    4th edit. Take the owner responses to these reviews with a grain of salt. A lot of 5 stars with no actual review? Think about it. 3rd edit. You already shared details about my appointment. I have the legal right to share details of my own personal health & appointments. You do not. HIPPA. You helped make my point. Thank you. 2nd edit: My complaint about my recommendations not being ready the same day was regarding my 1st visit. Not my 2nd. My complaint about the refund was BEFORE the doctor saw me. I originally wanted a refund because the doctor failed to call me for a scheduled telemed appointment. It was paid for with completed forms that were sent on time. I didn't request nor do I expect a refund AFTER my appointment took place. Customer service can be challenging but employees are human & they are sometimes rude for no reason. This employee was immediately rude to us after opening. We were the very first customers of the day. There was no reason for her to be rude to us. You didn't mention the rude doctor or the lack of organization nor apologize. These are some reasons why I said to take the owners responses with a grain of salt. . This is my 2nd time getting my recommendations renewed here. I changed drs because my regular DR didnt have availability that fit with my schedule. This time, I decided to renew with this dr again out of convenience. My 1st visit wasn't all that special. Dom at the front desk was very nice & helpful. The waiting room is very small with very little sitting space. The visit with the dr was very fast. He was rude but I ignored it because I figured he had a long day. Especially after seeing how full both waiting rooms were. My recommendations weren't immediately active like I am used to with my regular doctor. I didn't mind because of how busy the room looked that day. Fast forward to Aug 23. I had a telemed appointment scheduled for 12pm. I called the office before my appt but no one answered. The phone just rang. I tried again after my scheduled appt. No one answered. I kept calling back to back until someone finally did. I don't know the name of the person who answered but she had an attitude. She confirmed I was still on the schedule and that they received my forms and payment. She told me the doctor would start making calls from 3pm - 6pm, even though my appt was scheduled for "12am". That's not a typo. I thought it was and assumed my appt was at noon. I called again a little after 5 and was told that the doctor would start making calls at 5:30pm. I still didn't hear from them after 5:30pm so I called again before closing. No answer. They closed at 6 and I never got a call back. I ended up going in person the next day at opening. Which btw, the business hours on the door and online are different. The person who opened the door was immediately cold and rude. It was the same person on the phone from the day before. We did not feel welcomed. She wasn't clear with any questions that I had. She clearly did not want to be there. I asked for a refund and she said "they will do it". I had ZERO confidence in her so I called a different location and they so kindly answered all of my questions. The only reason why I decided to come back here was because I was told that they can decide not to refund my money AND not provide me services if they chose to do so. My new appointment was recheduled for 3 days later because the doctor is not in everyday. The doctor again was cranky but also rude. I think that's his norm. The day was not busy compared to my 1st visit. No 1 is keeping track of who is next. You all have to pay attention to who is in front of you so you don't get skipped or forgotten. It feels like a walk in so the apps don't even matter since they're not being honored. The only thing I liked about this office was that they send you multiple reminders about renewing your recommendations. My regular doctor's office does the same. I would also take the owner responses to these reviews with a grain of salt. Edit: I forgot to mention. No one asked for ID. Not the front desk nor the doctor.

    Wow! Everything about this company is so unprofessional. The emails stating to click a tab that does not exist. The multiple emails and text over and over to remind me of todays appt, and to fill out forms which I had did. The run on sentences in the emails that go on and on. I will not be doing business with you all. The amount of people that came to the office today was crazy. We all were talking about the emails and text over and over. Your system is a failure. I understand you all need a day off. This is a failure on the management of this place. Your company should give you All holidays off. It is even posted on your door that you all were closed on all holidays!!!, so I guess you all did not know you had Labor Day off anyway! All of us were confused. Do you actually think I would trust you all to make decisions on my health! Or make decisions on which is the right product for me. Very scary!

    Crystal or Krystal had really bad customer service. No professionalism, lots of attitude, rolls her eyes a lot. Talking about me like I’m not standing right in-front of her. Doctor was great but her customer service was terrible.

    Crystal and Tia were extremely helpful. Their energy is top-tier and watching them deal with less than desirable patients with absolute professionalism is impressive. What Great personalities you have working the front desk. The doctor made the process smooth and easy and never once did I feel uncomfortable speaking with him. I highly recommend.

    I originally applied at this location to get my medical marijuana card. It was kind of rushed but I was given it with no problem. When it came time to renew in November I chose to go to a Miracle Leaf location that was 5 min away in Hollywood. I advised them that I was getting a renewal, and my info would be with the location in Pembroke Pines. The Hollywood location attempted to contact the Pembroke Pines location but the Pembroke Pines location kept denying that I was ever a client. After 3 attempts I called from my cell phone and placed them on speaker so the Hollywood location could listen. The associate at Pembroke Pines advised me that they had my records, and I could renew with them. I then gave the phone to the associate at Hollywood, but the associate at Pembroke Pines began giving the Hollywood associate a hard time to transfer my info. Why would they lie and not allow me to do my renewal somewhere else? Its because they only care about the money. After multiple emails they finally gave my info over. I immediately made a review on google telling the situation I just went through. I was contacted through email and phone by representatives of the Pembroke Pines office asking to take the review down, and they would give me a free renewal when the time came up. When it was time to renew I emailed the Pembroke Pines office but I was advised that the deal expired in January. In January? How do you offer me a free renewal with an expiration of a month when the renewal isn't for at least 6 months. This place is all about money. Be aware and be careful. I was contacted by staff at the Pembroke office. Its because I was added to the email chain they had between the Hollywood office discussing what happened. And when the Hollywood office first contacted the Pembroke office the rep said I was NEVER a client. I didn't become a client until I called and she tried to have me come to the Pembroke office to pay. I still have the email chain. The Pembroke office was concerned about getting money. There is no trust there.

    The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. Doctor was sweet nice and quick. I loved that he was he was able to answer my questions and concerns. The process is quick and easy with making your appointment and filling out paper work.

    Lovely experience to start things off! Smooth and lovely! It’s one thing to have my dreams come true after consulting with this helpful doctor who helped me to express my worries and provides a solution :) Now if you’re like me you’re a stickler for good customer service and I must say both receptionist are very kind and welcoming and it was even more of a pleasure to chat with Sophia with the sweetest smile who was so compassionate and helpful! she gave me extra information that will help me understand Marijuana on a level that i’ve been searching for some time now! Also if you’re any more like me than you are o always overthinking but Sophia’s kind ways and patience made the process so smooth so I can understand all i had questions about! Sophia made my day! I left with more knowledge and peace :) Thano you for the Good Vibes because during times like this sometimes that’s all we need :) <3 ChikFila has some competition hen it comes to customer service and satisfaction:D Sending good vibes to all :)

    I just got off the phone with Crystal from the Pembroke Pines location and I just wanted to say that she deserves a raise. She was genuinely there to help me and she answered all my questions so easily and efficiently. What a wonderful employee. I’ve always had the best experience here and Crystal reminded me why I continue to come back here. Thank you :)

    Had an appointment this morning and it was quick & easy. I arrived early and was seen almost immediately. The ladies are very helpful and patient. They were also training a new employee at the time but were still taking care of everyone in a timely and attentive manner, while making sure the new hire was being taught everything to make her successful.

    Nice receptionists. Can be a bit of wait even with appointments. Rude doctor with no “bedside” manners. I probably won’t be returning due to the doctor’s snappiness. There’s just a minimal amount of respect that I think humans should have for one another, no matter what position you are in. I felt so uncomfortable being with the doctor. If I hadn’t already paid and waited 45 minutes I would have left. Response to the Owner: “A first?”. No. This is my 3rd time seeing the doctor. He has been rude each time. This time just crossed the line. Update: thanks for the apology. To be clear, my name was called to go into the room. So, perhaps the doctor also needs to communicate better with reception. The doctor’s tone and demeanor is especially unacceptable considering that there is a power dynamic in place. He is between patients and the medicine we need.

    The staff was friendly and the line went by pretty quickly. In and out in about 20 min. Was able to make purchases a little over 3 hrs later! Super fast :)

    The staff at the Pembroke office were all very cheerful and helpful, especially Jonathan and Tienna, in my case. When I made an initial call Jonathan patiently and politely assisted me with my numerous questions, never making me feel rushed. When I arrived for my appointment Jonathan again cheerfully assisted me with the online forms etc, even though it was a bit busy. The appointment went off on time and the Dr. was great. About 2 weeks later I called the office for a clarification and needed assistance with something. Tienna could not have been more friendly and went the extra mile to help to correct my issue. A separate note to the Owner… Speaking for myself, it makes me feel much better and sure I’ve chosen the correct place to take my business when the staff is polite, efficient and friendly. As most of us know, that is not the case with many establishments.. Keep up the good work.

    Excellent service. Bryan helped me with the process of getting my medical card for the first time. Made the process super fast and easy. Definitely recommend coming to this location if your a first time card holder. Ask for Bryan

    I love this dispensary. The four women here are super sweet and nice. Very helpful with my bf and I. I definitely recommend coming here for any CBD/THC needs. I definitely will be coming back. I cannot wait to move here!

    Everyone at the facility was very friendly and helpful, they quite literally walk you through the online forms and license submission. Dr. Frin was also very nice and he was able to see me and my GF at the same time to speed up the process. Overall it was a quick easy experience and I’ll be sure to recommend all my family and friends to Miracle Leaf.

    JAH AT THE DESK WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! 10 ☆'s if I could!!! He helped me set up my online account and profile. I have many health issues but specifically came in for 2 of them and his patient education was excellent. The doctor was really sweet ! And Quick, but covered all bases like I expect! Be sure to Fill everything out online like they say when you schedule, definitely do that. I was really impressed.

    Crystal and Tia were so very nice and helpful. There are forms you must fill out and I was not the only patient who had a hard time with the tablets. Both ladies were interrupted many times with questions. They were so sweet and understanding. Perfect customer service.

    Very Professional Staff, all of them. It was quick but the doctor, a Veteran Orthopedic Field Surgeon in Vietnam, is the real deal, and one who cares and asks good questions and provides his insights and knowledge about your personal reasons for being there. He knows life, let’s put it that way. Would highly recommend.

    I recommend Miracle Leaf's products for many reasons such as for experiencing muscle pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, stress, etc. Appointments are easy to schedule over the phone or online. The staff is educated, professional, and helpful. The doctor takes ignititve to listen and understand your concerns. I want to say thank you so much and I appreciate everyone there.

    Met the owners in public, set up appt. with the super amazing accommodating Dan, then my experience with Sophia was amazing. She really handles everything and everyone with grace and sheds positivity. I witnessed some impatient patients and she was just awesome!     Very pleasant experience. I recommend booking your appointment before your visit, more people are embracing natural healing and it got crowded shortly after i arrived. Also, fill out all the required forms online as it helps to speed up the process. Staff was courteous and friendly, I definitely recommend them.
