    This place is a disaster. They have no sense of urgency or respect for patients time and effort. We had an appointment at 10am and it was 3 hours later and still unable to get imaging done. Their explanation and attitude was lame and insulting. People have jobs and valuable time to tend to and they simply don't care. The staff is rude, condescending and unapologetic. I would never recommend this company for any future tests. They schedule patients back to back to make more money from the insurance companies, disregarding the patients time and comfort. They're obviously money hungry with no appreciation nor respect for other patients time and dignity.

I know my payment, plus I was reminded over the phone by scheduling. Unacceptable.

    I made an appointment at this place for some images and they called me a month later to tell me that they have to change my date because they don't attend on Fridays, a week later they called me to say that they have to change the date again, there were 3 days left. the appointment they called me to cancel the appointment because there were no appointments for this year, with no other option, they didn't even say "sorry" they totally left me without exams for this year and they were very important exams... it is a terrible place in terms of attention, in Nowhere else has this ever happened, I can't recommend it.

    Waited 2 hours after an appt to get done, no explanation, one lady had walked out, Tatiana the front desk receptionist walked to the back in anger because she didn’t wanna explain herself, was laughing about how everybody was scheduled for the same exact time, imaging lady is nice and respectful but everybody else gotta go

    this facility gave me a diagnosis of severe osteoporosis. my doctor reviewed the report questioning it and had me redo the test elsewhere. it turns out I do not have osteoporosis. I spent months worrying for a misdiagnosis and this facility didn't return my doctor's calls or mine and I called them several times telling them that they needed to reach out to my doctor to discuss the findings. Don't know what's worse, the misdiagnosis or that they just didn't have a scintilla of professionalism to call my doctor or me even after promising to do so.

    I had a Scan done there and they sent my Dr the report and not the images, I have been calling for a week at different times and they leave me on hold, no one answers the phone, I will have to go personally to resolve that

    This was a very terrible experience. Please save yourself the extremely long wait Time. I went in for a 5 min scan and waited almost two hours to be seen. The tech insisted very rudely that I tell her, in front of a room full of other patients, what I was being seen for . This made me very uncomfortable THIS IS A HIPPA VIOLATION. They are rude and unprofessional

    I just left DMI Pines and couldn't wait to write a review about them. Amazing experience as opposed to my last visit there in 2016. From start to finish I was treated in the most professional and efficient manner and the best part is that I was in and out in 1 hour and had several tests done. This location will be my go to moving forward! Kudos to Yahaira and her staff for setting the bar so high!

    Very welcoming staff not a long wait the gentleman upfront named yalexis was extremely helpful and quick 10/10 recommend coming here I got my X-ray done in less than 45 min staff is on point and bilingual great customer service

    The front desk staff was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. They assisted me with expediting things with my insurance. I really appreciate the time they took to help solve the problem. The service was fast and they were very compassionate towards my daughter who was getting a MRI.

    Hello- anyone looking at the reviews wondering where they can get their results- don’t hold your breath. The owners name is Dr. Issa and his son Robert Issa. They have permanently closed the doors without warning, refusing to pay their staff for 2 weeks worth of labor and are are not answering phone calls. If you did not receive your results, you should seek legal counsel and contact your insurance company (especially if you were exposed to radiation). They simple do not care about their patients or employees- just money in their pockets. Horrible horrible business operations.

    This place is as terrible as the reviews claim. Called to have the first appointment of the day, and even arrived 15 minutes prior. Then three people go in before and after confirming with the employee at the front desk, he claims that I have the first appointment of the day. I then overheard a patient rescheduled because they were a few minutes late, which was then rescheduled to 8am but I was told the first appointment is at 8:30am. Unfortunately I was late to my next destination. They are not courteous of your time and seem to juggle around patient appointments at their convenience.

    These stars represent Xray, Mamo, CT, Ultrasound, and MRI, EKG, and Dexa, the experience I had was wonderful, however these stars do not represent the front desk only what I stated above, they get no stars from me.

    I love to leave a review when the places are good and a feedback when is bad. But my experience here was amazing the fit me in asap, I have a horrible back pain I could hardly move, they treatment me really well but the definitely the gold star was YAJAIRA The manager totally amazing, with all that pain that I have and how busy they was, she got me such a beautiful encouraging words. Thank you YAJAIRA (I hope I spell your name correct🙏🏻)

    Had an appointment on 8/12/21 after previous testing in 2019. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted politely. I completed the mandatory paperwork and returned to my seat. Within a 15 minute time frame, my name was called and my test done in about 15-20 minutes. I was very happy at the professionalism of the technicians and office staff. The office appeared clean, including floors and furniture. I would definitely return should I need additional testing.

    This place is permanently closed. They don't answer calls, and I'm still waiting for an email response. I had a test on 10/04/2023 and I'm still waiting for my results. They are putting people's health at risk.

    My gentleman that checked me IN went above and beyond to help me, I speak only English and he helped me all the way through, he made me feel so at ease. My experience was very fast and I felt like I mattered all the way through. Everyone was efficient and friendly with me. Especially the gentleman at the front desk.

    I had a wonderful experience at Diagnostic Medical Imaging at the Pembroke Pines location.. as soon as I arrived I was greeted by the amazing Mr.Yalexis, such a breath of fresh air! The customer service he provided was exactly what I look for when being serviced by any business! He understood my concerns, provided immediate solutions, he even had me laughing within the first minute or two of speaking with him, his personality is out of this world ! He made me feel so comfortable in such a small amount of time. He prepared me to see the doctor, which I was with no more than 5 minutes, then I was out the door . The longest part was probably the new client application, which was only 3 pages ..I’m still shocked about how fast I received service! And exceptional service at that ! Thank you diagnostic medical imaging , you have gained a loyal client !

    Went to my appointment got there early did my paperwork and went inside before 10 my appointment was for 10. Come 10:30 and I ask will I be seen soon and the response from Dr. That was sitting close said I have a patient that came in late and we are running later than usual said another 15 20 minutes. At 11 after I was the only one sitting there and I couldn't wait anymore since I had to goto work walked to receptionist got refund and grabbed all my paperwork and left. I'm sorry but anyone that's put there late people over some one that comes on time and makes the on time people pay for the late people is not a place I want to go to. I can't even imagine getting proper test done when they don't care about patients. Will never ever go here again.

    Have you ever had one of those days? I was having one Monday and it got even worse when I showed up for my X-ray appointment without my Drs orders. Fortunately Yalexis was working that day because he completely turned my day around. He was was so kind, helpful and patient with me, even getting me a cup of ice because I was hot and didn’t get frustrated with me when I accidentally spilled the ice all over the floor. He helped me get my Drs orders, found a cool spot for me to sit and continued to tell me everything was fine even though I felt like I wanted to crawl in a hole. The Pembroke Pines location is a bit out of the way for me but I will never go anywhere else to get X-rays, the entire staff went above and beyond but even if they hadn’t, Yalexis is enough of a reason for me to only use DMI of Pembroke Pines from now on!

    Machine is open so no issues for claustrophobia, however when I brought the images to my doctor he advised that the T2 images are awful quality. We went on a Thursday and won't get results from a technician who has to translate the images until Tuesday the earliest. Not great when you might have a broken bone 😒 Two stars because the employees were kind

    The wait time was reasonable, the front desk workers were nice...My only issue is that I have a special needs son who I have to take with me to my appointments as I don't have anyone who could watch him. When the CT tech came to get me, I asked if he could go with me. He went to talk to someone in the office. I was told by another staff member, some lady in the front office sitting in the back, that I could not take my son in the room for my CT Scan. She asked if he could sit in his wheelchair and not move; I said he could. She then came back later and said that I should reschedule because they're not responsible for him and that they have cameras all over if anything happens to him, it's not on us. That was rude and unnecessary. I understand that there may not have been enough room in the scanning area and that it's a liability to have him sitting alone, but you didn't have to have an attitude while explaining. If I didn't give you attitude, then don't give me attitude. Also, if that was the situation, then why didn't they ask me to reschedule in the first place before I paid my copay (which they had to refund). I'll just keep going to the other DMI on Taft St. They may not be the friendliest, but they are accommodating.

    The actual WORST service you could ever possibly receive. Not only is the place run down looking the staff is incredibly slow. They have ZERO interest in patient care, after waiting for over an hour I was told they couldn’t go the scan I was there to get because the person booking the appointment did not ask the right preliminary questions and the technician was clearly untrained in medical imaging to understand that titanium in unaffected by magnetic resonance imaging. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time or health.

    I had an appointment scheduled for a test for a month. One week before the appointment I was notified that the tech had quit and my appointment had to be canceled and rescheduled. There wasn't anything available for more than another month. This test could not wait another month. I spoke with Yalexis who went above and beyond to squeeze me in within a week. His efforts are appreciated and should be recognized by his employer. Great job!

    I am only giving 2 stars because the tech that help me get an MRI was amazing other than that they would have gotten one star. I made an appointment to get an MRI and when I got there I was told to come back the next day for the CD I expressed my concerns to the front desk that they could of told me that over the phone and I would of schedule the appointment for that day instead of having to go there twice and waste my time. In addition, I was told I needed to pay for a co pay and on my insurance card states not to collect money because I have an MRA account for that. The personnel did not know what an MRA account is nor to how to handle this for clients. I am not upset at the front desk personnel since it’s not their fault that they don’t know but who ever owns this place or is in charge of this place needs to make sure their staff gets better training and knowledge. I had to call my insurance myself to have them explain why they shouldn’t be charging me and something that should of taken 30 min took 2 hrs

    Gave us images on CD immediately after. The lady was really nice to me when I went to go in the tube for the MRI and it was less than 20 minutes. For the MRI you just have to stay really still but it’s alright lol

    They were able to fit me in right away, after my physician sent the order. I want to thank the MRI tech Yudi for performing the exam very professionally and treated me like I was one of her relatives, great patient care. Front office staff was very attentive and friendly. As expected for imaging centers the wait time from checkin to getting scanned was a little long, not a burden for me but may be for others.

    My wife had a 10:30am appointment for a MIR.Was told to come 45 min early for paper work and to take a pill.We arrived at 9:45 am.It’s now 11:50 and she just got the pill.I will be call my ins company to let them know.Do your self a favor and stay away from this place.

    I had an appointment for a brain mRA. My doctor's assistant scheduled it wrong without contrast. They rescheduled me to when they opened, so I was their first appointment. Everyone treated me nicely and were friendly. I got upset the doctor's assistant scheduled it wrong initially, but they rescheduled and were nice enough to give me the first one. I didn't have bad experience. No one there was rude to me. No complaints.

    I was hesitant to come here because of reviews. I set my mind to expect the worst. Found it to be just the opposite. Did have issues with the MRI machine breaking down. But the manager and technicians were professional and accommodating and got it done.
