It was a long wait to see Dr. Kennedy, my appointment was at 11:00 and I didn't see him until 11:45. However, the wait was definitely worth it! Dr. Kennedy took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I understood. It made me realize why the initial wait was long, simply because he makes quality time to spend with his patients. After my appointment I made sure to schedule an appointment for my son, that's how much the trust was built in that one session.

Dr. Kennedy was able to see me right away for a somewhat urgent medical problem with my eye. They processed me quickly, updated my records, then Dr. Kennedy thoroughly examined me. His diagnosis, explanation prognosis was very professional and put me at ease that my condition would resolve itself. I appreciate the excellent consideration and care I received from Dr. Kennedy and his staff and gladly recommend the his practice at the Family Eye Site.

Dr. Kennedy is an outstanding optometrist. His detailed and meticulous approach ensures you understand your full work up and what is going on with your eyes. You never leave feeling unsure or like you still have questions. My whole family sees Dr. Kennedy and couldn't be happier with our visits. Jarrett is also a great optician. He helped me pick out the best frames for my face and lifestyle. He explained all the different lens options, making sure I left happy with my choice. The office environment is very calming and intimate, while keeping the appointments fast and efficient. When I arrived at my appointment I was greeted immediately. Check in and escorted to the examining room. Dr. Kennedy spent the time I needed to answer all my questions. I left there feeling good about my visit.

Dr. Kennedy is great . He is very attentive and thorough throughout the eye exam. My husband and I have been coming to him for a few years and we are very happy with him.

Messy, most disorganized office I’ve ever dealt with (better going to Walmart). Someone just called me 7 months later to tell me I have trial contacts to pick up and to let me know I have a balance on my account. 7 months ago, when I came for my exam, I had insurance and paid for said exam in full or so I thought. However the front desk humans made a mistake and ended up calling me back and telling me I still had a balance due for my exam and I told her that I absolutely did not and have the bank statement that shows I paid the day of the exam. Whoever I spoke to said they’d look into it and get back to me. Now I have their optician calling me 7 months later who clearly who has NO BACKGROUND on the situation (because it’s evident they keep poor notes and records of interactions why didn’t anyone leave a note that they were looking into it?) telling me I have trials that I could pick up and to pay the balance… 7 months later and telling me not to have an attitude while on the phone with her when it is clear she knows absolutely nothing and hasn’t done any due diligence on the matter. Get your house in order. Definitely lost a patient. The doctor is not that great honestly anyways, he was simply the closest to my residence at the time, but he isn’t nearly as thorough or confident as other doctors I’ve had in the past.

Went to my first eye exam in probably 10+ years here today. It was a very smooth and professional experience. Everyone was very friendly and the doctor did not try to over-sell me on anything that I didn't really need. Would definitely recommend this location for your eye needs.

Always a great appointment at Family Eye site. All the staff is always pleasant and very professional. You never feel rushed with your concerns. They all take the time to address your questions and are very informative on their recommendations. Dr. Kennedy is always personable and very knowledgeable. Dr Kennedy was very thorough in his explanations of my eyesight and eyes. Based on my family history he wanted to make sure all is good with my eyes. He showed me a comparison of my current prescription and the one my tests showed today. Highly recommend his services.

Products are of awful quality and vision tests are inaccurate. For the first time EVER my gas permeable contact lenses cracked - TWICE. My husband had glasses made and can't see with them. We will never go back.

Been going here about 3 years. If not 4. Staff is always friendly. My last appointment I booked online. Arrived at office and the wait at max was 5 minutes. Friendly staff at reception. My exam with Dr. Kennedy is always great. He really takes the time to check my vision and eye issues so we can prevent further issues with my vision as I only have clear vision in one eye. My exam literally took an hour an a half including having my pupils dilated. He’s as fair as they come and I have no concerns recommending him and his staff to anyone i know. Keep up the excellent work

Dr. Kennedy and his staff are exceptional. They provided excellent care and were able to see us right away. My son has exams this week and broke his glasses. Another office told us we would just have to wait 2 weeks until the new glasses came in. Dr. Kennedy suggested contacts and the office was able to make a pair of glasses on site to meet our needs for the time being. Dr. Kennedy and his staff demonstrate excellent customer service and put patient needs first.
