Dealing with this place is like pulling a tooth. Make sure you get everything in writing. This place gives Subaru dealerships a bad name I have never had a worse experience at any car dealership at all. My Crosstrek on the other hand is an awesome piece of machinery.

Update: When I decided to upgrade my Sport to the Forester Wilderness, Andres and Allan worked together to make me a deal too good to pass up, and then Allan personally delivered it to us in Key West. What else could you ask from a dealer?! Great service as always! Joe and his service team took care of both my Forester and my wife's Crosstrek, and had us on the road back home to Key West in short order. Worth the trip when you know you're in good hands

I drove up to this dealership last week just to look at cars not really thinking that I was going to be purchasing one that day, and I was greeted by Andres who is very nice in showing me a few differences in the Crosstreks that were available. I had left after viewing the cars, but called my family on the way home and had more questions so I drove 20 minutes back. Andres was very nice and answering all of my new questions, and to even set up, putting a reserve on an incoming 2024 Crosstrek. Being someone who's never bought a car before I had told him that I was nervous after hearing horror stories of people, especially women going to car dealerships and not being taken care of but Andres made sure that I was very comfortable that the process was fun, and he helped out with every little bit along the way to make sure that I knew exactly all of the features of the car as well as all of my questions and concerns were answered. I highly recommend this dealership and if you are looking for a new Subaru at all Andres was extremely helpful.

Excellent customer service, a little advise go and ask for Mr. Alex Caballero who will go above and beyond helping you find the deal that best fit your budget, what I mostly liked is that there was no pressure to buy, they will show you the numbers and it will be your decision. Amazing people, outstanding service! I would give this place 10 stars if I could. A few weeks ago I drove 5 hours to spend the weekend with friends who live in south FL. I was about a mile from their house when my Forester's dashboard lit up with multiple warnings. The following day, which was a Saturday, I drove to Subaru of Pembroke Pines to get the car checked out. The initial prognosis was that it could take up to a week for the repair. Upon hearing that I live 5 hours away, assistant service manager Joe Salerno said, "Don't worry, we're gonna take care of you." And that they did. Within 10 minutes he had the codes for the diagnosis (thankfully covered by warranty). Within another 10 minutes he verified that they had all the parts in stock. 20 minutes later I had a loaner car and a promise from Joe that he would do his best to have the repair done by Tuesday, as I had to be back at work Wednesday. They did even better than that --my car was ready by early Monday afternoon. They saved me from having to drive home in a loaner and then make another 10-hour round trip drive to pick up my car. Many, many thanks to Joe Salerno and Subaru of Pembroke Pines for saving my weekend and taking such great care of me and my Forester! You guys rock!!

Steven helped us out last week at Subaru in Pembroke. So much better than our first experience. He took personal care of us even though our vehicle had been purchased in August. Our second key had not been activated. Rather than having us come back for an appointment a week later, he arranged for it to be taken care of that day. Also personally put our license plate on the car for us. The automotive department person was also very nice in assisting and explaining how the key worked including the emergency piece. I appreciated the care and time taken at this visit. I have my faith renewed in this Subaru dealership.

I had to have my car towed to the Subaru Dealership right before the holidays. The service representative was so helpful and said despite some intensive work that needed to be done , he would do everything he possibly could to get my car back to me before the holiday. I was so grateful when he was actually able to make it happen! I picked up my car on New Year’s Eve and was able to thank Jorge personally as he even waited for me to come in to pick it up- he made everything so easy and the car is running perfectly!

This rating is based on the customer service received. I recommend showing me the video of my car. The next time I call I expect a video, otherwise the next call after that will be from a team of lawyers. This is my last chance. The manager Chris has been avoiding it and says that it was down. I told him personally it wasn’t like that before I left it here and they said it was going to be taken care of. 2 days later I come and they say it’s going to be 300 and I said I have no problem paying it if I see the video to confirm it was already like that. Very simple!
