Went there for the first time.and last.The rudest staff ever

They are very professional and all the staff, including Dr Erickson are very nice. She is very strict on her policies, however, it’s very understandable for the type of physician she is. As long as you follow the policies it’s all good. I have been to 3 other pain Dr’s prior to finding her. And I’m finally happy and my pain is better!😁

Dr. Strain and the ENTIRE office staff is incredible! We have had some significant injuries and they never fail to take the VERY BEST CARE OF MY FAMILY! Keena his assistant is awesome and he is so in tune w each patient. It’s truly a pleasure to go to the office, even though it is a doctor’s office. Top Notch Doctors and Top Notch Care! You will not be let down and each doctor in the practice is truly a professional and asset to the medical community!

Staff was unsympathetic and argumentative. Stuck on office procedures and not service oriented. I was in on time for my appointment but turned away in pain tor lack of computer protocal. I was put be off tor 45 days. I was in just released from the hospital 48 hrs before the appointment and got be turned away for not having paperwork filled out. Sha m e on them.

Love the staff all so helpful and dr erickson does her best to make sure you’re getting the best treatment possible I feel safe under her care

Dr. Nancy is the sweetest, professional staff and keeps her appointments organized. I am currently a patient receiving help with chronic pain.

Office experience was good don’t understand why patients have to wear a mask and some of the staff not have to wear them. Also, no one answers phone calls and takes a long time to get your calls answered need better customer service.

I love this place the ppl there are so kind and love the patients they deal with on a daily basis I love dr. Erickson with. All my heart. I would not go any where else

Doctor Erickson has hired a new nurse practitioner, amazing. Her attention to duty, her concerns and ability to help and understand are excellent. Kudos to doctor Erickson, she definitely needed the help.

As I've mentioned on other sites, Dr. Erickson is as professional and devoted as one could be. She doesn't schedule every 5 minutes resulting in hours long waits as I've encountered in other pain management services. I cannot remember EVER waiting more than 15 minutes in the outer office and Dr. E. does NOT have a 2nd waiting area inside as many others do. She takes no guff and does not provide immediate acting medications, but if you need a permanent long term solution, I've never encountered a better provider than Dr. E. If I had to move out of state, I would do whatever it takes (within reason) to keep seeing her in perpetuity. THANKS DR. E. You literally gave me a life I did not think existed for someone with my conditions!

This practice seems to go higher and higher in treatment concern and compassion of others....they seem to have added to their staff...but remain top quality...displaying Great Leadership! I appreciate your care...being handicap can make life difficult in so many areas....there is little to no concern coming from the medical community.....This practice is not the norm....they are much far above!

This office continues to put patient’s health before all the government over reach into health care while complying with a lot of nonsense. Dr Erickson and staff are the pre eminent pain management pros doing good for people who need help. Been going to this office going on a decade and have always been treated with the utmost respect. They have treated me and made it possible for me to have a quality of life. I am forever grateful.

Efficient, friendly office staff. Their administrative procedures proceed like a Swiss watch. New additions to their staff are a pleasant improvement. Claudine in particular conducted her clinical interview with empathy & professionalism; she even found an opportunity to inject a little humor. Excellent experience overall.

Dr Nancy Erickson’s office is an example of how any medical office should operate: a very tightly organized schedule, patients are encouraged to come in 20 min earlier for paperwork and everything else needed before the doctor sees them. There’s usually no delays, but in those rare occasions when the doctor is a few minutes late, there’s always an apology and explanation for this delay so you really feel that the Patient’s own time is respected. The doctor herself is an amazing professional: caring and knowledgeable. I can guarantee that a few patients can say that she saved their lives (including myself)! The staff is friendly and accommodating. I was very lucky to find this great office and an amazing doctor!
