Everyone from Johnny the PA to the front desk help are professional and very friendly. I have never seen the MD so I cannot say anything there. This year I had a few medical issues so I encountered many of the staff, they were all well spoken, friendly, and efficient. I never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointments. I highly recommend this practice for a primary care provider.

I don't have anything bad to say about the consultation, perhaps the only thing I could say is that for some reason I chose Jonny Gomez PA and in the last consultations someone else treated me, which I didn't like at all about the change, I came from Miami because I felt comfortable with my doctor is now not the case. I wish you success but I think I will have to look for a doctor I like in Miami.

8/15/18 went for a follow up, waited for nearly 2 hours until Rachel saw me and took less than 2 minutes to read me test results. On Feb 2019 got a $90 bill for the “service” provided. What a scam. Called to dispute bill, and they kept saying is not us, is the insurance co. Kept blaming the insurance co. Stay away from them. The service is bad, the wait is horrible and they bill you 6 months later for a follow up visit they suggest. I recalled even asking them what is my payment for this visit and they said nothing.

Was referred to Dr Perry by my surgeon for clearance. He completed my clearance but asked that I come back with blood work to finalize. When I called to ask to move my appointment earlier or later they said keep this appointment otherwise find another doctor for your clearance because we cant get you in before your surgery. My surgery is 3 weeks away? The refused to allow me to speak to the manager Gina. The staff was condescending, rude, and would not let me speak. They hung up on me and now refuse to answer there phones. What a stressful nightmare before surgery. Gina? Dr Perry? If you see this please give me a call.

I have been going there for the past 6 years and never had an issue. The staff is always respectful and courteous. Very satisfied with the level of professionalism with the staff, PA and the Dr. Always looking out for the best interest of the patient and willing to go the extra mile. I see people complaining about time spend in the office and other nonsense down in the reviews because it didn’t go their way or believe they are entitle. Learn to be patient and know that the world does not revolve around you.

This is without doubt a practice that cares about its patients. I spent the better part of 6 months searching for a PCP in Miami/Dade and Broward that could assist me with severe groin pain that turned out to be multiple inguinal hernias - after going to multiple surgeons and imaging facilities and becoming extremely frustrated to the point of exhaustion - Dr Rachel Ospina recognized the issue I was having and solved it immediately. I could not be more grateful and thankful, after suffering for a long time. If you have pain and are searching for a doctor who cares - go to this practice without thinking twice. These doctors are held in very high regard, which I found out later. Thank you Dr Perry & Ospina. -Richard

new update. i moved so idc about the staff but Dr. Perry is a good guy. you go there for him not the staff and their drama. trash staff . how do you send a refill to an old pharmacy address when the new and current address is on file. pharmacy told me yall got the refill request in the morning yesterday and did nothing all day. fohwts they never send refill orders on time. always making me wait days to a week for a refill. the pharmacy has called and left requests yet no one answers until i start complaining heavy. calling gets you nowhere. Áre Wyè is not my real name so you wont find me in your system however, Dr Perry personally reaches out to you once he hears about it. at least he tries to fix things

My husband sees Dr Perry and PA Gomez and I see PA Ospina, and they are all phenomenal! Very supportive, with realistic feedback on ways to improve health and wellness without forcing unnecessary medications. Their staff is friendly and supportive.

The staff there is absolutely amazing! Racheal was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. She also took the time to write down how to use the medication she prescribed. This office is hands down 5 stars.
