One of the doctors here who goes by Dr. K (Dr. Judy Koscielniak) is extremely rude and unprofessional. I am seeking other vets in the area now that my family has had several instances where she’s disrespectful. One year ago, my dog had to go in for wart removal and when Dr. K called my mother to give an update, she jumped into the information. My mother was at the store and asked Dr. K if she could hold so my father could join the call. She replied, “I’m not repeating myself” and proceeded to finish her sentences, ignoring my parents’ questions. I assumed this could be a one-off issue with the doctor, so when my dog had issues again this year with congestion, we brought her to Faithful Companions and now I personally experienced Dr. K’s snappy attitude. I explained that a couple of days ago, she told my father that my dog should only have dry food going forward, no wet food to avoid dental disease. Another doctor at the practice told me it’s ok for her to have canned food knowing she has kidney issues now. When I asked Dr. Koscielniak for clarification today, she interrupted me in the middle of my question to say, “scratch everything I told your dad now that she has kidney and liver issues. Next question.” I asked if she had a recommendation for a food brand and she said, “whatever she’ll eat, I don’t care.” I can’t speak to the overall quality of care for animals at this practice, but unless you enjoy interacting with vets who have poor bedside manner and an attitude problem, I suggest you seek another place.

Dr.K is one of the most qualified vets I have ever brought my children (Dogs) to. Many vets wanted to cut open my dog to determine why he was a chronic vomiter... I refused to allow anyone to put him through so much... when I finally met this amazing veterinaria my dog was put on a special diet and his chronic vomiting stopped (it’s now been 7 years) and the staff are extremely devoted to these animals.! I highly recommend this facility... unfortunately not many veterinarias have the knowledge. I truly believe with their help I have been able to extend my min pins life expectancy. One is now 16 years and he’s doing very well for his age.

Took my baby for an annual exam and I hate to say this, but knowing how fragile by angel was, it was disturbing how much he was screaming due to the rough ear cleaning done to him. That same night he took a turn for the worse with a high fever and passed away 2 days later. The fever was probably caused by an infection due to an injury in the ear. Was not asked what happened or why it happened. Not the care you would expect after knowing how much he meant to me and after treating him for 14 years. It is heartbreaking and the anger and hurt is beyond. Please deny any ear cleaning with q-tips that are about 6 inches long. Should have never allowed it and the feelings of guilt are overwhelming. Rest In Peace my little Angel. Love you forever!

Be careful when bringing your pets here, it could be really expensive. They were unable to manage our male cat during the two visits. They gave me medication during the first visit to sedate the cat. Since it did not work (animal refused to eat), they sedated the cat during the second visit using shots. Guess what, a total of $145 was charged just to manipulate our cat without risk. They are supposed to be the experts, and I shouldn't pay just to make their work easier. Really disappointing.

Today was one of the most painful days in our families life. Our beloved dog, Popeye needed to go to heaven. Although painful and sad, Dr. Judy made it very pleasant and comforting. Her attention to detail, patience, calming and soothing demeanor was invaluable. Popeye is no stranger to Faithful companions animal hospital. After all they gave him to us after he was abandoned at their back door over 7 years ago. Now he went full circle. Diana, their head technician, is the most amazing person I've ever met. She was vital to Popeye's care. Thank you, Diana, Paola, Elizabeth, Adriana, Dr. Balko and most of all Dr. Judy for all you have done our our furry family. God bless you alway!!!

This is the worst place you can take your dog to. A broken Customer Service that only comunícate with you when they need your money or it’s time for a almost due vaccine. So they can get you $$$$ The incredible rude vet who has seen my dog many times and one that I’m yet to meet in person first because of COVID then she will call you later but never happen “ Dr K” Finally we need prescription refills for Heart-worms and Flees but can’t buy them online where you can actually get a coupon & or discount because my Vet won’t approve them unless I drive to her office and get them straight from her office to her price no discount. I moved to Miami a good 45mins both ways away from them and she can say yes to the meds but wants me to drive to her to get them. Very reasonable! I guess is time to get a new Vet who actually works for my dog and me. Please run away from this place. Your welcome!!

My dog died the next day after I took my dog to this office to get checked out for something like a popped wart on his ear. I do not believe that this office was the cause of my dog's death, (that is why I put 2 stars and not 1) because he was an older dog, but I do believe that the procedure carried out with him accelerated the outcome, due to the stress and pain he suffered during the procedure in that office. since when they took him away, they took much, much longer than what I was expecting to return with him, and my dog came back extremely excited.

Very good usually, very attentive and detailed with the examination and overall care, but don't seem to actually care about the pet. Was sent to after-hours location and told me to follow up with them and did seem to care about my dogs wellbeing or listen to my concern, just wanted to get me off the phone. Did not want to even help with getting results about emergency visit.

I started taking my senior dog here after his vet retired our first few visits were not too bad but once I decided to have a “vet’s” office give his bath & grooming was a big mistake. We had such an awful experience to make a long story short he was kept for hours didn’t even smell or look like had a bath he was extremely stressed out & had an injury to his nose! I walked out of there wrote an email to the manager & I will never go back I couldn’t believe they treated him so poorly especially since they should be a place that is the most caring, kind etc., I hardly write reviews but it is something that has truly been bothering me. There were the excuses of short staff but honestly there is no excuse call the owner apologize & let their dog go home instead of traumatizing & injuring an animal that makes life even harder for everyone. Truly disappointed. As I said the actual vet appointment wasn’t bad but weren’t the best either just another number.

They’ve been our vet for over 10+ years now! All of our family pets have been seen by them! Everyone is great and informative. Even over the phone, always helpful whenever I call in with questions after or before appointments.

The vet and staff here were super amazing and took care of our english bulldog "Bentley" for the 10 1/2 years we were lucky to have him. From the beginning of his life to taking him to all of his appointments even boarding him when we had to fly out of town. Our dog was loved and you can see how much they care about each and every animal that walks in through the door. Losing our pet recently even feels like we have lost our vet family since the last couple months, we had so many visits due to his health declining. Even til the last moments of his life, our dog was well taken care of and we cannot be more thankful and blessed to have this vetinarian in our lives for 10+ years. So thank you again!

Extremely satisfied with my experience here. I took 2 of my dogs for the first time to this vet and will continue doing so in the future. I will also recommend to my friends and family. They treat you with a lot of respect and the Vets here are very knowledgable and caring.

Dr. K is the best! She is the first vet to ever explain to me everything in detail in regards to my dog's digestive issues. She didn't try to over medicate him like other vets. I look forward to seeing her again. My dog was so comfortable with Dr. K and her staff.

Brand new to the area and brand new to this veterinary office and i couldn’t be happier! There’s no hesitation in recommending this office to anyone and everyone!

The office staff are nice but the substitute vets are not listening to the customers and frankly are hesitant in decision making and clueless. 🫣

Brought my dog here back during Covid, but had to remain in the car for that visit, so didn't have much to say. However after seeing the recent reviews and having just taken my dog back for a revisit I thought it might be a good time. We arrived on time and did not wait to get seen. The tech or assistant who did our intake was nice and did a good job with my dog and keeping him calm. The vet came in and introduced herself, and they proceeded to vaccinate and examine my dog who had a recent growth. They handled him calmly and gently, but were thorough. She was patient and explained what she thought the cause was and the options I could take. Also commented on his weight loss, and teeth/oral care. Was NOT just trying to sell me something. I was pleased with the care my dog received and will return. Zero complaints, in fact totally recommend.

Although this vet had very little reviews, the ones they did have were 10+ year customers. I decided to take a chance with this vet and I was not disappointed. I have an English Bulldog and this breed is prone to illnesses. All three doctors are amazing with her, they are very friendly and are very knowledgeable. They always give me great advice and multiple suggestions. Due to their late weekday hours, they are great with appointments as well. Their wellness plan is the best for the inexpensive monthly price too. The fact that it covers all visits is enough for me. I HIGHLY recommend this vet for your furry family member!

Bait and switch. They tell you a price range over the phone for teeth cleaning to get you to come in and pay for a consultation. Then when you finally receive the written estimate over a week later after calling and asking for it multiple times, the price is completely different (way higher). The dr is also very scared of small nippy dogs (Pomeranian). It is Surprising for some one who deals with animals everyday. My dog has been to many vets and groomers who know how to work with nippy small dogs and show no fear. She put the needle to draw blood work in her neck area twice and was unable to draw any. Not a comforting feeling. Office staff was friendly, except for the rude manager that creates the estimates. The dr. was friendly, just too scared and not able to handle the dog as a professional veterinarian. It’s just more comforting to have a dr who knows how to deal with all types of dogs as the professional. She was not. The bait and switch was unfair, just to get me in the door to pay for a consultation. That’s not cool to do to people. I wouldn’t have waisted my time at this place if I had known.

👍👍 It was an odd Friday. I randomly spotted a yorkie pup, alone, in the middle of a busy street, walking towards oncoming traffic!?! I got out of my car, put the hazards on & tried to bait him. He was swift & other cars refused to stop. I got back in my car, made a u-turn & saw 2 guys tending to the do...

😠 Extraordinarily expensive, refused to refill essential medications before an out of state move because we didn't have time and couldn't pay for another $300 office visit.
