By the amount of people that work here. You would think that one of these models that work here. Would know what they are doing. Had My child in here for a simple procedure. That they choose to make longer. It could’ve just pulled the tooth. But they choose plan B first. My only reasoning behind this is to charge the insurance more money. He had a cavity and choose to do a crown, instead of pulling the tooth. Causing the tooth to get infected and swelling my child’s face. When we went back to see what happened. They apologized for the wrong doing but still charged for the procedure,They should have done in the first place. Causing my kid large amounts of pain. My insurance does not accept them.But my kids does. My dentist gets straight to the point with what’s needed. If you made the mistake you man up and correct it. You don’t charge the customer more money on something you caused makes no sense to me. If you want to come to a cabaret filled with pretty people putting on a show. Come here. But if are looking for some serious knowledge. And work ethic this is not the place.

I went there today for a fill-in. It was painless. The doctor was gentle and careful during the anesthesia. The Nurse assisting was professional. After the numbness, I had no pain. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend Gently Teeth 🦷

Awesome experience here. Antonio did my X-rays and he was the absolute best and full of humor! Dr. Samuel was great and thorough with his explanations. The hygienist, I believe it was Alberto also did a wonderful job and was very informative. Highly recommended!

Been Coming to Gentle Teeth & Braces of Pembroke Pines since 2007. They’re amazing, clean, profesional and treat your kids like their own. They take the time to speak to you and explain you the entire process. I come in for an appt and barely have a waiting time. Dr Samuels and Antonio worked very well with my girls today. I wish I can give this place more stars ✨ .

Can't recommend my hygienist Alberto C. enough! He has both, outstanding clinical/manual skills and excellent bedside manners; he is detail oriented and extremely responsive to the needs of his patients! In all my years knowing him, he has demonstrated remarkable patience and has never made me feel "judged" for my poor brushing habits. During each visit, his impressive depth and breath of oral care is evident. A dental office is not traditionally a place you want to visit, but all the staff ensures my experience is always a pleasurable one! Thank you for being GENTLE with me. ;)

Wait time was minimal. Hygienists was very pleasant and took all precautional steps to make sure I was comfortable. She gave a thorough cleaning and even scheduled my next visit. Doctor was excellent with his examination. We went over in detail the next steps in my treatment. Thank you for a good experience.

The staff was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. Everyone in that office seemed like they were under 25 years old yet they had the customer service skills you’d expect from a seasoned Ritz Carlton staff member. The dentist was knowledgeable, kind and also professional. I could not give a five star because I felt the cost was too high for me. If you can afford it, you should give them a try.

I had such an awesome experience at the Gentle Teeth location in Pembroke Pines off of Taft Street. The staff were phenomenal! The environment is clean, spacious and calming. There was very little wait time from the minute upon entering the door to speak with the front counter staff (lovely young lady whose name I must familiarize myself with) to the time the hygienist (Alberto) called me in (who addresses your concerns and smells really good), to the nice young lady who took my x-rays, to my meeting with Dr. Sharma, General Dentist for my very thorough check-up and nice conversation, leading to my exit with Sydney at the front desk who thoroughly explains your services received, the doctors recommendations, your charges and payment options. Everyone I met had the nicest demeanor and attractive personality. This dental office is a must go to for any child or adult. Love It!

The ladies here are wonderful and professional! Really kind as well, great culture. Would recommend to any and everyone. I was having a rough day. So sorry if my mood was bad. But regardless they all were very kind and smiled and made conversation even when I wasn’t feeling it. Definitely got me out of my slump.

Today was my sons first visit. So clean so organized. They managed to fit me in the very same day for my 3 year old which I really needed for school and on top of it all, during his appt, the doctor fit in my 5 yr old! So happy for that! Love this place

What a great experience. This is my second location that I’ve had to come to. I’ve moved around a little in the last five years, but I still chose to come back to another Gentle Teeth location. Dr. Samuel is unmatched. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch. The office staff were excited to greet me and the wait time was not long. Upon check out, my visit was explained to me in detail and I felt that I understood and appreciated my treatment plan.

Today’s dental work I assume was going to be horrific but it was absolutely the total opposite. The service was beyond great, the office is clean and the staff was phenomenal. My procedure didn’t take long as all and barely any pain. Thank each and everyone one of you for an exceptional job well done.

On my very first visit I was amazed of how clean everything was inside and the staff were very friendly and professional. I went in for a medium teeth cleaning the hygienist who took care of me was gentle and did an excellent job. I was extremely satisfied with the work done in my mouth. I would highly recommend them to others.

All the staff is very kind and accommodating. They always have a good attitude. I had one issue with an appointment and they were sincerely sorry and tried to fix it right away. They have several locations which was very convenient for me to be able to schedule the exact date that I needed the appointment. I highly recommend them.

This office started off really good and as my daughter entered the ending stages of having her braces, This company became money hungry. The braces are completely paid for and yet every appointment it’s something different that she needs and now all of a sudden her insurance doesn’t cover these things, so of course I have to pay out of pocket which is ok but, $800….$150….$2000 like are you serious??? BEWARE because they are manipulating people out of their money. I am very disappointed with this company and I just want to be done with them.

Gentle Teeth has been nothing but the best with me for the last 4 to 5 years. My teeth went from OMG, to having braces, white & shiny straight teeth. They have totally helped me get my oral health in complete order. I appreciate the warmth and total care that they provide time and time again. And on top of all of that the entire staff is super cool, courteous, chipper and exciting. Modernized office and experience. They make you feel like family when you come back to see them. They were very accommodating and always scheduled an appointment outside of my routine appointment when requested. Always ready to address any concerns or questions. Not happy with my experience at Gentle Teeth and Braces. I am currently on Invisalign treatment and every appointment the techs hands me new trays and simply tells me I am supposed to be back in x number of days for new trays. No measurements, no checking how the process is doing, no doctor ever! For $6000 I think I deserve more than just handing me trays. I've been using Invisalign for almost a year and I've only seen the doctor once (the day of the free consultation before the treatment started) I know is not supposed to be like this. At least a quick check from an actual ortho to see if my teeth are aligning. Don't be fooled by the good reviews you see here; they ask for reviews in exchange of a free tv raffle. That being said, as soon as I finish my treatment with them, I will not be back nor recommend it.

I had Alberto for my cleaning. He was very polite, informative and got me in/out in great timing. I was promptly called in and received an in-depth cleaning. I felt and saw the difference in my smile afterwards. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Today was the best day of my life . Gentle Teeth have made my dreams come true . Everyone was so warm and welcoming , I had such a great experience . I was able to get my braces put on the same day of my consultation , I was told the full price of my braces , how long they’d be on for , my monthly payments which is 100% affordable , and a reasonable down payment . I don't understand seriously, I do not. I have been to this dentist 3 times, and I have had problems every time. First, they gave me the wrong date for my appointment and acted like it was fault. Then, there was an issue with payment for a procedure where they almost charged me too much. And lastly, I waited for almost an hour for my cleaning and nobody even noticed me and my fiance sitting there for so long. I mean, what's the point of setting up an appointment if they aren't even going to abide by it. There was another gentleman waiting just as long as I was and we had the same appointment time. However, they only acknowledged him after 2 - 3 other people walked in and waited not even 10 minutes and were then called. I canceled my appointment and I will not be back.

I’ve been going to Gentle Teeth for years and I’ve NEVER experienced what I experienced today! Looks like a whole new staff and the person my kids were scheduled with, her tone was on 1 so I could barely hear her and her English wasn’t good. Poor cleaning as the actual dentist had to do cleaning. Everyone was asking me questions that clearly if they read the charts they would know. Treated me like I was a new patient. I can go on but what’s the point. On to find a new dentist.

The entire team is amazing. Both doctors are knowledgeable and stays on top of patients. The ladies here are fun, friendly and patient. My son and I have been going to Dr. Samuel and his team for 7 years and counting.
