Occasional roaches..Techs spray 10 seconds.Doesn't do it.Housekeeping once a month if lucky.Front desk people nice though.

Absolutely terrible. Booked 2 separate rooms here. One room was completely denied check-in because they overbooked the hotel and was basically told "too bad". Still waiting on a refund days later. The second room was able to get checked in and the conditions of the hotel were terrible. Internet barely worked, room was not clean upon check-in, and water pressure in the shower was literally a trickle. Asked to switch to another room and they said all rooms have the same water pressure issues and if we don't like it we can leave. We stay in hotels all across the country, we understand things get overlooked or things aren't always perfect. But for the hotel to straight up deny a reservation from checking in because they overbooked and to be told "too bad", and then to have the conditions of the room that did check in be wildly unacceptable and again told "too bad" makes us have to leave this poor review. Do not stay here for any reason.

The very first extended stay place I stayed where there isn't at least a coffee pot and linens are provided at 2 week intervals, no garage chute you have to walk your trash out to the dumpster and absolutely no pots, utensils, or any support supplies as an extended stay hotel

The rooms are kind of small but thank God they're sound proof and also the beds are so comfortable. I love how fluffy the pillows are. So far great experience

This hotel is horrible. It includes full kitchen but they do not provide pots,pans and kitchen utensils for use. Nor do they provide dish liquid and kitchen towel as offer at an extended stay. The room we received was dirty and the one I reserved was not available at check in. There is no pool at this hotel and the staff is not welcoming. I do not recommend

Great location if you want to stay near the airport, the walls, probably the doors and windows are not soundproofed, you hear your neighbors a little too much.

We booked a room a month in advance just to find out when we got there New Year’s Eve that they overbooked. We were told that they just made the decision on who to cancel and we were one of five. We were also told they had no time to notify anyone. Do not book this hotel.

Day one here it’s not looking good. Moving in to the 3rd floor and the elevator doesn’t work so I park j at the end by the stairwell and that door is broken so I had to carry everything in through the office and all the way to the end then up 3 flights of stairs. Now I just went grocery shopping and again have to carry everything around the hotel and upstairs and I go ask for a kitchen set that every extended stay I been at gives u. Not here u have to purchase them. I have to have it so I will buy it. They don’t have any right now. So I have 200$ in groceries and nothing to eat or cook with. Now I have to do laundry on first floor and elevator is still broken. Idk if I will last 3 months here

Disgusting room. The floor is very dirty when I take out of shower and walk the barefoot. I see my feet are very black like a black print. I see so many roaches. I killed some roaches and still come more roaches.

The people here are crooks. I have been here for a while. My company is paying the hotel to keep me working in the area. One weekend they forgot to pay. I got called by the front desk Sunday morning to go up and pay for that night because my company had only paid up to Saturday night. I give the receptionist my personal credit card and I pay for one night. I get the receipt for one night. I check out the following morning. I get relocated to a different area and never go back there. A few days after, I check my credit card and notice I got charged for two more individual nights! I am still waiting for a refund but customer service is just as lousy. I will never go back there again. It’s bad enough there are cockroaches all over the place and stink of tobacco and weed.

Worst experience of my life embarrassing place to take a woman for a night of love making hey they had bags over the smoke thingys missing cabinets tv was faded out struggling to produce something on screen. It was stanking in the room I heard dogs barking in the halls and it smelled of fried chicken in the halls. The key didn’t work upon arrival they had to change batteries in door. Tub was dirty water came flying out faucets like It was a water park! I’m just over it

I wasn’t too happy with my stay here. Reception already seemed closed before closing hours and had to ring a bell multiple times before someone came. Then the location, it is right next to two highways and can be quite noisy. Walls are very thin and the floor was not clean. Extra star for the help of staff in modifying my reservation though.

It is extremely ridiculous how after a long trip, you get here and these people will turn around tell you that your reservation has been canceled because of unknown reasons. The level of unprofessionalism is unfathomable. No attempts were made to notify our family of five regarding the reservations cancellation.

It's affordable, has a kitchen, big refrigerator, two stove tops, microwave. Clean. If you need a place and don't care for a pool or a weight room it's okay, you're not paying for those extras on the bill.

There were roaches and maggots in the room there was roaches running all over the floor all over the bed and even in the refrigerator when we spoke to the manager in regards to the issue she was very rude and hung up on us her name was Nishi We will be calling the health department in regards to this issue we also attempted to contact corporate who put us on hold and then hung up.

They kidnap kids. They have scammers and hackers around. No security. Everyone working is being paid by the dark web to harass and scare normal working Americans. All staff should be investigated for violating the privacy policy and not having a safe and secure establishment. There’s a lot of fraud in this establishment as well. Customer service is not provided

Was given a room that was not cleaned , had the housekeepers cart inside the room , and all the dishes dirty in the sink. No pool , no breakfast , and toilet paper upon request only. We will NEVER return to that place.

i’d most definitely pick zero stars if it was possible this place is absolutely ridiculous, you are a hotel and don’t have towels?? what kind of hotel is this. i called the front desk and the lady that answered the phone said “we do towel exchanges at 8am and right now i don’t have any. there is even a time you have to get towels like what even is this hotel?? you should be able to towels at any time. NEVER EVER will be back.

I have stayed in this hotel with my wife and two kids. I checked in little late night just around 10PM and the hotel reception was closed. I need to call some number to bring them back to allow me inside the hotel. Just imagine after long driving we need to wait for atleast 10 minutes to open the gate. Room was OK. Beds are horrible as it’s keep on sliding from the steel frame. We stayed around like 10 days and they didn’t even change the towels, take the trash out or clean the room once. CHANGING THE TOWELS IS EXTRA MONEY. WiFi is just 2G level and you can’t even send an email. To watch video you need to pay EXTRA Money and when don’t know how much speed you will get. No cellphone coverage inside the room. You may get one point of signal if you open your window. And we get Cockroach guest in the rest room. They charged me extra $20 from my original reservation cost and don’t have any idea why is that. They say kitchen comes with the room. But it’s a complete lie. We need to pay $30 for try utensils. Not even they have paper cups. Just one small soap for 10 days..no shampoo or lotion…Never ever will stay in woodsprings again in my life time

The stay was good. The bathroom wasn’t really clean there was hair left on the floor.

We were highly disappointed with woodSpring, facility reminded of a dorm room or camping facility. Smelly, one set of towels for two-no service for three nights. Individuals in retirement move around, regardless of the season. The college kids only want to party, and only care about the moment. My husband does his reservations on line, cannot imagine what the views of this motel being over emphasized on looks When you are traveling, comfort is our NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!!

The room is ok , if you in town to work or just passing by I think it will work for you they do have a kitchen in there which is convenient. Oh yes the bed if you are fan of big bed ask for a king it a must otherwise you in for a surprise

It’s difficult to rate our stay seeing that after flying in from Texas and having a reservation we were told they were overbooked. Mind you check in is at 3p. We went to office at 11am just to make sure everything was well to hear this. After asking the front desk why we weren’t extended the courtesy of at least a phone call her response was…wait for it…”I was just about to,” Hmmmm…4 hours before check in? After reading the other reviews, this is a common problem with a copy and paste response from Management. What really sent me over the edge was the “not my problem” chuckle from the woman at the front desk and her thoughtless apology. She begins to write down the names and numbers of nearby hotels after I confronted her about her mannerisms. When I asked if they had vacancies, she responds with “She doesn’t know” I don’t move until she checks. Come to find out…they didn’t. So to remedy a problem that her hotel created, she was going to send us on a wild goose chase! Unbelievable!!

Because it's very nice and clean and the Mngr Jennifer goes beyond to make you feel secure and welcomed here... Hallways and front desk super cleaned as well as the elevator and you don't have to worry about fresh linen and very pleasant staff... Will recommend to anyone

Stayed there for about 3 months and was treated like family by the staff there. Hated to leave but will go back if ever needed again.

Room are ok but the security is not, I have 2 broke windows of my truck and they dont do nothing eather a discount or some money to fix it

It's a nice place but its field with smokers. As a asthmatic person. I can't leave throw the front door but through the back. Other than that its epicly nice for the price.

The best place to stay is the Woodspring suites in Orlando Florida and Fort Lauderdale Fantastic friendly services of the office staff and cleaning staff. The place itself are very clean has kitchenettes which saved us money during our long stay there. Great prices.
