I come long way from Vladivostok to visit famous American beer making place Tarpon River Brewery. People in my village say- go to Florida, meet beautiful woman, kill many alligator, drink strong beer. So I sell my farm, buy ticket, say goodbye to family, and take boat to America. Today I am finally here and very much to try delicious beer and food. Very nice server lady bring me Rusty Blonde Ale. It very big, bold and little bit fruity with head like honey. Same as server lady. Tarpon burger make me feel strong like bull. Then I notice sissy man at next table say “I don’t like the French fries”. I grab man and smash head into table. In my village, we wrestle many potato farmers to get glorious fries like those. So I say big thanks to Tarpon River brewery! When I invade your country, I will spare your restaurant! Hahahaha (is joke).

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tarpon River Brewing, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic lunch. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the beer flight. The selection was impressive, offering a diverse range of flavors and styles. Each pour was expertly crafted, showcasing the brewer's skill and passion. From the smooth and malty lagers to the hoppy and bold IPAs, every sip was a delightful adventure for my taste buds. The presentation of the flight was also aesthetically pleasing, with each glass labeled and arranged neatly. It was a great way to explore different brews and discover new favorites. One dish that stood out during my visit was the firecracker shrimp. The combination of crispy shrimp, tossed in a tangy and slightly spicy sauce, was a flavor explosion in every bite. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, tender on the inside, and crispy on the outside. The sauce had just the right amount of heat, adding a delightful kick without overpowering the dish. It was a true culinary delight that left me wanting more. The service at Tarpon River Brewing was exceptional. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their craft. They were more than happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions I had, making me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. Overall, my experience at Tarpon River Brewing was nothing short of exceptional. The beer flight offered a fantastic variety of flavors, and the firecracker shrimp was a delectable treat. Combined with the friendly and attentive service, it made for a memorable lunch. I highly recommend Tarpon River Brewing to anyone looking for a great brewpub experience. Cheers to the team at Tarpon River Brewing for creating such an enjoyable and memorable dining experience!

Amazing brewery witha wide selection of food and drinks! My GF and I sat at the bar, where Charles was our server. I started my evening with the Dan's Double and with the Hot Chicks (chickpeas). The chickpeas were amazing! Then came th firecracker shrimps, tbey weren't too spicy, but more sweer and savory. Definitely one of my favorite appetizers dishes rhag I had so far. Up next, I had the fried chicken sandwich, and it was good in flavor but not out of this world. On the other hand, my GF had the PB&J burger. At first I was intrigued as to why such a weird combination of flavors, one normally doesn't put those two together, but after one bite I was blown away! It's not as bad as it sounds! They weren't kidding when they said "You will be surprised how much you like this!" Next time I'm here Im am definitely going to have the PB&J Burger for sure. As for the scenery the floors on the outside are bkue to give the impression that you are on water, ans there's some cool history of the location too.

Heck of a spot to grab some fresh brews. We enjoyed ordering a flight and trying a few different IPAs. The place has a good set up, large space with indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly service, happy to pour tasters and help you find the right beer for you. We appreciated the beer named Tom Brady’s tears.

Great time at Tarpon River Brewery! Good selection of beers. It's not an overwhelming list, but the quality is great. Unlike many other breweries, Tarpon River has a good food menu. You must try the Cajun fries! Overall, it has a very chill vibe with backyard games like corn hole and ring toss. The brewery is dog friendly. There were a lot of people who came with their furry friends.

Went with a large group for the first time on Sunday for brunch and while I was disappointed they weren't doing the normal brunch menu that particular day due to the Flea Market event, the Tarpon Craft Burger was delicious. The burger was juicy, had a lot of flavor, and the fries were perfectly crisp without being greasy when you bit into them. Our server was also very attentive and had a great attitude when interacting with our large party. I would 100% recommend giving this place a try and I look forward to going back in the future!

Wow. My first time here and I can’t say enough how cool this place is. The food is made fresh to order - the burgers are so juicy and the Brussel sprouts … FUGETTABOUTIT. 🤌🏼 This place is a brewery as well I might add so be sure to order a flight of flavorful beers!! I ate so fast o forgot to take a picture of my food before- hope the empty plate is proof enough! YUM! The owners are cool too. 😜❤️

Very nice and fun atmosphere. Good food, beer, and live music. Great place to spend time with friends. It’s a big place, it has 3 different spaces. We had fish ‘n chips and a grilled cheese. They have different bands and other events every week.

Tarpon River Brewing is nestled into Fort Lauderdale, Florida and it’s roots are deep. The ultimate trifecta got together and made this baby come to life! The masterminds behind this operation are The Riverside Market’s Lisa & Julian Siegel, The Restaurant People & Native Brewing Company. This colab hit a home run!! Producing some of Sunny Florida’s finest hoppiness in the state! Have you had some “Honey Love Lager”???? So good, my wife’s fave!!!! They also have fantastic food that pairs so well w the brews. From fun concerts every week, to happy people and fun memories to be made. I highly recommend this brewery to kick back, relax and let the fun times roll. You will be so hoppy you came 😉 Tarpon River Brewing 280 SW 6th St Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 Friday 11:30 AM–12 AM Saturday 11 AM–12 AM Sunday 11 AM–10 PM Monday 11:30 AM–10 PM Tuesday 11:30 AM–10 PM Wednesday 11:30 AM–10 PM Thursday 11:30 AM–11 PM The Chefs View

Great spot for food and beer - family friendly with indoor and outdoor seating. Wish we lived closer to take advantage of their community activities (bike riding, etc.) Lots of menu options and the kitchen customized for a sensitive eater in our party! Will definitely come back.

Cool spot, very nice indoor and outdoor seating area. Beer was amazing, and food was solid. We had the shrimp poboy which was delicious. Also had the cluck Norris, their fried chicken sandwich. The chicken and fries were great, but the sandwich itself is in desperate need of a sauce for it. It was rather dry overall. Some siracha Mayo, house sauce or similar would have made it perfect. Otherwise great staff and service. Everyone was super friendly and nice considering they were a bit short staffed.

Stopped in here for my first night in Fort Lauderdale. Glad I did! An inviting joint near the downtown that was lively and above all- delicious. The outdoor/indoor seating is nice and there is plenty of space. Imani was great and made our experience memorable. She gave us recommendations and they did not disappoint. If I lived here, this would be the spot. That pretzel 😍. Seriously that beer cheese AND the spicy mustard were fantastic. I'd eat just that till the day I die. Would even be on my death row meal! I appreciate her accommodating my sesame allergy so I could try the Brussel sprouts- yes those are also delicious too. Gordon is right- acidity elevates a dish and that's what those Sprouts have.

Every time I return to SoFla I go to Tarpon. They always make me smile. Wife and I ate dinner this time and had a great evening Brussels sprout appetizer was so delicious. The Thai soy sauce over it was the bomb. We had the vegan wrap and I added I. The kale salad. Top notch. Two flights of amazing beers completed the evening. Deflated hazy was my highest rated beer of the night. I highly recommend this brewery.

Cute brewery in Fort Lauderdale. Stopped here for a beer and a bite. The coconut blonde beer was absolutely delightful, and the Buffalo cauliflower wasn’t bad either. Would definitely visit again.

I cannot tell you about the beer, but I can tell you about food 🥗🍟🌮 We went there for lunch and were promptly seated, they have a nice indoor-outdoor area that has a view on the beer tanks. One of the staff was doing his craft which was a nice add to the scenery. Our food came super quick and everything was tasty. My partner took the fish tacos, I took the hangover fries and Cesar salad. The menu has quite a bit of options and it’s the “typical” food you would expect from a brewery. They organize a bunch of activities along the week where it always ends with beer drinking 🍺 If you are there for lunch, go have a coffee across the street at Wells, best in town ☕️

Really yummy kettle sour (prickly pear zinger) a nice coconut inspired blonde ale. Decent IPA, but not amazing. Friendly staff and a great spot to pop into on a Monday. If you love craft brews, want to get off the touristy strip, this is definitely a place to try out.

Beer was fresh and delicious. The buffalo fried shrimp appetizer was out of this world good. The grilled cheese sandwich was your typical grilled cheese with sliced American cheese on Texas toast. The PB and J burger sounded a bit strange but was the perfect combination of ingredients to make a tasty burger. The Cajun style fries were nothing special.

I came to Tarpon River Brewing on Wednesday because they have a super fun Music Bingo show that evening at 7 PM. When I got there, the server Emma was extremely kind and helpful throughout the evening and always had drinks and food to my group promptly after ordering. She recommended the blackened mahi-mahi sandwich and it was without a doubt the best fish sandwich I’ve ever had. It was an absolute explosion of flavor with the tartar sauce and the spices in every bite. They brew all of their beer in the venue so it’s really awesome to have it fresh! The atmosphere is totally awesome because there’s indoor seating and outdoor seating, depending on what you are wanting. This place is awesome and I will totally be returning soon!

We love breweries and this is one of the best in the Broward County area. The brewery is not far from downtown Fort Lauderdale but has the advantage of having parking available, some on-property and the rest nearby. The taproom is both indoor and air conditioned and outside the inner doors, a larger open air taproom. There is also a party room that was being used during our visit. We sat at a table inside because it was a 90° afternoon when we walked in. There was a very friendly barmaid serving us. The selection was very good, with more than a dozen beers to choose from. We got a couple flights and then had to decide what to have next. There were several excellent varieties that we tried, but the "Honey Love" and "Color of Energy" Red Ale were our favorites. We got a four pack and crowler to take home with us. The flights were rather expensive the way they price them. The best deal is to buy either pints or beer to-go. We plan to come back again and try more of the great beers at Tarpon River Brewing.

My friends and I had a girl's night here last night and the drinks and food were AMAZING! We were blessed to have our amazing server, Jonathan! He was very attentive, funny, kind, and really took wonderful care of us! One of our friends has been going through a difficult time, and even though he wasn't aware of this, Jonathan partnered with the Tarpon River Brew crew and gave her a sample of one of the brews OTH. It really made her evening, and I want to make sure that Jonathan is recognized for his kindness and amazing service! Thank you!!!

Really cool and nice brewery. We sat outside, I loved the rusty blonde beer, we only order the loaded fries which were really good plus the beers. My husband tried their IPA and he like it too.

Different ambiances for different tastes! Very friendly service with a pretty good beer selection: My wife and daughter enjoyed the Inzane very much. The food was surprisingly good: Spicy shrimp, Nachos, Wings....all was pretty good. At the back they had open mike and it was lots of fun hearing "aspiring" performers go at it. We really enjoyed our time at Tarpon River Brewing! We'll be back!

Becca was our bartender and she was TOP NOTCH! She was friendly, fun and attentive! She gave us tons of recommendations on the beer and the brunch menu. Our food came our great but we were most happy about the service. Even when the bar got busier, Becca still acted as if we were the only ones in the place! She really did an amazing job. This wasn’t our first time here and it most definitely won’t be our last!

Having sampled one beer earlier this year at a festival in Tampa, I was excited to go to their brewery. We had two flights and while nothing was "knock your socks off", it was all good. The food too was pretty tasty. I had a bowl with chicken, my husband, the IPA mac and cheese. My kids enjoyed their wings and huge meatball sub. A bit warm inside but overall, a good visit.

Went here to meet up with some friends and we were not even acknowledged at the entrance. I over heard a server tell a young lady that it was self seating and thats how we knew where or even how to find a table. After finding a seat, it took them about 20 to 30 minutes to even come and ask us if were ready to order a drink and I know it was a live band night so they were a little crowded but at least say you will be with us shortly. After ordering our drinks which took forever to come, we walked around and the atmosphere was really nice. There were strings lights and a bar where you sit and enjoy a beer or 2 while listening to the live band. After ordering our food the server came to check on us every 10 minutes, I guess because the crowd had died down so she actually had the time to come and clear our table slowly without saying excuse me. We ordered the fish tacos which had way too many lettuce in it and not enough sauce, my husband had the medium wings with the hangover fries and our friends had the firecracker shrimp with a side of fries and a kale salad. I gave it a 4 star because it was a nice environment but they could just do better with greeting customers. Also the bathroom was clean. Hopefully the next time we go the service will be better. The beer was really good too, we just don't remember the names of all the beers we tried.

Came for the first time on a Sunday afternoon to be part of a fitness sample event and I had so much fun! After the event we went to the bar to grab a late lunch. We asked the bartender recommendations based on what we liked and he gave both of us exactly what we liked. Both beers were iced cold and delicious. For lunch we had the tarpon burger with fries. The burgers were a bit over cooked , but not burned so that was ok. They do have ALOT of fitness and other fun events, so I look forward to be back. Definitely worth the experience. Nice ambiance.

I’ve never written a review before, but I enjoyed this brewery so much that I felt I had to! The pretzel was fantastic, along with the beer cheese and spicy honey mustard. I never even want to look at the nacho cheese you get at mall kiosks again after experiencing those dips! The PB&J burger was perfectly cooked and balanced, and the fries portion was generous and well-seasoned. Imani was fantastic, she was very attentive and welcoming even when the place was extremely busy. She’s the type of server you hope to get, but rarely do. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
