I took my 9 year old here this past Saturday (12/05/2020) for his first time and he loved it! The cashier at the front when we first walked in greeted us and was extremely professional and helpful!! We told him it was his first time at a bookstore and gave my son a special welcome and even helped us locate a specific book that my son was looking for and gave some more recommendations. We both had such a great time and experience that we are definitely coming back. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the employee that was so helpful Saturday morning but he deserves a raise. The ambience of the entire bookstore was calm and serene and everything was fully stocked, and neat & clean. I was very impressed. Also, the staff in the cafe were courteous as well as knowledgeable. They made the best hot drinks for us.

Lovely place. Favorite for hanging out for coffee and for buying the most beautiful books. Such a pity that many bookstores closed and left us stranded in no man’s land (cyberspace) 😞

Just want to take a moment to congratulate Ms. Karina from Starbucks Barnes & Noble who offer an exceptional customer service to me and my daughter today. The drink she prepared to us was amazing and the Oreo Cheesecake was delicious too🤤. Keep doing an Amazing Work Ms. Karina you deserve a big raise. We will come back soon for sure!

Bookstore culture is alive and well in South Florida! On a midday afternoon, I saw plenty of people of varied ages and ethnicities, browsing for books and in the café. The registers were doing a brisk business. The employees seemed unhurried. As a librarian, this all made me happy. It has a literary criticism, drama, and poetry section! Obvious, maybe, but wonderful. I picked up a collection of William Carlos Williams' poetry. And a psychology book (predictable). (And a card for my wife.) A most excellent bookstore trip (if too far from my house--sigh). Highly recommended.

My favriote Barnes and Noble to go too! The staff are extremely kind and Knowledgable. They go out of their way to find Books that arent in stock at the front!

Wide selection of books and they also have a Starbucks. The store is set up really well and I enjoy going to this Barnes and noble location. Grab a pink drink and browse! You will find something

The actual book store personal was awesome prompt to assist. But the Cafe, sit and wait conversation is more important than the customer. Still waiting it's been 20 minutes 😡😡😡😡 I should have driven to a qualified Starbucks.

I love this bookstore because of the employees. They go out of their way to make customers feel welcome and certainly are helpful. I know told Melissa thank you many times for going out her way to find two books for me, but I will say once again: Thank you, Melissa and the rest of the staff!

My favorite Barnes & Nobles in the area! Their YA and Fantasy sections are just a million times better than the other location a little closer to me. They also have a larger Cafe area with more seating that I appreciate.

I love this bookstore!! They had a buy one get one half off and the service was great. They were able to put the sticker on a sequel I was looking for to get the deal and was a very happy camper that came out of there with 2 new books. Will see on getting some more next week for Black Friday 🙌 but yes the ambiance and customer service was great. Definitely come to this location!

I enjoy stopping in here after work..great guest service all around. Got myself a few books and then stopped by to grab coffee. Will keep visiting. Definitely recommend.

This place is nice to relax and get great coffee if you want a quiet place to read and relax this is the place. They have great book selections and gifts.

Very nice, very pleasing to the eye. Google Maps tells me I was at this location 7+ years ago. Has improved if you like bookstores this is a good one.

Libraries like Barnes & Noble are the best. A place to relax. Have a coffee or snack and rejoice in the magical world of books. Good relaxing vibes. It’s like being back when the world was a happy better place! Where you can rejoice interacting with other customers in the inside Starbucks with lots of tables for everyone meanwhile you read the new book or whatever you bought. EXCELLENT

It was a random visit. However, I enjoyed it thoroughly. It's been a while since I've seen cds, so I was caught up on the music section with the old vinyl records. Nice place.

Friendly and very helpful staff. They took the time to help me search for this book. When we couldn't find it they ordered it for me and held it until I came back from out of town. Totally awesome customer service 💯😊

I went there yesterday to get a venti latte and a chipotle ham and cheese sandwich. I was disappointed , the cap couldn’t close the coffee, I spilled it all over me. The coffee was tasteless, I threw the remaining away.Bad service, luckily I didn’t get a big burn from it.

The bookstore was clean and orderly. I didn't find what I was looking for initially and two workers pasted me straight, never greeted me or asked if I needed help finding anything. I Believe it was a manager training a new employee ( WOULD HAVE BEEN THE PERFECT TRAINING EXPERIENCE). However, this wasn't the customer service experience I'm use to receiving at Barnes and nobles. But after some time looking around for a book I needed an employee was so helpful in helping me find the book, greeted me and even suggested some great reads which I eventually purchased when I got back home to NY. I wish I remembered his name and I did this review when I was in Florida however (he) was a tall guy, slim built, I believe Hispanic with dark hair. Thank you so much for your help, knowledge and recommendations! I'll visit again soon and update everyone with the employees name.

Theyhave removed the tables to sit , the only available tables are small cirlces in the Starbucks area. These are not big enough to have a laptop and study on.

One of the best Barnes and Noble I've been to. Kind of in a busy outdoor mall so use the entrance at the rear or come at a less busy hour.

This place is great for those who love reading! I have been here many times and always have interesting selection of books and if you want it, you can have a member card where they give you points and discounts with each purchase. I’m a Stephen King fan and here I always find new ways to enjoy myself with this and other authors. Oh! And here there’s a coffee section, so feel free to buy a book and then sit and read!

Disappointing experience today. Went to pick up a book for myself and several friends for our book reading group. Though it was listed as being in stock, it wasn't. The associate I spoke with was helpful, but waiting for over 10 days for them just wasn't satisfactory... Checked for the book on A____n and will receive them at my door in 2 days for a lower price! Maybe next time B&N.

Hello All. Little about my visit to Barnes & Nobles. If you like to read then this place is for you. B&N has books for ever one. Large section for every age group. The place is clean and the books are stacked neatly. Just wish there was a store In Hialeah, Fl.

This place was we organized and found what the kids needed.. But the girl working at kids books I can say needs customer service skills.. I asked about finding a book her reply "was there are lots of books I don't know where it can be" then went to the computer and located it for me. She should have just said I don't where it might be and we can look it up and find it. She was just needs better skills talking with customers..

Nice place to study. The shelves are always get filled quickly so I don't have to wait for the book I want to come on shelf. Staff is nice and the place is calm and quiet.

Definitely one of my favorite barnes & noble I've been to, very chill and nice atmosphere even at peak hours. Also love the kids section which even for story telling and a lot of stuffed animals so you can interact with while telling a story to them. Cant wait to go back buy some books and stay hours reading in the cafe.
