about
my
recommendations
not
being
ready
the
same
day
was
regarding
my
1st
visit.
Not
my
2nd.
My
complaint
about
the
refund
was
BEFORE
the
doctor
saw
me.
I
originally
wanted
a
refund
because
the
doctor
failed
to
call
me
for
a
scheduled
telemed
appointment.
It
was
paid
for
with
completed
forms
that
were
sent
on
time.
I
didn't
request
nor
do
I
expect
a
refund
AFTER
my
appointment
took
place.
Customer
service
can
be
challenging
but
employees
are
human
&
they
are
sometimes
rude
for
no
reason.
This
employee
was
immediately
rude
to
us
after
opening.
We
were
the
very
first
customers
of
the
day.
There
was
no
reason
for
her
to
be
rude
to
us.
You
didn't
mention
the
rude
doctor
or
the
lack
of
organization
nor
apologize.
These
are
some
reasons
why
I
said
to
take
the
owners
responses
with
a
grain
of
salt.

renewed

I
changed
drs
because
my
regular
DR
didnt
have
availability
that
fit
with
my
schedule.
This
time,
I
decided
to
renew
with
this
dr
again
out
of
convenience.
My
1st
visit
wasn't
all
that
special.
Dom
at
the
front
desk
was
very
nice
&
helpful.
The
waiting
room
is
very
small
with
very
little
sitting
space.
The
visit
with
the
dr
was
very
fast.
He
was
rude
but
I
ignored
it
because
I
figured
he
had
a
long
day.
Especially
after
seeing
how
full
both
waiting
rooms
were.
My
recommendations
weren't
immediately
active
like
I
am
used
to
with
my
regular
doctor.
I
didn't
mind
because
of
how
busy
the
room
looked
that
day.
Fast
forward
to
Aug
23.
I
had
a
telemed
appointment
scheduled
for
12pm.
I
called
the
office
before
my
appt
but
no
one
answered.
The
phone
just
rang.
I
tried
again
after
my
scheduled
appt.
No
one
answered.
I
kept
calling
back
to
back
until
someone
finally
did.
I
don't
know
the
name
of
the
person
who
answered
but
she
had
an
attitude.
She
confirmed
I
was
still
on
the
schedule
and
that
they
received
my
forms
and
payment.
She
told
me
the
doctor
would
start
making
calls
from
3pm
-
6pm,
even
though
my
appt
was
scheduled
for
"12am".
That's
not
a
typo.
I
thought
it
was
and
assumed
my
appt
was
at
noon.
I
called
again
a
little
after
5
and
was
told
that
the
doctor
would
start
making
calls
at
5:30pm.
I
still
didn't
hear
from
them
after
5:30pm
so
I
called
again
before
closing.
No
answer.
They
closed
at
6
and
I
never
got
a
call
back.
I
ended
up
going
in
person
the
next
day
at
opening.
Which
btw,
the
business
hours
on
the
door
and
online
are
different.
The
person
who
opened
the
door
was
immediately
cold
and
rude.
It
was
the
same
person
on
the
phone
from
the
day
before.
We
did
not
feel
welcomed.
She
wasn't
clear
with
any
questions
that
I
had.
She
clearly
did
not
want
to
be
there.
I
asked
for
a
refund
and
she
said
"they
will
do
it".
I
had
ZERO
confidence
in
her
so
I
called
a
different
location
and
they
so
kindly
answered
all
of
my
questions.
The
only
reason
why
I
decided
to
come
back
here
was
because
I
was
told
that
they
can
decide
not
to
refund
my
money
AND
not
provide
me
services
if
they
chose
to
do
so.
My
new
appointment
was
recheduled
for
3
days
later
because
the
doctor
is
not
in
everyday.
The
doctor
again
was
cranky
but
also
rude.
I
think
that's
his
norm.
The
day
was
not
busy
compared
to
my
1st
visit.
No
1
is
keeping
track
of
who
is
next.
You
all
have
to
pay
attention
to
who
is
in
front
of
you
so
you
don't
get
skipped
or
forgotten.
It
feels
like
a
walk
in
so
the
apps
don't
even
matter
since
they're
not
being
honored.
The
only
thing
I
liked
about
this
office
was
that
they
send
you
multiple
reminders
about
renewing
your
recommendations.
My
regular
doctor's
office
does
the
same.
I
would
also
take
the
owner
responses
to
these
reviews
with
a
grain
of
salt.
