This place is fabulous! I saw the most kind Dr today she was so so sweet ! They have the best bed side manner . I will be coming back if I need to . Hands now the best I have seen yet ! I wish this could be my reg Dr office. So much more compassion then my own Dr... I really really like these people...

The young lady at the front desk had a very unhelpful and angry attitude. "Helping people" is not why she has this job. Bitter. Terse. Indifferent. Unprofessional. I came to get a COVID-19 rapid test. They take my insurance so I went there. 90% through their ton of paperwork, there's a unique document that says "all rapid tests will be charged as self pay." I asked"bitter girl" if this referred to my test. She said yes. And? And? Well how much is it? $80, she said. She could have led with that! Why would I pay self pay when I went through the hassle of finding a place that takes my insurance. Disrespectful bait and switch. 2 stars because the guy who identified himself as a paramedic was professional. This place is a "bait and switch urgent care" They figure if it's urgent they got you by the balls.

Dr. G’s is the best urgent care facility! I’ve been there 3 times and all 3 times we didn’t wait long and received excellent care. My son had food poisoning and they immediately gave him an IV for his dehydration and he started to feel better fast. They also always follow up the next day to see how their patients are doing. I’ve had 3 very good experiences there so far!

Very friendly and professional staff from the first phone call to my departure. The doctor was also very friendly and thorough. She also didn't treat me like a number or just another patient. I'm from Central Florida and got sick while visiting family. I needed a place that took my medical insurance (VA). They even made the call to verify it before treatment. They were the only acute care clinic I could get a hold of that did. Was a little bit of a drive from Plantation, but well worth it. I also like that there is a pharmacy right in the facility that can verify eligibility and/or fill the scripts before you leave. Getting better (well, the storm before the calm as medicine goes) ... thanks Dr. G's!!

My visit was quick and efficient. My provider listened to me and what I needed with a prior severe ankle injury. I re-injured it on a trip and I needed a boot for a long 2 day drive back home. I didn’t feel like they were pushing for extra unnecessary testing as they knew I was going to get X-rays and other testing when I got back to my trauma surgeon. I didn’t expect that. I appreciated their kindness and support and highly recommend Dr. G’s Urgent Care and Pharmacy.

I severely burned two toes in a commercial kitchen accident. As an old pro with many hours of self care behind me I opted to clean and treat them myself. By the fourth night they really were not getting better so the next morning I googled Urgent Care near me. After a pleasant phone call with Dr G's office on a Sunday morning I was emailed all the necessary paperwork. It was clear and easily completed. From an IT perspective it was flawless. Shortly after I made an easy online payment I received a call from a staff member who took all the details and shared them with a Nurse Practitioner. Tele-med then kicked in. I had a video consultation with the NP. Sorry I can't remember the her name but she was great, attentive and caring. She "examined" the wounds while I sat in the comfort of my own home. Her prescriptions for antibiotics and a powerful burn cream were confirmed as 100% appropriate by my primary doctor a few days later. Things are healing wonderfully. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. G's Urgent Care after the superior care I received through the office .

One of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had at an urgent care or for that matter even a doctor. They were courteous, respectful, in my case upbeat and very friendly and most importantly they knew what they were doing. I felt comfortable and safe. They will in fact now be my urgent care of choice when needed.

BEWARE!! This clinic will withhold care over payment. ***DO NOT SIGN the WAIVER that says you agree to non-refundable payments.*** It is not illegal but it is unethical. I was forced to make unrefundable CoPays even though I have already reached my out of pocket maximum. The treatment is for 5 visits. They want to take my CoPay each time. I will not be going back EVER, STAY AWAY! Read YELP for local reviews from real people in need of urgent care who have overpaid but unknowingly signed the waiver releasing the clinic from ANY REFUND(s). The check in process is abhorrent. Worst experience ever. Truly a terrible experience and possibly life threatening. If you try to phone the clinic to make an appointment you get put on hold and usually left on hold. Then, if the receptionist decides to see if you're still there, you are questioned for five minutes and then told you are required to fill out a text or email that takes 10 minutes. Every single time for Urgent Care! But it's even worse in person because you will be lied right to your face. When I sat down to start waiting, I figured it would take a few minutes. But it ultimately took 45 minutes, which is very rough when you need urgent care. Will never come here again. Ever.

While it is convenient to find an urgent care on days when most doctor's offices are closed, it does not make sense for such urgent care to gauge their patients. This is exactly what this urgent care did to us when we desperately needed COVID tests. They charged us $160 per rapid test when their cost is probably less than $10. In your response below you are just misleading people more and more. There was nothing done in the visit other than the rapid test that took a minute or less to administer and a few minutes to get the result for each of us. No other questions were asked ever and no doctor saw us. What visit are you talking about!!!!!

The experience at the urgent care was fine, but the billing practices from these guys is terrible. When we went in we asked if our insurance was covered as it says on their website, office receptionist checked and confirmed it was. Got a bill maybe a week or two later saying it wasn’t covered. Emailed office, got a response saying it should be. Then got another email saying it wasn’t. We nicely told them we are not going to pay as we had the office verify the insurance and it is advertised on their website that it’s accepted. Got a rude (maybe drunken?) response at 1:30am. Since then we have got between 1-2 emailed bills PER DAY. What a bunch of clowns. Stay FAR AWAY. Plenty of other options locally.

Wonderful service the moment I stepped into Dr. G’s Dr. Urgent Care Office. Checking in was smooth, wait time was short, vitals staff was polite and kind. FNP Casey Chandler was excellent. She examined me and prescribed necessary medications. Wonderful and quick pharmacy filled my prescriptions right in the office.

Very compassionate caring experience from the moment I walked in the door from the receptionist to the medic to the nurse practitioner. They explain everything. The medic called me this morning to see how I was doing. I highly recommend them! ***This is my follow-up a week later. Everything I said here definitely still applies. They are the best! Regarding my latest visit 2 days ago, it was perfect.

Very nice staff. Fast and efficient. When you’re sick there is nothing worse than waiting forever to see the doctor and they got me in really quick. Prices are good and they even called the next day to check on me

Went in barely able to breathe from the congestion, oxygen levels were on the low side and they went in full gear to make help me. Amazing staff and doctor. This will be my “go to” when needed and I will highly recommend them to anyone. I am feeling better thanks to them

I had to take a PCR test for traveling. I went in to check to see if they do it and the young lady at the desk was amazing. I didn't need to take the test until the next day but she logged me into the system and had me set up so all I had to do was come in and take the test. The young man that did the actual test was excellent. He was extremely funny and made me feel very comfortable because I don't like taking these tests. There was also a doctor there both days and she was also super sweet. I will definitely be visiting them again if I have to in the past.

If I ever need an urgent care service provider again, I will definitely come back to this location. There was not a long wait and the staff was very attentive and caring to my daughter's needs. She is feeling much better now. Thank you all. 😊

I go there when I don't have my PCP app available and it's an emergency. About 4 times in total. I went there and treated by PA and NP . The last visit was unpleasant the Nurse practitioner was rude and nasty to the extend I couldn't look at her at the end of the so called consultation.... that's how disgusted I was when I asked for a doctor note she responded "I will give from the day I am seeing you" ok that doesn't change anything except that she was nasty and with an attitude and bad manners. Before I left the office I said to the medical assistant who was nice don't you ever give and app with this NP or other. I rather being seen by a Doctor, at least I will be yell or pushed with someone more qualified.

Very attentive, timely, thorough. Minimal wait and really appreciated the follow up call to see how I was doing. Strongly recommend as was from out of town and had a deteriorating painful cough that helped me with and helped make my vacation so much better!

I had to go to Dr. G’s Urgent Care while on vacation, and was so pleased with the quick and kind care of the urgent care and adjacent pharmacy. Thank you to Wendy and Klarissa, who treated me with the utmost kindness and care. The pharmacy staff was also very helpful and even called the next day to check on me. This place is fantastic. I had bronchitis and sinusitis and they took so good care of me. What I love is I can get my prescription filled there right away. Everyone are so nice and understanding. Highly recommend

I was waiting for about 30 to 45 minutes in an empty lobby only to be charged my co-pay and to hear that my insurance wasn’t going to pay for something that they never actually CONTACTED my insurance regarding. I have a PPO I also have a primary care Doctor Who has billed these CPT codes 3 months ago (but was unavailable). I work for an insurance company. I found it very fraudulent that Dr. G‘s took my co-pay took my vitals and then told me that they would charge me $145 for an appointment and $110 for an x-ray at self pay rate without offering me a refund. Oddly enough I was there last year and you tried to charge me self pay pricing… billed my insurance… And got paid…………..

My experience here was Excellent! The service was very fast, quick and it was a easy process. I waited less than 20 minutes to be seen and treated. The entire staff was very professional and kind. The facility was very clean and the medical treatment and care I received was Excellent. I highly recommended Dr G's to anyone. Nice caring and professional staff who were knowledgeable in medical treatments! And the Cost for treatment was very affordable!

This might have been the best experience I have had at an urgent care. There was no wait, all of the workers were very professional and friendly. The PA answered my questions and prescribed a new course of treatment and medication. Prior to coming here I was treated for bronchitis through an online dr. and had a bad allergic reaction to the antibiotics. I wish I had come here sooner! I was prescribed new medication and within a day my cough is already improved. I’d also like to add that the x ray tech, Dan, was very professional and very knowledgeable, and I appreciate the time he took answering my questions. I would definitely recommend this place. The cost is quite reasonable for someone who is self-pay.

Tremendous pain in my sciatica nerve for a couple of days. Suggested by my partner to go to Urgent Care. So glad I picked this one. Everyone from receptionist to nurse and Dr were incredibly kind and caring. Doing much better now.

Feeling poorly for a week, went to this urgent care with my current. meds list hoping for relief. Very little paper work. Got seen almost immediately by compassionate medical personnel and diagnosed and given several actual medicines( no additional charge) to take while I was there. Pain was controlled and I Felt much better by the time I left. I Was given three prescriptions to fill plus an order for a CT on Monday if I did not improve. There was a followup phone call today to see how I was feeling. I can’t remember the last time I was given medicine in a doctor’s office. I would definitely go there again.

Awesome prompt service, great nurses and doctors, not feeling, broken arm, anything there great, they found out I was diabetic which is no good, without them god knows what kinda condition I would be in, I went for wound care on both of my legs, they gave me creams, antibiotics, and the proper medication to keep on keeping on! Fight the good fight! This place is heaven sent!

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! The Dr is caring and takes her time with you. She’s also funny and personable and really works to give you what you want and need . Such a good experience and rare nowadays!

I went for a COVID test. When I got there, there was only one other person waiting. I was told I could sit inside or outside to fill out the forms. I was taken into an exam room promptly and given the nasal swab rapid test. Had the results within 15 minutes. They checked my vitals and asked me questions. All good. I’m negative for now. They also discussed different prescription medications that I could take if I began to feel worse. It was a newer facility and the staff was wonderful, helpful and informative.

I was one of Dr. Melissa Graber‘s first patients when she opened her practice in Delray Beach. In South Florida especially, it is so difficult to find a new doctor with exceptional bedside manners and a healthy dose of empathy! She has expanded and grown into a successful multi-location practice because she is honest, affordable, Takes very good care of her patients and is extremely loyal to them. These are not traits that you would normally find in a successful south Florida medical practice. What’s better is that she has hired and trained her entire staff with these principles in mind. It doesn’t matter which office you call, you will be treated with integrity, patience and empathy - and you will walk out of their office feeling much better than when you first walked in. Tonight was my first visit and it was such a nice experience. From the front desk to the medical assistant and the nurse practitioner. Everyone was professional. And ver nice. The staff are very easy to talk too. I hope they stay at this location.

As much as I appreciated a quick process, it did seem a little rushed. Other than that, the physician was very nice and was straight to the point about treatment. The staff was very helpful and I didn't have to sit all day in a waiting room. Good place and will recommend.

Wow. So impressed with the service and fluidity of the visit. Went there first time with 12 month old that we cannot get appt with her Pediatrician for weeks. Our baby was with high fever and we did not want to visit emergency room without seeing Dr first. Upon entry everything was clean, organized, efficient and they have a pharmacy on site that can help expedite your process on site. Dr Natalie was so Confident and on pint with executing a diagnosis and treatment for our one year old - Which can be tough from the baby resisting. She also had a splinter I was worried about on her foot that the Dr removed so quickly and wrapped her up seamlessly. I just loved the delivery and sureness since I left knowing what was wrong and how we could fix it. Many times this is not the case. It seems a guessing game especially with babies. We will use this facility and team again and again! Also will recommend to our other adult kid, family, friends, Employees and coworkers. Thank you!

Honestly one of the quickest urgent cares I’ve ever been to. After barely making it out of the car and walking in the building I was immediately ushered into a room to be seen by a provider. They addressed my concerns and was able to provide adequate service to address my needs. I was in and out under 30 and was able to return home to rest. Will be using Dr. G’s going forward. Dr Gs is amazing! Exceptional care. Listened to every symptom and treated me with the right medications. Can’t thank you enough for getting me back to health quickly. Easy to schedule a virtual visit and chat with the provider right over the phone. Highly recommend!

Came in real sick last night was in and out under 45 mins even being a new patient, with a very throughout checkout of my symptoms. Very polite and helpful, giving a complement understanding of my illness. did wait a little bit this morning for the pharmacy that’s on my fault I’m new around and didn’t know when they opened other than that excellent service so thank you, I’m feeling better already.

Alert and the team was awesome. Help me get paperwork done, looked at right away, and even informed me why I did not need an X-ray, when she could have just taken my money. Very honest and great to work with!

This is my go-to urgent care! They’re attentive, fast, several locations, super kind. They just knock out my visits every time and always take good care of me! Also take my insurance but cash pay is VERY affordable as well

Great care and great physicians but trouble billing department! Be very careful before making a payment. I was asked to pay a co pay and no problem but my Insurnace came back and advised my deductibles and co pays were met and this wasn’t suppose to be charged. Apparently a refund is gonna take 60-90 days.. that doesn’t seem right at all. Be careful when paying anything here!

I went to care spot originally and they could not take an X-ray since their was no in for that service. So I decided to give this place a try and I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk girl was super kind and patient with me. I wish I remembered her name. All other staff were very friendly too. I was seen quickly too. Overall it was a good experience. I recommend.

The nurse practitioner was great and I was feeling better by the time I walked out. Adding a nice touch; I received a follow up call on Sunday to see how I was feeling. On vacation in Fort Lauderdale & unfortunately sprained my ankle. Went to Dr G's and received quick service. The staff was very friendly & professional. I am most impressed that I received a follow-up phone call the next day checking on my condition- how awesome is that! I highly recommend Dr. G's Urgent Care. They will take excellent care of you.

It was an incredible experience, the staff were very compassionate and sweet. I got in and out, this is best far the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. After the visit they contacted me the next day to check on my son and make sure he’s doing okay .

Loved my experience here, called early in the morning and was able to get an appointment right away. The visit was all of a maybe 10 minute wait and then a quick 10 minute with the doctor, where I was given the best treatment possible and felt better already by the next day. On top of that, they called to check on me within the following couple of days to make sure I was doing well, and to see if I had any questions about the prescriptions. If you ever are in need of urgent medical attention, I can’t recommend this place enough!

Then, she directed me to Chris who is professional, great manners, and respectful…..he followed up with a phone call to me. I will return to this office for more visits. The truth is that I felt very good with the care since I entered. They treated me and helped me with everything I needed despite not knowing how to speak the language, thanks to the help of the Venezuelan doctor, and the radiologist was very attentive and professional.
