In my experience, Conviva is the worst, they do not answer the phone, they do not send referrals on time, my experience and that of other people who have been in the same place, it is a delay for everything, one says one thing and the other says another, it is a lack of respect, for them to give the appoiment with a specialist, you have to fall behind them, in short a DISASTER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I am a new patient at Conviva, and the care I have received thus far has been wonderful. Ana Maria at the front desk, in particular, has provided the most marvelous customer service. She goes above and beyond for her patients and you can tell she truly cares. Dr. Sanchez is also a great doctor. Not your regular physician! He dedicates his time to you, asks about your habits and routines, and looks for the cause of your problems and not just treats symptoms by writing prescriptions. Love this office!

I was a patient at this center for a couple of years thers a lot of great employees there but if you have a problem like I did with the driver his name is Richard I’m in a wheelchair he was very disrespectful to me he called me a lot of name I complained to the administrator Elisabeth did she today anything to him no in other word there moto is employee is more important than the patients be careful where you send you elderly family members to a medical center that care more about the employees than the patients

I accompanied my husband to this center for a Covid vaccine yesterday afternoon as he is highly allergic and was quite apprehensive about being vaccinated. We were both very impressed by the clinic itself as well as its personnel. The doctors, nurses and staff were professional and very attentive. They not only answered all our questions but made us feel at ease and very comfortable. Happy to report that my husband has had no side effects. We wholeheartedly recommend this center for its professional and very caring staff.

I was given the J&J vaccine earlier this week and I want to say that not only is the clinic clean with a very soothing feel but the staff (nurses, doctors and the entire staff) were all very pleasant. They were caring and the process was very smooth and easy. Not to mention that for someone who does not like needles, I hardly felt the pinch. Highly recommend this clinic.

My father went in for his COVID-19 vaccine last week, and he could not stop raving about how easy, professional and calming the process was. He was very hesitant about getting the vaccine in general because of the mixed reviews he had heard from other places. However, as soon as he was treated by the warm staff, his mind was at ease. The staff was very precise and professional. The process was relatively painless. The place was very clean. Conviva is an ideal place for all your medical needs.

I’ve been a patient of Conviva for years! The service is amazing and everyone is extremely friendly. I got vaccinated here as well and they did a great job in treating me. Hands down, one of the best medical centers!

The experience was great at Conviva! I was in and out in no time. And I did not experience any reactions from the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. I am overall very happy with the outcome because I was a little nervous of getting it. But now I have the passport [a.k.a.]vaccine registration card ! Lol

I went to this Conviva location to get my Covid vaccine and it was a great experience. Everything was organized and easy, I had my vaccine card before I knew it. Thanks to the staff, especially Elizabeth Delgado, for all their hard work and making us feel safe.

My COVID vaccine was administered here two weeks ago. Elizabeth Delgado was an absolute pleasure and took care of everything for me. Clinic is incredibly clean. Staff are knowledgeable, kind, and polite. I would gladly recommend this Conviva facility to others, including my family and friends.

Received my Covid vaccine at this location a few weeks ago. I was very nervous but the friendly staff (Elizabeth & co.) made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I have a great Doctor Kremer and his nurse Norma. However the office side of this practice is horrible. In person they are very kind. However if you are need of a referral they get busy with that 1 week before your next doctor's appt. After asking for a different specialist due to sitting in a office for 3.5 hours and the doctor was not even there. Convivial office side waited another month plus and made me an appt at the same exact place without my permission. I found this out the day before appt by text. I canceled. After contacting Conviva being hung up on 3 separate times by obviously unprofessional staff I was told we can refer you but you have to call and answer 21 questions. So? I have taken a cat scan 3 times. The same one. Hopefully 3 times is a charm and this one has not been lost in the lack of non professional office staff. I would certainly like to speak with the office mangers supervisor as the office manager is trying to charge me co pays for repeating test they continue to lose. Convivas testing center seems to have the same unpredictable non professional offi
