If I could give them 0.5 Stars it would be too much. My wife and I went for our annual check up, covered by our insurance company, exactly the same as the last three years. The issue with the Minute clinic is that they sent the wrong billing code to our insurance company, with a charge of $ 72 dollars per person. After several calls, over 6 hours on the phone, talking to supervisors, Minute Clinic will not change the Invoice or recognize that they use the wrong billing code. Be Aware if you go to Minute Clinic, because we were told that everything was covered by our Insurance company and after a month we receive the bill. Not Trustworthy at all.

Worst experience ever. Got here at 9 am and put an appt for 11:10. Came back at 11 for my appt and waited until 12. Was told they would call me when my appt was ready. They called at 12:45 and said to come and they would put no one ahead of me. Then got here and was told the dr took someone else and it would be 10 min. It has been an hour...

I saw Dr. Roelans for an appointment and she was beyond exceptional & such a great help! I donā€™t know what the other reviewers are talking about, maybe the wait but she was the only physician in the place. Her bedside manor was so amazing she used all of the medications she had left in the office, just to treat me. She followed up with me & my partner after the visit, fedex my results & provided further medication to truly make sure I was fully & properly treated. You canā€™t ask for better physician care than that. Especially at a minute clinic & canā€™t thank her enough for all of her genuine care & concern to make sure I am fully treated. Thank you so much Dr. Roelans!

Extremely unprofessional location. You're treated as a burden instead of a patient. The practitioner working seems to strongly dislike her job and it reflects in her tension and demeanor in which she treats sick patients. Do yourself a favor, go to another location.

There is a reason why is a 2.6 rate. This place is a holeā€¦my insurance said that Iā€™m coveredā€¦the ā€œnurseā€ said my insurance was e-rejectedā€¦so therefore if I have Covid then it is ok with meā€¦

Took my son today and the Nurse Practitioner was excellent. I would recommend this location 100%.

Do not waste your time. Itā€™s horrible. Supposedly a walk in clinic. I got there at 9:45 AM and couldnā€™t get an appointment until 1240. I returned at 12:40 only to be told that I wouldnā€™t be seen until 2 oā€™clock. The nurse practitioner said she had to see another patient and then have lunch. So I should wait for an hour and a half.

80 minute wait turned out to be almost 3 hours. Please change the name from Minute Clinic to Hours Clinic to be a bit more accurate...

3rd time going to this clinic and each visit was fine. Last visit I was told a 15 minute wait and in 15 minutes I was in and out about 12 mins later. Only complaint is that I wish somewhere on line you could see the wait time before heading over. Luckily on the last 3 visits never waited more than 30 mins. Would recommend.

I wish I wouldā€™ve looked at the reviews before making an appointment to see a ā€œdoctorā€. The two ladies were professional but the only reason why book an appointment to begin with was because they advertise that an appointment fee would be $59 on their website. I told them of my previous medications to help my symptoms because I was experiencing severe pain trying to using the bathroom. She informed me that the medications would tamper with the results of a test that she would give me but still decided to take the test and charge me for it. I thought the least I would get was treatment but all I got was a referral to go to urgent care. I ended up paying $134 to take a pee test that would come out inconclusive and an appointment fee that ended up with te doctor telling me to go to urgent care because she doesnā€™t have the right equipment to help me further. I inform them that I have no insurance so for me to pay $134 to be told to go pay another $159 just to see a doctor at an urgent care was absolutely ridiculous.

Made an appointment, and as I sit here still waiting, it has been 25 minutes since my appointment time.

I went online to look up the hours of operation and it stated that they break for lunch at 1:30. I got here at 12:30 and they were already gone. I tried calling to make sure there was a doctor in and couldn't get a real person on the phone. This is very upsetting!

I arrived at 7:16 p.m. & was refused service because Doreen, the doctor/ARNP present, would "get in trouble" if she went past the closing time of 7:30 p.m. She was sitting in the exam room playing on her phone while I was checking in at the kiosk! I am absolutely appalled at her response & lack of empathy. She clearly never took the hippocratic oath. I will NEVER return to a CVS store nor a CVS MinuteClinic. I spoke to a manager on duty, Rafael, whom was very helpful with proving me information to contact corporate about this incident. Of course, where will that get me? Nowhere in corporate America! Shame on you CVS & shame on you Doreen!

They have a lack of respect in the system that applies COVID vaccines to children over 18 months and when you arrive they tell you no and that the insurance did not recognize it, they waste time after you send them all the information and they confirm the appointment
