It was a wonderful experience! The doctor was very thorough and efficient. Very professional. Answered all my questions and the testing took 20mins max. Luis was very friendly and extremely helpful!! Took his time to show me different lens till I found the ones I wanted. He was very attentive and caring. I’m very happy with the results. Best experience ever, Brandon helped me book my appointment. Brandon was extremely patient and knowledgeable of the many questions I asked. He even called, and followed up with me. Although, Brandon was not there once I arrived, Stephanie was able to assist me. Stephanie was patient and helped me choose a new set of glasses. Dr. Sala was nice as well. The whole staff was awesome. Definitely coming back.

Luis, the Optical Manager was amazing. I work from home doing Tech Support and use computer glasses all day long. It's been years since I replaced them. I have a narrow face and most glasses don't look that great on me. Luis was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient and took his time with me to make sure I found the perfect frames. My wife and I very much enjoyed talking with him. I feel like he's a long lost friend. Great customer service and definitely will return!

I haven't purchased new glasses in several years. Once I got my new prescription for both glasses and contacts, my friend highly recommended Target in Pembroke Pines. Their selection of glasses is impressive with a wide variety of frames. Most importantly, Ramses was phenomenal in helping me pick out the right frame for my face and very knowledgeable in choosing the right lenses for my high prescription. I'm so thankful for his help. Great customer service. Brandon was very knowledgeable of the optical products, great communication skill. I told him what type of glasses I was looking for and he brought me four pairs and I chose one.

Do NOT under any circumstances chose this Target Optical. It’s been a nightmare. I got my eyes examined in July and received trial contact lenses. Nothing worked, was told to wait 4 weeks for specific trial lens, it took 6 more weeks. Staff assured me, 2 weeks tops, to receive my prescription lens. I ordered and paid for lenses. I’m still waiting, it’s October. Staff leaves you on hold, fails to return calls and then acts as if it’s your fault. I’ve spent $300 on exam and $160 for contacts. A complete waste of money and time.
