the
Owner,
I
wanted
to
reach
out
and
express
my
disappointment
with
my
recent
experience
at
Sun
Gastrobar.
While
our
server
was
fantastic
and
provided
excellent
service,
I
felt
that
the
behavior
of
the
manager
was
unnecessary
and
made
our
dining
experience
less
enjoyable.
Our
need
for
live
music
was
attained
but
when
we
requested
a
song,
after
spending
$500+
at
his
establishment,
he
declined.
I
understand
that
managing
a
restaurant
can
be
challenging,
but
I
believe
that
customers
should
be
treated
with
respect
and
professionalism
at
all
times.
I
hope
that
in
the
future,
the
manager
will
approach
customer
interactions
with
a
more
positive
and
accommodating
attitude.
Despite
this
negative
experience,
I
want
to
emphasize
that
our
server
was
exceptional
and
made
our
meal
enjoyable.
I
hope
that
you
will
pass
on
our
gratitude
to
them.
Thank

this

and
I
hope
that
we
can
have
a
more
positive
experience
if
we
visit
your
restaurant
again
in
the
future
but
that
will
not
be
the
case

our
friends
