After
not
feeling
well,
I
decided
to
take
my
husbands
recommendation
and
come
to
this
location
to
get
checked
out.
He
has
been
here
once
prior
and
had
a
great
experience.
Once
I
entered,
I
was
coldly
greeted
by
the
front
desk
on
12/01/2022
between
12-12:30pm(female
front
desk
associate).
I
asked
the
front
desk
attendant
if
they
took
my
insurance
(which
she
weirdly
looked
at)
and
then
she
asked
me
why
I
was
coming
in.
I
stated
my
husband
referred
me
and
that
I
felt
I
had
a
cold
or
possibly
some
sort
of
bronchitis,
but
was
looking
for
a
doctor
to
see
me.
She
proceeded
to
tell
me
“Well
there
isn’t
much
we
can
do
here,
we
can
test
you
for
COVID,
but
we’re
probably
going
to
send
you
to
the
ER”.
I
asked,
“So
what
do
you
guys
do
at
urgent
care
then?”.
She
proceeded
to
be
condescending
and
cold
with
her
response.
It
made
me
feel
extremely
unwanted
and
actually
really
upset
in
a
time
where
I
already
didn’t
feel
good
and
was
sick.
Even
if
you
were
to
send
me
to
the
ER,
wouldn’t
you
want
a
client
and
for
the
doctor/nurse
practitioner
to
tell
me
this?
If
you
don’t
provide
X-RAY
services
(which
I
don’t
even
know
if
you
do),
wouldn’t
you
say,
“if
you
need
a
chest
X-ray,
you’re
going
to
have
to
go
to
the
ER
since
we
don’t
offer
that
here,
but
we
can
see
you
and
a
doctor
can
evaluate
you
here?”
That
way
you
are
giving
me
an
appropriate
answer
and
guidance
for
my
healthcare.
I’m
happy
I
can
advocate
for
myself
which
is
the
reason
why
I
left
and
sat
in
my
car
for
about
an
hour
trying
to
figure
out
if
I
wanted
to
endure
going
to
another
urgent
care
with
possibly
being
treated
poorly.
After
an
hour
in
my
car,
I
did
end
up
going
to
Baptist
Urgent
Care
where
they
took
me
in
pleasantly
and
provided
me
a
fantastic
service.
My
husband
and
myself
will
not
be
back.
I
hope
you
can
provide
further
training
that
includes
empathetic
communication
and
customer
service.
