This being because if I had 3 items its 3 barcodes to scan, how he scanned 4 bar codes making me pay for and extra item. I returned to the store and i made them refund me. The cashier named Daniel

Our favorite grocery location for all our non-human family members . We've adopted a cat, bought our reptile baby (bearded dragon), and 3 tanks of fish over the past 6 years. The employees are very friendly, experienced, and extremely helpful.

The best Pet Supermarket I have visited. The team at the Coral Springs location is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The location is stocked full of great toy and treats, clean and well organized! I love coming in to get ghost shrimp and worms for our pets.

Really sad and disgusting the way they keep their animals , they don’t even have enough space to move in those little cages , you can see their stress behavior, that’s cruel just to make a few hundred dollars.

I’ve gotten 2 bunnies here now! One brown Rex I’m pretty sure and one black and white broken holland lop! The first one was $150 and the holland lop was $250 but I just had to get her at that moment! Very cute bunnies and nice workers

Many items for a variety of pets. Store is a good choice if your shopping for fish, reptiles, rodents, bunnies, etc, and also for cats and dogs. I liked that the self serve grooming area had a handicap accessible stall. Very helpful staff :)

Great helpful friendly staff working here. Prices can't really compete with Amazon. However, if you want to touch things, see them in personbefore you purchase, this is a great pet store. Keep the brick and mortar stores in business.

They gave me all the Venison Ultra dog food they had. I guess I'll start cooking, since I used the last can yesterday and no one has Natural Balance.

Excellent help today from Jennifer, Amanda and Leana. Jenn really was knowledgeable about Dog Browning's food. Took the time and showed me the newest Hill's Science for the big boy. I highly recommend this location after disappointed at the competition brought me here!

Challenging store to visit. Poorly planned parking makes it nearly impossible to find parking near the store in the case say you are purchasing large bags of dog food.

Every dog owner needs to go to a dog training class!!! The dog trainer instructor at pet supermarket is amazing, funny, honest, punctual and knowledgable. He is very helpful in training the socially awkward and undisciplined dog. He teaches every Monday at 6:00 pm.

I bought my pet some nail clippers. When I came in I was immediately greeted and died it to the right section. The nice lady signed me up for reward points the customer service was excellent. The whole transaction and process took less than 10 minutes. What makes this place special are the workers, and they're very knowledgeable. But in all honesty, they really care about your animals. And that's what separates them from their competitors.

I went to Pet Supermarket in Coral Springs in search of sweaters for my 🐕. The staff member was very helpful in finding the right style and sizes for my dogs. She then cashed me out at the register quickly. Store was remodeled since the last time I was there and was clean and well kept. Will try them again in the future. :)

SUCH A LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! We went in to get my son his first fish, a betta fish. We spoke to an employee of Pet Supermarket, and he guided us as far as what we needed to buy for the fish. We bought everything according to his recommendations. A few days later, we went back to pick up the fish. While we waited for the new bettas to come in, we cycled the water for 2 days (as recommended). We picked up the fish and 4 days later he was dead. After the first fish died, we went back and spoke to another Pet Supermarket employee who advised us on the delicate nature of bettas. Since we were already there, we had our son pick out two other fish. Came back home, washed the tank and cycled the water for 24 hours (as recommended by the 2nd person we spoke to) and placed the two new fish in the tank. 3 days later, they one of the two died. Back we go again to Pet Supermarket. This time we speak to yet another employee and explain what has been happening. He advised that the tank we have, which was recommended by the first guy, was way too small for these two fish. $150+ later and we're coming home with a whole new set up and a new fish to replace the one that died. The third employee advised that the new tank should be cycled for 24 hours and then the two fish added. We did just that. 2 days later, one of the fish died. During this time, the 3rd emplyee stated, we could bring back the smaller tank since we just bought the bigger one. Fast forward to today. I bring back the smaller tank and betta food. I spoke to a manager and went through the entire story. He stated that we should have cycled the water for two weeks. When asked why his own employees are saying 24 hours, he could not answer me. He refused to take back the smaller tank and return my money. He didn't even offer a store credit, which would have been fine since we buy our dog food here or use to anyway. The fact that he simply disregarded me and basically said it was my fault that all our fish were dying shocked me. He even recommended to "go watch some you tube videos on how to care for fish". To the higher ups at Pet Supermarket, if you're going to hire people, at least make sure they all provide the same recommendation and/or procedures for pets. This could have been a dog or cat. Completely unacceptable. We have been using this store for all our dogs but now, I will be taking my business elsewhere. THANK YOU FOR ALL THE DEAD FISH!!!!!

Every time I shop here, the people working are very nice and helpful. I haven't had a bad experience yet and I have been coming to this location for a very very long time. I appreciate you all and so do my fuzzy kiddos. 💕

My husband bought 4 guppy fishes 3 days ago two of them died. On the back of the receipt states fish are guaranteed for 7 days , when we took the fish back to do an exchange not even a return cause we really want our fishes back in our tank the cashier person came up with the excuse I needed to bring the water to be tested in a separated container they will not take the one I brought the fishes . This is ridiculous cause on the receipt it does not mention any of this rules in order for you to get your money back or do an exchange.they sell sick fishes and do not take the responsibility for it . Very disappointed will never come back to this place
