I usually go to Vista BMW to buy my cars but they didn’t have a great selection at the time so I tried out this location. And good news I ended up buying a BMW 3 series here! I wouldn’t say they had a huge selection but they had more of a range of the kind of car I was looking for. My sales rep was very kind, informative, and PATIENT to say the least. When it comes to buying cars I’m very picky lol. I believe I was there from 10:00am to 6:00pm but the deal was closed and I drove off with a new car! I would say the cars are very pricey but you are shopping for a BMW which is to be expected. I’m happy with my purchase and the service I received! I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Customer service is such a big selling point for me, so much so that the customer service I received from Deandre Bloomfield is the reason I am with my amazing X3 instead of another brand. As we all know sometimes car buying is so intimating and a long process but the help and details provided by Deandre was extraordinary and I can't thank him enough for his patience, guidance and help finding the best choice and car suited for me!! BMW speaks for it self and the features are crazy, I keep finding new things here and there and still amazed. Feeling at ease when making a decision for what you want with help like that is the perfect combo.  You can tell he enjoys what he does and it shows.

Was in the market for a new car and had visited several dealerships. I drove all the way from Miami to BMW of Delray Beach to continue my search. They made the process of ordering and designing the car really easy. This was my 12th new car and first BMW, but actually the first car I designed from start to finish. Deandre was great - spending the time with me to figure out the options and to explain the advantages of each option and the cost. Once delivered, he spent a great deal of time explaining all the technology. Wrapping up the paperwork, financing and tags was quick and easy with Gabe. Overall Delray BMW is great from start to finish.

I bought my car here. Went in for an oil change. 20 minutes after leaving my oil light went on. They had forgotten to put oil back in my car. I went back and they did fix it. I then went in for a new tire. I got a nail in it and they replaced it with a “new” tire under the tire warranty. 10 months later my tire went flat and I went to tire kingdom as it was close to where my tire went flat. The tire had no tread on it and it was lucky it didn’t cause a major accident it was so worn out. My other tires were fine. I took a picture.

I had a great experience with the entire team at BMW of Delray. Derek helped me throughout the process, but I spoke with the manager, finance team, and several others who were all courteous and professional. They were fair during our negotiations, and when I came in the next day for a thorough tutorial on the vehicle, Derek was busy but another salesman took great care of me without rushing me through the process. I highly recommend this team and love my BMW.

James at Delray BMW was absolutely amazing in the service he provided me when I was looking to purchase my vehicle. James was very courteous and professional. When I walked into the dealership, he already had the vehicle of my choice ready for me to test drive and view. Before the test drive, James took his time to explain every feature of the vehicle in great detail. My sales rep, Norris was highly recommended by my daughter who purchased her vehicle from him about 2 years ago. We were looking to purchase an X4M40i. Norris was professional and extremely knowledgeable, we were in and out of there in no time. Norris catered the demonstration of the vehicle and was very thorough with the demonstration, even though it was passed closing hours. He followed up a few days later to see if we needed further assistance. We drove an hour and half to get to this dealer and would do it again, highly recommend it. Ask for Norris!

Sales department is great up until you return to be disappointed with the Service department. I brought my car back to get repairs done under warranty (cracking stereo buttons and abnormal wear/looseness/cracking in driver seat and i felt the issues were brushed off by advisor and they progressed to seek the most convenient solution in there interest.I return to get radio face replaced and to hear if the seat would be fixed and I arrive to my appointment with a clueless advisor and no history of my previous visit . Find a another dealer with more Pride in servicing your BMW.

We were working with Israel. All we can say is wow! 1st time that we have gone into a dealership and did not get treated just like another customer and did not feel pressured or did he act like a typical sales person! He went out of his way to go show us the SUV that we were looking for, which we found out it was too small for us. We went out to look at a bigger SUV and found the exact SUV that we wanted. The process was painless and again he did not pressure us into the car at all. If more dealerships had sales reps like Israel people would not dread going to dealerships to by cars. To be honest he should train sales reps! We had Christian as our Finance Rep, he was great as well, he made the hole finance process painless and seamless. Both Israel and Christian stayed late on a Sunday to make sure that we were able to take home the SUV that night. Just bought a car from BMW delray, the team was incredible. Although it took sometime to get Everything finalized the team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, up to date on what was happening and fed. Morad Stokes my sales guy got me a delicious pizza while I waited! And Alex cantor (the money man) was very personal, made sure I knew what was happening and got me the best deal for the finance. I love my new BMW ! 10 out of 10 would recommend.
