I have always been treated well and everyone is friendly. I love my Dr and would never change. I can get my meds there before I leave and can see specialists who come right to my office. I would recommend Chen to anyone looking for good senior care. I always feel welcome and happy to go to my appointments.

Very irresponsible staff. Never follow up with anything and waste a lot of your time. They will say that they will do one thing and never does it. Don’t listen to their answering machine that says they care about their patients. It’s all a lie. Worst clinic I have dealt with.

Great Medical facility for seniors. After you've been there a time or two, everybody knows your name and is extremely friendly. It's nice to have a medical place that focuses on seniors and takes care of them. Dr. Ali could not be better. She is friendly, knowledgeable and as sweet as can be.😀 Dr. Bush who is the podiatrist is also wonderful. She's on site so you don't have to go to another doctor's office. She's taken care of my feet for the past couple of years now and just makes me feel fantastic.😀 1 would highly recommend this office and I am sure that all the Chen Medicals are the same.👍

#2. Chen's of Pembroke Pines 8/18/23 PATIENT’S RIGHTS VIOLATION Denial of care again.. I am a patient at Chen’s Medical in the Pembroke Pines office under Dr. Heyliger. Due to recent changes, I was referred to a neurologist. I selected MDs from Aetna website that was in-network with the health plan. I submitted the names to the referral department for a referral. Again, there was a delay in getting the referral. Unfortunately, Ileana(manager) from ChenMed called to inform me that I had to use their providers whom they have a relationship with and if I don’t approve of their choice, I can have the health plan assigned me to another PCP. Sounds like a kickback for certain MDs, a patient rights violation, and a dictatorship for the patients. I decided there needs to be accountability from Chen/management and the health plan as I am been denied care for my in-network choice. I reported this to Medicare, the state insurance, and Aetna for further investigations. Chen Medical is Jeopardizing patients' quality of care. This is a violation of my right to choose my own provider that I am comfortable with their reputation in the community. And not paid to provide substandard care.

Perfect Her nurse was was ready and willing Dr Aly gave me a miracle pill for my digestion. And a plan for my recovery The receptionist was awesome and loving Just what I needed. I am grateful

I'm very happy with my Chen Medical Centerat Pembroke Pines in particular during this time of Covid-19. My Primary doctor Dr. Giralt Yanez, assistant Aimee and many others in that office have been very kind, helpful and informative. So far I’m receiving updates on almost daily basis about Covid19 and how to deal with it in case of infection. I feel confident that in case of need I can count on them to take care of me. Thanks a lot!

Hello my name is Laura El sayed and I am a patient of doctor Ali. I wanted to say that doctor Ali is amazing physician. On saturdy 2/27/21 in the morning I was excepted to get my 1st vaccine for the covid. She was kind enough to find a way to get mail letter of my conditions so I would be excepted for the covid vaccine. I needed a letter on a Saturday and she was more than happy to help me. I have never met another doctor to go out of her way to do anything like that before. I want to thank doctor Ali and all the Chen medical team for being the best.

Very helpful and prompt. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment. Great doctors who actually listen. This is what quality medical care looks like. My doctor, Dr. Maselli is the best!

O stars! Unprofessional staff, lazy staff member. They are the worst with prescription refills. These ladies just don't care about our senior loved ones! I'm getting my 84 year old father out of there!

My husband is a patient of Chen Medical in Pembroke Pines Fl under Dr. Heyliger. We request a referral for a podiatrist over three weeks ago and the referral was not sent when we arrived at our appointment today which is September 12, 2023. We received a call from the podiatrist office on Friday, they have not received the referral for his appointment. My husband went to the office to give the information the day before. We got to the appointment and the referral was not received by the podiatrist office. Chen medical has their own Doctors and they do not want to refer you out to other medical professionals or specialist. Where are the patients rights if the doctor is in the net work with the insurance. Why should there be a problem with getting a referral to a doctor that you choose to go to when their scheduling is not convenient and they have to schedule you along with dozens of other people in the office at the same time to see that doctor? This is unacceptable. We are changing Primary care.

People are nice but in my experience it has been the Worst service. It’s been almost a week I am trying to help my 94 y/o mother who is in a lot of pain, she had an appointment last Friday and apparently they don’t care because nothing has been done after that . I have called at least 10 times, yesterday the dr finally called, gave me an on line appointment for 2.30 pm it’s is almost 4 pm and I have not heard from them. I find this very disrespectful! My time is also valuable My mom is still in pain😳

Drs are good but change their clinics so frequently, I do not know why. Administrative personnel don’t know what their are doing and several time confuse.

I have been spoiled by Chen. I can always get in to see a doctor, if necessary. Everyone there is courteous, welcoming and competent. I feel very safe in my relationship with this group.

This is a wonderful facility. ALL of the nurses or workers in Chen are truly caring and the BEST!!! They will always bey doctors office. When you begin to age I hope you get the same experience as I have.

As a new patient, my expectations are high. In each visit the care team and doctor have met and often exceeded my expectations. From low to no wait time, resolving my medical concerns, timely follow up on prescriptions when needed. Accessibility of the doctor has been fantastic.
