    What a great place! I am not particularly fond of the car buying process, so I came into it with a bit of a negative outlook. I brought my friend in because she wanted an ILX. She was also very skeptical about the buying process. We were INSTANTLY greeted and attended to. Our sales consultant was Rodney. He was very professional, and an absolute gentleman. He was very detailed and attentive to all of our needs. He was patient and took his time. We never once felt rushed or hassled. This experience has definitely given me a different outlook on what it takes to buy a vehicle. My friend left with a lease on the car she wanted and at a great price. Thank you Acura of Pembroke Pines. Awesome job.

    Beware of this dealership! They sold my daughter Shanice a 2018 Toyota Camry (March 2023)that was traded in but never went through a dealer inspection before putting out for resell. Acura Pembroke Pines you need to do better!

    Service advisor said how worn my brakes are and needed to be replaced immediately. I’ll put the picture of the old brakes and new brakes side to side for everyone to make their opinion. It was maybe 1/3 worn. Please Double check their recommendations before blindly saying yes to any service, they lack honesty and are looking for a quick dollar

    Service at this place takes forever. They have appointments set up. I had an appointment for my car as well. I was told that the service for my car will only take 1 hour. I got here at 10:15AM and it is currently 1:30PM. Not to mention that, I came here 2 weeks ago because I found something on my car that needs replacing. They needed a new part and the part had to be ordered. When I came in for my appointment, they had made me wait 1 hour to get nothing done on my car since the part came in cracked. I finally get my car, and it sucks that they didn't even wash it since I waited 1 hour and nothing was done, wasted gas to get here and time.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT - DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER LOYALTY OR WANT TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX. THEY PERFORMED THE SAME EXACT "REPAIR" FOR SUSPENSION ISSUES ON MY CAR 4 DIFFERENT TIMES WITH NO SUCCESS, SAME ISSUES PERSISTED. KEPT MY CAR FOR 3 WEEKS ON THE LAST ATTEMPT JUST TO DO THE SAME REPAIR WHICH WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I HAD TO OPEN A LEMON LAW CASE SINCE THEY COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT. MORE RECENTLY, I HAD MY SUNROOF REPAIRED 11 MONTHS AGO, NOW HAVING ISSUES AGAIN AND THEY WON'T COVER IT. DEFINITELY WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM OR SERVICE MY CARS HERE ANY MORE. I'VE TALKED WITH BOTH THE SERVICE MANAGER AND GENERAL MANAGER AT THE LOCATION - NEITHER OF WHICH HAS ANY DESIRE TO ADDRESS THE SHORTCOMINGS OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT'S MULTIPLE FAILED REPAIRS AND JUST SAY "YOU'RE OUT OF WARRANTY"

    Best experience I’ve had at a car dealership by far. Andres and Oscar helped me get into a super luxurious SUV with all the bells and whistles. They where patient with me and waited 4 weeks without harassing me for me to be ready. Then they we’re excellent proxies between me and the manager at the time of negotiation. I’d definitely buy another car here soon, my girlfriend is looking to get an SUV upgrade for herself as well. Thank you for the keychain and license plate frame you guys mailed me for free.

    I had a great experience here, Sam and Jorge worked with me for an out of state purchase and gave me a great price for my TLX. Willy was so pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process and even after picking up my car. The car is amazing and I would definitely do business with them again. 5 stars Really recommend them!

    Coming to Acura dealership to service my car is always a pleasure. My service advisor is Lucas Perez. He's amazing, with every visit. He's attentive to my car and keeps me updated on what's needed and important for me to continue taking care of my car. I wait in the waiting area. It's always clean and quiet. No crowds. Can't ask for more. Everyone is polite and helpful. Thank you.

    I have been taking my car here for years. Never had a problem. Prices are steep but to be expected when going to a dealership. They are by the book, so recommend services based years of car usage or mileage. If you know a bit about cars you know that the timing they recommend can be stretched. All in all I never felt like I was being bamboozled (because I keep a tight record of what has been done to my car), every advisor or staff personal I have encountered have been kind and respectful, and the location has always been clean.

    This has been one of the most pleasant and memorable experience I have ever encounter from a car dealership. Upon calling Acura to inquire about a possible trade and car, I was greeted immediately upon arrival, Sean Bradford had the vehicle I was looking for already available. David Campbell very professional and so kind and sweet made sure that my experience was a pleasant one. I met with Sam Nelson a Manager there and he also was very professional and took the time to assist me with all my needs and wants and took me from my 2019 Honda Accord Sport and right into a 2021 Acura RDX Base brand new and on a lease. Olivia the sales manager also play a part of my experience simply by just making sure that my experience went well and reassuring that if there is anything that I need I can reach out to her. I recommend anyone looking for a great vehicle and family experience on your journey to purchasing a vehicle Pembroke Pines Acura is the best and you won't be disappointed. Forever Acura customer in me they have indeed. They're simply amazing

    Just bought my 2nd car in 1 month from Pines. I probably spoke to every sales person at every dealership from Miami to Jacksonville. This dealership has a really solid sales team. Dino always delivers fair numbers to his team and he is always willing to come out of the box to talk to customers. I bought both times from this dealership because they are transpsrent, numbers were always right and the people are great.

    Jordan Ferber is a wonderful representative of Acura service. He is always patient, answers all questions and offers any assistance that fe can. When our car wouldn’t start on a very wild and rainy night, Jordan went out of his way to try to get us road assistance. Although the AAA was awful and promised to come, and we waited over an hour and a half, Jordan called and tried to push them and promised to arrange assistance by himself if the AAA was not there in 20 minutes. He always goes the extra Mile and we keep coming back to Acura because of his excellent service!!

    ***one of my best car purchasing experiences ever *** Starting with the original very reach out from Olivia when I made an online inquiry. An almost immediate response that was welcoming with no pressure. Sean, my sales advisor was top notch - knew the vehicle, was consultative and personable, I didn't feel pressure. The sales manager Sam, was direct and showed his sincere interest in helping me make the purchase. Starting with a call with my wife and sitting down with numbers. Doug in finance helped me secure a best interest rate and patiently walked through other financial protective options. Gilbert, very friendly as he moved my insurance to my new vehicle then followed up later with a no pressure quote for another insurance options (he dropped it off during my process - didn't make me wait). Great crew at Acura of Pembroke Pines - if in the car market I highly encourage you to visit.

    Anthony our sales rep was amazing! He was very helpful, made the transition painless, and did everything he could to satisfy my requirements. The finance man Jorge was brilliant and explained everything to the point. Lastly, Gilbert from insurance, found a plan for me that was better than what I currently had. My entire experience was hands down magnificent. No complaints. I drove out of there with the car of my dreams. Thank You Acura of Pembroke Pines. I will continue to be a loyal Acura member. Very pleased with my purchase.

    Brought my car into service for a recall. It took twice as long as the postcard stated (about three hours). I did appreciate the sign that out front that stated masks were required… until I noticed that while most of the employees wore their masks, most of the customers in the crowded lobby did not. Why have a rule if you don’t ask your customers to follow it? And maybe the cashier should wear her mask over her nose too.

    I was greeted by Santiago before we entered the dealership. He is professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He helped us from start to finish, took care of all my buying concerns. Finance Manager Giovanni was very efficient and friendly. Overall a very smooth process!

    This was the first big purchase my husband and I made when we got married, and I am so glad we came here! We purchased the Acura RDX A Spec, which is a fabulous car. We worked with Oscar on the sales end, and Ryan in Finance. We got a great deal not just with the car price, but with financing as well. Everyone we worked with was accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth purchasing experience.

    Acura of Pembroke Pines offers the best customer service, the took me in I their busiest day, they not only serviced my car fast, they even washed it and did it with a great smile on their faces, mind you they had a very long line of vehicles.     I just purchased my vehicle from this company on Monday. The service at Acura of Pembroke Pines was excellent; we were greeted, and everyone treated us with respect. The person who oversaw my purchase was Joseph Pineda. He explained everything to my husband in detail and understood what we were looking for in the car. We are delighted with our purchase!

    Be very careful and pay attention when getting your car serviced. Ask questions and and confirm answers. With or without Warranty be sure to get second opinions elsewhere. Most importantly when you purchase “Certified” means nothing.

    I had the pleasure of working with Joseph for my lease buyout and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. I initially went in to see my options as my lease was close to ending. He was very patient in answering all of my questions (which were many) and very knowledgeable. He was understanding of my time frame and my needs and worked with me. He is also very approachable and kind so it was a delight to carry out a conversation with him. I decided that the best thing was to buyout my lease. Joseph followed up with me until the time to do my lease buyout came around. He made the process extremely easy and swift. I’d definitely recommend Joseph if you’re looking to upgrade your car!

    Few days ago I got my brand new MDX 2023, and I love it. Was my first time at this dealership and so far I had a great experience with them. The team were friendly and professional, Olivia Garcia, Ryan Reeves and all others. The salesman Rodney was amazing, knowledgeable and worked we me all the way. I highly recommend Rodney as your salesman. I got the car and set to go less then two hours, was a really smooth and fast process. Thank you Acura of Pembroke Pines and team!

The market is thin for cars especially those with low mileage. Some Dealerships look like a desert. Let’s be kind to our sales people.

    Awesome dealership all the staff and mechanics are super nice and very knowledgeable about cars. Got my car in for an alignment they did a fantastic job and got me out of there fast. If you're looking for great work ask for Miguel or Jonathan.

    Honestly, I really don’t even know what star they deserve. Getting my lease was a good experience, the person that helped us (Joe) was very amicable, helpful and knew what we needed and wanted. Unfortunately, I had an incident with the car and I had to bring it for service. First, we go and explained what happened, the service person kind of helped us. He seemed very new and inexperienced but we said ok. We made an appointment to get my car fixed because the part needed to be ordered. I get there and at that moment he called my husband to tell him the part was not there. I was not happy this was not said prior my arrival. Anyways, I left and he said he will call to let us know when the part arrives. Days later no calls from this guy, we called several times and left messages and no response. One of the calls, we asked for the managers email, the lady/girl on the phone, extremely rude and impatient. We emailed the manager and we finally received a call with some explanation regarding the guy not answering us. Following week, the guy finally called us, made a new appointment, left the car, and got a loaner. Next day, we go pick up the car, and same lady that answered the phone, helped us and again, extremely rude with a lack of customer service. As now, the car is “fixed”. Will I get another Acura? Maybe. Will I get it from Acura if Pembroke Pines? I don’t know! It is my first time at this dealer, and as now, I am not satisfied with their customer service.

    Went in to do some research on buying a car. Greeter was at the greeting desk talking with a sales associate, they both ignored me. I looked around and saw Nigel Redwood, a sales associate at his desk talking to another sales associate. I went over and he seemed excited to get a customer. I told him I just bought a car from Carmax and was comparing his dealership. His attitude changed, he realized I wasn't a potential buyer because my credit is now loaded with my new car. His attitude changed, he seemed like I was now bothering him; but when I came in, he wasn't doing anything. Whole place was empty and he looked tired, depressed and "just hanging in there." Once he realized I wasn't a potential buyer, he was rude, mean and condescending. I got his card off his desk and walked out. If your not looking to buy, they won't entertain you at all.

    This is the third vehicle I purchase with Acura of Pembroke Pines and as always they never disappoint. It was a great experience. I worked with two representatives from the Sales Department, Sean Bradford and Anthony Morales. It was a fantastic experience with both of them. The General Sales Manager Dino also played a big role in working out my deal. He not only made the deal happen but was able to locate my vehicle as well.
