My experience was not good and I would not recommend this practice based on it. The wait time in the lobby was average , about 30 minutes. It was about 20 mins in the exam room but at least the PA came in. It looks my son's was the doctor's last appointment because I felt rushed through it and did not feel I could ask all the questions I had. He wasn't very clear on the reason why my son needed surgery. The surgical coordinator was quick to give me a pamphlet on a surgical center they use and after a said I preferred the hospital he didn't seem like it was their preference and gave me many reasons why that would take longer to schedule. He said he'd call or email to follow up and almost 1 month later and I still have not heard from him. The office staff does not know how to give access to patient portal. The portal does not have ANY information regarding the visit. Finally the office staff does not pick up the phone after I've tried to contact them for clarification and do not return my calls. It was a waste of my of time and money having gone to that doctor.

My experience is always good visiting Dr. Sina Joorabchi. He is so welcoming and makes you feel at ease. I am always learning something new on my visits. I will not hesitate to refer my family and friends to his practice.

I had a terrible fall and fractured my nose this doctor is recommended by my doctor and they got me in immediately examined me and schedule me for a procedure the following week. Everybody was so nice and understanding. When the doctor came in to do the procedure he explained every little thing he was going to do from the gas to numb me in my nose to the little injection that they gave me and when they were finished with resetting my nose mind you I felt nothing just a little pressure they made sure they explained everything to me as I left. The staff and the doctor was very professional compassionate and took the time with you..

It saddened me to write this review, with less than five stars, because my whole family had been patients with Dr. J for a while. However, last month I called to schedule an appointment for my son. The office gave me an appointment, and TODAY they called me to refer him to a different doctor. The office waited a whole month to cancel this appointment the day before. My son goes to college in Tallahassee, so His time back home is limited. I have to plan Drs appointments ahead of time. Now I have no appointment, and it is too late to make an appointment with any other ENT. I guess that is what happens when you become famous; the people that supported you when you were regular people don't matter anymore.

This was my 3rd visit. My first 2 appointments I saw P.A. Ryan . He was great! He spent lots of time with me , throughly listening to my issues and guided me through the 1st steps to try to help my sinus issues. I ended up having a CT scan done and was to see Dr. Joorabchi on my next visit. I am sorry to say I was very disappointed! He seemed as though he had not even reviewed my CT scan , until entering the room . Frankly he seemed rushed and in a hurry as the office was crowded with patients waiting. My daughter is in the medical field and I ask could we get her on the phone to inform her of his findings. He explained he didn’t have time, which is understandable, but he would call her at the end of the day. That didn’t happen. When I checked out at the front desk there was some confusion with scheduling my procedure Dr. Joorabchi wanted to perform on me . The guy at the front desk let me know he would have the find out from the Dr. if this would be in patient procedure or needed to be done in the hospital. This appointment was in November 2, 2022 today is November 12th, 2022. I have yet to hear from his office. I will seek out another physician who has the time to take care of his patients. I completely feel through the cracks !?

It would have been nice to be informed that sleep study equipment wasn’t available in house in advance. I regret not not utilizing other ENT offices who provide the equipment on the initial visit to be returned the following day. And the ones who didnt have equipment or sent clients to third parties gave courtesy notice. Competent doctor, nice staff and good service but tedious processes. As a health care professional, the top priority is always the client and not money which this entire fiasco seems to be motivated by. Too many appointments for simple diagnostics with excessive billing, not a happy camper. Assisting 3 different people with similar ENT needs and the client that was seen at this location is STILL having to return for multiple follow ups while the other 2 have already gotten results, sleep devices and final instructions/recommendations. It would also be nice if someone schedules an appointment with a specific doctor to simply say “Dr. J has no availability that day, would you like to see Dr or PA such n such”. Would’ve given one star but I’ll own part of the blame assuming I didn’t have o early question staff when making the initial appointment.

Dr. Sina A. Joorabchi is an excellent ENT doctor. The office staff from the check in, pre-check in, staff members that prepare you to be seen by Dr. Joorabchi and the doctor himself have always made me feel comfortable. The service that I received and the procedure were clearly explained to me, at the follow up visits I was well informed on what was done and what I should know what I needed to do. After the procedure I have felt wonderful, able to breath and will continue to see Dr. Joorabchi during my healing process. Lastly, I work at JMH//UM before retiring, excellent bedside manner, which you sometimes don’t receive from other physicians, Hurrah for me finding a doctor with his experience and knowledge. God Bless him as he continues to help individuals who suffer from problems of ENT.

Being able to find a doctor and staff that understand the reasons why you are visiting and leave the office knowing that they did their very best to help you, these days is rare to find, but that was my experience at Dr. Sina Joorabchi. From the receptionist, nurses and Dr. Joorabchi himself, they all showed me that having me as a patient matter, my health matter, and understanding it’s impact at all levels: physically, emotionally and mentally matter to them. This is part of their overall evaluation. Shout out to Ralph for his quality of service and the rest of the staff for being an example of hight quality of care. Thank you!

Got a same day appointment for severe nose bleeds which is greatly appreciated. Staff and Doctor Joorabchi were friendly, professional and kind. They also attended my wife last month and she as well had a pleasant experience. Great job guys. You’ve got 2 patients for life. Rene Z

Dr. J is my guy because he 👃 what he is doing (lol). They have such an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. I can't say enough about his staff, they are absolutely amazing. For the first time ever I am actually looking forward to a follow-up visit.

Dr Joorabchi is the best doctor I have ever had. He fixed the allergies I've had for 20 years with a laser treatment. No more nasal spray!!! He is very knowledgeable and professional like his entire staff. Very passionate and personable, I love going to his office, which is odd since it is a doctor's appointment.

The environment in that office is amazing! The staff is super helpful and nice the girls in the front answered all my questions. Finally Dr joorabchi is just awesome, he really cares about his patients and you can tell. 10/10 for this office!

Dr Joorabchi completely changed my nose for the better. He is very personable and has great bedside manner. He performed a small procedure on my nose and I can breathe now at 100%. Ryan the PA is also amazing! he has treated me for my ears and nose and has taken care of every issue!

So far so good, I was not there long because I have to return for an scheduled test. The doctor and the staff were all very nice and courteous. The waiting time was also reasonable. The doctor was highly recommended by the rehab place where I go for my OT

Awesome staff which is truly rare today. Quick in and out both times, no long waiting. Dr J is very compassionate, thorough and listens to you. Not able to find the cause of my ear fluttering but at least we have ruled out ENT related. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone at this office is so nice. They are quite efficient. I like that they kept the door to the exam room open while I waited and acknowledged me whenever they passed by. I was in and out quickly but I never felt rushed. Dr. Sina, was friendly and listened to what was going in. I was quite happy with the visit. The videos in the waiting room featuring Dr. Sina were quite informative. My husband liked them too.

The experience was wonderful, Rob, was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and made me feel very welcome as a new patient. Overall, everyone was polite and courteous. Will definitely recommend my family and friends to this office. Both the physician assistant and doctor were respectful and knowledgeable about their work. Gained a lot of insight on taking care of my ears from watching and talking with the doctor. Keep up the good work.

Amazing doctor and staff. Although the office was quite busy the wait was reasonable. However, most importantly my health concerns were addressed and I left the office feeling satisfied with the outcome.

Terrible experience. I would have selected no stars but I gave them 1 for even calling my son in after an hour wait. This one lady was waiting for an hour in a half and never was called. Once she went to ask the receptionist (which is very unprofessional) She was told that she had to reschedule which the young lady became livid because her son was complaining about not being able to hear. Once I was placed in room 6 which could have been tidy, my son and I had to wait for another 30 mins just for the doctor to rush a diagnosis. Dr. Sina. He was very sarcastic as well. And he should wear face mask 😷 for health reasons and to protect others.

Had a 10:30 appt. The night before I get a text message to preregister. I filled out everything and submitted ahead of my arrival at 10:15. I was taken back to the exam room at 10:25 and was thrilled we were on schedule because I took off work and had to pay a baby sitter to make the appointment. After sitting there patiently for over an hour, I asked a nurse when i can expect dr to see me. They said I'm next and he finally arrived at 11:40. After only a 2 minute verbal interaction, I was told, "you need surgery." This review is not a reflection on Dr Sina's abilities or quality of work, but rather and the ridiculous nature of the business being run. It seems they only care about maximizing profits by intentionally overbooking, with little regard to spending time with the patient. Paying to see a medical professional, nobody wants to feel like a number or rushed when they finally get their time with the Dr. This is exactly how this place makes you feel. Obviously surgery is the most profitable service an ENT offers so if that is immediately thrown out as the only option 2 minutes into the interaction with basically no physical examination, I think it shows what kind of operation we have here. I won't be coming back for surgery or future visits.

The doctor's office was easy to find. The checking in process was to the point and businesslike. They did a complete hearing test before I even saw the doctor. So they had no clue about why I was visiting besides the brief interview with the nurse. The doctor was very businesslike as well. Gave me a prescription and sent me on my way.

Minimal waiting time, always good atmosphere. Dr. Joorabchi is amazing. Explains everything and takes a conservative approach first. He takes his time when explaining how he will move forward with treatment and what should be expected. Very happy with the service.

We flew twice from Canada to see Dr.J He went above and beyond for our daughter! He was caring and professional with our family. He quickly diagnosed and corrected our daughter‘s hearing issue. The staff was also very helpful and friendly each time we interacted with them. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend Dr.J’s office to anyone. Very attentive doctors and staff which truly care about their patients. I come here every few months for ear wax removal and my ears always feel MUCH better after my appts. It’s only the only ENT I go to and I highly recommend them.

Staff called me today and explained the procedure I am having done in a couple of weeks, medications I can and I cannot take, she replied to all my question, and it was with a very personal touch. First time ever visiting this type of doctor and honestly, Dr Sina and the staff were really professional and VERY communicative. This is really interesting to me because I've had experience in which the doctors are not communicative enough. And when I say they were communicative I mean, they talked about what was going to happen since the moment I entered the office, they explained what they were doing and why, they explained my issues, how i can solve them and what we can do about it. They even asked if i wanted to proceed with the procedures. This is how medical processes should be handled. The staff was always in sync and very knowledgeable.

Dr. Joorabchi and PA Campos were both great. Accurately diagnosed my issue and developed a course of treatment that was effective and pain free. Great patient care.

Taking my baby to Doctor Joorabchi changed our lives . He is one of those few doctors who are not in the medicine field only for the money . Finding a professional and human being at the same time is very difficult in this country. We are beyond blessed

I was "terribly" impressed! Nice staff well groomed. On the day of my appointment,Dr Joorabhi had celebrated his own BDAY!congrats. He appeared to be knowledgeable on his craft. I did have to wait a little, but, was not anything to long.

The process from setting the appt to checking was phenomenal. The entire staff was very professional. I felt comfortable and at ease. They were thorough in their approach to my issue and healed my concerns. I would highly recommend Florida ENT Associates.

Let's just say I'm a firm believer that it's not what happens to you its how you handle it that matters, and they couldn't have handled my situation better. A polite and sincere approach combined with an understandable explanation and apology, i can't ask for more! Definitely looking forward to my upcoming apt now that's all behind us since after all, everyone deserves a second chance!

Dr. Joorabchi and his staff are incredible. Very organized and the doctor is compassionate and you can tell he really cares about his patients. Raz his assistant is amazing!! He is on his game and got my husband's authorization for a CT Scan within 24 hours!! He kept me in the loop the entire time even though I didn't go to the appointments with my husband. He too is an awesome human being and goes above and beyond to help in anyway he can. Thank you so much to both of you. I will definitely refer my friends and family to you.
