I’ve heard great things about this hospital but after the experience I had as a patient makes me wonder what kind of people they really hire to be caretakers here. I came in the other night around 2:30 AM through the ER and the nurse was getting upset with me because I was in the wrong place which I was suppose to be at the L&D emergency. I’ve never been here before so I’m not aware of where I need to be. I was then taken to L&D emergency where I was seen. The employees which included the nurses and secretary were very unprofessional. There was a nurse that kept screaming my name and asking me questions related to my medical history from the nursing station while I was behind the curtain. I find this very inappropriate and also this is HIPAA violation. I’m guessing she couldn’t bother to get up to ask me privately as she should have. Also before performing procedures she should have explained what she was doing but instead she just told me to open my legs and did what she had to do. I felt violated the entire time I was here. Another thing when giving medications you’re suppose to explain what is being given and mention side effects of any kind. They got upset because I refused medication that was supposedly to help the contractions I was feeling. I refused because I suffer from tachycardia and the medication elevated heart rate. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and I was holding my belly due to my baby kicking me at the time and the nurse told me “Don't hold your belly because you refused to take the medication so you shouldn’t be complaining of pain” another nurse told me that holding my belly “irritates the uterus” as a medical professional I’ve never heard of such nonsense in my life. I’m very upset about my experience because I would never treat any of my patients this way. Also I was mocked for having certain allergies...I’m unsure if the group of people at the nursing station thinks I couldn’t hear them. The only positive experience was from the woman that came to get me to take me to get an ultrasound she was professional and very pleasant. I am now reconsidering having my baby at memorial regional where I’m treated with respect as a patient.

I had my baby at this hospital recently and the only reason I give this a review a 2 star is because of the nurses . I will say the delivery rooms are very outdated and small. The room appeared to not be clean especially since we found dry blood at the edge of the pull out bed on our last day (which was not my blood). The portable crib that held my baby is very bulky and hard to move around especially after having a C-section . If my doctor was able to deliver else where I probably would of gone that route bc I’m disappointed on my stay.

Do NoT Deliver your Baby here! My experience did not go well this hospital does not met the needs of the patient. There is a lot policy in place that doesn’t reflect saving a life. I came to the hospital August 31 and give birth to my child September 1 prematurely. No one took my concerns as priority and I was passed back and forth like ping pong ball from OB to the emergency room due to conflicting labor dates. The attitudes and the lack of effort to actually assist caused the death of my newborn and near fatal experience for myself. There was no physical doctor present in person to assist me in delivering my unborn with being so high risk. I am now childless at the negligence of the hospital staff. No one cared about the emergency. They cared more about a date versus helping me. To know my child was breathing inside of me the entire time and I was purposely not provided proper medical care is devastating.

Enough with all these ridiculous Covid measures. Resume the valet parking! Resume the family birthplace classes! Make masks optional! I came here not too long ago to the ER while 8 months pregnant. They did not want to allow my husband to enter! At this point, it is absolutely absurd! I could barely walk, let alone hold down even a sip of water, and they wanted me enter alone. Allow patients to be with their loved ones! My husband demanded to be allowed in and would not leave me under any circumstances so they let us both in. It was him that helped me walk, who assisted me in the restroom, who held my hair while I threw up. The hospital needs to realize that all these measures do at this point is anger and isolate patients who are paying thousands of dollars for their care. I looked around into the rooms and saw elderly patients, completely alone and in silence, the misery written across their faces. It's abusive. LET OUR LOVED ONES IN! A month earlier, I was turned away from an anatomy ultrasound in the outpatient wing of the hospital because I had my 4 year old son with me! So it's okay to attend the Superbowl but my toddler can't sit quietly on a chair next to me in the medical offices. There is just no humanity left. Please drop this ridiculous charade already!

beyond exceptional care. i dealt with chronic illness as a child & was in and out of hospitals and have never received care this good. the transition from ER to an admitted patient was seamless - every staff member was in constant communication with each other about how to make my experience as soothing as a hospital can be. my room was SO clean, i was given some toiletries and an extra gown within minutes of being in my new room without having to ask for them. all of the nurses were so kind and understanding, and the doctors built my treatment plan TOGETHER. i wasn’t made to feel ashamed of my anxiety, and my symptoms were treated without blaming it on said anxiety. i was also constantly kept in the loop as far as which tests were coming back and an estimate of when they would. what a wonderful, patient-centered level of care. i don’t see myself going to any other hospital. PS - the food was so good.

(Translated by Google) Today I feel so emotionally affected, psychologically and physically. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOSPITAL at all. She entered on August 22 at 39 weeks pregnant, happy because the time to meet my baby was approaching. They monitor me, everything was going super well, they do the blood test and among them they do the COVID test; The nurse who did it to me had all the blood tubes, papers, bags, myself at the time of picking up everything and throwing it away, one of the tests was in the trash without realizing it, it was when she came back and took out a test, we clearly saw that it was the COVID test. All normal continuous they assigned me a room, when at three in the morning Patricia the nurse came in and told me, your COVID result is positive, your mother has to leave now ... I tell her it is impossible, because during the pregnancy I had already given and it had not even 15 days passed from when I had it, and days before August 22, 8 days before I had taken the COVID test again and it came out NEGATIVE. I ask that they do it again and they refused, my mother had to leave me alone, and it is at that moment that my most painful days begin and that have affected me terribly. On the morning of the 23rd my mother makes an appointment with my brothers to take the test again, since they live with me, the result is negative. My mother and my brother call to tell the case, talking to the head nurse so that they will perform the test again, if it was necessary we would pay for the other test now, and again they refuse. I no longer had the same care, the nurses would never see me, if not like every 3 hours, when I am in dilation 6 they put the Epidural and the Pitocin on me and the nurse comes back and nobody comes back in, When more than two hours had passed, I had to call the nurse because I did not know how I was going, she comes to me and it was already at 10, she says ok I'm going to call the gynecologist, she arrived an hour later and during that time nobody She came in to see me as I was, she was able to give birth alone. Finally my beautiful baby is born at 13:30 on August 23. My son's nurse did not want to help me put my baby to breastfeed and teach me how they normally do it, they left me adrift because it was my first baby and I could not do much alone. The three days where I had to take care of myself and my baby, because nobody wanted to go see me and help me, because I was diagnosed with COVID and nobody wanted to make me. I asked for the favor of a breast pump and they tell me they don't have it, so I ask my mom to bring me mine. She brings it to me and they give it to me about 4 hours after she left it to me. My mother goes to talk to the sick boss to tell her what happened, and that the nurse had thrown the test away and the boss was rude and what she did was turn her back on her and call security so that they will get my mom out , and they took her out of the hospital as if she were a criminal. Three days where she treated me alone with pain, heavy bleeding overnight to tend my baby and me. The day they give me an exit, they take me out through a different emergency exit from the ambulances, and I felt terribly discriminated against because it was not something of happiness for me, I never received support from the hospital or its staff. So much so that they did not give me my son's birth registration receipt, it was days after I had to call to request it, the nurse who helped us could not believe that they had not given me my son's papers upon my departure. IT WAS A TOTALLY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE! THAT'S WHY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOSPITAL. Soon I will seek legal advice! (Original) Hoy me siento tan afectada emosoinalmente, sicológicamente y físicamente.

Wonderful experience from the moment you walk through the doors! I had an outpatient procedure done. The nurses and doctors who treated me were very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I felt so at ease because the care they provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hospital to all my family and friends.

I do understand that COVID protocols need to be in place but having a bad service is not justifiable due to COVID. I had a patient in this hospital and needed to bring him some clothing and personal stuff. Was told to show up in the emergency area and ask them to call a nurse to pick up the stuff. Had to wait over an hour and no explanation or help was offered. They even ask me to wait I the car in the parking lot. I wonder if they didn’t show up knowing I was there an lookin at me what would be the case if I had gone to my car. What a lousy service and lack of respect for the patients

This I me checking in, prepping for surgery, recovery room after surgery, then being 'nursed' back to health after surgery, then checking out to go home. Best nurses ever! Best surgeon ever! Wonderful facility! Thanks God for taking the best care of me and providing me with the most caring and efficient Healthcare workers. Praise God 🙌 👏 🙏 ❤️.

*OUTPATIENT LAB DEPARTMENT* Michelle: EXCEPTIONAL! She's so genuinely kind, helpful and patient. Sandro: Amazing, nice and patient! I was nervous to do my lab work but Sandro chatted with me and answered all of my questions about the tests and that distracted me from worrying which I appreciated completely. The hospital is about an hour away from where I live but it was still worth the drive because Michelle was very helpful the few times that I called to ask questions about my lab work that day and because of how well Sandro treated me. I prefer to go to this location.

Worse experience I nearly lost my life after my emergency c-section it was left up the the nurses in recovery. Her comment was what’s the point of living anyways while I was bleeding out they pretty much gave up on my and my obygn came to my rescue. The nurse on duty info was also withheld from me. I’m pregnant again and I would never go here or recommend.

I took my husband to the ER because he was involved in a car accident. The place is nice and all, but the attention he received was very mediocre. He had scratches in his ankle and all they did was to put an elastic bandage and a vaccine. When he came home he complained of lot of pain , etc etc. The day after I removed the elastic bandage, i realized he was bleeding from one of the wounds in the ankle, The hospital staff did not even cure the wound or put anything to help healing. Just the elastic bandage next to the wound. I had to clean the wound myself. And the bill for some x rays did arrive a couple of days later $$$, Worst experience ever. By the way, the staff attending him had no empathy whatsoever. Not sure if the staff was tired with all of the COVID burnout, but no signs of compassion.

Today I had the most great experience at Memorial Hospital Miramar when I went to do my patient admission paperwork and covid test prior my upcoming procedure, Starting with Elaine she called me 5 minutes before my appointment to give me instructions and directions where to go to be attended by the hospital team, Natalie in the pre-admission, she explained and helped me understand the paperwork and co payment amount that I needed to pay after the deductible its applied, and last but not least Michelle at the patient admission lab was very patient, caring, helpful, friendly. We need more people like Michelle. Ps. Christina and Lilian were awesome too very respectful.

I have to say I had the best Mommy & Baby nurses ever!!!! Every single one of them were so kind, attentive, caring, loving and made me feel supported at all times, I really appreciate all of them for helping me during such memorable time. We had to go in for an emergency c section, and everything was very smooth and fast. The anesthesiologist was so detailed and helped me go through what I was going to feel to not feel stressed or anxious. My Dr was the best. C Section was really fast, I'm very happy with the results. 1million stars for the entire hospital staff....

Memorial Miramar Hospital made me a believer in hospitals again. I had said that I never would visit a hospital due to a bad experience in Miami Beach, but they are so different from any other hospital I have ever visited. I have now been admitted, gone through ER, and regular doctor visits at this location about a dozen times. The staff has always been delightful, and helpful. The hospital is always clean, well managed, and never crowded. Parking is tough, typical for any hospital, but there is a lot of parking available. They make that experience better by providing FREE valet parking during office hours. Their cafeteria also has great food. The staff is trained to make sure you have an enjoyable experience even if you are in the ER. You will definitely be in good hands if you have your medical emergencies handled here, or hospital stays. Its definitely ahead of the game as a maternity hospital, and highly recommend it as that.

(Translated by Google) We have visited the Miramar Memorial for more than ten years and have had very good attention, until this time, which was very bad. I was very sad to see how the system of this hospital has deteriorated, which was the only good thing we had in the area and of which I was always very pleased. My whole family has gone there, but with this bad experience I don't think we will return. From the emergency doctors, who do not speak clearly, to the carelessness of one having to be uncomfortable to be a doctor to the room, 24 hours after admission and medicate the patient; they were of the innumerable situations that we lived during the three days that our family member spent there. Doctors contradict each other and in the end they don't really tell reality, it's like a game, where we lose out. As for cleaning, it remains the same. The food, which used to be very good, can no longer be eaten. It is amazing that one is in a hospital and has to be begging to see the patient. Unheard! We left yesterday, but we have yet to go personally to make the complaint. This constructive complaint is not to hurt the hospital, but to analyze what is happening, we have the right to have a good hospital and a good service, which was what you offered and what we had always received. I placed three stars, averaging the previous visits, but really this time they do not deserve a star.

I don't know how the medical system, is supposed to work but it's bad..... I've been coming to memorial for over a year with the same exact pain..... I have had gastric bypass in the past and I have been prescribed medicines for back pain nearly six months.... Medicine (a muscle relaxer) you're not supposed to take when you've had this procedure.... Eventually they find the issue is the gallbladder and by coming to the hospital so many times in pain I feel like I've contracted Corona from here.... Some. Visits I test native some I test positive...... They say it's not a emergency but I've been missing work and daily Activities for nearly a year that's unacceptable to be called not a emergency..... A Dr speaks to me but seems like nobodys even reading charts..... I was in a covid positive area.... Moved to a so called non covid area..... I was told I have antibodies from blood test that the virus is inactive.... But the dr comes in, yes you're covid positive so which is it? Are you not doing your job? Really confused.

I had so bad experiences in the pass at other places that I want to share my experience here at Memorial Miramar. I went yesterday for a surgery with Dr. Tangir. It was excellent I was so nervous and alone so worse but since the moment I enter the hospital main entrance , they check my temperature and send me to the back to do the rest. The man who received me there ( I don’t have his name) but was very nice and we even have time to joke!) he took my Id and send me to an other place where an assistant named Rose came and took me upstairs Everyone was polite, she took care she didn’t spoke much but she was very nice and friendly. Within a couple of minute Marly( I am pretty sure it is his name,if si am wrong sorry) cane and start to prepare me for the surgery, explain my medication and every thing else, he got positive vibe all the way and I was able to feel he enjoy his job even so the situation for them is not easy! The anesthesiologist a young man came and explain every detail and medication he was going to give me he was so nice I felt very good and calm, my Dr. Tangier’s as always very profesión al, and sweet also came and explain to me the surgery, I was ready to go without been scared and finally Lilia at the REcovery room was very kind and lovely. What can I say, I always complain when something goes wrong now I have to recognize that Memorial Miramar has great, profesional and humans personnel. Thank you to all of them, if I forgot some names sorry. Great job .God bless you all.

They have no business providing healthcare for anyone!!! I will do whatever ia necessary to report thia facility.. The director should be embarrassed by the care they are providing.

I would like to take this opportunity to write to you about Nurse Dana's care of my wife during her first pregnancy with our new bundle of joy, born two weeks ago. I must state that the entire journey of my wife's pregnancy has been for the most part wonderful! From her amazing team of OB/GYNs at First Class OB/GYN in your Medical office building to even the great people working at Wrapsody (my wife's favorite meals to-go place at your facility), we've had nothing but compliments for Memorial Miramar Hospital! When my wife was transferred from her OR after her C-section to the maternity ward's 2nd floor for recovery and those first moments with our newborn baby, we felt very pleased with the attention of the nurses and technicians. However, the following morning we had the pleasure of meeting Nurse Dana! She attended to my wife with sincere empathy, knowledge, and a commitment of service I've never seen from any nurse in our lives (I, the husband, have been in hospital care a lot in my life for underlying medical issues and I've personally never dealt with such an amazing nurse as Dana). Her warmth and treatment towards our new bundle of joy was evident in the very first moments she swaddled the baby correctly (showing us better swaddling techniques as first-time parents) , was extremely detailed in her explanations to our questions, took great care of my wife, and even offered me coffee and snacks to keep up with the crazy hours we'd encounter in sleep, or for better say, lack-of-sleep. We instantly gained a great rapport with Nurse Dana and Baby never had any fuss under Nurse Dana's care, even when Dana administered baby's first small bathe. Now to your maternity ward's monthly Jewel, PCS Jami! From the get-go her easy laid-back but diligent approach was quite evident! She walked us through everything she was doing for us and Baby and took time to answer my wife's many questions on the birth certificate and social security topics. Speaking to Jami is like speaking to a relative/friend you've known for years. We were very happy with her care, especially on discharge day, pulling my wife with Baby on the wheelchair and granting my wife's wishes for a mini "photo-shoot" downstairs leaving the hospital. Jami even gave us tips of great photo background places (near the big columns under the entrance pavillion)! It is true from reading the "Jewel" bulletin, Jami is an-all around asset for your maternity ward! We've had a lot of family and friends deliver at Miramar Memorial and all of them have said that this hospital's care is above and beyond the rest. I can now attest to those claims as our family was witness to an exceptional treatment by an amazing team, highlighted by Nurse Dana and PCS Jami! We will DEFINITELY be back for hopefully our future children's deliveries. Oh and one more thing, we'll have to coincide my wife's delivery with Nurse Dana's work shifts! Congratulations to Nurse Dana and the entire team at Miramar Memorial-- we've gained new friends for a lifetime of joy and memories. Warm regards, Luis & Lisa (with newborn)

This message is from my mom who is still raving about the excellent care she received while being a patient at your facility! I was a patient at Miramar West Memorial Hospital admitted August 1 to August 4, 2022. I just want to come in your stuff on the efficient and professional way they treated me from the staff at the triage until I was admitted that night. Your staff made me feel Like I wanted to live because they were so kind and caring. My sincere thanks to all the nurses who took care of me in room 3315, also my beautiful Cuban dietary aide that served my meals. May God bless all of you ladies on all the shifts. Josephine and big dog thank you for what you did for me I love you all and I will always remember you guys. Sincerely, Juletha Gilbert

Honestly this was the best experience of my life! Giving birth here has been the biggest blessing in my life. The nurses and doctors did everything to hear my heart desires of a natural labor, they never pushed their own agenda, I always felt heard and safe! After my delivery, the service was so amazing that I kept thinking I was in a 5 star hotel! The food was amazing & they truly set me up for my postpartum recovery. So grateful for the hospitality provided, baby girl is so blessed to had been born here!

We had a great experience at the pediatrician emergency and then when we were transferred to the labor room. But unfortunately the last day of our stay we had a bad customer service by the nurse. We received incorrect information. She kicked us off the room by saying that someone else needed the room. She forgot to give us the corresponding medication. So I had to call after we left the hospital. I was 1 day without taking the medication due to her management.

Had my first baby here, went in Thursday night not feeling well while 38 weeks pregnant and they decided it was best to induce me. I was nervous and had high blood pressure, I ended up giving birth Saturday afternoon and didn’t get discharged until Monday afternoon but I gotta say everything nurse I had was absolutely wonderful, they were so caring and helpful with every question I had. They were very thoughtful with my needs and listened to everything I had to say when I was in pain. Even the doctor who delivered my baby was amazing, she came into the room when I was feeling a lot of pressure and was very quick to act because my son was about to come out, If I ever have a second child I will 1000% be coming to this hospital again. They even sent me home with a whole meal my first night back home, have even called me to check up on my son and I. Loved this place and every nurse there.

Some disappointments but overall the treatment I needed was given but not without a patient demeanor. Sometimes it’s better to restrain your thoughts to continue being treated because what you need has to get done and the things that are small like ignorance and lack of efficiency are the last thing on your mind in the event of an emergency. I will say the patient financial young lady that assisted me and Rick Martin the CT Tech so amazing they made my experience and the nurses were lovely.

Everything went well. After seeing the doctor with results of my sonogram and his recommendations ,thought we were finished. Got dressed, waved goodbye and left. As I was almost home, about 30 minutes later, I received a phone call asking me to come back for my discharge papers. I said I would come back tomorrow and he said, "no, nevermind." A little annoyed. Had no idea I was to wait for discharge papers. Did read my discharge info on line. All ok. Nothing that had to be done immediately. Just followup with vein doctor.

My wife Ashley Mutawakkil wrote a review yesterday regarding us being billed over 1000$ for the delivery of our daughter in November 2021 from the doctor who she saw at memorial. She was seen by an out of network doctor and she had no control of who her doctor would be. In response to my wife's review, the google page owner response said to call the billing department at memorial which she did and they did not help facilitate a solution that will address this outrageous bill. As my wife's review said we have tried in the past talking to the billing department and there was nothing they could do for us. I would appreciate a genuine response from the google owner about our issue instead of the generic response given to everyone that writes a review about their concern on google.

The best hospital care anywhere in the country. And that is not an exaggeration. My mother was there for six days. Every single nurse, regardless of the shift was more than excellent. They genuinely care about the well-being of their patients and go above and beyond what their jobs call for. Both nurses and hospital staff treat patients like family so of course the care is going to be superior. All the nurses made my mother feel loved and that they cared about her. That’s because he did. I cannot thank them enough for how well my mother was treated. And I would highly highly recommend Memorial to all.

The Miramar memorial hospital is excellent. My daughter went in for outpatient surgery that was supposed to last an hour and a half but ended up being over three hours and had to stay for the weekend. The outpatient team, especially Rachel were fantastic and compassionate and caring and helpful. The nurses in the hospital all very friendly and explain things very well and we're always around to assist

The surgical center staff was absolutely amazing with my 16 year old daughter. I am so grateful since they made her feel comfortable and secure. They were funny. Special shout out to Juan and Diane! Juan the surgical technician is an angel sent from heaven and Ms. Diane was so calming and sweet. My daughter kept going on and on how funny and nice everyone was. Short of needing a surgery, it was a great experience.

Your dedication, expertise, and the informative education program truly made a difference for me and my family. I must especially mention the exceptional care provided by my nurse, Alina. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great birth experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and unwavering support were truly remarkable, and I couldn't have asked for a better nurse she was a dream come true 🙏🏼💞 Thank you to all the doctors and staff who played a crucial role in my journey. My doctor was super nice !!!! All the nurse very nice, but only one nurse the name is Patrick, I’m not happy with him , my doctor came to my room for the discharge at 1:15 , he said I’m ready to go home, and i have to wait for the nurse Patrick more than one hour, I see him spoke and laught with other nurse at the counter , so he don’t care about me waiting in My room , I see the manager Shaiza and speak with her and nothing , she don’t care either. I already have my medications from yesterday so I only need was the nurse Patrick came and take off my needle that is, and I have to wait more then one hour, I think is very rude. The other thing I want to say is the security guards don't have to be so rude, we are sick people, not a prisoner in the jail.

Attention: Emergency Room Dept To whom it may concern, As a very content patient, I would like to primarily focus on Dc. Jeremy Boyd. WHAT AN AMAZING DOCTOR! I had several lacerations in which stitching was needed. Doc. Boyd was extremely attentive to my family and I as soon as I entered the emergency room. He placed a total of 15 stitches to my right hand and boy what beautiful work! He was so detailed, careful and hygienic. I was sort of nervous due to my injuries but he made me feel extremely comfortable and again, his work! Wow. Aesthetically it is so beautiful, I know my scar is just going to look the best possible. I have absolutely no pain & no swelling. What an amazing doctor Jeremy Boyd!!!! He Deserves outstanding recognition! Thank you again Doctor Jeremy Boyd!

All my gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff that during days and nights have been taking care of my father at MHM ICU COVID-19 unit for over 1 month. Special thanks to Dr. Sareli Aharon that despite his hectic schedule, he makes the time to make a daily phone call to give my family an update about my father progress. With a detailed, friendly and always optimist approach, Dr Sareli always does his best to explain the complexity of my father status and next steps. Thank you to Abuasad Haque, a very dedicated nurse, who for consecutive days, goes the extra mile in my father’s care. Thank you to Rhonda Myton and Paige Davis for their compassion and for allowing the family and friends to virtually connect with my father, so we can see him and express how much he is loved and missed at home. This virtual daily connection certainly relieves the anguish, sadness, and tribulation during this stressful time and gives us the strength to continue and to be hopeful for a soon recovery. Thank you all for your caring and dedication, your courage and sacrifice are remarkable!

I am quite sure this is an exceptional hospital, however my encounter was with the wrong individual. After struggling with issues related to my stomach for weeks, I decided to get a second opinion from another doctor. When I arrived at the hospital ER, there was maybe two other individuals waiting for care, presumably. I approached the front desk to inform the nurse the reason of my visit. She then registered me and instructed me to have a seat . While waiting for about 15 minutes, I decided to place a call to my wife . During the duration of my phone call , I briefly heard what sounded like a whisper of my name. Not being sure , I looked in the direction of the triage nurses . At that point , she looks in my direction, speaking softly ( maybe the plexiglass, decreased the sound of her voice) . Once I realize, I started to approach the desk. I politely, said ; I thought I heard my name , but I wasn’t sure . The nurse responded that , she was calling my name and I never responded so she moved on to the next person . Now , about 10 minutes prior , I was the only person in the ER lobby . Then a second individual entered. But , at no point did I hear the nurse call anyone after me . Yet , I was told that they moved on to the next patient. This was so wrong. It could have been handled differently. Again, I’m sure this is an exceptional hospital.

This hospital was my planned birthing location so when my water broke the night before my scheduled C-Section I refused to go anywhere else. Despite how far it is from my home. My experience was nothing short of awesome!! From the moment I entered through the emergency in excruciating pain till I was moved to my maternity room to recover! EVERY SINGLE encounter was absolutely outstanding!! A few nurses from the maternity ward who's kindness I will never forget and who deserve to be recognized are Ann Marie, Stella, Marie & Maggie!! A few names I forgot.. But to sum it up ANY NURSE that worked in Maternity from Wednesday February 3rd 2021 until Saturday night February 6th 2021.. You women are nothing short of AMAZING!! My fiance, myself, and our newborn little Major.. Thank you soooo much for this heartfelt experience!! 💕💕👣💕💕

I was concerned I said what a better place to come to than the hospital right? Wrong. I came in for contractions and lower back pain, I was tested for a few thing but not a single person came and spoke to me about my results or to let me know if I was ok the baby nothing. I was on a monitor for 15 minutes maybe taken off never put back on. Went for my ultra sound and no one came to put me back on the monitor or asked me if I was ok? My pain level nothing. I stood the whole time 1hr and 30mins NOT A SINGLE PERSON CAME IN TO MY ROOM. I was standing in pain cause my back could not take me sitting or laying. I hear the nurses saying she doesn’t look like she’s in pain no right? I’m sorry do you know my pain levels? To top it off I stated to all the nurses I had peed myself from the pressure a few days ago, the lady is on the phone with another nurse yeah she’s saying her water broke. (Never did I say that) I worked in health care this is not how you treat a patient. By the time they decided to come to my room it was to tell me I could leave. To get dressed they are bringing my papers I can go. I still do not know my results and I came home in pain. When I asked the nurse what can I do for pain before I go ? Cause I didn’t waist my day here not get paid cause I think it’s fun I came cause I was in pain. The nurse goes oh pain? Lay down side to side. And quickly left. Horrible. Honestly horrible. I do not recommend. If any supervisor would like to get a hold of me please do, No scared pregnant woman needs to go threw this

I live across the street from this hospital and both my kids were born here. They have all medical equipment needed for anything. The only problem is they are under staffed and you will have to wait hours to be seen by a doctor. Just recently I had food poisoning and went in but had to walk out without getting medical attention due to 3 hours of not being able to see anyone. Went home and cured myself. Not my advice but I was prepared for that. Anyways, this has always been the issue. Just be patient if you want to come here.

Words can't express how much gratitude and appreciation to the doctors and nurses from location : 4305 at Memorial Miramar Hospital. I was recently hospitalized unexpectedly on Saturday morning the 20th and was unfortunately laid up in the hospital on Father's Day the 21st. The staff frequently checked on me and made me feel like family throughout my hospitalization. Though the experience was traumatic, the kindness and generosity displayed by the staff was stellar and exemplary and will NEVER be forgotten. Please make contact with the following personnel and Thank them again and again for me as they have set the bar very high and is a true example of how we in society should be treating each other each and everyday. These individuals are superstars and are my true hero's: Yelene, Este, Kacy, Tony, Francisco, Nadine , Dr. Lopez and Dr. Herrera (I love them all and will always consider them family). Please accept this email/letter as an acknowledgment of outstanding work by your employees and please make it a permanent record of their personnel file. Sincerely, Colonel David R. Holmes

Nurses, some with bored and unkind faces, others with better spirits, these people should not work if they do not have the vocation of service.

👍👍 My dad has been seeing Dr. Martinez for more than 10 years. She is an amazing doctor with lots of knowledge. The office staff as well as the doctor treat you as family. She is so amazing that I have also changed to her as my primary doctor. Thanks doctor Martinez for all that you do.
