I
ordered
two
window
screens.
The
customer
service
representative
took
my
name
and
number
and
said
he
would
call
with
the
price.
He
called
that
afternoon.
Ten
days
later
I
called
to
see
what
was
happening
with
the
order.
I
was
told
it
should
have
been
done
but
was
not.
The
rep
told
me
they
would
complete
it
that
day.
Later
they
called
saying
the
screen
were
done.
The
next
day
I
go
to
the
store
to
pick
them
up.
The
representative
behind
the
counter
tells
me
he
cannot
get
them
without
an
order
number.
I
tell
him
they
never
gave
me
an
order
number
but
used
my
name
and
phone
number.
He
keeps
on
about
needing
the
order
number.
I
finally
ask
to
speak
to
the
manager.
He
tells
me
he
is
the
manager
-
of
the
department.
So
ask
to
speak
to
the
store
manager.
While
speaking
to
the
store
manager,
somehow
the
department
manager
finds
the
two
screens.
They
tell
me
my
balance
is
zero
and
I
have
to
tell
them
that
I
had
not
paid.
They
tell
me
everything
is
always
paid
upfront
before
making
screens.
The
store
is
poorly
trained,
staff
is
horrible.
The
department
manager
tried
to
explain
to
the
store
manager
why
it
was
not
his
fault
that
I
was
upset
with
the
lack
of
service
and
basic
systems.
In
the
end,
neither
manager
apologized
for
the
delayed
work,
discourteous
behavior
or
lack
of
basic
protocol
by
themselves
or
other
staff.
I
will
not
be
back
in
this
store
again.
