Recently I delivered at Memorial Regional and had an amazing experience. I was a high risk pregnancy and had great care over myself and my baby. Truly everyone on the Labor and Delivery floor were amazing and helped me through a bit of a long delivery. They always walked me through what was going on and forever grateful for their guidance and support. I had an amazing experience on the Mother Baby floor with great nurses Alex, Kaylee and Lorena. They always went above and beyond for me and my baby boy. Always answered all my questions and helped me with anything I needed. Thank you all so much for a great experience and a safe delivery.

Wow! I would give no stars to The Memorial Hospital. I live here in Fl. I’m at the hospital with my brother and I See a Couple, they are Tourist with luggages the poor men wanted to go in with his wife they didn’t allowed him because of his luggages. These people come to florida and leave their money here. The hospital should have a storage or something where they can put their things. You guys here make money out of anything so why don’t you do something about this is not fair for the Tourists who comes and spent their money in a State that is being ungrateful😡 Build a storage place or them in the hospital. It’s sad and. Scary to be in a hospital that’s not your home alone.

If this was based on the care team then it would be a 4 star review, however it’s been 3 months since my emergency room visit. I just got another bill from the Doctors, this means now I have to pay for the hospital bill, radiology bill and doctor bill. Memorial why can’t you just shoot all at once instead of having “cute” bills send out randomly to your patients. This is not fun, and I will never come to any of these hospital branches, the surprise billing is something I’m not here for. I hope others see this and go to any other hospital, thanks.

I had a very bad experience. I spent 14 hours at the hospital emergency green room. I wasn't in a room, I was in the hall. Yes, they checked for what I went there in the first place. The nurse checked my vitals and finds something, even me I noticed. Nurse calls the doctor, doctor checks me and says "no" he's fine. I got there at almost 1pm. It was 7pm when I asked the nurse for some crackers, she gave me 3. I still have the same symptoms that I went there, no changes. 9pm, new nurse tells me that I have been discharged, good news. She tells me that transportation would be at the hospital between 2 or 3 hours. It is midnight and nothing, I am very hungry, I see nurses and people walking around with food trays and nothing for me. Almost 12 hours and only 3 crackers in my belly. 2am nothing, 3am nothing, it has been 6 hours since the nurse called transport. Here I am with the same cough, the same pain on my chest (10 level pain) hungry and the nurse all this time hasn't communicate with me and tell me anything. I got home at 4:30 in the morning. I would not even if I'm dying go back to this hospital.

Sorry Memorial, tried your services twice First at south, second time at regional, both experiences were pitiful . I experienced a very poor quality of care. Beginning with the cleanliness, the nursing staff and medical competence Due to my condition, I have had to go to another hospital. At the other hospital, I was treated with dignity , had a beautiful clean room and timely competent medical management. Memorial is close to my home that is why I first chose to go there, but I would rather travel father away In order to go to receive better care at a competently managed hospital Sorry I will never return or recommend the memorial again You Hospital system needs a lot of work in too many areas inorder to provide quality care

I suspect this hospital is deciding who gets a room based on their ability to pay, investigation coming soon. I have insurance however I did not bring my insurance card so they can't look up my Blue Cross Blue Shield without the number. I'm not a conspiracy theorist but facts are facts Ive been in the emergency room for over 24 hours while others went upstairs or got transferred to another hospital. Totally unacceptable they're even doing the EEG on me for 24 hours in the emergency room absolutely unacceptable. I will be filing a complaints with the appropriate authorities and Consulting my law partners for potential legal action.

Brought my son in on a Wednesday night. They quickly put me in a room. Then sat here for an hour. No one acknowledged me. I've worked in the ER as an RN. The one I worked in was super busy. Even if the doctor can't come see u now, either the nurse or paramedic at least comes, introduce themselves and get the process going. Usually provider orders tests such as labs , etc. Then the nurse or paramedic comes and draw them. At least by the time the provider sees you, something is done. Here, I just sat there. No one. I mean no one acknowledged me. Finally, i wanted to Leave and asked to speak to someone. A charge nurse called the doctor who came in. From there, it was still hell. Everything took 2 hours. Had to call about blood work result. Had to ask about treatment plan. Doctor said he would order iv antibiotic. Takes an hour to administer. These people just don't care. I will never, ever ever come back here .I wished I took my son elsewhere. I know everywhere is busy but this staff is the worst. The nurses were so careless.

Dear readers, My time at the Memorial Hospital system (06/02/2022 to 06/28/2022) was truly one of the most challenging times ever and in retrospect truly a blessing. I write this to you as I am recovering from a stroke. Having this unexpected and terrifying accident I can thank the doctors, nurses, image personnel, administrative staff and anyone who was involved in saving my life and caring for me. (Sorry I don't know your names). I say this as I have a father who was an amazing Pediatrician of 45 plus years in Chicago, a brother to a thoughtful and experienced Neurosurgeon in Orlando, and I, myself who has graduated medical school. I am thankful to all of you. God bless you all. Amazing! -Richard

First time mom. I just had my baby here. I had a failed induction so then I needed a C-section which had me stay in the hospital for a total of five nights. I could not say better things about the nurses at this hospital. They are angels and extremely well trained. All them through my two nights at labor delivery and my three nights recovering were absolutely phenomenal. The took AMAZING care of me and my baby. I will 1000% deliver my next child at Memorial not even because the doctors just because of the care I received from their nurses!

Very unprofessional. No privacy talk with check in all your personal information is asked openly in front of other patients at a glass window. I was rushed through the sign in process documents on a tablet and the staff member placed the device on the counter and said sign here. I took my time to scroll up to understand what I am being asked to sign. I let her know it was very unprofessional and I don’t like being rushed to sign papers I wanted to read the sign in papers. Then with an attitude was told by her “I’m not rushing you I allow the parents to read it if they want to. “ I guess I haven’t been to this hospital I’m so long. The entire energy has changed. America lost all respectful employees and professionalism. It’s just a fast paced very unprofessional place like MC Donald’s or Burger King. No Quality of service at all!!! That’s my front desk experience let hope the Doctors and Nurses are better I have not go to the back yet!!!🙄😩😩😩😩😩

I delivered here my first child and that was such an excellent experience! The nurses and all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and loving, they taught me how to take care of my child, supported me and came upon first call. The food was super tasty and adjusted to my diet, the room was more like a 5* hotel rather than a hospital room. My husband stayed with me, he was also provided with a separate bed and meals. Thank you for what you do! Special thanks to nurses Alexandra and Anna!

Horrible service! If I could give zero stars, that’s what this hospital deserves. Arrived here approximately at 6pm, triage was quick, they called me about 30 minutes after I had signed in. I was told to wait in lobby after getting my vitals checked. Possibly an hour went by and I listened to a nurse calling out names , everyone who had been in the lobby and had signed in at about same time as I did got called. Awhile after that, another group of names were called, I decided to ask what happened with me getting called. The front desk registrar was rude and basically dismissed me. I waited a little longer. The nurse came back called a third group of people and took them back to be seen. I made the decision to leave at this point because at this point I could see no one cared to answer my questions as to why I had been forgotten.

I recently had a baby in this hospital. The service was outstanding. I got my epidural almost right away. The Labor and Delivery nurses were very attentive. It is a big and busy hospital, but i never felt like people were rushing with me or not giving me enough attention. I would definitely return here should I need more services.

There were good and bad moments but that to be expected when you end spending a week in the hospital. I really loved and appreciated the overall car in received at Memorial Regional. The telemetry rooms were well maintained. I loved seeing my room cleaned twice a day that made me feel good.

I received quick and accurate care at Memorial Hospital Main ER on Johnson street. They evaluated me quickly and took great care of me. I had to stay in short care, and they made sure I had my meals also. When I left, I was confident that I could recuperate at home with my proper medications. Thank you!

I love this hospital. However, I am very disappointed how they have handled the covid surge. I understand not having visitors for covid patients due to the risk of spreading the virus. Spouses, friends etc have to be forced to leave their loved one alone in a hospital without being allowed to wait in the ER waiting room or visit them if they have been admitted. I do not understand how this is “okay.” This is affecting out emotional and mental health. Having the support of a loved one while in the hospital can help recovery and speed it up. At least one visitor should be allowed.

I went to ER here. Spent about 5 hours in ER. Service was good. Dr DIAB was great and so were the registered nurses! In fact all of the staff in the ER was pretty good. Once I got out of the waiting area I was seen, diagnosed, and treated quickly. Thank you!

My daughter recently had surgery with Dr. Mark Block. His team was just as amazing as would have expected them to be. There was also one very special nurse in the recovery that was truly an angel. Her name is Suvlani and the care she provided was with with her heart and true knowledge of what her patient needed. I am so grateful to her for taking care of my daughter after her surgery!! I hope that her team knows how lucky they are to have her!!

My husband was the patient. This was the worst stay he had ever experienced! I do not think all employees are aware of "The right to be treated with courtesy and respect, with appreciation of his or her individual dignity...." as stated as the number one item listed in the summary of the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities of Patient. Courtesy, Respect and Dignity was not provided in several instances during his week stay. Written communication will be sent to them

Last night I ended up in the E.R. My Nurse Asia was the best ever! Caring, fast, she listens, and she made me feel like I was her only patient. I can't say enough about this young lady. To the Supervisor in the E.R. please reward her, buy her lunch, recognize her, something. Thank you, Asia for making my night easier.

I am beyond impressed and GRATEFUL for the quality of care I received at Memorial Regional Hospital’s Neurology Inpatient Unit! The nursing and support staff were outstanding. Corbin was sure to check on me frequently and attended to all of my medical needs, to include getting my inhalers for asthma and being swift to get pain medication etc. Jessica was wonderful in the night shift. Joe was also so attentive on my second day of hospitalization and kept me informed of doctor’s visits and discharge planning. Everyone in the unit was so upbeat and friendly. The doctors were also very attentive! All in all I had an excellent experience and felt at ease during my stay at Memorial Regional!

First time ever coming to Memorial Regional hospital and must I say it was the best decision we have ever made. Every staff member we came across was amazing and went beyond there job to make us feel comfortable! From the registration staff to the food delivery staff, everyone was wonderful. Words can’t describe how our family will be forever grateful to every nurse that took care of my wife during labor and delivery, we couldn’t have picked a better hospital for our baby girl to come into this world! Thank you to everyone at Memorial Regional Hospital!

Flew out to Miami for vacation and my husband ended up needing to go to the ER. Since we live out of state so we were worried about our health insurance coverage. Everyone we encountered at this hospital were more than helpful and extremely friendly! Plus it was SO fast compared to California hospitals. *Huge shout out to Evan, he was amazing and took so much time making sure we were taken care of! We highly recommend this place for any emergency needs!!

I went to the ER for feeling shortness of breath And my leg and foot swelling. From the time I walked in till I left, the care was amazing. The best I have had there. The nurse I had, he was so wonderful. He honestly showed he cared about my well being. The lady that did my ultrasound was just as amazing. I wish I had wrote down both there names. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

My daughter and I went to the ER. Once we arrived we noticed changes. The ER staff was very friendly our initial nurse Vera made my daughter feel much better. Alejandra was also very helpful. The entire staff transportation, imaging and registration made our experience pleasant. Both physicians sorry forgot their names showed real interest in making my daughter feel better and heal her pain. I appreciated the new norms implemented at Joe DiMaggio ER - Ericka was our exiting nurse - reviewed all the paperwork and answered all questions my daughter had. Thank you for everything.

My experience at Regional Memorial Hospital was extremely gracious. The doctors, nurses, technicians and assistants were kind, thoughtful and very pleasant to be with during my stay. I wish to convey to those who had been helping me to recovery a heartfelt thank you, even to the drivers who brought me home. My limitations at the time was improved by the wonderful therapists that assisted me. Additionally there will be social workers to help me when I am home

Broward Health is a great hospital. Don't look the looks fool you. It's a public hospital and they accept everyone. But they provide the same service to everyone as well. They really are thorough in their assessments. I came in for some headaches on the left side of my face and they did a battery of tests to include: a CT Scan with and without contrast and an MRI. Thank goodness their findings did not warrant any immediate action.

Nurse was great and checked up every so often. Was told the Doctor would be by shortly and after 2 and a half hours of waiting, got told once more that he would be by shortly before I decided to just leave. How it can be called an emergency room when people who went in with you, and after you all got checked and discharged before I was even glanced at by a doctor is blasphemous. Some wonderful doctors.

I can't say enough about this hospital and the staff. They saved my life. Last October I became critically ill from Covid-19. I first went to Baptist hospital in Miami where a doctor told me I was going to die. I transferred to Memorial Regional Hospital. I was placed on ECMO life support. They saved my life. They gave my 1 year old son his father back. Every doctor, nurse and aid was amazing. Thank you doesn't even encompass how I feel about this hospital's staff.

The ER is a joke the admitting nurse clearly asked levels of pain only to the patients that were of her same color. When I asked her why she didn’t ask about my pain level she said she didn’t care and couldn’t do anything about it. Asked if I should go to another hospital since I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours (she said do what you have to) with severe eye pressure and my eye swollen shot from an infection, but instead i was asked if I had been hit?! However she did conduct sales for her personal business on her phone while people are waiting to be seen. The trailer ER is based out of currently is dirty and smells like the sewage tank hasn’t been cleaned. Overall disgusting treatment and operation. Level of professionalism on the head nurses behalf gross. Hopefully there are cameras so management can witness the level of trash that is working for them. Last time I was here the experience was completely different. Next time I will drive further to get better service.

I went here to be induced after a very long and stressful pregnancy. The entire staff was absolutely amazing. My induction took about 48 hours because I wanted a very natural birth. They were supportive, caring, and so kind. Not to mention well informed and knew what they were doing. They took what was an extremely stressful time for me and my boyfriend and made it as easy as they possibly could. I can’t thank the labor and delivery team or the ost part I’m team enough!!!! Truly an amazing group of people!

A few weeks ago, I underwent a mammography which resulted in a biopsy due to the discovery of two masses. I was referred to Memorial Women's Imaging Center. I must say, their service was excellent. They diligently repeated the procedures to ensure the accuracy of the biopsy, while also being punctual, highly professional, and attentive. I am extremely satisfied with the level of care I received. Although I am still awaiting the results, I can confidently say that their part of the job was carried out with utmost professionalism, for which I am truly grateful. However, I would like to point out one thing to the hospital regarding the size of the room: it was incredibly small and somewhat uncomfortable. With three people in the room and me, it became extremely challenging for them to move around. They efficiently performed their duties, but I would recommend that they consider acquiring a larger space for conducting such procedures. Aside from this minor inconvenience, and with hopes that my results will come back negative, I remain a highly satisfied patient.

I had a great experience delivering at Memorial Regional. We are so grateful to the midwives, Anesthesia, nurses, CNAs, housekeeping everyone was so helpful and nice! Honestly I am a nurse and my expectations were low but all of the staff was so supportive. My only complaint was the food had 0 flavor and yet didn’t seem that healthy? I did really like that they sent us home with a big meal to take home that was thoughtful!

I just want to say that Iam very happy with the labor team nurses, especially for Emily who guided me through the processes. She really made me feel secure in that moment. Regina was also a very kind and knowledge nurse who was there from the beginning. My other nurse who was in the labor time was excellent. And my post partum nurses Katherine, Patricia, Nadia and and missing others name, they were very kind and helpful. We are very happy with my staying at the hospital. Great team, I am very happy with the service at the hospital. ❤️

I have been to this hospital many times and I had no issues in the past but today the nurse Brenda was so rude to me. I went to emergency room because I have a very bad cough and sore throat, Brenda asked me about my medical history I could not talk so my mom told her, Then Brenda look at me and said you don’t know own medical history. This arrogant woman have no empathy or compassion for her patients. The other nurse name Helen is very nice and concerned about my needs, Dr. Catherine Uthe is very friendly and professional and answered all my questions and got me the right medication to heal me.

I had to check my self into the ER the staff was great and quick for my health issue. It was quiet and comfortable for what is worth. Hours later my health was treated but sent upstairs to another ward for observation. The nurse staff and doctors were knowledgeable, hospitality, caring. The food was decent I was put on a healthy diet no salt and low sugar no caffeine, it was eye opening to the way I need to eat.

The absolute best in my opinion. As a fitness professional, what I value the most is being thoroughly educated about my condition. From the nurses to doctors and specialists, they are sincere, they take the time to make sure that you fully understand what is going with you— and then, if that wasn’t impressive enough, the level of care was simply beyond my expectations. Everyone I came into contact with, was kind and very supportive. I highly recommend this hospital for your healthcare needs. They’re the best!!!

*Excellent positive experience upon arrival at the emergency room through my discharge. *Dr. Bert Henkel, and his residences, immediately accessed my situation and ordered test as warranted. *Great staff, very professional, caring, and respectful. *Nurses and support staff were very attentive, and supportive of my needs with dignity, and grace. *Real time sharing of medical data via MyChart allowed me to readily attain information. *Impressive medical technology and equipment. *I highly recommend Memorial Regional Hospital to family, friends, and coworker.

I am a patient at MRH Specialty Infusion Center every six weeks. The nurses are extra special and extremely skilled. I’m greeted with a smile followed by a careful assessment of my health and mostly, my veins. During the infusion process, I’m monitored very carefully. I look at my time there as rest and relaxation as I know I’m in very capable hands.

Emsie was rude called me disgusting knowing my situation. Refused to get social worker or assist me in anyway. Told me to wear my shoes if I walk outside of my room when my shoes and socks are wet from the rain. I have been having a headache from being in the cold and she would just be loud. Thankfully, Fernando was understanding and took care of me. Social workers were a great help the day before and called to check in on me.

Just recently our son was delivered here and it was a true blessing. From the time we enter the hospital the attention and care we received was far above expectations. This was an emergency transfer. All the nurses constantly kept checking up on us and keeping us updated throughout the process as this was our first baby and didn't know what to expect. Once the baby was delivered we had to stay a few days in the hospital and boy was I impressed with the staff there constant care and the security and logistics of our child. From the time the baby is born you don't leave his or her sight and the security is great. We were tired exhausted and everyone kept working with us. One nurse that stood out was Darcy from the newborn delivery room in the 8th floor. She was amazing added her personal interaction and made this experience extremely memorable. In addition, Dr. Mustafa sorry if I don't spell it correctly, being extremely flexible something you don't see too much now and days. I highly recommend to have your newborn here, you will feel a piece of mind and have a wonderful experience. We again are so blessed to have the staff that interacted with us and gave us the comfort and security for our new born and my wife during surgery and post surgery recovery.

Run for your life. MY mother was there as her legs were hurting. She got upset after waiting 5 hours and wanted to leave. They sedated her and cut off her nightgown and strapped her to the bed saying she tried to hit a doctor. She is 90 years old and couldn't hurt anyone. Then they would not let her son pick her up. They sent her home in an ambulance after my brother tried 3 times to pick her up. CROCK OF BULL is what this hospital is about.

I wanted to take a minute and thank the ER staff for the care I received. Special thanks to Dr. Gagne for his knowledge and empathy.

Where do I begin...first of all, there was not one person I came across that gave the vibe that they did not want to be there. I went in on 1/26/22 to have a cesarean to deliver my baby girl. I was afraid because I heard all hospitals are short staffed, but not once did I ever feel like I had to wait for anyone to be of service to me. In fact it was the exact opposite. Everyone was so friendly and professional. The anesthesiologist was absolutely amazing, I'm sorry I don't remember his name but wow. He helped to keep me distracted as I was freaking out about the surgery. They walked me through every step. My husband thank God was allowed to be in the operating room with me. After the surgery we had to wait a few hours to go to our room (there were a lot of births that morning) and we finally went to our big private room. I felt like I was in a decent 3 star hotel. I believe it was really meant to be 2 separate rooms but because of Covid they do one person per room (thank the Lord!!!). The hospital bed was amazing, just had to share lol I’ve never been in one and it was awesome. Nurses were checking on me constantly, every time they switched shifts they came in and introduced the next nurse, then went over all my info with them. Every time I called they came almost immediately. They wouldn’t even be bothered when I continuously asked for cups of ice. They always said call us if you need anything. We were there for 3 nights and I have not one complaint. I will definitely go back to this hospital if I have another child. Thank you EVERYONE who helped me, there were so many and I’m bad with names, but you guys were amazing, they even said I could call anytime if I had any questions or concerns. 10 out of 10!!!!!

My wife was admitted due to abdominal pains. After surgery, the nurses of 7 Central were less than attentive. My wife laid in her own feces for 15 minutes before help would arrive and this wasn't the only time. She can barely walk. We are disgusted with the care received. You are supposed to look upon nurses as caretakers. Sitting around the main 7th floor desk laughing and carrying on (I personally witnessed) is NOT CARETAKING! I believe that levity is good for the workplace but it is not a substitute for actual job performance which translates to care. We did reach out to administration and Stephanie was in my wife's room before we were off the phone. She jumped on the issue. But we are not sure of the outcome. I know, I know. You're sorry about our experience.

Joanna Ferraro was amazing. Truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable even when they are with lots of pain. The hospital is extremely lucky to have her on the staff and is the perfect ambassador for the hospital. It is evident that she takes the patient care extremely seriously and will “do what ever it takes” to keep the patients extremely satisfied. Thanks Joanna for making my post op experience the best it could be. I truly appreciate your hard work.

Just had a baby here , the best staff I have ever experienced. Natasha up in the maternity floor is one of those perfect examples. Nothing like making someone feel so comfortable in a place where most find it hard to ever be. Other hospitals should strive to be like this one.

I received excellent service the ER staff and Physicians were professional and tentative. They worked together in getting control of my condition in a timely manner. My nurse Dayse gave me excellent care as well as Observation Nurse Rose. I was very satisfied with the level care I received.

This week my father was brought into the hospital with acute abdominal pain. As scared as we were the staff here made us feel so much better right away. Within the first few hours they had multiple labs done as well as a chest X-ray and ct scan. Everything moved so quick. The nursing staff are the real heroes here. Shanika, Janet, Rebecca, Doctor Hernandez and all the other amazing nurses went above and beyond not just for my father but for my mother, sister and I. I can not thank them enough for their work, their compassion and their skills. I will forever be grateful for all they have and are doing for him. Thank you memorial and THANK YOU to all the nursing staff who are saving lives with a smile and compassion through and through!

My mom was billed $486.66 dollars for an Ultrasound. She has had the same test for years and she's never had to pay this much. I've spoken with the insurance and the Memorial Billing agents. They said that the difference is the codes used by the physician. Last year on 02/21/22, the charge for the same ultrasound was $958.00 now this year the charge is $2,823.00, therefore the bill is $486.66. Why is there such a difference? I've been sending messages to Memorial through the website and they tell me to call. I've called many times to the billing department and they tell me to reach out to the doctor using the online app. My mom is 72 years old and she cannot get any help. I can't imagine what do other senior citizens do if they don't have anybody to help them. My mom just lost her husband last year and she cannot afford $486.66 every year for these tests. It looks like nobody cares. Horrible service.

Doctors Nurses are very friendly and helpful! Case managers could be a little more helpful when coordinating home care follow up. I’ve been home without wound care since I was discharged from the hospital. The case manager came to my room and said, “Learn how to do it yourself. I have 30 more patients and this is taking too long to set up. All because I sent her my insurance information by mail and the entire hospital was having internet issues.

From the valet at the entrance at 6 AM until the transport person kindly waited for the valet to bring the car to help get in after the procedures everything was great! Check in was easy. Every step professional, organized and more importantly we were treated with care, kindness and understanding. The phone call today to make sure everything is OK really shows the quality of care Memorial Hospital it's doctors and staff give their patients.

In all the years I have interacted with professional medical staff I have never had a more positive experience than I did with my transplant Team at Memorial Hospital. Every member was thorough and proactive. All exhibited caring and warm personalities. Every question was answered . The nursing staff was prompt and very professional. I an thankful for my kidney and have a very optimistic look. In fact I don't think the uforia will ever disappear. You performed a miracle and provided superior medical support.

Well, I’m general the experience was good, the nurser are great

Had my baby at this hospital and was very happy with how well managed it was with exception of cafeteria and discharge process. The educational programs for early parenthood and lactation were amazing. We took multiple classes before birth and we’re also provided with a lot of support when we were in the hospital with the baby. They helped with lactation (which is way harder than I imagined), baby care (washing, monitoring feeding, sleep etc), and great advice for first weeks alone with the new baby. The rooms were nice and spacious. The things we didn’t like were the cafeteria (they messed up my order many times), and the process of discharge, which mainly involved nurse paperwork and advice (which was good ) and transportation out of the hospital which was very disorganized. They insisted I carry the baby out in my arms instead of putting it into car carrier in advance. And then once they took us out in a wheelchair, my husband went to get the car and was told to bring it to the valet at the entrance which was full of cars so they dropped us off (a mother and newborn child) in the middle of a road to be picked up by my husband in a car. So other cars had to stop and we had to figure out how to get the baby into a car seat and the car in the middle of the street. Wasn’t safe at all.

Jackie with nursing went above and beyond to ensure my service dog was completely comfortable and cared for. The level of attention she gave my circumstances was more than I could have ever asked for. My only complaint would be her manager Kevin who made everything way more uncomfortable trying everything to have my service dog removed I asked him for a list of rules so I would be aware and follow them instead he kept making up new rules and regardless of the staff advocating give him information about my animal and how well trained she is he decided to have her leave costing me $140 day for her boarding I’m filing a complaint with ADA about him violating my rights to have a service dog present. If it wasn’t nurse Jackie transporting my dog and checking on her I don’t know that I could have stayed for treatment All nursing was wonderful but Jackie stood out with her dedication to ensuring that I was comfortable and advocating for me

Words cannot adequately express how kind, compassionate and caring my entire Memorial care team was during my 13-hour outpatient surgery/recovery experience. Every single person I saw went out of their way to make sure my husband and I were comfortable. From making sure my ice packs were fresh and I had warm blankets, to thoroughly answering our questions. My care team made a very difficult day bearable, and we are so grateful!

Since I arrived in this country. I have always seen myself in memory. First I started with a bus, there the nurses and the attending physician were very good and cared about the health of the people who went there. After spending some time there, they helped us with insurance directly with the memory, for people who did not have insurance. Since then. I started seeing Doctors, in the Memory centers. After two years, I was able to have health insurance. However, I had an operation and the memory covered the hospital expenses and the medical expenses with the insurance. The attention there is excellent. From the cleaning staff to the doctors. I like to go there to do routine exams. I tried to go somewhere else and the service was terrible (I won't indicate which one, because that's not my intention) so I went back to memory and again I was satisfied with everything. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital 100%. Never hesitate to go there.

My visit to the emergency room ,I am extremely satisfied I receive excellent service. All the staff was nice and patient they all treat me with respect. It’s a very clean environment for patience to visit. The doctors are very nice and speak clearly so you can understand . The wait time was quicker than I expected. I’ve been to other hospital and I have long wait time but memorial hospital was the best place for me to get my treatment. I love them and I will always visit whenever I need to go to the hospital. Thank you..

Very unpleasant experience at the ER. No hospital beds were available after waiting 30 hours. The ER was overcrowded. At times dangerous. The food was deplorable. Under the circumstances the nursing staff service and care was excellent, specially Crystal. Sanitary conditions were poor.
