Super friendly personnel since we arrived. Extremely long wait but all worth getting t because the doctor was excellent!! Very the thorough during the exam and was able to diagnose on the dot. Explained condition, treatment and recommendations very clearly. Sweet and patient. The nurse also excellent!

We couldn’t of asked for a better group of people to help us last night. Dr. Morales, nurse Cathy, Ricky, and the whole team we’re not only God sent but they made us feel like part of their family. Their kindness and expertise had us feeling safe as well as cared for. There are not enough words to be able to describe what wonderful people they all are. From the moment we arrived they not only showed us that they love what they do, but that they do it all so very well. Trust me when I say that there is nothing in this world better than seeing a medical team help your child with such ease all the while embracing you both as if you were their own family. After being treated poorly at Associates MD Urgent Care on Flamingo, my insurance via the phone guided me to your urgent care since you accept my insurance. Although hesitant, it was like night and day from the prior experience I endured 20 minutes apart. Your front desk associate was pleasant, informative, and professional. She spoke with compassion and guided me through the app process/check in. During my visit all staff, including RN, doctor, X-ray tech, and registration were helpful, empathetic, and welcoming. I felt cared for and am thankful for my experience here since I am on the road to feeling better. Thank you for taking care of me.

Today I was at the facility in Pembroke Pines for a cold. Front desk was very helpful as I couldn’t get App to work for signing in. The nurse was very kind and did a great job gathering information from me. The doctor was good as well. I had no issues. I will return if another medical problem comes my way.

I received excellent care and courteous service from the nurses, the X-ray technician, receptionist and Doctor as I come to expect from any Baptist Hospital facility. The Physician took time to address all my concerns and answer my questions. I came to the place anxious and in pain and left with a clear understanding of my condition and the steps to take to get better. It took less than an hour for me to be seen and that includes having a CT scan and urine test done and results received.

My family and i have always gone to Baptist Urgent Care in Pembroke Pines. I have always had a good experience. The Non medical staff, nurses Radiology Techs and Physicians are very knowledgeable, caring and provide excellent medical care. They make sure you are well informed on next steps at home and what follow-up is needed. On this occasion I was treated by Dr. Morales. Great Physician!

This is the best most efficient urgent care I have ever been too. The staff is kind and courteous. The prescription med machine is also a game changer. I must be late to the party.

This week I was cared for at Baptist Urgent Care on Pines and Dikes Blvd for a broken finger. I’d like people to know that I was cared for by a fantastic, well coordinated team. From the moment I walked in they were helpful and understanding. Their medical care and reference were outstanding. Truly, they never let up until they made sure I was well situated with an orthopedic surgeon outside their office within 72 hours. I had always heard great things about them from family and friends but had never experienced their care myself. I hope I don’t ever need them again, but if I do, it’s nice to know they’re right around the corner from me.

From the front desk to the nurse assistant, xray tech and advanced nurse practitioner, everything was run smoothly and my visit went very well. Everyone I encountered was so nice and caring. The advanced nurse practitioner, Mindy Rivas, was so knowledgeable and patient. This was my first time to this facility and it’s nice to know that I have a solid place to come to if I need it.

Great urgent care facility! I was seen and treated in a professional manner from the front desk to the discharge interview. Staff in general especially bed nurse, doctor were very knowledgeable and friendly. All services were available : tests, X-ray and my prescriptions directed to the pharmacy were ready for pickup on my way home to start my treatment. Thank you for your urgent help!!!

I had an amazing experience at this walk in facility. The two ladies at the intake deck were AWESOME…comforting, professional, helpful and hilarious. The nurse was pleasant and efficient and the doctor was easy to talk to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt like this urgent care facility deserves one. All the staff here were competent, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. All so genuinely kind. I went in on a Saturday and expected to be waiting an hour for treatment. I was greeted by the kind receptionist who gave me the paper work to fill out and I was seen within 15 minutes. Like what! That was so fast. I easily expected to be waiting an hour. I was immediately taken care of and provided with the correct diagnosis, treatment, and medication. I was out of there within 45 minutes. This place actually cares for their patients and listens to their needs. Unlike my sh*t experience with cvs’ virtual minute clinic, where I was misdiagnosed by a doctor who dismissed my symptoms as a common cold. Well with the help of the doctors at Baptist Health I learned that I actually had an ear infection! Go figure! I would’ve been in trouble if my gut didn’t tell me to go see someone else. I’m glad I didn’t listen to that other doctor and went to this urgent care instead. Definitely recommend.

I went in to this urgent care today and was super impressed. Every staff member was so kind and personable. I think every nurse checked on me at some point and every single one of them was great! The nurses and doctor were so thorough and ran every test on me. So often we go to doctors who want to get you in and out quickly, but this wasn’t the case. The wait time wasn’t long at all. The place is great. Clean and a convenient location. The staff is very profesional & customer service is great, every one does their job to get you out in a timely manner, with a solution to your problem. When you leave the place.... you know you have been in good hands. Keep the good work guys!!!

My visit to Baptist Urgent Care was pleasant and comfortable. The medical staff was professional, caring, and very efficient. The length of time spent there was bearable.

Amazing place and staff. Especially the staff. Very efficiently run. Very caring. My experience was part of a three-day weekend, which can really go sideways. I must have driven past their clinic front many times, being it's in a mall. The nice thing about that is you don't have to pay for parking. I haven't received my bill yet so I might be in for sticker shock, I don't know. But at least up front I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Everyone was extremely professional, courteous and so helpful. Every person there goes above and beyond trying to help you feel as comfortable as they can while they diagnose your ailment or do the workup to perform the best treatment to aid you onto the road to recovery. The staff listens and explains everything clearly and genuinely work hard at making you feel as good as they possibly can.

The staff at the Pembroke Pines Clinic are very pleasant & extremely helpful. I always feel that I’m getting the best Urgent Care treatment, having no issues with their exceptional medical services, from the time I register, to when I’m seen by the medical staff. Thank you so much.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was nothing but great service. Did I have to wait?...of course, but I'd wait again. Once I was in they took really good care of me and made sure to bring me water and Gatorade to keep me hydrated. Nurse Erin...I believe is her name was so sweet. She explained everything so thoroughly and had the best bedside manners. While in the waiting room I even observed how Erin went outside of the facility to help a special needs family with paperwork and all. Making it less stressful on mom and child. As a teacher, I commend that! My total wait time during this pandemic was about 3 1/2 hours. I commend the great staff.

Excellent service! Was in and out within 90 minutes! Kathy was my nurse and she was amazing! Very personable and took her time and answered any questions I had. She's definitely cares about the patients! Was an easier process with her as my nurse! Thank you Kathy!

We had exceptional service from Erin D., our Nurse, Mindy R,APRN, Julio, X-ray tech, lab tech(sorry, can’t remember the name of the nice gentleman)the front desk(sorry, can’t remember the name of the nice woman). Everyone was so kind and compassionate from beginning to end and thank you for the great care you gave my mother. We highly recommend your urgent care to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I would not recommend this location. I got there on time for my appointment. Multiple patients arrived after me and they were able to be seen by the doctor before me. I approached the receptionist Kim and she said there were only 3 doctors and said as soon as they had an empty room they would see my daughter. Another 25 minutes passed by, more patients came in, and I approached them a second time. I was getting very impatient because my daughter was coughing and not feeling well. The receptionist told me that these families who entered before me had appointments with specific doctors which is why they were able to be seen before me. This was not true because I asked two of those families if that’s what they did and they confirmed they did not book a specific doctor. They scheduled a regular appointment like me. I do understand that they are short staffed which is what the real issue was. However, the receptionist should better handle the situation and order.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was there Monday afternoon and since I walked in the security lady was so kind generous and care for me. Immediately she notice that I was in pain she brought the wheel chair and hot pack for my back, and the doctors and RN amazing. So happoyyy with this place who really cares for the patients.

I’ve been to Baptist Health a few times and every time I’ve needed to go, the staff takes time to help me get the care I need. I was having migraines, something I never experience. I wanted to get a scan to make sure it wasn’t a more serious problem, and they took my concern seriously; thankfully I’m okay. I was relieved and left with some treatment medications and a referral for a specialist to help me if things reoccurred. They were considerate and reassuring which I appreciated.

Best Urgent care that I have ever been to. Staff is very caring and professional. The only issue I have is the new check out process. Please bring back the regular checkout procedure where I can just swipe my card and go. It took close to 20 minutes to check out and pay. Not good.

They were fast, efficient and very nice!! That’s my go to place for almost everything. And maybe the best part about the Urgent Care is that you can get most of your medications right there in a vending machine in the lobby! SUPER CONVENIENT. because having to go to the pharmacy afterwards especially when you don’t feel good is a hassle.

Awesome experience! I felt very comfortable, the environment was very clean, my nurse was the best (I wish I remembered her name but she was perfect) and everyone was so nice even though I came in 15 minutes before closing. The only urgent care I will attend from now on. (:

We arrived soon before closing, which left the nurses quite upset. They did their jobs and the doctor was actually very nice, but the nurses that initially helped us were visibly upset the entire time. We were there 30 minutes before closing and left 20 or so minutes after closing. This is an urgent care, not simply a Covid testing facility, so general hospitality from the front desk and nurses should be at least decent. Been to many places where the people are rude and do not care, therefore they don’t get much business. Keep that in mind. I’m rating 4 stars because of the 1 nurse and 1 doctor that were behaving properly. Thank you to those two who did.

Every person at this facility is incredible. They are kind, caring, understanding and patient. They don't treat you like another patient, they take their time and answer all questions until you're comfortable. It's also such a convenience to have their pharmacy box right in the lobby to get medications before you leave.

Professional and friendly staffs. I like the atmosphere even though this is an urgent care. I had to goin to get checked up with Covid symptoms and waiting time is a little long but how the staffs and Doctor are treating me was priceless, especially a nurse name Matthew he was super nice, great personality! They also ask if anyone needs water and keep informed people outside for the approximate time they might have to wait for. Highly recommend if you have to find an urgent care!

What an amazing experience! The staff was professional, attentive, timely and thoughtful. They made sure I was comfortable as they quickly diagnosed the problem. I left confident of how to nurse myself back to health. PS: Blood pressure monitor was very uncomfortable 🥴.

It is a blessing having this facility so close to the house. They have always taken great care of our family. The staff is always so welcoming and the nurses and doctors are wonderful. The place is always clean and it is truly a pleasure to know you will be taken care of with great medical service and patient care when you are in need of medical attention.

Been in a clinic or a hospital is not a good experience for anyone; but the personnel that work for them can make a big difference. Today, March 5th, I had to visit one, for a strong back pain that I had, (I have herniated discs). The Mrs. working as a receptionist is an excellent professional who treated me with respect and a very gentle manner. In less than 10 minutes I was inside and the nurse (male nurse), was very helpful. The Dr. came in a reasonable time, explained to me after I told him what I was feeling and put me to shots When I left the place I could walk a lot better without pain. The only negative thing that I have to say is that after everything was done I had to wait for my release papers and I had to stand up, go to the counter and ask the nurse tor them, besides that, excellent service. Thank you very much.

I am extraordinarily pleased from door to door the service was perfect. Everyone was efficient, confident and cordial in every way. The patient service that I received was the best. There was no wait time from service to service. I can’t praise them enough. The facility was immaculate. Baptist UC will be my choice and a provider of choice for referrals. So impressed!!!!
