I truly want to thank the staff for everything they did for me while I stayed there in such a hard time in my life for my mother was in the hospital for a month before passing away and everyone in the hotel were so good to me from the front desk staff to the breakfast lady also want to thank Jose and Keisha thank you guys 100 💯 for having a good heart and helping me out sadly my mother is gone but you guys made my stay there very comfortable and I will forever be thankful I recommend this hotel o anyone for whatever your travel reasons might be. Very clean and staff there are wonderful may God bless you guys always .

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Best service. The rooms on the other hand, are disgusting. I had to move rooms because of bed bugs. Then they gave me a room with stains on the wall, mold in the bathroom and it smelled like urine. The property is directly behind I75 so you will get a lot of highway noise. Will do more research on Home 2 Suite properties before booking in the future.

I stayed 2 nights. Mixed review. Day 1 horrible Day 2 good. I booked a disabled room for 2 days as I am disabled. When I arrived they gave me a regular room. I was not able to use bathroom toilet or shower. Bathroom was extremely small. When I called desk they couldn't help me until morning. In morning manager Robert apologized and didn't make excuses. He transferred me to a disabled room which was very good. He also did not change me for my stay. He was super nice. The free breakfast was good and the lady Elsa who ran it was very nice and attentive. I like H2Suites and won't hold it against them. I based this on the treatment I got from the nice staff.

I loved the ladies at the front desk, they’re friendly and kind and I also loved my room! The bathroom and the bedroom was beautiful. This was the best hotel that I’ve been to I will definitely come back for my next trip.

Enjoyed my stay here. Hotel is right on 75 so if you are a light sleeper, get an ODD numbered room away from the noise. Be forewarned, tho. That gives you an eastern exposure so you get a healthy dose of sunshine as the blinds don't come all the way down.. Very attentive staff, almost too much so. 😀 Had a broken chair which was quickly replaced. Air conditioner is noisy. Bed is just okay. Sheets and pillows fine but the mattress is institutional at best. If the location and bed were better, I'd visit again.

My husband and I along with our 2 year old grandson stayed for 3 weeks. Every single member of staff from the front desk to maids made certain to make us all feel welcome and helped in every way possible.Rooms and facility stayed clean and were plenty roomy enough to be comfortable for an extended stay. Pool and outdoor area were always in top shape Elevator went out during our stay, but wasn't a problem as staff quickly started helping checkouts carry luggage down the stairs. I can't say enough about how great the staff is here. Management has done an excellent job at selecting the best employees possible. My grandson will be leaving even more spoiled than when he got here since everyone of the employees showered him with attention, affection, and treats.

I've never had a hotel at this price have the amenities that this place offered. The room had a full kitchen stocked with utensils, bowls, plates, etc. as well as a small convenience store in the lobby with frozen meals and snacks. The staff has also been amazing, including the breakfast/kitchen staff as well as the people at the front desk. And they gave me a cookie when I checked in

Travelled with my wife and teen kids. Rooms where very clean comfortable. There was a toaster in one of the drawers cutting board the works. Washroom was big enough for our family.Quiet hotel, if your looking for a place to layover. Hotel I originally booked did not worked out. We walked in here and they accommodated us at 4pm in the afternoon. For us to get ready for a family reunion dinner at 8pm. Staff was very kind from the moment we arrived and leafed. Did not get a chance to test the pool, but next time. Breakfast nice and neat, coffee is good take back to my room. Great job guys very impressed. 🇨🇦

This home2 suites in a little old dated and could use renovations throughout the hotel. However the day staff are great and the manager is a very friendly individual. The pool needs more shade or umbrellas and upkeep. One thing I didn't like was how at night you can hear your fellow neighbors next room to yours and how you can also hear other people's toilet been flushed. The 3rd floor of the building has a foul smell at night that will come to your room so do not stay on the 3rd floor. Parking is free and secure. Breakfast is included but don't expect a 5 star meal. Overall this is a good property ran by a good manager, it is also about 20 mins from the Miami Dolphin Stadium.

Had to stay here this month 4 days for work. The staff was amazing and so friendly specifically the breakfast attendant. The hotel Could use a little deep clean though. The hallway carpet were filthy and the rooms could use some caulking and the shower door at the bottom was rusty the location was good. I have stayed at cleaner Home 2 suites hilton.

The lady at check in when we got here was Ashley I believe and she was so nice. Offered us a cookie and when we found a problem in the room she immediately switched the room for us no questions asked. The only thing I don't really like is there's no maid service throughout the stay we had to ask for fresh towels. Also the rooms aren't the best looking but overall a good stay.

I needed a ADA room for 3 nights and that was the smallest room ever. The bathroom space was the best part. Wheelchair maneuverability was difficult and limiting. The hot water was barely warm at the highest temperature. I picked this brand based on past experience, but this was a disappointment. The lobby was clean and organized and breakfast was included. This was not a quiet place or a pleasant experience. 😒 would not recommend

We arrived here (party of 4, stayed in 2 first floor rooms) on 3/19/23. Front desk personnel on Sunday and Monday afternoon were very polite and courteous (maybe the same person but I don’t remember her name). Housekeeping person (I think her name is Ivonne) does a great job keeping the room very very clean! The Lady who was at the breakfast area on Monday and Tuesday was very friendly, visible and she kept the area very clean, all replenished and in order. Sorry I can’t say the same for today (Wednesday) as I noticed the area looked like abandoned and the person was literally like hiding and paying more attention to her cellphone. All breakfast area (coffee/tea area included): things out of place, kind of dirty and mess (I know some guests do not help). The hotel location is very nice, hotel in general looks clean. No noises (towards the parking lot). Thanks to all Staff for your hard work! Keep it going! 🌻♥️ Will update on check out.

This hotel is a gem. Firstly, Rebecca exceeded all you can expect from a person at a front desk. Perfect balance between professionalism and cordiality. She's just the best. Also, each and every one of the hotel staff is cordial, friendly and helpful. Rosa and Elsa put a smile on our faces every morning when picking up breakfast. The room I chose was spacious, super clean bathroom (we ask for a daily housekeeping service since it is optional). It is a hotel for long stays so it has a full size refrigerator (silent) and a giant microwave oven. The air conditioning works perfectly and the complementary WiFi offers good speed for video calls. TV includes HBO. Small details to improve: some stains on the carpet and on the sofa. The location seemed perfect to us since we drive around a lot. There is plenty parking space and it is free. The ambient music selection is great and at a perfect volume level. The hotel is close to shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores. We will surely choose this hotel again when we're back in the area.

It is a great property with good sized rooms and kitchenette. The breakfast was very basic, the gym is good, they have a pool too which looked good. The location is a bit remote as you do not have anything to do in the area. But yeah, it is close to some of the big corporate offices which was the purpose of my visit. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant stay overall, I would stay there again. WiFi was easy to connect to, Room clean, TV/remote not complicated, Breakfast had nice options, Staff was nice to talk to.

As far as the rooms they were nice. I was staying here for a project that I was working on in the area. They project is going to be held up for a few weeks and a worker I was bring in from NYC flight was canceled, and I have proof of that and showed them that, so I only stayed there 1 night. I booked it through Priceline and when they talked to the manager about canceling he stated that he cannot approve for that reason. What is even worse is that I was only asking for a credit to use when I will be working there in a few weeks. So I was robbed of my money and now I’m sure they will rent those rooms and make double the money for them. This is a joke and I will never stay at another Home2 Suites again in my life and probably not another HIlton just because of this. Terrible!!!

In Miramar for business purposes, my 3-day stay at this property was absolutely splendid. From check-in to checkout, the staff members were pleasant and professional. The front desk team were exceptionally helpful, particularly Shadrika. My king studio was perfect! I especially liked the quiet, peaceful atmosphere that was conducive for my work tasks. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed at the Ritz and Waldorf Astoria hotels and this superseded all of my stays. Every single thing about this hotel was perfect. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel. Every employee was extremely nice. They always went above and beyond for me. The front desk staff-magnificent, housekeeping staff- amazing, management- phenomenal. All. Of. It. We were here for 3 weeks and they really put the Home in Home 2 Suites. I could go on for days about what a great experience it was. If corporate is reading this, these people need huge raises, promotions and to be recognized publicly for everything they do. Thank you so much for the perfect stay. We appreciate it so much. We look forward to staying with you all soon.

CLEAN, very well managed, friendly staff My experience with this hotel was nothing short of amazing. My elderly mother stayed at this hotel for over 2 months and the staff treated her with fantastic care and attention. The housekeeping staff, front desk, and management all ensured that if she needed anything she had it. If she wanted anything, they did all that they could to make it so. I would highly recommend that if you were thinking of this location for any length of time, you will be very pleased with your choice.

In general, predictably ok as expected of a member of the Hilton family. Fresh decor; good breakfast layout with appropriate COVID safety precautions. Regrettably, we had a maintenance issue with our room that was not resolved, or even investigated. Our air conditioner was leaking; the floor by the bed was soaking wet. We reported it; we were told Engineering would check it out the following day. We put a towel on the floor to absorb the water. Upon returning the next day, not only had the issue not been addressed, the wet towel had not even been picked up from the floor by Housekeeping and the Front Desk attendant didn't even remember that we had reported the problem. Consistent with their guarantee, we were ultimately comped for one night; but that was after first just being offered snacks for our inconvenience. And though the comp was appreciated, we still spent 2 nights in a room with wet carpet...

I’m going to start with the negative because I know attention spans are short. So, I have booked a stay at this hotel for three non consecutive weeks because of my work. It is a convenient area near where I contract. The most irritating thing about the hotel is that there is a significant plumbing issue. The first week I had low water pressure in the shower, the second week I had two nights where I returned to the room with no hot water in the shower, and this last week I have a tub that drains very very slowly. As I shower I’m standing in a tub filled with slow draining water. I received a card from Jose who is a manager to speak with him about company pricing through email and through phone calls (voicemails) with no response on either platform. When I called the front desk about previous plumbing issues one of the front desk clerks thought that she put the phone on hold and was heard speaking to someone there with her about not wanting to answer the phone because she didn’t have an answer to my problem (which was the no hot water issue). I hung up the phone and called back to get a different young lady on the phone who suggested that I run the water for 15 minutes until it was warm. I work in construction and I need a hot shower to wash off all the dirt. I didn’t bother to share the draining issue in the tub on this current stay but after never hearing back from management I decided to leave a review. For my positive review, the rooms are clean, and for the most part the customer service is very polite and welcoming. I would probably book the hotel again because of location but I am not pleased with the plumbing issues for each week long stay. Neither am I pleased with never hearing back from Jose about company pricing. This place has great potential.

The first room I got had a leaky AC but they moved me to another room that was good. The breakfast was weird, with buckwheat waffles and a bagel selection. Some preheated egg things and breakfast sandwiches. They need to switch back to the regular waffles, no one wants those buckwheat waffles. Maybe that is why they have them. The pool was small but clean. Not a lot of seating around the pool. The entrance is in another parking lot, and the parking could be better.

Everyone in the hotel is so nice. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. I worked in a lobby every day and they made music quieter for me so I could take calls. Someone went to the shop to buy the washing soap when me a d other guest needed it. Thank you guys for your great job!

I stayed at The Home2 Suites while recovering from cosmetic surgery. The room was spacious enough for me and my guests. The full refrigerator and mini kitchen was perfect for my stay. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a on site laundry mat considering I needed to launder every day. The breakfast was amazing and they had a great variety of items. I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing room with everything we need. We moved from Miami to NC and come back to visit family. We know the area like the back of our hands. I can not say enough how well everything was on our 3 night stay here. Great parking , close to the doors. Super pet friendly. The staff is amazing. Great Great customer service !!!! We can't complain about anything. Cold rooms the way we love it and is hard to find hotels that offer that . So a big plus

Finally a nice hotel in this area and I will definitely return. Good location next to freeway and it is very safe to walk around the area for exercise.

Spent 28 days straight at this hotel. The hostess rebecca was a very welcoming and nice face to come “home” to every night. The only con i had the entire experience was requesting “a clean sweep” and the sheets being the same set as before. Definitely be detailed when you request cleaning.

Beds, couches need to be replaced. Hot water isn't really hot. Love the kitchen. Daytime staff is very helpful, haven't had much interaction with evening staff.
