Today I had the worst experience in all my years going to this vet. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE VETERINARIAN ROBERTO SOTO TO ANYONE, this man apparently is new working there and I really do not think he represents this vet at all, he lacks professionalism, ethics, education and empathy. I have been coming to this place for a long time, I have always liked it because all the staff that work and have worked here are always professional, polite and friendly, however today I did not have that kind of service. Today I went with my chihuahua Lolita, she is 17 years old, weighs less than three pounds, she is very old and sick, she does not even bark. At the time of doing the blood test I let him know that the protocol he was using with her was too aggressive at the moment for her condition and that I preferred not to do the blood test and just do the X-ray, physical exam and get her medication, Lolita even cried and he started yelling at me and refused to give me the service, he didn't even let me speak and told me that he was not going to deal with me, then he walked away and left me at the reception without any explanation, it seems very unprofessional to me, I would even say immature that a "professional" to behave that way. If you consider that your pet is part of your family and you want good treatment and professionalism, do not deal with Mr. Soto. I recommend Dr. Rasberry and Andy 100%. Mr. Soto SHOULD NOT BE PART OF THIS TEAM. I wouldn’t trust my baby to him.

My experience with the doctor and staff was wonderful. We brought in our puppy for ear cropping. The doctor was thorough and the puppy was pain free. The front desk staff, skylar was very nice and helpful. Doctor Rasberry made my puppy feel comfortable and safe. We enjoyed our visit so much we transferred over all of our dogs medical files to his clinic to now be under his care. The clinic is so clean and easy to find. I would 10/10 recommend this office.

Some of the VERY BEST vets and associates , always willing to help and see you through any situation! Zeus and Bolt favorite docs to go visit and they are pitbulls which have been frowned upon and some places scared to work with. Thank you Andy and Maria for always showing love!

The Rasberry animal clinic has a great staff and the best Veterinarian in South Florida. Dr. Rasberry has taken care of my dogs for the past 30 years. I am very happy with their service and my dogs are too.

If I could, I would’ve put in 0 stars… Dr. Raspberry is a very sneaky liar and unprofessional doctor. He promised to perform surgery on my dog and he guaranteed for her ears to stand up. In the meantime, he said that if something would go wrong, he would make a full refund. As a result, he experimented on our dog and practically abused her without any shown results and sucked my money more and more. In the end, he made a refund of only a third amount of my total that I paid for. Definitely don’t recommend this doctor! If you wish to take your pet anywhere, take them somewhere where they’ll perform excellent and as promised results rather than this place that promises one thing and does another. This is my warning to you based off of my experience!! Don’t risk it.

I love Dr. Raspberry. He diagnosed my Sparky with Cancer when other vets continuously misdiagnosed him. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Have been coming here for years. Dr. Rasberry and his staff are second to none. Andy, his vet tech, is very knowledgeable, and they always go above and beyond to make sure you have all your questions answered!

Dr. Rasberry spayed "Abbie", my 9 month old puppy. He is a wonderful vet and answered all of my questions. He is very knowlegable and I knew I was in great hands. The staff is also very helpful. Thanks for everything!!

Our dog Morgan has been seeing Dr. Rasberry and his amazing staff since she was a puppy (8 years ago!). We have since moved to Boca and still come to this vet because they are just so worth it! They are always so welcoming, caring and want nothing but the best for your pet!

Our boy Ares was born here and visits his Dr regularly. He is a healthy and happy American Stafford Shire Terrier, the lady's that work here are beautiful, sweet, and always helpful. We love, as I am sure Ares does, all the love and affection that is shown to our baby each time he comes. They also offer boarding, and we have left him in great hands numerous times. Thank you staff for all you do.

Dr. Rasberry's diagnoses are always accurate. Throughout the years, he has always prescribed the correct treatment plan, and medication, for both my four-legged kids. I trust them with their care. He is also very nice and caring.

Andy and Dr. Rasberry are the bomb! I came in with my girlfriend and 6 dachshund puppies all 8 weeks old. We needed their health certificates, fecal tests and vaccines. Let me tell you Andy and Dr. Rasberry are the most knowledgeable tech and vet team I’ve ever seen! Andy said he’s been in vet care for 17 years and Dr. Rasberry much longer. Posted in the waiting room wall are dozens of pictures showing Dr. RASBERRY taking care of lions, panthers, tigers, monkeys. I’m surprised he had the time to see my little weiner pups!!! On top of that the price for everything was by far the cheapest I’ve ever payed for what I needed to get done. Highly recommend coming here. Don’t bother with the one star reviews, this place is top notch. Will be coming back as long as Dr. Rasberry and Andy are there!

Dr. Rasberry and Debbie provide the most professional and caring veterinary services. The office staff and Andy love their work...it shows every time we visit. Dr. Chiaro adds expertise that is always welcome. Someone dropped off Picasso at their office as a stray...they called me because they knew i was looking for a calico. Talk about full service!

They are the best, they treat both my doggies and really care about them. Andy is awesome, so are both Doctors. Tthe ladies at the front desk always take the time to say high to the boys/doggies. They explain how to care for your pet in a wonderful way.

I've been bringing my englishbulldog here ever since he was 6 weeks old. He is now a very healthy 1 year old. Our visits are always pleasant and the staff is so caring and informative. My husband and I love this place for our fur baby.

Great place,I just moved into the area and they were able to get me an appointment quickly, I got there and very clean place the staff was friendly and the vet was awesome, definitely going to make it my new clinic.

I love this vet! The staff is very friendly and their prices are reasonable. I take both of my cats here for checkups, ear cleanings and even a few surgeries.

Best clinic around! They were able to take our dog in who we believed swallowed something. They took scout in on short notice and was able to get in and get it out right away! Even went out of their way to do an after hours surgery and not send us to an emergency clinic. We travel 40 minutes to go see Dr. rasberry and his staff!

Dr. Rasberry is a wonderful, very experienced surgeon. He has done two successful surgeries on our dog. We were very pleased and grateful. He has a calming personality and very informative. He loves animals ❤ I highly recommend him..

In response to your message to me about Sarbona, Dr. Raspberry NEVER warned me about the chance that the procedure would go another way. He said that he would do the procedure but never mentioned anything about the potential risks that would go into this surgery. If I were warned about these risks, I wouldn’t be spending a thousand dollars on an experiment that failed. Hugely. Usually, professional doctors, are there to warn pet owners of any potential risks that may go into a surgery but THIS is not one of those cases. It’s common sense. Why would someone spend a ridiculous amount of money on an experiment that may not guarantee, in this case, my dogs’ ears to stand up?!? Since there was no mention of the risks that would go into this “surgery,” this just shows that your “lovely” doctor by the name of Dr. Raspberry, is there for the money rather than for “the care” of his patients. It’s really funny that you wrote that. As a client, this DOES NOT make me happy so you failed. Right now, my dog has an implant inside of her ear and it’s causing swelling and ear infection from this implant. Raspberry doesn’t want to fix his mistake. Instead, your “so-called doctor” is sending me to another location to spend MORE money. Basically, I have to go spend more money to fix a mistake of HIS. What do you have to say for your “experienced” doctor now?

Excellent veterinarian! I took my Miniature Pinscher to Dr Raspberry to crop her ears. He did an Amazing job! He also recently spayed her as well. The entire staff are very kind and knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend
