    Mislead by staff...sent to this place by primary for an MRI. I will never go back. After waiting over several hours while their office staff confirmed my health insurance benefits and copay, the desk clerk told me I was responsible ONLY for the office COPAY of fifty dollars...then months later started receiving statements for more money. Called to inquire as to why there was a balance and was forced into working out monthly payments with the billing clerk. And even though monthly recurring online bank payments were being sent account was still sent to a collections agency. After account was PAID IN FULL and was SATISFIED, I continued receiving monthly statements indicating a BALANCE DUE. My bank called on my behalf to confirm payments were received and were SATISFIED. Even after my bank confirmed there was a ZERO balance, I still continued to receive the same balance due statements. My first experience and appointment should have been an indicator THIS OFFICE IS NOT the place to go for medical help. As I sat in their waiting room, I witnessed patient after patient continue to ask for the office manager to resolve and straighten out billing issues before they were allowed to been seen by the doctor or get the services they had appointments for. Or to leave because the patient was refused help. The question remaining, if their office staff are trained to have patient's wait hours in their waiting room to confirm specific health insurance benefits and copay for the already exact, pre-determined specified diagnostic service to be performed, wouldn't their staff be able to provide and relay the correct and proper copay info to the patient at that time?

    My doctor is Islon Seliger n he is awesome but there is a nurse or assistant who checks ur blood presure that doesn't have ANY Kind of basic manners like thank you, please etc., not friendly at all. Some of them plays with ur time, return call when she/they want/s. It's incredibly how people like her n others there, can destroyed a reputation of a Medical office n make u don't want to go cus they give u a hard time and when u have to deal with a forever difficult Medical Condition, u just want to have some support n feel their help n comprehension.

    This place used to be ok when Dr. Salzman was there, as he was super nice, but now he left and good luck seeing anyone else or getting prescriptions refilled. Also they charge you more for the copay if you have insurance than if you don’t have any insurance and just pay cash for visits. Every time I called them I was on hold for around 15 minutes and every time I needed a refill it was a pain. Forget this place.

    Had an appointment with a doctor who kept me waiting over 2.5 hours, then saw a different doctor on my next visit because the first one left the practice. Now the second doctor has retired. I can not get a refill on my prescription until I see another doctor and the first available appointment is in 6 weeks. This is terrible patient care.

    I have been to this facility twice. My first visit was with Dr. Ginsberg. He was pleasant and the visit was fine. He referred me for a carotoid ultrasound and it was scheduled about 2 weeks later. I was then scheduled for the follow up for the results and they called and advised i need to reschedule because hee was not available. I asked for the results they advised they can not provide the results. I asked if i could come pick up my records she started no i can not pick up my records. I stated that i could pick up my records and that i will. She disconnected the phone. I called back and left a message with the answering service and they still haven't caked back this is the n next day. Terrible. So disgusted. Update: Ive called 5 times left messages and still my appt has not been rescheduled. I do not know the results of my ultrasound and i have received no call back.

    Some of the staff is nice once you are there, but they never answer the phone. My last appointment they had me waiting for almost 2 hours because they forgot about me and the lady I needed to see almost left. Then they charged my credit card 5 months later for someone else's visit.

    I'd just like to say that I was in the medical field for 11 years and my education is actually for Medical Administration. I'm stating these facts, only to highlight my disgust and disappointment at how this facility is "managed". The previous comments touch on every negative aspect and its inept office staff. I only write my review to forewarn possible future patients that not only are the negative comments coming from a patient perspective, but people with past medical employment also find this place terrible. This is a loss for the medical industry and to a few great doctors that happen to work here.

    Dr. Cutie is excellent. Dr. Cutie's staff is awful. His nurse is not the friendliest nor the brightness. Most of the staff is needs to learn bedside manners and ethics.

    I have been with SMG on and off for many years. Every issue I ever had was with staff. I think having so many doctors, patients can be overwhelming for them at times. I have had some difficulties in past with getting things done or getting call backs promptly. Over the last year, I see a lot of improvements on this. The doctors are awesome, and on the ball, staff is very hard working. Dr. Seliger is the nicest man. He is very knowledgeable about my MS, and I feel very safe and secure that SMG is looking out for my needs.

    Fast efficient check in by everyone at the front desk encountered with a cheerful Monday morning greeting! The MRI Tech was very nice, quick and helpful too. My EMG/NC Test was explained and done gently as possible. Dr Salzman took his time with my questions and tests results and explained my treatment options. His Med Asst was great too. She advised me of the process and what to have ready for each step. Thank you SMG for your professional Dr’s, MA’s Techs and great Office Staff!

    You pay at the counter get your receipt and they continue to send you letters charging you and your insurance at the same time, Ripe Off place, Staff plays dumb and never have a professional answer, owners have many facilities and they know how to make money using the system that was created many years ago, it is unbelievable that USA will not fix the health insurance problem in this country (deceitful and usurper), so much money to so many things and no public health, Wow!!! Make sure you get your receipt and make sure to leave your review.
