I had 2 implants surgery. Doctor was very caring and relaxing and made me feel very comfortable and calm. He was outstanding. Staff is also amazing very polite and accommodating. I would recommend this doctor and his office to my best friends. Inna V.

My appointment was at 5. I arrived at 428pm. The doctor didn’t see me not until. 550pm. No doubt the doctor s time is precious so is mine. This was my very first visit and it was a referral from a current patient. The dental assistant are not friendly and very unprofessional. The office could have been neater.

I have been going to G Dental for years. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Igor is the best , he is thorough , non judgmental and fair. I want to take this time to commend Niurka, the dental hygienist who cleans my teeth . As a patient who has great fear with teeth cleaning, Niurka is always gentle and makes me feel safe. I cannot say enough good things about her. The office staff is also very courteous and professional . This is where you want to go for your dental work.

This is a great dental office. I’ve used it for almost 50 years ever since my first cleaning. Dr Igor took over quite some time ago but has kept this office functioning flawlessly. Never a problem getting an appt, friendly and efficient staff, competent hygienists, Dr Igor is a kind man and has awesome skills. Best of all, he tells you like it is and doesn’t overcharge.

I am so delighted to have discovered G Dental. Everyone, from the staff to the doctors, are light years ahead of any other dental practice in terms of high quality service and expertise. I completely recommend G Dental to anyone who asks me. A+ !

I showed up on time for my appointment, but it took 47 minutes to be taken back. After the doctor left, it took another 35 minutes sitting alone before the hygienist came in. Nobody ever checked on me or told me why I was waiting. I was ready to just walk out. Also, I was told my teeth were in great condition by both the doctor and hygienist with no caries and no buildup. Instead of having basic prophylaxis cleaning, which is fully covered by my dental plan, I was put on a more expensive periodontal maintenance plan without any explanation as to why; I have never had periodontal disease. I didn’t realize this until I was leaving and charged a $50 copay. Furthermore, from what I have read about the difference between prophy and periodontal maintenance, the hygienist didn’t even perform a proper cleaning at that level, so I feel even more ripped-off. This is why I have trust issues with dentists, and why I will be looking for a new one.

Lovely professional front desk and staff! Niurka is patient with me since I’m always nervous. She does a good cleaning. And Doctor Igor is very honest! I’ve been going for a few years and never dissatisfied!

Worst experience ever. Wait time is horrible. Staff members are not pleasant to deal with and some don't even know how to do their job. The specific tech that did the cleaning was rude, aggressive, and unpleasant to deal with. Although this could be an isolated issue it was the worst situation to be in. This is the exact reason people are scared to return to see a dentist. My daughter was truly traumatized. Never returning to this facility.

I have been seeing these dentists for years and I wish I could give them 5 stars, unfortunately my recent experience wasn't great. I had good service from the hygienists, but the billing people didn't tell me my insurance was now out of network until AFTER the procedure, so I had to pay a lot out of pocket. This was really disappointing because I informed them of the insurance change well in advance. I hope they get this corrected for future patients.

I absolutely love this dentist office. I drive all the way from Homestead fl 45 mins for my appointments. You will never leave with an unresolved problem no matter your financial state. I have my whole family going.

Dr Igor is the best Dental Surgeon that I have ever encountered in my 82 years on the planet. Also Always Very Friendly & Helpful Front Desk Personnel especially Michelle, some helpful Dental Staff such as the Very Friendly & Cheerful Young Lady Professional who completed my permanent crown installation on April 19th. Kudos to the above mentioned Professionals who will be the sole reason for my return visits to G Dental Pembroke Pines! Yesterday I had a 430 appointment. I had it scheduled for about 4 months, from my last cleaning there. When I arrived, I was told I was not on the schedule and would be taken if the next appointment did not show up. According to the tech cleaning yesterday since it was not confirmed I would not be taken. This was handled very unprofessionally. I had the reminder card as proof. I will not be returning along with my family.

I have been coming here for years! I am very picky and selective with dentists and sometimes fear a cleaning but G dental never fails to make me feel comfortable and every hygienist is great. I’ll never trade for another dentist. I drive about an hour just for them! You can trust the ENTIRE team! They don’t give you a run for your money and genuinely want to help

I have referred 4 people to this dentist because its a better experience than most but they never gave me a discount. Not even 5% off a regular cleaning. I find it pretty rude considering my referrals and I have spent thousands here and I was a longtime customer. Not anymore.

The office is easy to reach, always friendly and polite, but the most important, the crew is very professional. I did and will recommend GDental to all my friends.

Just left my appointment after the dental assistant was extremely rude to me when taking my x-rays. After aggressively tossing the lead vest on my chest and shoving the x-ray film in my mouth, I had enough. This was after I told her she was being overly forceful, to which she didn’t apologize and instead said “Okay mami but I have to do this” in an aggravated tone. She had a major attitude after the dentist (Dr. Santos) failed to listen to my concerns about new onset tooth pain and only agreed to taking an x-ray after I was persistent about my pain. Without knowing anything about me or my life, Dr. Santos suggested that my tooth pain was stress induced teeth clenching/grinding. This is the 2nd time I have gone there with tooth pain that the dentist didn’t want to do anything about. They always seem too busy (or in this case annoyed) to want to do the work. Currently making a grievance complaint with my insurance to make sure this visit isn’t charged as I will be finding a new dentist for my care. **edit for the response from owner the size of the lead apron and film is irrelevant. the apron should never have been tossed on me and the film never should have been shoved in my mouth. she also never should have spoken to me that way after i expressed that she was being rough. she never apologized when i told her or when i got up from the chair and told her i was leaving because of how she was behaving. your reply never addressed her behavior so you clearly don’t mind it. that’s probably the bigger problem. as for my tooth pain, i did find another dentist…thank you for your support. he listened to my concerns, performed a thorough exam using more than just his eyes and took x-rays. guess what? it was a cavity. a quick filling and i’m all better now. perhaps your staff can do a better job of listening to your patients.

One of the best is an understatement, this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in the staff is friendly, the environment is immaculate. The dental assistants are very kind, helpful and informative and Dr. Igor is amazing he treat you like family.

Dr. Igor is always very attentive to my oral health and takes good care of me. We also have a good sense of humor between us, which helps relax me.

Eventhough I'm very scared of the dentist my experience with GDental has been great! From the staff, Dentist, and Hygienist have been wonderful and patient with me. I would recommend them 100%.

Today was the third time I had a cleaning here. My hygienist was Niurka ( if I spell it wrong I apologize). She was very sloppy and rough while performing a cleaning. After hurting my very sensitive gum spot, she didn't even apologize for it. The whole process was extremely painful and unpleasant at all. The water was gushing out of my mouth all over my face, while she was cleaning. After I went to the receptionist they tried to charge me $65 and when I asked for what, they ignored my question twice and finally they made up the story that they "accidently" gave me a quote for the wrong person. If I didn't ask, They would charge me $65 for nothing. This is unacceptable at all. At that time this is the inly one hygienist they have, BUT I will never come to have cleaning with Niurka again.

Went in to have a crown and had a great experience! The Doctor was very cautious of hurting me I had a shot to numb the area and never felt the needle. It was fast and I was very comfortable while the tooth was being prepared! I highly recommend this office for any kind of dental procedures!!!

I highly recommend this office .Very organized secretaries, minimum waiting time, qualified hygienist. The main treasure of the office is the the dentist Igor. He is very professional, trustful, I always rely on his consultations and follow his advice. It takes me 45 minutes to drive to this office but i prefer to see dentist Igor!
