My dad has been seeing Dr. Martinez for more than 10 years. She is an amazing doctor with lots of knowledge. The office staff as well as the doctor treat you as family. She is so amazing that I have also changed to her as my primary doctor. Thanks doctor Martinez for all that you do.

I’m always welcomed with respect and a caring attitude by all the staff. My wait is within 15–20 mins. I like the thorough update time, in which Dr Guvenli allows me time to voice and ask questions to which he answers/explains to me. I also like the focus on a resolve for my medical concerns and care. 💐

As always, Dr Madera is so attentive and caring. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything very clearly. Dr. Madera is a very special doctor. The staff are excellent as well. The medical assistants, Blanca and Paola are very pleasant and helpful. Jessica, who does the referrals, is the very best. Jessica is so efficient and prompt, she is amazing. Aileen, the office manager, is so pleasant and helpful.They are all a pleasure to deal with. It is a wonderful office.

It was a 2 hour wait. Also, Sonia forgot her mask in the car and instead of handing her a mask they made her return to the parking lot. Evidently the office ran out of complimentary marks. Otherwise we are consistently pleased with the care Dr. Martinez provides. She has been the best.

I have been in search of a new primary care doctor for quite a while and I have finally found the one that is right for me. From my very first phone call to the doctor's office to my very last goodbye after my visit, I was extremely pleased with every individual in his office. I found Dr Guvenli to be very personable, caring, informative, and above all else he listened to my issues and I felt very comfortable speaking with him. I am so so happy that I found him. He is now my forever primary care doctor.

Dr. Guvenli is very Sarcastic, Lack Empathy, Speaks very loud, so others are able to listen in on what your visit is for. I don’t feel comfortable with expressing my issues, because he tends to throw it back in your face. Currently looking for a new PCP. I’ve given him chances to see if he’ll be a doctor I could stick with, and the answer is “NO”.

I honestly don't know what to say it's 4:44 on, this place closes at 5:00 pm and I called yesterday and today before 5pm and they direct me to the after hours. Are they really this lazy ? I have my results that I have to go pick up and I was calling to see if I can head over now considering I'm ten minutes away but no one answers the phone here. Ridiculous. On top of that the only thing they do is just call you if the results aren't good results and just send you medication, they don't do a follow up appointment or really show care for their patients. Unfortunately I will be looking for someone else who is not about the number of patients seen but the quality of service they provide.

I enjoy meeting with muy doctor Dr. Olga Martinez, she is the best doctor I have come across. I am in good hands and I know it.

Jessica needs more training on the way she speaks with patients. Continued to cut me off as I was speaking because she was trying to “help me”. I hear very well and know the difference when someone’s tone has changed from soft spoken to high pitch which is considered raising their voice. It’s people like her with little patience that brings someone out of character. “Thanks so much for your help Jessica”, for the push to find a new PCP office.

As always the staff is super and the Dr is understanding of my issues and treat me as needed.
