome too! Only one time did we ever have any concerns and even when we did, another bartender was quick to step in and take our order 💕 This is hands down the best hotel in the Tampa Bay area. You cannot go wrong when staying here!

The service and atmosphere is top notch! Never had a bad experience here. Good for younger people with the clubs, great shopping, and great accommodations. Since I am a bit beyond the club scene age, I had an awesome time at the tables! Slots are great and one of the few places that has Willie Nelson slot! Awesome slot if you like country music!

Excellent place to visit once in a while. Awesome ambience. Light show is wonderful for 15 minutes. Few restaurants at reasonable prices. Casino/shopping etc available. Can just have a feel for the place without spending money. Free ample parking but may have to spend about 10-15 minutes to park

We had not been here in several years. The renovation is beautiful and everything was in excellent shape. The stores were beautiful but empty of shoppers. The restaurants were busier - yet the prices were high (but expected). We ate in the food court at the Asian Fusion location. Food was good. Prices not too high. I did not gamble but enjoyed watching my girlfriend play. She had fun even though she lost.

Such a great casino. Stopped here on my birthday weekend. Very clean, nice food court to grab a quick bite to eat. A few gift shops to get some souvenirs In. Wish they would open more table games earlier in the day. The Seminole rewards card isn’t as hyped up as they make it to be. Played tables, slots, etc and only got a few comp dollars. Hotel rates are absolutely overpriced, even for in state residents which supposedly have promotional rates. All In all, it’s a great getaway and a quick day vacation. Free parking garage which is certainly a benefit.

This is a review from a day guest visit. I did not stay in the hotel. One thing I’ve always loved about this casino is that you can visit and spend the day here without being a hotel guest. I highly recommend coming in a weekend to take a walk inside and enjoy the atmosphere. Sadly the pool areas are not public anymore and that’s understandable. But the ceiling waterfall inside is pretty epic and refreshing to look at. Overall from what people remember how this set up was before the guitar. It’s still a nice place to come take a walk with the family and get a bite to eat and just enjoy the vibe. Parking is always kind of full just FYI. Overall the guitar up close is beautiful! Locals and visitors come enjoy!

I've stayed at this Hard Rock five times so far and it's awesome! There isn't much nearby but the setup, the rooms, casino, pools & resturants are super nice and fun. Now they have real roulette and craps which makes it even even better. Highly recommended if you want to visit a casino. B

This is an awesome place! Very cool "Guitar" theme and very nice amenities throughout. A very "Vegas" like experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and luxury. The casino was well laid out with all kinds of different machines and games. We ate at the Hard Rock Restaurant and it was as good as expected our server "Tequilla" was amazing! We also ate at the cafe and it was very good. The only issue I had was you couldn't book a room at the registration desk, you had to call or go online. That doesn't work well when traveling if you don't know in advance.

If I could give a negative rating I would! BEWARE - EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER CARE AND NO CONCERN DESPITE OUR TRAUMATIC GUEST EXPERIENCE!!! We made reservations 2 months prior to our trip and stayed here 5 nights under 2 reservations. We requested to stay in the same room for both reservations. On the day the first reservation expired and the new reservation took effect, although we went downstairs and checked out under the 1st reservation and checked in under the new reservation, housekeeping came INTO OUR ROOM 5 TIMES.... YES FIVE times! I know we cannot be the first guests to encounter this scenario and between the hotel reservations, customer care and housekeeping staff, the ball was dropped BIG TIME!!! I was on a business call, someone rang the doorbell, opened the door, walked in and walked back out. I went to the door and into the hallway no one was there. I was in the shower, someone walked into the room and walked out TWICE. I was in the bathroom, same thing. As a female this was very unnerving, disturbing, FRUSTRATING, a huge inconvenience and robbed us of our quiet enjoyment of the room! This only began the downhill spiral of our trip. The next day when going to the parking lot to run out for a quick dinner, the ELEVATOR CRASHED AND WE WERE STUCK FOR AT LEAST 45 MINUTES, which seemed like an ETERNITY!!!!! We are TRAUMATIZED (STILL!) and to make matters worse we received NO RESPONSE from the hotel management or staff and still had to pay the ASTRONOMICAL PRICE OF $699 per night for our room!!! We are beyond appalled and disappointed by the level of response and customer care we have received regarding our experience, WHICH HAS BEEN ZERO, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I have sent two emails and received NO RESPONSE.....the "you will receive a response within 48 hours" is a complete JOKE! We also replied to the "give us your feedback" email and received NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!!! Please, please, please be AWARE and CAUTIOUS when using their elevators as there are no Certificate of Operations posted in ANY of the elevators in this facility (parking garage or either hotel), ABSOLUTELY NONE, and I'm sure this is breaking a state law. WHO KNOWS WHEN ANY OF THEIR ELEVATORS WERE LAST SERVICED OR INSPECTED??? The security supervisor we spoke with regarding the incident was to advise the hotel staff that we were PAYING GUESTS of the property and not just visitors to the casino and WE HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYTHING FROM ANYONE TO THIS DAY, ALMOST A MONTH LATER!!!!! POOR, POOR CUSTOMER CARE STANDARDS!!!!!!

Oh my goodness. This place is beautiful. We didn't stay, just visited. The place is grand and it takes hours to explore. We had a great time walking around and checking everything out. Hubby did a little gambling too. Just like other Planet Hollywood locations, there were outfits and instruments that were worn by celebrities. I loved it

I didn't stay in the hotel but I wish I had! It's very expensive. However, it's well taken care of and gorgeous inside. I had a chance to check out one of the pools, and it was everything. I went to gamble. If it's your first time gambling with them, they have a deal in which you get back your losses on your card as free play. You get up to $200 back about 1 week after your first play. You also get a free shirt (I love that stuff). I would definitely recommend it. If you don't want to stay, pay for a day pass to the pools. You definitely need a car. So rent one if you're from out of state like I am. Self parking is free.

I met here for Brunch with some friends at a restaurant inside. I got a little lost (GPS took me to the main parking garage, instead of the garage closest to the restaurant's address), asked a couple of friendly workers for guidance, decided to move my car to the closest garage, and eventually found my destination. The guest were friendly too. Everyone I smiled at, smiled back and shared in small talk. The scenery, design, artwork and displays were all beautiful and inviting. I never felt enticed or pressured to go to the casino and gamble. I saw families with children, who were skipping and happy to be here. All-in-all, we enjoyed ourselves and plan to visit here again soon. It's nice to have such an entertaining, inclusive, place in my backyard!!

We visited the casino while in town, not the resort. Though we did walk about and say we may come back to stay at this location. The casino was not over crowded. I did not win anything, just broke even. It was clean and I felt safe while playing. I loved they have kiosk for getting a membership card and cashing out vouchers. I would visit again with the hopes that my luck would be better.

Room was gorgeous and the beds were super comfy. I loved the bathroom set up; toilet was a separate space from the shower. We got lucky and stayed in the Guitar hotel on the 25th floor. Our view of the hotel was amazing! We got food from Beach Grill and the pool side bar; both were delicious. The pools were relaxing and beautiful. Loved the chairs that were partially submerged in the pool! The only restaurant that was sub par was Rise. We sent our drinks back and the service was slow and lackluster, but the restaurant was empty.

Great casino. I personally didn't like the Restaurants here as the food wasn't anything to write hone about, although we only tried 3 of them (steakhouse not included) The rooms were modern, clean and I enjoyed the pool view from our balcony. The water show in the Atrium was very fun to watch and the Rock n Roll displays were unique.

This is a beautiful casino and resort. The interior was spotless and had a very luxurious resort feel to it. The pool area is gorgeous, the cabanas are totally worth the price with the amenities they include. The shopping is perfect with a great variety in selection. The food options are absolutely fantastic. Drinks were a bit expensive but still great. I wish the slots were a bit looser but that’s the name of the game.

It is an incredible experience where you can actually see the clothing and instruments used by various artists of all genres. There is a large casino floor flanked by several shops and interesting things to see or do. Upstairs are the rooms, which are pricey but very cool, all apparently musically themed. Other stuff is within those several floors, which I did not get to see, though. At the top is a lively party zone where people dance and play away! Service is adequate but not excellent. Only verified stay over folks can access several key areas, including the disco Upstairs. Have fun, bring lots of disposable income (it's all expensive there), and have fun. We did!

The design! Guitar Hotel is something to see and light show in the evening is great! Rooms are spacious and very well designed (except for pendant light above sink. ouch..). Table with two chairs, desk, loads of storage and counter space. For being a busy hotel it was relatively quiet in the room. It's like a blast from the past with indoor smoking but air flow seemed good. Getting a Unity card and some questions answered about casino proved difficult but overall a great experience. Meal at Korean restaurant (non-grill) was outstanding. And of course music playing and memorabilia was great! Hard Rock Live a fabulous place for a concert too. Kudos to the Seminole tribe!

Loved it. Came here with my family to spend the vacations, it was an awesome time. My first time going to a casino, the atmosphere was great. The hotel looks so fancy and pretty. It was a good choice spending some time here. Would come back again to walk around and take pictures of the place.

Our stay at the Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock was truly memorable. The family-friendly atmosphere made it an ideal choice, and the dinner options exceeded our expectations. The pool offered a refreshing retreat, and the captivating light show added an extra layer of entertainment. The combination of luxury, entertainment, and family-friendly amenities made our experience exceptional.

This was our first time to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood Florida. The Hotel and Casino is exceptionally nice. There are several restaurants and the food is decent. The gaming is great from the slots to the table games. There is no live table roulette but we we told that it will be coming sometime in December.

Love coming here with my daughter and family! We go to the Hard Rock Cafe (resturant) and then we hang out by the waterfall. Extremely family friendly! Good time for a girls night or guys night. Highly recommend coming here.

Awesome beautiful casino. Just gorgeous inside ans out. We shopped some of the stores, ate caviar at a small shop and also dined at the Korean BBQ. All nice with friendly staff. Casino wasn't overly crowded which was nice however some people smoke cigarettes in there which is a turnoff, although I simply avoided those areas.

We are locals and were just waiting for right moment to try out the property. Hit a show in the theater which was massive and didn’t feel stuffy at all. The resort is beautiful, period! There are no more words needed there. What makes or breaks a hotel stay is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. From the valet, to every server, to the pool attendants, everyone was cheerful and eager to help. I’ve been in hospitality a long time and I can tell your training is top notch! Please keep up the great work; we will surely return!

I expected more. New guitar is connected to old casino. Nothing new added. Outside shopping has been removed. I liked the outside shopping. You no longer have an option to get away from the smoke inside which is sad. To add for clarification, it was never the gaming we came for, it was the outside shopping, dining, and sitting on the bench watching the water in the lake which was romantic.

Very nice place. Not even many smokers. I'm a non smoker. My only complaint was.... kids in the casinos now? I guess they might as well give them a beer or something. No! No kids in the casino. I'm not even a parent. Bad parents in there or something. Beautiful place though. I was surprised kids were walking through the casino..... clearly not smart.

Have been going to the hard rock almost daily for nearly 9 months. Most of the time I go to get breakfast at Arise cafe. The entire staff at arise knows my order by heart. A few times I’ve faced issues getting into arise past 2am as it’s reserved for “gold” status members and hotel guests. Thankfully some of the hosts understand the ridiculous rule, and allow it to slide. Recently they are being downright rude, and nasty. The hard rock is beautiful, it has many many attractions. But ultimately deserves a 1/10 rating. The service here from the staff working for the hard rock (sadly the lowest class workers only) are completely obstinate and treat the guests like trash. Sadly the experience here for the “average” consumer is filled with arguments and issues with the base level staff. After the way I was treated on this occasion, I’ve closed my account and canceled any open hotel bookings. Hard Rock team- in what is now the service age, step up and start treating clients respectfully.

Clean, comfortable room. Loved everything! The decor, casino, stores, pools, VIP dinner and comedy show. The only negative was the hostess at the restaurant where we went for lunch one morning. She acted as of we were interrupting her and didn't want to be bothered. When we then asked to move our table location she rolled her eyes and put us at a table that wasn't clean yet. Otherwise, we had a great weekend.

Beautiful casino with tons of shops and eateries! The staff is cleaning non stop so I feel totally safe. Mask isn't a mandate but I wore one because it's still a pandemic so my personal choice it was never enforced though. Lots of machines to select from the table games have plastic partitions up between players to stop the spread of germs. The only downside is they don't offer free or comp beverages. They said the state of Florida won't allow comp beverages on a casino floor that's odd but hey it's Florida! I gave it 4 stars bc I was charged $4 for a coke that was in a cup of ice 12 Oz cup no comp alcohol yet charge a crazy amount for a watered down 12 Oz soda. Check it out. Great facility overall

The hotel was great. The food was great. The biggest problem was they did not let you out to the pool, even to sit on the chairs, until 10 AM and at 3:30 each day they went around scooping all the towels off the chairs, even if you were in the pool, and at 4:45 they yelled “Pools closed everyone out” that was totally unnecessary and made the trip much less enjoyable. During the day people are there to enjoy the sunshine and outdoors- stringent pool hours are not customer service friendly.

The cleanliness, the organization for check in always smooth, plenty of parking, staff is courteous and helpful, restaurants class A, the shopping is excellent and best of all the ROOMS and the POOLS amazing!!!!!!!!!!! Also just to let you know that you have an exceptional employee and team member by the name of ANNA LAYNE she was the best Housekeeper we have had since we have stayed there many times in the past. She is a very hard worker, always making sure she asked us if we had enough toiletries and towels and our room was spotless when we arrived and sanitized. She is efficient and friendly and very courteous. We will be back soon!!! We love the Hard Rock!!!!! Best Regards, Shirley Timothee & Fernando Paniagua

Great on entertainment. Tons of gaming selections. Too smokey. They had signage everywhere directing patrons to smoke in designated areas, but it was not enforced. My party did not want to stay there long because we could barely breath inside. They should really consider that. We only stayed for about an hour and spent very little, where we usually stay for hours and spend hundreds when we visit casinos.

A true experience, the employees are friendly and professional and they are on top of their duties. The resort is very very very clean, the rooms are very modern they even have doorbells which is a very nice touch. My only complaint is my pillow case did have a stain on it , and the environmental staff should have noticed the stain because it was red. The experience was truly amazing, relaxing and fun. The food is very good with several options to choose from. This was such a fantastic experience , I highly recommend this resort, but don't forget your wallet or that zero balance credit card, because it's pricey but well worth the money, so treat yourself to an amazing atmosphere/ experience.

Came south for a visit with friends to see Jimmy Carr and have dinner at the Council Oak. Food was AMAZING and the service was even better. The theater does not have a bad seat in the entire house. Atmosphere was electrifying and elegant. Don't pass the opportunity to have dinner here and see a show.

The resort is quite lovely. We enjoyed ourselves, the food was good, but not what I was expecting. I figured it would be superb, it was good, not superb. There were too many kids running around on the Casino floor. I'm not a fan of that. Children should not be allowed in the area, not even to go across to the other side of the resort. There should be a designated access that doesn't take them through adult activities.

Nice hotel in Hollywood FL. They have a fantastic location, with fantastic places to eat and buy. So why a 1? The service at the Hotel can be upgraded from the front desk, the employees at the Food Court, the security employees…..their core needs work. I tried to extend my stay by one day and upon arrival I requested it. Went to front desk on day 2 there were no evidence of the request. The employee told me to come in the date of departure to see if there was availability. Called their Customer Service unit and they claimed that it could be extended. She was to send documentation to Front Desk so that they could make arrangements and call me…..what do you think? Front desk did not make arrangements and did not call me. Went again to Front Desk and they claim they did not receive the documentation. The Front Desk indicated that she would send the documentation again and to come back by check out time. Seminole Hard Rock need to get their act together. Rather than enjoying my time at the hotel, I was always worried about the extension. Customers beware.

I must say I really enjoyed this venue. I must have played black jack for about 3 or more hours while there and the dealers where great. We shared some good conversations with other members at the table and a great deal of laughs. This place was a lot of fun. I actually walked out with most of the funds I played with and if it were not for my lack of knowledge for the game, I believe I would have done much better. Certainly a comfortable environment, lots to do while there.

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful. The staff from the front desk to the bars were all so friendly and warm welcoming!! The parking garage was attached to the casino/hotel like all other casinos so not much walking. The food is of course pricey but it’s the hard rock you know what you are getting yourself into!!! The room is fantastic you will not be disappointed!!!!!!! Highly recommend!!!! Also we spent 6 hrs in the casino winning and losing and of course I can’t walk away so we lost but had so much fun!!!!!!

I stayed in the guitar part of the complex. Though, it was pretty expensive for 1 night, ($475) for 2 queen standard room, no view of anything but the top.of the parking garage. The room was pretty big and comfortable. The shower was awesome. The casino floor was great and very clean. The pool was my highlight. Music, lots of chairs, wait staff always asking if we were good. The check in was smooth but when I booked a room thru their site it did not say smoking room. I picked a pool view, when we arrived he said it was a smoking room and although he could "get in trouble with his manager for switching us to a non-smoking" he would. Which then took away our pool view. He swore it wasn't cheaper but I have a feeling he lied. Nice stay though, food choices were great too! Go get the alcohol infused ice cream at the end of the day, it was delicious!

Beautiful property! Guitar hotel is one of a kind! Spent two full days at pool and rented a cabana on both. I highly recommend it if you can afford the rates! The customer service is excellent and all the servers do a great job. The casino is large and dealers are friendly. Plenty of table games and minimum bets are on the higher end. The hotel lobbies and connected stores are very nice. Some of the things I did not like were: they changed the black jack rules on Friday night to 6 to 5 black jack pay out. I consider this a chicken sh*t move on their part, ability to make restaurant reservations was nill none nada even though we have two rooms and tried two weeks out not saying it’s their fault don’t know but I did not like it, the clear partitions at the table games is completely stupid! None at the slot machines I guess the virus does not like slots! Even Atlantic City has removed them! Come on man fix this! Overall it’s a beautiful property and the staff is competent and friendly! I believe consumers would benefit from an MGM property close by. I would definitely come back but take down the partitions!

Great place for a night out. Enjoy indoor shopping, several restaurants, bars and lounges, and of course, a large casino. The free parking was easy to locate and elevators take you right to the action. If you're there in the evening, be sure to enjoy the light show at 9 PM. The show itself was worth seeing, but I was expecting Rock n Roll only to be disappointed with softer music and some classical tunes. Dress any way you like. It was very mixed as far as attire, just be aware that its on the cooler side indoors.

More video poker machines are broken than playable. Most casinos I’ve been to have different video poker games (Super Times, Ultimate X) and they usually have Nickels, Dimes and Quarters. They have almost none of these options which is disappointing. This casino is best if you just play slots. Need to hire more drink waitresses. I support the Seminoles but I’ve been to much better casinos.

Attended an installation with over 900 attendees. The event was spread out and spectacular. The food was very good as always. I was hungry so only got picture of the dessert they served us which was light and delicious. I recommend this venue! Enjoy!

I travel regularly and usually visit casinos in all the major cities I visit to explore their poker rooms. Hard Rock in Hollywood is a beautiful property I was very satisfied with. I loved just a walking around to see the memorabilia. The guitar hotel is beautiful, both inside and out. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing, and located a short distance from the casino floor, the food selection is good, and amazing everything else; there is a MASSIVE poker room in this casino packed with more action than you can imagine. Daily tournaments, and series, cash games, anything you can think of. I had a great time at this property and hope to return soon.

Busy, live, non stop action. Great jumping restaurants and bars. Lots of places to pop in and shop. Large hotel with lots of walking and exploring. Beautiful sights to see within the hotel. The rooms offer great views and pretty fixtures. You’ll have a blast if you come here and want an experience. Don’t forget the casino!
