The practitioners, 5 starts. The front desk, -1 star. But we can only put positive stars, so the average is 2 stars. The front desk, painful, appointments, check in, on the phone, what an experience. They are trying to do their work, they can't care less about people.

I recommend West Cora for a great staff. For me, Gilberto Rivera, is a phenomenal therapist, he listened to me, and took care of my recovery, I really felt comfortable with the various exercises he had me to do. Thank you Gilberto, for relieving my pain! and teaching me how to take care of my spine.

Kim, OT at Cora, is amazing she has been helping me for several weeks now for a broken wrist. When I started seeing her 7 weeks after the break I was in so much pain I couldn't do anything with my hand. She has worked with me patently with compaction but still pushing me out of my comfort zone. I am no longer wearing a brace and can hold my coffee cup. I would highly recommend her to anyone having pain or trouble with movement.

I have been attending CORA therapy now for several weeks. I am seeing two occupational therapist at this location, however I really felt like Ricardo was a phenomenal therapist. He’s personable, approachable, listens to you and is very hands on. Although exercises are important, he really spends time and puts effort in working the effected area. I strongly recommend him and consider him to be a great asset to CORA therapy.

I started attending this facility in June after another place cancelled my first evaluation visit. The first 3 weeks I cycled through 4 different therapists, all very nice but the improvement was probably 50%. I took a couple weeks off and when I returned Sandra did the follow up evaluation and since then the change has been remarkable. The exercises she has recommended for strength and the massages have been the difference.

Karina my PT is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring.

I was lucky to have one good therapist for a little while, but the rest of the staff don't care at all.

What can I say about Cora Physical Therapy (West Pembroke Pines)? Two words will sum it up. Totally Outstanding! I have been attending Cora (West Pines) for several months, due to a car accident. I have had the pleasure of working with all the physical therapists. Mayte, Karina, Michelle, Ian, Gil, Rafael and Natalia. They are very professional and caring, always looking out for me. I am on the road to recovery and very grateful Cora Physical Therapy (West Pines) has been there every step of the way to get me back whole again. Front Desk Operations- Top notch as well. Always looking out for the patients in the waiting area and attending to our needs. Booking appointments or re-scheduling appointments is a breeze with their professionalism. Jesse

I am writing this review about my parents treatment at the Cora in west pines. My parents have had a great experience every time they go to this facility for therapy. They feel the therapists and staff are all very caring and professional. My parents have been going to therapy for a couple weeks now and they say they feel a big improvement and less pain. Karina and Rafael have treated them exceptionally, like if they were family. They are very thorough in their treatment from explaining exercises to their plan of care. My parents look forward to going to therapy every week and I am so thankful that they are in such good hands and are really being taken care of! I highly recommend this facility.

The entire team at this facility has been exceptional with handling the therapy needs of my dad post surgery, from day one. They are so warm, caring, attentive and extremely knowledgable, especially Ricardo, Rafael, Gabby, Jen and Karen. Feels like family, I would highly recommend them.

All the therapists are amazing and care genuinely for their patients. Ricky i worked directly with and he provides appropriate care for persons with whatever their reason or diagnosis for requiring therapy may have been. I would send my family and friends to this location.

Always a great experience when I come to this facility to receive occupational therapy I really recommend it!! Ricardo Presa is amazing occupational Therapist!!! Always answer my questions and informs me the process step by step and what exercise I should do so my recovery process can be successful his main priority is his patients you can clearly see it he's very nice and informative really do recommend him!!

I have been to Cora before for therapy and found the staff to be very nice and professional; however for the past 2 weeks I have been going for therapy for my left hip and worked with Claudia who has been the best therapist I have been to she's very hands on And efficient she knows her job very well not only with me But other patients. She is the true definition of what a therapist should be She pushes me to want to do more as a result of her Wanting me to do better I have now been going to the gym at my home and doing water exercises which normally I would not have done. I strongly recommend this place and highly recommend Claudia as a therapist.

The staff at West CORA is always accommodating and cordial. Ricky was my OT and he always made sure I was comfortable with the various exercises he had me do (I’m already missing the massages). Hopefully I don’t re-injure my wrist again by picking up my new grandson 😏. I recommend West CORA for its great staff and location.
