The
doctors
here
are
amazing
and
I
don't
want
to
take
that
away
from
them.
However,
the
service
in
this
place
has
decreased
dramatically
over
the
last
five
years.
I
waited
for
two
hours
before
my
first
meeting
with
the
doctor.
After
running
tests
and
labs,
I
was
there
for
over
three
hours.
This
wasn't
a
busy
day,
it's
just
how
this
office
has
become.
There
is
something
very
wrong
with
the
way
the
doctors
are
being
scheduled,
creating
an
insanely
long
wait
for
people
that
arrive
on
time.
The
front
office
staff
also
looks
incredibly
overwhelmed
and
miserable.
I
don't
understand
who's
managing
this
place
and
what
they're
thinking.
It
just
feels
like
typical
cutting
cost
and
all
service
goes
out
the
door.
In
addition,
the
people
that
have
been
outsourced
to
answer
phone
calls
are
also
horrible
and
have
no
idea
what
they're
talking
about.
So
sad,
that
this
used
to
be
a
nice
place
where
I
felt
my
kids
health
was
actually
valued.
There
must
be
a
way
to
run
a
successful
physician
practice
and
not
cut
costs
and
do
scheduling
the
way
pediatric
associates
has.
I
used
to
come
here
whenever
my
kids
were
sick.
Now
I
only
come
for
annual
visits
and
just
go
to
urgent
care
when
my
kids
need
to
see
a
doctor.
Very
sad,
especially
since
the
doctors
are
top
notch
and
actually
seem
to
care;
it's
clear
management
does
not.
