The staff was amazing from the front to the back end with the dentist. They did a thorough job on my X-ray and then the dentist came in and explained and educated me on the plan of treatment, with different options. At the end she asked if I had any questions. I haven’t been to a dentist in sometime, that actually took the time with me without rushing. There was no drama amongst the staff, they all knew their jobs and did it well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that I know. My husband, who doesn’t really care for Dentist, came here and enjoyed his visit. Now he will be coming to this location to get the rest of his care done. If there were more than five stars, I will definitely give it 10.

I want all to know who is searching for an amazing , down to earth, HONEST DENTIST. I FOUND THE BEST DENTIST JESSICA RIVAS, IN PEMBROKE PINES....I have Medicare for my dental. I searched beyond , I went to many dentists prior.....RESULTS to me were car mechanics telling me more was wrong than it was and pushing you to a finance department. I finally found Dr Jessica Rivas. I have had three appointments. No pain, honest, detailed in explaining what needs to be done . All covered under Medicare's Insurance.. Her dental Hygenist the Best Christina..My teeth were pearl white when I left..I truly never ever had a teeth cleaning to ever make my teeth pearlly white..Then for 25.00 covers it with a coating to help with coffee stains ect..Well worth the hour in her chair.. Dr Rivas also is a cosmetic dentist and specializes in implants. I have friends who have told me horror stories of implants.. I have full trust as she would be the dentist you get each and every time with honesty, caring and comfort. Her office is so comforting, so comfortable. You will always leave in comfort with a shining smile. I was recommended to her through Dr Jennifer Addelson ( childrens Orthodontist) who is my grandchildren dentist who also is excellent beyond words.. I am glad I was referred as I was loosing my mind trying to find a dentist who was excellent and cared.

PrimeDental is extremely professional, and clean, and everyone is super knowledgeable in their craft and also friendly working environment. When arriving you are greeted and you are taken in a timely matter for your appointment. Since coming here I received the best care for my dental hygiene and I’m so thankful that I have found them. The best part is you go home with a kit after your cleaning to stay on top of your oral care, it keeps me accountable.

After the necessary x-rays, I met Dr. Rivas-Plata. She is awesome, knowledgeable, no nonsense, funny dentist. I felt very much at ease with her. Dr. Rivas-Plata took the time to listen, explained what needs to be worked on and we discussed the different options. I also had a cleaning with her hygienist Ana. Best cleaning ever. If you are looking for a dentist in the Pembroke area, I highly recommend you pay her a visit.

I discovered Prime dental just this May and I have been going to their office every 2 wks if not every week. The ambiance, office staff & Dr. Rivas-Plata are all professional & nice. They have referred me to the best endodontics & oral surgeons. They take good care of me & my husband during and after dental visits. I had some dental work done by another doctor that did not do a good job and I came to Prime Dental looking for help. I was nervous and weary of letting someone work on my teeth and possibly having the same experience as before. Dr. Rivas was a breath of fresh air. She is knowledgeable and put my worries to ease. The knowledge that she has showed in her work. Fillings that I had done, literally days prior by another Dentist, were falling out my mouth causing pain I had never experienced before. I’m still mind-blown by the level of care and treatment the Doctor and Staff provided me today. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the front desk whom was very friendly and knowledgeable. The 5 minute wait to go in for my visit allowed me to realize how neat and clean the waiting room is, as if you’re not visiting a doctors office. Very nice! I have to say I have never received the level of service from any other provider like the kind that was given to me today. The doctor took her time to get to know me and explain all my dental needs. Not to mention, the hygienist did a phenomenal job and did not cut corners. From now on this will be my dentist and will be recommending it to whoever needs a honest, reliable, and dentist who is very passionate about their work… thank you Dr. For making my day.

Prime Dental is a great office; beautifully designed and decorated, extra clean and with a nice ambiance. There is very little to none wait time. Dr. Rivas-Plata is an excellent professional, very careful and delicate; she will make sure you are comfortable at all times while developing a high quality treatment. I could say I can even relax when I’m at her office. Fedor, the manager is very welcoming and helpful with the whole process. The Hygienist are also great professionals! It is a pleasure to be treated by them! Also! Beauty treatments!! Top notch!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst dentist I have ever been to. Do not believe these reviews they are argumentative and just don’t listen to concerns. I was absolutely in shock. I expressed my concerns right from the beginning and instead of making me feel comfortable the dentist basically said it’s going to be uncomfortable and maybe even hurt. She was very aware as I spoke with her about being there for a cleaning and that we could discuss the other options at a later time. As the hygienist was cleaning I expressed that there was an area that was bothering if she could just be careful and she just basically said it’s going to bother and hurt you. I said please can we just not do that one area because it is uncomfortable and began to argue with me while other patients heard our conversation. Finally the dentist came in and said I might not be a fit for her office. Which I 💯 percent agree. This is the most disrespectful and unprofessional dentist I have ever been to. With complete disregard for patients concerns. If you want to be humiliated and embarrassed then this is the place for you. Please do your research and don’t always believe everything you read because I did.I literally had time all out and my cleaning was incomplete. What a mistake to come here!!!!!!

Dr.Jessica Riva was amazing at explaining what the x-ray showed and gave me excellent recommendations to see an oral surgeon. She was extremely nice and helpful. Fedor, the assistant was super helpful in making my appointments and making sure I had a nice experience.

This past Friday I was witness to how a patient at this dental office mistreated the staff members who were just trying to do their job. Her negative review (which is below) does not reflect what truly happened. I decided to make this review to point out that no one has to put up with being mistreated or harassed just because the person is a patient or customer. This patient showed no respect to anyone, not to Dr. Rivas-Plata nor any of the staff members. Glad this entitled and disrespectful person was dismissed from the premises. I personally think this place is a true gem and the best cosmetic dentist and dental office you can find in South Florida (and I’ve been to several).

I went many years without stepping foot inside of dentist office and I was terrified. The whole staff greeted me with open arms and made me feel beyond comfortable. The services they provide are truly top notch. My smile has been transformed and I show it off every chance I get.
