This Publix was so clean the floors look like glass mirrors. The shelves well stocked. I was very impressed with the stores appearance at first glance. The cashier was very helpful not the usual let's get this over with expression. I must say especially during this time with empty shelves everywhere, they are doing a great job keeping their store in tip top shape. Well done!

Today is July 4th, This is TOTALLY unacceptable, the garden entrance was locked, (check out the photos of dying plants) at checkout only 5 stands were open out of 28. (See photos) to add insult to injury, the cashier in lane 22 refused me and several others, but did cash out an employee! SUPER WALMART...SUPER JOKE...STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CAN. FIRE THE MANAGER ASAP! This was the super Walmart at University and 199th, (next to Hardrock statium not the Publix at river run.

The store is overall pretty good. Everyone i've met, from cashiers/associates restocking in the aisles and even produce/meat personnel are very kind and always willing to help. The store is generally pretty well maintained as well. One of my biggest complaints about this store location is the amount of expired items. I am specifically writing today because of this frustration. I've been shopping at this location for years and i've grown accustomed to looking at ALL the shelf life dates for expired items. From produce, to milk, yogurts, cereal, coffee... It's ridiculous how much you find. And sometimes by severalmonths.

If u need a warm & cozy tasty pick me up again tasty 😋 this is it. I'm talking bout the best noodles I've ever has in my life. Phenomenal taste add a little hot sauce onion powder garlic powder and paprika and boom⚡⚡⚡

The worst deli-Publix this store needs to do better. I placed an order today to be picked up at 7:15pm. I EVEN waited an additional 15 minutes before leaving my house because I know at this location online orders are NEVER ready on time. Guess what It happened again my order was not ready with 3 people working in the deli. Not sure if the person assigned to online orders was new but OMG. He started on my sandwich then stopped and started helping another customer then another one. I was so upset I did not get me full order. I spoke with the manager he did seem to care. This publx needs to do better. I only have this issue at this store NO OTHER STORE and I have several around me but this one is the closest. Need to do better 368-8914

I usually like Publix but I have to give this review. I understand making changes on how the specials work, and I even can understand why charging regular price for a discounted intem can happen. I don't care as long as they find a solution with good costumer service. What I can't understand how the service staff at the Costumer Service office can be rude, dismissive, and plain unhelpful. Specifically, Ms. Geydis, who by herself with her entitled attitude and rude demanor is making sure I will not return to this store. Not all client is right, but a good costumer service staff will remain professional at all times, and this young lady lacks that ability.

It's an okay Publix. It's not fancy or new. I usually visit the ATM outside or go in just to pick up lunch. It's clean, the employees are nice and it's well stocked. The chicken has gone up in price but inflation.

I love this Publix... I visit every week. The store is always clean. And the associates are well mannered no matter their age. So when go get a chance, stop by, pick up a couple things, and have a small chat and tell them how great they're doing.

Very helpful customer service... I needed to sell some quarters and she took them 👍 I also had several ways to pay to stretch out my $ and she didn't mind 🙏. It made it so much less embarrassing 👍👏👌🙏

Shopping at this Publix truly is always a pleasure. I love the selections available, and I especially love the bakery section. The staff that I've interacted with have been pleasant and helpful. There are 3 Publix supermarkets near our home, and this is our go-to Publix.

I have been going there for over 30yrs and I have found through the years the staff and management have always been helpful except for one time I went in and the check out lady was very rude it was the 10 or less aile I think she was having a bad day but I am back. I stopped going over there for a couple of months but I am back

Service is good. Customer service is usually quicker than most locations and no unnecessary questions with returns. Produce needs some serious do over but I’m not quite sure if it’s a corporate issue or if the location itself needs to improve on. Overall I like this store.

Kudos to the gentleman who worked the seafood counter yesterday (I'm sorry I didn'tget his name).!! He was extremely knowledgeable and took extra care in preparing my steamed mussels and shrimp. He was very courteous and patient. Typically, my shopping experience is just average at this location, but that gentleman made it memorable, which isn't an easy feat.

I frequent this Publix regularly because I live close and it’s convenient. However, the last several months I have been going I’m finding it very difficult to get good service from the deli either there is a huge language barrier where one would have to either speak creole or patois so you can properly order your deli meats they should have someone who understands and speaks English. In these departments you order one thing you get another you asked for it sliced thin you don’t cut thick. I’m sorry, but Publix is a professional grocery chain. We shouldn’t have to settle for getting whatever we get an S4 since we are paying customers.

Publix is known for a store of standards and is why people shop consistency.......but National News alllegedly reported that Publix Corporate were one of the top sponsors for that vicious attack on our U.S. Capital on the Jan. 6, 2021.

While the employees are very nice, I keep purchasing expired products from this store. Quality control needs to be better, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m not even talking about days or even a month old, but like November 2021 old. It’s very frustrating. Every time I purchase something expired and return it, I check the aisles to see if all of the products like the one I purchased are expired and they ALWAYS are.

Not the cleanest and can do better in customer services. The quality of food is good, it’s just some of the people they hired do not give there 100% and need to learn how to be a people person and maintain there appearance on a neater approach. This Publix is known for dirtiest Publix In Miramar.

My first time here was this week. This store is amazing! It smells of fresh fruits and veggies and has everything I could want from a grocery store!

They have the best sandwiches/subs. Their fried chicken is delicious! They are clean and the staff is courteous.

I was very shocked that I lost my phone and when I returned they found my phone. It was a lifesaver and it was the guy I think it was a manager at the mustache short white guy about my height and maybe his mid 30s or 40s but I was very happy let me tell you I trust that store. Oh yeah did I mention the supermarket goods are good also, haha not but for real that guy deserves a raise for his public Trust and outstanding Merit as a good samaritan.
