    Trying to get hold of the doctor over there is a nightmare. Needed her help regarding to a prescription and she didn’t bother to help with the process. I find myself spending hours on the phone with the calling center, extremely unprofessional and not organized. Everything is always left up in the air. Editing: After moving away I had ultrasounds redone and turns out they completely misread my ultrasounds and diagnosed me with things I don’t have! I would not trust them with your health! Scary!!! They’re lucky I’m not filing a lawsuit against them.

    Great Staff!! I brought my mother a few weeks ago for a routine check up and she absolutely loved it. According to my mother she was well treated by all the staff from the front desk up to the Doctor. It should be noted that the medical assistant who helped my mother went above and beyond. Keep up the great work.

    This clinic has the best service in Miami. Staff treat patients with tremendous care and love just like family. Doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. If you are looking for a place to take your loved ones, this is the one to go to!

    Horrible - the worst customer service. I have been in the medical field for a very longgg time and I know the behind the scene care we have received for my father has been nothing but a headache. My father was diagnosed with something no family wishes to go through and they couldn't even get the authorization on time made us wait at the diagnostic center for over an hour to get the authorization. Now he is scheduled to have an important life changing surgery tomorrow and the authorization was not even submitted. They told the specialist it was done, then told the insurance company that the specialist had not sent in the request (it was faxed way in advance) and told ME the primary had not even looked at the request so she never signed off for the auth to even be submitted! This is absolutely not acceptable !! SIDE NOTE you cant even get a hold of the authorization dept without holding for over an hour. Imagine waiting over an hour to be told nothing was submitted and surgery is scheduled for the following day.

    Amazing staff and care. They treat my grandparents like family. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a great doctor for their loved ones. Truly the best healthcare facility in South Florida.

    Do Not go to Cano! They are committing insurance fraud. I went to Cano to have my annual physical done back on dec. 20th. The doctor did absolutely nothing for me! They wrote down my wrong blood pressure and then he told me a story on how he was fired from his last location. Today, I received an email message from my HSA account stating that I am responsible for a bill so I called my insurance company because annuals are covered at 100% and they informed me that the dr’s office billed them for kidney disease. I informed Blue Cross that I do not have any kidney issues and they informed me that they will do a 3 way with them to have the issue corrected. The lady at Cano pulls up my files and states that that is exactly what the dr notated. Cano is known to treat the older generation. This makes me believe that they are taking advantage of them. I am waiting on them to fix my issue but please don’t send your grandparents there they are paying for services that are not even afforded to them!

    Referrals... referrals... referrals no compliancy in this department...they may refer you to doctors not practicing any longer...may refer you to doctors not covered by ur insurance..they may refer you to doctors out of your area ...may not respond to several request to make correction.

    I have been a patient at Cano Health Pines-Taft for the last 2 years since I moved to Florida. The front staff has always been very courteous and friendly. They welcome you and treat you like family. The medical team is very professional. Working in medical care in these challenging times can be stressful and, on occasion, situations may arise but this clinic strives to do it's best to provide excellent care. A special thanks to the practice manager, Gabriela, who has gone above and beyond to help me in the last month with a recent medical issue that I have been dealing with. Words cannot thank her enough!

    Complete waste of time, I went for an annual checkup they processed it as something else now they are pushing 2 more appointments this will not end here I will escalate it to Better Bussiness Bureau, they are forcing appointments to recover money they lost during covid My dad needs a veins specialist appointment since early january and still has not get the appointment but they make him go over and over again for any other reason.

    Boy does office needs a lot of help . The management can’t keep appointments they lose the patience while they’re sitting in the waiting room. I spoke to him in English and Spanish and they couldn’t understand either language. I went to the office two times for nothing with an appointment and they lost me I called him right back and told him where I was I got the office manager to let them know I needed help it was waiting and they said I miss my appointment . I did that several times and I never got any help I was there for three hours trying to get some help I never got any and I had to leave I wish I would’ve learned faster.

    Never again. Waste of time. No one can change incorrect addresses on my referrals. Dr. Yero is great but everything else about cano health is horrible.

    We have been at cano clinic for 9 month’s now .Had some ups and downs with some workers but because doctor Naomi Yero is a excellent and understanding doctor we are happy the way she is handling my husband file as a patient of hers. The staff has two great person that know what there doing in the front desk and they are Rebecca Viro, and Eddi . There great but overworked they need more staff with knowledge to help them . For that reason we are still remaining at the clinic.

    I appreciate Dr. Golin as my health care provider. She is straight forward and provides a balance of practical and medicinal care advice. The medical staff is swift and attentive. They are professional and efficient. Ms. Ylande is great with getting staff checked in and out and rescheduling needs. -TB

    Dr. Liz Laguerre was great but overall it’s a poorly managed office. I had to wait 4 days to get my prescription because it was never sent over the day of my appointment on 10/5. I called multiple times and was unable to speak to anyone that could make sure it was transmitted successfully to the pharmacy. I finally went in today, 10/9 to speak with the office manager who was covering the front desk. I waited 30 minutes after telling her I never got my RX last week, and was bounced around to 3 additional people before finally requesting that they print my RX so I could take it to the pharmacy myself. She never once was concerned about the reason I went in or apologized about waiting 4 days for the RX. She was busy handling patients walking in. I asked for her to call me so I can discuss my experience and I have yet to receive a call. Would not recommend this office to anyone.
