Please read. I was very skeptical to write this review since I love Dr Gordon on a personal level. She is amazing. However I felt the need to share some very important details about the service of the office. The office manager has no management skills. You can tell there is poor management since the staff changes up every month. The office manager is very argumentative. He argues with the patient like a woman. I have been a patient there for 4 years. I have seen 5 different PA's Since the doctor is barely there. They love money and will bill you for a question over the phone. I don't discredit the doctor. She is great but the service is awful. Your visits here will ruin your credit. Not worth it since the service is garbage

I was highly recommended to this office by a coworker and trusted her advice and that was HUGE MISTAKE! I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon Pusey's office for 5 years and I have only seen her 2 times. I have seen most of the ever changing NPs since I have been there and each time having to answer the same questions from the different faces about meds I'm still taking for health issues that I have and when you need refills on certain meds you have to LITERALLY call the office and beg for the meds . My pharmacist even asked me if my doctor's office does not like me because everytime they call about refills they get the run around. The staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND QUITE RUDE and change almost every 3 months. When you call the office you are immediately greeted with "please hold" of which you hold until you eventually hang up. I have only experienced a few pleasant people at the office and 1, a NP, is no longer there. I have even been asked if I have a condition that I have been being treated for at the office for over 2 years. They are very interested in money only, it seems to me, and not the patient or treating the patient. I have much more I can say but there isn't enough space. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone let alone my worst enemy. The only reason they got 1 star is because I had to give 1.

I only go to this office because this is my assigned PCP as per my insurance (looking to switch now) and also because it is close to my house. However, I must say the service is AWFUL! Their wait times are insane and the reception staff does not seem to care at all that most people wait upwards to an hour to be seen. They always have the excuse of not having enough MAs or whatever bogus excuse. Once patients are called into a room, it’s another hour and you are seen by 3+ people (mostly students) that seem to be using patients as Guinea pigs for their hundreds of questions. They all seem more concerned with entering data in their computers than actually listening to the patient; all to walk out with a prescription for blood work and having to go back to the office to wait another hour to get your blood drawn. I wish this office was more organized and staff was more concerned about patients and not so much about paperwork and selling their weight loss products. By the way, to this day, I have NEVER seen Dr Gordon-Pusey in the office as it seems to be run by interns and clueless people.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon-Pusey for many years. I used to love the environment and the service. However, the people that work there now are unprofessional and just collecting a paycheck. You don’t even get to see the Doctor anymore because she’s never there. I had my annual with a NP Linda on 10/26 and she prescribed Ambien as I had advised her I have suspicions of having sleep apnea and have trouble falling and staying asleep. I called for a refill and got the run around. The office staff advised me that Linda never documented having prescribed the medication to me in my chart. I told them to call the pharmacy and they would be able to ask for the prescribing doctors information which clearly was too much work for them. I asked for a copy of the notes from that visit, they refused to print it out for me as it is evidence of the medical negligence and are forcing me to make a 4th appt this month so they can charge out for the 99214 visit. The only time I’ve encountered a situation where the Dr refuses to refill a medication is when you are not up to date with your appointments and it has surpassed 90 days since your last visit. Oh, and they have caller ID so now when I call, they just let the phone ring and refuse to answer. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this office and am going to change my PCP. There’s no point in me going to her office and not getting the care I need.

Why make an appointment if you have to wait 10 years? You never see the doctor, it is always impersonal because you keep seeing new nurses. They are mean and not attentive. They make you sign things and then charge for you it. They charge you for reading your result from your wellness exam. The receptionist is rude and impatient. Poorly ran office.

Dr Pusey is a good doctor but she is never around to see her patients. Nurse practitioners are the ones you see. I have moved my mom as no matter how good a doctor is if she is not there to see the patient then it makes no sense - you are not beniffiting from that wealth of experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gordon for over four years and with that being said, I will not be returning. the customer service is ridiculous and unprofessional. At times trying to reach someone in the office is impossible. No one answers the phone. When you have an appointment you sit for an hour in the lobby then hours once in the examining room waiting for a NP because the doctor is never there.

As bad as I don’t want to leave this bad review, I can’t let go of the service I’ve received. Dr. Gordon is AMAZING and if it weren’t for her office staff I’d be giving her 5 stars. I’ve been trying to schedule my annual visit for over a week and half. Literally every time I’ve called the office, I have had to call at least 2 or 3 times. Today was the last straw… not only have I been given the run around when trying to schedule, I was left on hold for 10 minutes and this was the 6th call. I was hung up on and when finally speaking with someone and expressing how unsatisfied I was with the type of service I had been receiving, there was absolutely no empathy. After then expressing how rude it is to be completely brushed of when expressing your dissatisfactory, I was continued to be rudely spoken to which at this point I had to let them know that I would never be returning to this office again. Thank God it wasn’t an emergency!

Never come here!!!! First time i ever came to to this office I had to wait four months for an appt with Dr.Gordon then they tell me she’s not in I’ll be seeing someone else. I was upset because I waited four months to see her. Then they said ok she is here she’s doing virtual appts so you will have to wait for her. So not only were they lying about her not being there but I had to wait another two hours to finally see her. Got there at 3:00 pm and left at 6 pm. Still decided to give them another shot went back for my follow up three months later and Dr Gordon isn’t here and they’re telling me I would have to wait hours to see her. I specified to see dr Gordon while booking this appt and once again she’s hiding in the office. And then on top of it the staff is so rude. They don’t welcome you they have the windows closed as if you’re bothering them. Office isn’t so clean. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone even if the appointments were free seriously!!!!

Dr. Gordon and Dr.Ambo treated me with exceptional care, warmth, and understanding. After many years of renouncing doctors due to many experiences where my symptoms were written off as minor. These women, and their staff, have breathed life back into me. They were attentive to every detail, every pain, every complaint, and ensured I was on my way to thriving, not just living. The warmth and love within the Life Is Beautiful environment was something I had never seen before and I owe them my life for it. Thank you!

The service I receive from Life is beautiful is excellent ! Dr.Pusey explains everything to me in a very clear manner. its so rare to find a doctor that combines personal care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I've always wanted a Doctor, who will take the time to explain everything to me concerning my health, results etc. its not about the money..she cares. its worth the wait. I also love her Faith. A positive, Faith believing environment. I Thank God I met Dr.Pusey!

Booking appointment makes no sense at this office. Every single visit I have had to wait over an hour. I have also been billed just for picking up paper results. Worst service ever!

I’m so thankful that I chose Dr Gordon-Pusey as my doctor. She does the best assessments and ask the appropriate questions in order to make the correct decisions concerning my health. Thank you Dr Gordon
