Great clinic. They really take care of there patients here they provide activities and food for there patients. When coming ask for Madeleine she's wonderful and answers all of your questions.

Cano Health is a great facility. My Doctor Madison is wonderful. One of the Staff Madeleine provides wonderful service. When coming ask for her. There should be more creole speaking staff other than that the service here is good.

I wish I could give zero stars. The worst medical company in the US. Stay away from them, and God forbid you to have an urgency, they’ll will put you on hold and let you die. Never again.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! New patient I waited over 2 hour with an appointment. Everyone speaking only Spanish. Look at you crazy because you only speak English!!! Horrible tiny office. Dentist rushed. Receptionist is rude !!! Everyone eating lunch while I was waiting there for someone to explain a treatment plan. Never would I ever send anyone here. I will also contact the better business bureau!!

Customer service needs to inform you that only certain locations take certain insurance. I've been going to them for years and scheduled with the closer office here – only to get there and waste my time when I find out they don't take my insurance that the other locations do. Why call to schedule and they don't ask or look in their system to inform you they don't accept it there? Save both of us the headache.

You have to be hispanic in this place sad, its like really. Whats the purpose of an appointment to still sit and wait 2 hours. Shameful

I called and made an appointment for my out of town mother in law, I explained that we were looking for knee replacements or other options. Once we arrived we were charged $80 for a consultation that we were told would be free. We paid and went in to see the doctor who didn't speak English and managed to tell us that he doesn't treat knee problems. Cano Health refused to refund us even though we never had a consultation . Scam and liars! Stay away

THE NEW OWNERS HAVE FIRED AN EXCELLENT MANAGER WHO HAS WORKED FOR MANY YEARS, I don't think the remaining staff will last much longer, I hope my doctor Alexander Gonzalez lasts much longer, he is an excellent professional, he cares about his patients and gives his best. better. I am in this center because of the doctor, the day he is no longer there I will leave too.

It's always the same... 2 hours for each consultation... they make an appointment for x hour and after 2 hours they see you. I'm half annoyed to wait so long

If it is 10 stars I will give it to them the employees very helpful and friendly try to solve any problems and simplify all difficulties they answered all questions try to help they didn’t give you hard time thank you for everything

The beauty, the Dr is very professional but the problem with this clinic is the patient care and they gave me the appointment for 11:45 it's 2:06 in the afternoon I'm still missing

It is the worst pharmacy site, it takes 1 week to send you the medications and I already report it and they are still there. Terrible service.
