The building is nice but it needs some serious supervision. Employee are always (always) on the phone or talking between them. Cleaning is terrible, some of the pictures show the dirty facilities and every Sunday the trash cans are so full that trash is everywhere. The weights is another big problem. I have never seen anyone organizing this gym. When I go to Youfit the employee are always checking the situation and putting thw weights back. On a Sunday morning when is practically empty thw gym there are no weights at all, they are all over the place. Definitely not a recommended gym! 0 customer service!

NEED TO CLEAN SAUNA, STEAM ROOM, POOL AREA and MACHINES, GYM! Has great amenities but everything is dirty.. and I mean like NEVER cleaned, dirty.. please clean steam room and pool area - needs like a pressure clean at this point.. this gym has so much potential.. ( If cleaned - I’ll change my review ) UPDATE: It’s been OVER 7 MONTHS since my review - SAUNA WAS NEVER CLEANED! Extremely dirt & disgusting. MANAGEMENT LIED - NOTHING WAS EVER CLEANED. Shame on management for being lazy & doing a disservice to paying memebers. Is it that difficult to do your job?! Clean your facility! We are paying members! This is so disgust & immoral to the people who pay to come here!!! Plus OUTRAGEOUS CHLORINE LEVELS in POOL! HEALTH HAZARD to CHIlDREN & ADULT MEMBERS!!!! This place went downhill fast. So dirty! Staff doesn’t care. They like to be on their phones the entire day. Steam room and sauna is a warm up place for everyone. All wearing shoes, have phone calls or lift some weights while in the steam room. Staff doesn’t enforce anything! The entire pool area is so disgusting, the street is cleaner than the floor in the pool area.

Employee at Miami Doral 24 hour fitness caught vaping on camera and when I asked if it is acceptable to smoke, he said that you can smoke in the gym. After being caught on camera, he called the police to try to get the gym member arrested for calling him out on vaping at work in a gym.

Dirty place, equipment gets moved around can’t find anything. Not enough dumbbells in the sizes most people need, even during hours when there’s only a few people in there. Too many members, you can barely walk around without needing to squeeze between people. Employees don’t try to pickup anything. They sit at the counter all day and play on phones or talk.

Good GYM but you have zero chance to work out efficiently - school boys hanging around in groups, just chatting around machines or benches, or whatever you need so you can't have good timing. And zero level of GYM culture, nobody bringing stuff back, no dumbbell in a right spot. Starting from 4PM and till 7-8PM it's like ant nest. Communications with the good GYM behavior will help, also staff in 24 fitness logo t-shirt's walking and collecting sport equipment as well. Reception people always in their phones... You need one manager on board who will hold everybody in tonus.

Look, it’s a gym. I come, work out, and leave. Has everything I need. No complaints. I see people saying the employees don’t clean up the weights……if people followed weight room etiquette and cleaned up after themselves, they wouldn’t have to do the dirty work at the end of the night for you. My only gripe with the gym: PLEASE change those water fountains lol. Elkay is a way better brand. The ones now are barely functional.

It's not a 24 hours gym at all, it's open 5am-11pm, so stupid!

Too small for the amount of people that are working out. Do your staff ever clean up the equipment? No well f!@k your chance of different forms of covid catching. Also advise on allowing guests to only realize its for a year only. After a few months you have to check on the quality of your existing equipment to see if you have to replace. Do they ever? Unless it's completely unusable you just have to deal with what you can. You advertise classes and don't hire people that are teaching. Oh but 24h has trainers that you can book for the hour. How much 2k + a month that stealing. Why pay when you can pay playbook and get thousands of trainers with live for free which has 1 on 1 for a price. It's so frustrating and we as a society can't do anything about changing.

Do not join this gym. This gym is filthy. They do not ever clean it. I paid for a year in full “platinum membership” told I could use the sauna and other amenities which even the people who pay $10 a month access so basically got ripped off. The bathrooms are absolutely gross. The sauna has never been cleaned and it shows. The steam room smells horrible. Half the stair masters machine don’t work. All weights are thrown around not in place. All the cardio machines have stains of sweat and garbage where you would normally put your keys / water bottles. This location is being poorly managed. When I complained to one of the men at the front desk they said it wasn’t their job to clean that they had a cleaning staff. Half the people who go to this gym don’t even check in. There was also very young children under 12 at the gym. Someone should really come and see how badly this gym is being maintained. Also they have sold too many memberships and it’s hard to even go and have a workout. This is very upsetting because I signed up for the gym in hopes to go and workout and unwind but the environment is so disgusting I haven’t even been able to really go. Attempted to get a refund and was told they don’t do refunds. I wrote a letter to 24 months ago and nothing has been done regarding any of the concerns which I’ve pointed out. They clearly don’t care.

So many hoops to jump in order to simply workout. I just wanted to use the 3 day trial and they wanted me to pay $15 for a day pass instead. Incredibly abrasive for a gym that promotes accessibility for all.

Honestly If it wasn’t for the sauna I wouldn’t go I miss the one in town in country people here don’t re rack at alll you spend most you time looking for the weight you need to use it’s super smalll like omg super smallllll I misss the one in Kendall so bad you made a brand new gym to make it worse whyyyyyyyyy

I love how clean the gym is, a few months ago it wasn’t so clean but now I love how spotless it is. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 it’s because of the staff and the manager there, they shouldn’t be working there, they have no manners and are very rude and I feel like they don’t want to be there and like push customers away.

Great place to workout! This place just opened up not to long ago. All the equipment is new and functioning. They have a basketball ball court, pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, Olympic lifting rigs, and everything else you find at your commercial gym. The locker rooms have plenty of lockers and they keep it pretty clean. But you do have to bring your own lock. I am a member here and recommend this gym!

First - I only go on weekends 1-4 pm to avoid being in a crowded gym. I started membership 3 months ago, during the tour I saw people without masks. I joined, APP touch less check-in is very convenient. The gym is very clean; however, I always have the same problem in Miami- weights all over the place. Usually men leave HEAVY WEIGHTS on machines, impossible for someone like me to pick up & put back. So I cannot use certain machines because of this, I had to beg a few people to remove weights. It’s just plain selfish to think other people cannot use certain equipment. That’s one issue. There is a HUGE speaker by the front desk, young lady turned up the volume at 2 pm to the point I couldn’t even listen to my own music or hear myself think. I had to go there & scream at the top of my lungs to tell her to please lower the volume. Completely unacceptable! The gym is NOT A NIGHT CLUB! And everyone is not 20 yrs old. 95% of members never wore masks during the height of the pandemic. No social distancing, people heavy breathing on top of each other. The people at front desk said, we tell them to wear masks. That’s what really discouraged me from continuing this membership.

It’s a gym, it’s open 24 hours, and has all kinds of equipment. Sure, it’s not the most organized, and yes, dumbells are usually misplaced on the racks (if not on the floor) but again, it’s a gym, I’ve never had an issue finding a weight I wanted to work with, and I personally really don’t care if it isn’t neat and organized. I go in, I work out, I leave. I understand some people like to take advantage of the extras such as the pool, sauna, showers, etc; I personally don’t use those so I can’t speak on it. If you’re like me and just want a place where you can show up at 5 am to throw some weights up or do some cardio before starting your day, you’ll be fine here. It serves my needs well so I’ll give it 5 stars.

This gym need upgrades asap and better management. Gym is dirty. Machine breaks and it take them months to fix. Theres never paper in the dispenser and now to make it worse you get to the gym and its close without letting people know in advance. It has a sign that it will open at 5:00 am and its 5:39 am at its still close. Getting worse by the day.

The one at Doral , Front desk guys not professional at all , they just put music extremely loud and you are no even able to listen your own music . Very dirty everywhere! Sanitizer spray always empty and none refill them , none re racks Weight … place is a mess !!! Avoid this gym !

This is one of the few gyms In Miami that it decently priced and you have a chance of working out in. LA fitness can't compare since they are all trash. But 24 hour fitness has a great size and the benefit of being truly 24 hours. Yes the gym is packed from 5-8 PM but almost every gym at that time is. I think the reason to go to a 24 hour gym is to go in morning or even later at night. I have had amazing workouts super late and even early in the morning when no one is there! The staff In the morning is super great as well and always ask how you are doing.

There is huge problem with the weights there is not organization at all is very difficult to find what you are looking for, they should label the racks like all other gyms, you literally spend more time looking for the right weights than doing the workout. Not to mention the restrooms are so dirty also people doesn’t help at all throwing paper and garbage all over the floors

Just like the other people got a 3 day pass went to the place that is like 15 miles away from my house just to hear them say that my pass doesn't work for the summer and that we have to sign up for $1 or pay the $15 day pass if we want to get in. I don't recommend this to anyone because you don't even get to try out the equipment for at least one day. ALSO ITS NOT 24 hours FOR EVERY GYM.

The doral location doesn’t let you use the 3 day guest pass after 4 pm and nowhere does it say that when you sign up for it. I told buddy in the front I was not aware of this and would keep it in mind for the other two days and he tried selling me the 15 dollar day pass and wouldn’t let me use the 3 day pass since it was 8pm. Hilarious customer service.

Came in on 12/5 around 3pm all the employees are huddled around the front desk being super rude talking bad about paying customers just trying to work out. On top of that they give me and everyone a hard time every time I come in to work out. This is exactly why I stopped coming here and started going to other locations, I've never had such a bad experience with staff.

Place gets PACKED! Did the guest pass online and went around noon on a Wednesday thinking there wasn’t gonna be much people at that time…oh boy I was wrong…you almost can’t even walk around the free weights area without bumping into someone…on top of that people leave their personal belongings on top of machines while chatting or using another machine…front desk guy said it gets a lot worse after 5pm lol I can’t even imagine…

During the weekend this place is a blitz. Not that many people, but if you come during the week you'll wait forever to use the free weights or the machines. The sauna and the steam room is one of the things I come here for. They're new room is excellent, higher membership exclusivity.

I decided to join the 24hr fitness in Doral. As a new member, I was not expecting the women's Locker room to be so filthy. Hair on the floor, dirty shower stalls, and trash on the floor. Is there anyone cleaning? Two employees at the front desk the male greeted me but the females back was turned as she was scrolling through her phone. Idk if I want to come back.

Used to like coming here, but after they lower their rates it went down fast. Extremely overcrowded after 3pm. Looks like a freaking high school patio. Good luck trying to workout with 5 kids hanging around a machine/bench grabbing as many weights as they “need” and not exercising at all. Even if you ask them to wait for the equipment, they would literally bring more friends to not lose their spot. They would even gather like 20 of them and sit on the dumbbell racks just to chat. Come on, if you go to the gym is to workout and leave. The gym management should do something about big groups! 3 people per machine is already a lot. Kick them out, separate the groups, make them chat outside, I don’t know… The management of this place is trash

It’s sad honesty compared to the 24hour club that used to be at town and country this one is not good . 2 stars only for basketball court . Employees here do nothing I have never seen one re rack a weight I have been coming here for like 3 months now . The gym is very messy weights everywhere good luck trying to find match g dumbbells . No one re racks here or has gym etiquette. Employes just hangout and talk behind front desk all day . No re racking weights or anything worst gym experience tbh coming from what this 24 hour club used to be . Gym is big and has good equipment and nice courts to play basketball . That’s about it

I joined 24hr fitness because it’s open 24hrs, on many occasions at different hours, I have come to workout and head out to work. The showers are filthy, weights everywhere, seems like staff don’t care, or management. To be honest don’t waste your money, youfit or planet fitness might be a better bang for your buck.

Completely filthy gym. Weights are scattered throughout the gym floor. It just seems like there is no organization in this gym. I will be returning to an old LA Fitness which was previously a Bally's - The gym has great equipment - sad that the staff are letting this gym go to waste.

I’ve been a loyal costumer in this location for about 4 years , I can say without a doubt this place used to be a great Gym but since they just changed to a new management it looks like costumer service it’s not part of the business anymore , they just treat costumers worse than ever . I’m normally use to get runs outsides after my workouts , and then come back for a quick little extra cardio o machines or to use the restrooms , when I was approached by the new general manager on the restroom, very unprofessional, threatening me and my friend both loyal costumers of this location to cancel our membership and to call the police , and even asking for IDs at the restroom . Shame on this corporation having someone like this guy not capacitated to handle his position on the company . I’m canceling my membership, and I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this place with this new crazy management . Thanks

I got a 3 day pass but when I got there they said it was only valid for one day. Many reviews mention that. If anything I would say take it up to corporate but after going for one day I would personally not sign up. The gym needs some serious cleaning done. It's a mess. Water bottles and toilet papers are left all over the place. Gym etiquette isn't emphasized enough to other members to have them re-rack their weights and pick up after themselves. I left LA fitness by 92 Ave and flagler for this reason. This experience is like LA fitness 2.0.

It's great place but now the hours have changed. I start work early so I like to get my workout early. This is a bummer. The one in Miramar still opens at 5am. Why the sudden change of time to open? Come on open up at 5am like your other locations!!!

I was a member for a couple of years but this location has quickly gone downhill. Lack of cleanliness, the new manager that just took over is a jerk and just cancelled the Zumba class I used to attend on Thursdays. Stay away from this place. I just cancelled my membership.

Great structure and qualified professionals. For those who like to exercise at night and in a more empty environment, I recommend it.
