Dr. Gordon-Pusey and Manager Bramwell both granted me the opportunity to perform my clinical rotation for Nurse Practitioner school and I was amazed on how she and her providers treat and performed patient-centered care at all times. The culture of positivity Dr. Gordon-Pusey has established in her practice is to be admired and can be seen from all her staff from the front desk to the providers. Dr. Gordon-Pusey takes her time with her patients to gather a comprehensive understanding of each patients needs. I just want to say that Dr Gordon Pusey is one of the best doctors you can find in South Florida. I’m reading a lot of these reviews and I see people complaining of wait time, but what is wait time compared to quality Health screenings and life changing experiences? I was sick in 2019, woke up one day and I could not stand or hold items and my heart was racing. I went to the ER twice and they sent me home and diagnosed me with “vertigo” because I recently came from a cruise. I was still not feeling well, so I called my Doctor who sent me to do STAT labs right away, my labs came back that I was experiencing a thyroid storm. Dr Gordon sent me back to that same ER and told me to personally call her when I get there if I have any issues. When I got to the ER, I did not have to call her because I told them I was sent her by Dr Gordon, so they called her. She got on the phone with the ER doctors and I was admitted and was taken care of. Dr Gordon visited and got every specialist on my health, she even brought me Jamaican food, “my favorite”. Tell me, where can you go to find a doctor who treats you and all of her patient’s like family? Don’t get caught up in these negative reviews, if you want a doctor who genuinely treats your health: spiritually, physically, and mentally, DR GORDON is YOUR DOCTOR.

Dr Gordon-Pusey is amazing. She listens, she cares and your health is #1, proactively. Yes, you will have a wait time, get comfortable, her staff is amazing they will offer you water and snacks. They are personable and make you feel like family. The most important is Dr Gordon-Pusey will spend time with you and stay wayyyyy after closing time to make sure all patients receive the time they deserve. I literally witnessed this and I'm proud that she is my Doctor. I wish I could give 10 stars.

To start, Life is Beautiful MD's office is so efficient and timely with their appointments. I never have to wait, which is amazing since Dr. Gordon is extremely caring and thorough during her visits. I have done both in person and telemedicine visits here and always leave satisfied. Everyone is the office is extremely nice as well, it is always a pleasant experience.

I have had the privilege of volunteering as a medical scribe for almost a year for Dr. Gordon at Life is Beautiful MD. Yesterday, a patient drove all the way from Orlando just to see her. The wait was extremely long with appointment (1 hour in the waiting room and 30 minutes in the exam room). The doctor did a quick check and referred me to her products and YouTube channel. Will not be coming back. Also, double check your bill because they love their money

If I could give 10 stars to this doctor, Dr. Gordon-Pusey and the staff of Life is beautiful I definitely would. She has been my doctor for years and is always on point even after a little wait to see her. I have also had the opportunity to see some of the other providers at this office too and the caring vibe they give off is phenomenal. One could see that the staff is highly trained. I am truly very impressed with the excellent service of the doctor and I must make it public. When my fiancé became positive with COVID 19. After office hours, this doctor did everything to save his life from phone call, to telemedicine, to pharmacy to even ordering the requested monoclonal antibodies in record time so that his recovery process could start at once. She followed up with us everyday, prayed with us and even sang for us. Yes!!!!. We have a gem as our primary care provider. This doctor and her office staff provided us with concierge service every step of his recovery and is still providing service that ailing families needed. We thank God that we have a Primary Care Provider in Life is Beautiful MD.

Dr. Gordon is an exceptional doctor. She is compassionate and truly one who cares about what issues you have or are going through. I have been through both medical and personal crisis that I've seen her not only care for my medical concerns but she also comforted me through some tough and horrible family loss and tragedies. I really appreciate a caring and loving doctor who has her patients well being at heart. It's hard to find a terrific person like her with such qualities. I've been her patient for almost 10 years now and don't regret it. I've told many people about my doctor and to me she has been proactive regarding my health and follows up diligently and in a timely manner to try to resolve each issue. I've been visiting Dr. Gordon-Pusey for the last few years. She is one of the BEST primary care physicians ever! She is extremely kind, patient, and understanding! She ALWAYS has her patient's best interest in mind. When I first came into her office, I was suffering with depression and just her amazing spirit put a smile on my face. She sat and talked to me and showed true love and support! She is well knowledgeable, and she strives to help each and every patient who walks through her door. Dr. Gordon is the absolute best! Her bedside manners are pristine and she truly cares for her patients as if they were her family - for real. There is a wait sometimes but she is honestly worth it. I won’t for anyone, but I’ll wait for her. This is going to change though, I know. There is obviously a clear reason why she stays booked though, yet they still find a way to accommodate you last minute which I love. Dr. Gordon really knows her stuff and speaks with conviction and great confidence. She’s so old school, too, in that she checks your heart, your ears, your nose, and your knees for balance. I chuckled when she checked my daughters knees because it’s not too often that you see doctors do that these days. She is thorough and honors your requests which is important. It is important that a doctor makes their recommendations but also honors your mind, wisdom, research and wishes. Lastly, her staff is always amazing especially Joan - such a sweetheart. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Shady medical practice, zero consideration for patient care, medical fraud, and rude staff. If you take your health serious go elsewhere! I arrived for my appointment at 3:30pm for a simple physical, I was seen by a medical student for 45 minutes for a question and answer session of which I had already completed in the the forms I was given. I was then informed that she is not licensed and that the doctor needs to examine me AGAIN in order to sign a school form. Turns out the doctor was not in her office and they had no idea when she would be back, the student was unsupervised the entire time. It had been 3 HOURS of waiting, it was 6:00pm the office closes at this time and still no doctor. Staff would not give me a direct answer as to when Dr. Gordon would get there. At this point I decided to leave. I received a call from Dr. Gordon herself being rude, argumentative, and completely unprofessional judging me for my choice to leave after waiting for her for 3 hours. The next day I received an email from my insurance falsely claiming that an exam was conducted and directly supervised by Dr. Gordon her self. They ended up charging my insurance when NOTHING WAS DONE. Complete waste of my time, I cant emphasize it enough STAY AWAY!

Dianelis was excellent and was very kind. She did an amazing job taking my blood with no pain and was quick. She talked me through the process and let me know everything she was doing step by step. She also did it was a smile , which is a plus for patients like myself. Her care , professionalism and compassion is a great attribute to life is beautiful.I believe all nurses should model in her image.

I’m a new patient…chose this place because it had ok reviews The Dr. Was nice and professional but it’s was a 3 hour wait and I had my baby with me since …I am a stay at mom with no childcare. When the doctor told one of the assistance to please hurry with me because “ the baby is tired” The medical assistance said that the “lady in room 3 is also tired and wants to go home” this is why I haven’t been in a medical office in years.

I am currently a nurse practitioner student and decided to do my clinical rotation at Life Is Beautiful. My experience at the office was positive. I was delighted to have Dr. Gordon-Pusey as my preceptor. She cares about her patients, students, and provides motivation to be your best self. Her encouraging ways helped me to thrive in my clinical rotation. The staff are helpful and work well with students. Overall, I am grateful for my experience.

I met Dr. Gordon for the 1st time a few years ago. At that time my Dad was very sick and in need of a home health doctor. I wasn't able to find any doctor who did home visits. I clearly remember the day I met Dr. Gordon and she noticed how stressed I was. She asked what was happening and why was I so stressed, I told her about dad. Within a week I had a one of her providers at my door taking care of all daddy's needs. They helped so much and would always be thankful to Amanda who came out to see him, she always made sure he had everything he needed. All meds were sent immediately to the pharmacy. On May 1st, Daddy's health began to decline. It was time for hospice, I knew he didn't have much time left. On May 1st at 7pm, I had hospice on my door. I drove Dr. Gordon crazy texting her and asking what to do, what to look out for, beggin her to guide me to make daddy's transition as peaceful as possible. She never skipped a beat. I feel enormously blessed and thankful to have had her taking care of daddy. Whenever he would get admitted, she would show up to see him no matter what time it was. I nicknamed her "night owl" because she would always showed up after midnight. She always made sure dad had the best care, but she also made sure I was also being taken care of. She's a true blessing 🙏 Thank you Dr. Gordon for being our angel 😇 ❤

Dr. Godron-Pusey is an amazing doctor and a compassionate caregiver. She treats each patient as if it was their family member and is so detailed and thorough. My 98 year old grandfather become very ill and many people gave up on him yet Dr. Gordon-Pusey treated him like he was 45, got him the care he needed and nursed him back to health and now he is 100% healthy again. The care she took for him is like none I can possibly describe and her communication skills were the best letting me know everything going on in detail. It was especially hard due to COVID and not being able to visit in the hospital yet Dr. Gordon-Pusey checked up on him every chance she could and updated our family. I highly recommend with everything I have this doctor! She is an angel on earth.

My wife and I tested positive for covid and we became sick.. My wife experienced headaches, and aching of the body. My wife got better after 3days to where my Health turned for the worst. I fought the covid for two weeks at home, praying I would get better. My life was flashing before me because I felt really sick. My wife called fire rescue and I transported to Memorial West hospital. In the ER they ran a lot of tests and blood work.. ER doctor comes in after the results of the blood work and ask me when the last time I seen my doctor and I told him I see my doctor every six months faithfully. ER doctor states to me that we have some concerns about your kidneys and from the results your kidneys are not good.. I told that ER doctor that can’t be because I do lab work every 6 months and every results read my kidneys function is normal. I told that ER doctor let me get my doctor on the phone and her name is Dr. Gordon-Pusey. Dr. Pusey responded back to my emergency call and acted on my condition and history by speaking with the ER doctor. I was admitted into the hospital and I stayed there for a week and a day. Dr. Gordon was on top of my health every step of the way during my time in the hospital.. Dr. Gordon called me everyday to see my progress and to ensure that the nurses was giving me the best care.. Covid attacked my lungs and my kidneys and my Doctor Mrs. Gordon worked very hard to save my life and I thank her every time I talk to her.. Doctor Gordon is very personal with her patients because she wants to make sure she give you the best care. Doctor Gordon I want to thank you for saving my Life!!!!!!! Blessings ♥️
