We got there minutes before they were about to close. My 15-year-old son had been throwing up all day and we decided to take him not realizing the time. The employees at the front desk immediately took my information and we were inside within 5 minutes. They noticed my son was running a high fever (104) and quickly put an IV to hydrate and bring the fever down, considering he was unable to hold anything in his stomach. The nurses put ice pads to cool him down, tested him for Covid, streptococcus and the doctor saw him within 5 minutes of being inside. They determined it was influenza b and kept checking on his fever. It wasn’t until the fever went down under 100 about 45-50 minutes later that they let us go about an hour after coming in and their closing time. Amazing! They gave us great care and attention and sent us home with a couple of prescriptions to pick up the following day. My son slept well and is feeling much better today. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend and will be back for any urgent medical need…

Went to baptist urgent care in Coral Gables and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Front desk was very nice and greeted me the moment I walked in. I waited probably 10 minutes and that’s only because I had to fill out some papers. They called me in to check what was wrong, the nurses/doctor were so attentive, quick and nice. I paid my parking for an hour and was out before it expired. Loved that they have a machine in the waiting area where you go and insert the number they provide you with and you get your medication right there. Quick, simple, easy and no waiting around for pharmacy to call you and tell you your medication is ready. Highly recommend this urgent care. Very satisfied with their service.

I can assure you that the service at Urgent Care located on Giralda and Douglas Road is excellent. The staff has an exquisite treatment with patients. From the receptionist, the RN, the x-ray technician and the doctor who treated us this morning, March 3, 2024. I have visited this center on several occasions and I have always felt very well cared for.

I am ASTONISHED at the level of professionalism from the security guard all the way up to Dr. Jorge Santin and Nurse Ashley… I wish everyone at that hospital the BEST ON THIS WORLD. This place is amazing!! All the staff nurses, technicians and Doctors are knowledgeable, and authentic. Everything moves smoothly without taking any shortcuts! By the way, they take ALL insurance! I found the Security Guard (rather he found me) in the Building Parking, I’m not sure,..but I feel he is part Angel. I got there Saturday night just before closing (9:00p) HE was there as I was running to find the entrance, he walked me right up to the door; well you know all the while I was thinking how I would ever find my way back; you got it, same Angel seemingly there just for me.(?) I felt safe, cared for and at ease on my way home to start the medications prescribed, which I got right at Baptist Urgent Center at “The Box”. Thank you friends at Baptist UC.

It was a very pleasant experience for me. I had fallen down some stairs . Hurt my back and got 2 staples. Everyone was super helpful and patient with me because I couldn’t get around too well. All the nurses were fantastic and also the x-ray technician!!! The place was clean and very nicely decorated. I really felt safe with the whole nursing staff! Thank you for your professionalism!!!

I was extremely please with the professionalism of Baptist staff. The minute you walk in you get a warm greeting from the front desk staff. Super organized. Was called in within 30 minutes of arriving and finishing paper work. The nurse, the doctor and the X-ray technician were friendly very warm and very professional. Went to Baptist Urgent Care Coral Gables have to say the experience was excellent. Nurse Ashley was very nice and caring as well as Dr. Hernandez. The attention at the front desk was also very professional, didnt have to wait long to see the doctor. Got my results fast. The staff sent my drug prescription to the pharmacy right away so when I got discharged I started my treatment right away.

I received excellent care from the staff. Even though it was 8:00 in the evening. And Easter Sunday too.! Thank you. They were very comforting. Again, many thanks to the wonderful staff.

My nurse was so quick and helpful. This urgent care is much better than the S Dixie location, which I usually go to. Noticed a huge difference in the patient service and hospitality. My nurse brought me a warm blanket without me asking because she figured I would be cold since I was sick. She was gentle and to the point while collecting test samples. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs to be seen soon!

When I arrived the employee at the counter told me that the waiting time was around 40 to 45 minutes. They called me an hour and a half later. I was very upseth, because of the delay. My condition was cystitis with hematuria. Once inside, I waited for another 30 minutes. Finaly, when the doctor arrived, she and the nurse treated me in a very profesional, kindness and corteous way and asking excuses because of the delay. That morning, there were only one doctor and the place was full of patients.

Everyone was very nice and polite. Mike that did my X-ray was super nice and as uncomfortable it is to be laying down he made the X-rays fast and comfortable to get you not to hurt. Ashley was also so nice even made me laugh while in pain. Plus double checked my knee sleeve was the correct size

I never leave reviews but I need to share the terrible experience with this facility. 45 min of waiting when no one else was there and then 15 min of consultation. Not a single procedure or test was done, just 15 min of chatting with the person who was in charge who was not professional. The best part was the $500 bill! They also did not send it to my insurance despite me giving them my insurance card. This facility embodies everything wrong with our healthcare system and because of this I would rather die on the street than try to check myself in for care knowing they will reach into my dead pockets and take the last of my dollars.

Caring staff, I was seen very quickly and was shown compassionate care. The nurses and doctor on answered all of my quickly and thoroughly, and I went home feeling way better.

I got the best treatment and attention from every single employee that I encountered. I felt totally at ease and satisfied. From the 2 receptionists/ front desk intake staff, to the nurse and doctor that took care of me, I would like to thank you all. Despite how hard your careers are, please know that your care is very much appreciated and needed, always. You are society’s heart, without you guys we wouldn’t survive.

Service with heart, attentive and made me feel very calm while my painful stayed. Doctor Ana and her stuff during that shift were very helpful. I came here because my child was having fever and cough. The attention was outstanding, since you walk in the the person in charge to give you the paper work is attentive . He explained how was the process and manage everything fast. I wait about 10mint. Then the nurse was very nice with my son and the doctor check him and explain everything to us . I was impressed with the service . I definitely recommend this place .

I was taking a shower & slipped when I was trying to get out of the tub. I fell on the floor. When I tried to get up off the floor, I hit my head on the underside of the sink causing a gash, which was bleeding profusely. My husband wanted to take me to the emergency room, but I refused. He texted my best friend in the morning & she insisted I see a doctor. We went to the urgent care. All the personnel were kind, compassionate & caring. They secured the gash with a staple & gave me a tetanus shot since I had no idea when my last one was. I was very pleased with their treatment, their professionalism & their kindness.

Everyone attending me was extremely caring and patient. I had the best experience this time around. A couple of years ago was the complete opposite because of a terrible doctor. But this time, everyone made me feel very well cared for. Thank you to all the staff!

My experience at this facility was amazing. I saw a doctor in less than 5 minutes. The physician that took care of me was excellent. She was familiar with the condition that prompted my visit and knew right away how to make me better. I highly recommend this Urgent Care and it’s Staff!

The place is great, front office staff was very helpful and so was the doctor that saw me. I gave 3 stars because the nurse that attended me wasn’t as friendly as others I’ve encountered in the past. I felt as if se wasn’t really happy working there by the way she acted. Her attitudes was dry and unfriendly. Maybe that’s the way they are where she comes from, I’m not sure. It’s not a racial thing though. I just left there with a strange feeling that I hadn’t experienced before, and I’ve been to this facility on numerous occasions. A feeling that I was somehow cheated, she spoiled that happy warm feeling that I usually get when I leave this place. That’s all I have to say about that.

I am very thankful for the all care and attention I received in this beautiful center. I can say that highly professional personal saved my life. I was helped by doctor Ana and nurse Sarah. The center was very upscale and clean. I was attended right away.. Receptionist was super friendly and attentive. Best experience. Highly recommend. They have a vending machine in the lobby so I was able to fill in my prescription right there. It was very fast and convenient. Thank you for your help!

Somehow the pointer finger on my right hand became infected. My wife suggested that I needed to get it looked at so we headed to the Baptist Health Center on Giralda. It was very busy and I had to wait a while. The staff was very nice and efficient. After less than a hour, my finger had been opened, cleaned and bandaged. The pharmacy vending machine made getting the prescriptions I needed a breeze. It was a very positive experience. Thank you!

I receive an excellent service from all the staff every time I go there. They make frequent rounds to the room to follow up on the patients and to keep them updated on exam results or if a delay arises. The staff makes you feel you are not alone and that is important for them to help you improve your health. The fact they count with excellent resources for diagnostic and treatment in site diminish the visits to the ER of hospitals.

Doctor Raisa was kind and listened to everything I had to say about my symptoms. She explained what I had in detail and even gave me future advise at it concerns to my health. The nurses were great also, very caring and super professional. Made me feel valued and better than I did when I got there. I wish every doctor had the same love and compassion!!

I went for two issues that were happening at the same time. The care was fast and efficient and I did need to be admitted for a couple of days. They got me admitted and settled to a room quickly. Every person on staff there were kind, gentle, caring and compassionate. The food was amazing.

I brought my 2-year in for an ear ache. The check-in staff was so nice and brought her some crayons and coloring book while we waited. The nurse and doctor were also sweet and patient with her. However, it would be nice to have a pediatric exam room with some toys in the corner like I’ve seen at other urgent care facilities.

I love this Baptist location. It was my first time visiting and it was a great experience. Upon checking in, the receptionist was very friendly and wore a beautiful smile and beautiful nails. The nurse Mary was AWESOME!! Such a sweet lady and her red hair and yellow shoes were the nicest touch. She was a literal angel. Dr. Lazovic was very friendly and a pleasant being. She made me very comfortable. The X-ray staff was super friendly and patient with all the metal I had to remove from my body (piercings). They were also extremely sympathetic in regards to my issue. All in all, it was a great experience despite being in severe pain. I was in and out and everyone that helped me at the facility put a smile on my face. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

The staff was very friendly and understanding, there's a lot of staffing shortages everywhere right now so go easy on them. Remember this is not a community testing center but an urgent care clinic, they offer covid tests at the doctor's discretion.

Even though I waited over 4 hrs. My experience was very good. Front desk receptionist were kind n patient. Area was very clean n always being sprayed down cleaning. Nurses were extremely kind n knowledgeable. Doctor was very good. Once I came inside to be attended, it went real fast n I exited soon afterwards.

Baptist urgent care in Giralda was incredibly professional, efficient and diligent. The staff was amazing!! Very organized and the flow of patients ran very smoothly. Dr. A. The staff was outstanding in handling the large numbers of people at the facility. The security officer kept everyone informed and processed in an orderly fashion. The administrative staff expedited the paper work passing us in a timely manner to the triage personnel. The nurses and doctors were friendly, professional and empathetic.

The waiting room was clean and well positioned for safe distancing. The staff was caring and provided detailed recommendations for care. I’m happy to have the Baptist Hospital treating facilities so easily accessible to my family.

There is NO URGENCY and the staff DON'T CARE. Very few actually get treated here. Maybe 20 per day, tops. Good luck in that lottery. Along with everyone else, we've been waiting since it opened at 11:30. Now, one hour before closing they warn us that they will not get to everyone. Everyone is waiting outside due to covid. Yet no nurse, doctor or staff has been out here to tell us anything. Just a lone security guard to make sure no one gets in. Meanwhile staff is inside chatting stale television reruns. After being treated at Jackson recently, this place needs an entire regime change of attitude, staff, training and basic human decency. This is not how this works. Retrain or shut down. It's only helping a handful of people per day and completely pointless otherwise. Having a location listed on maps is deceptive and malicious for people who may actually need care. Now after SEVEN hours of waiting OUTSIDE, standing, we are inside and attended. A patient who joined us at 11am is now in cardiac arrest inside and sent to a proper ER. She should not have waited 7 hours for this, ultimately sent to a proper facility. If you have an urgent need, try another location that is staffed to handle what it promises to deliver.
