    I bought my Nissan from Auto Nation in Pembroke Pines two years ago and purchased the oil change/rotation package as it was most reasonable. Keeping in mind that the pandemic has caused disturbance in just about every sector, Nissan hasn't escaped it either. At least no one has said anything to the contrary. Three months ago took my car in for regular service, and the receipt stated that tire rotation was completed, when in fact, it wasn't. Presented the evidence to the manager, and he quickly rectified the situation. This time, similar negligence was evident. I requested engine filter and cabin filter be checked for replacement, and mentioned that car pulls to right (since the last time it was serviced). The only mention regarding the filters is that I refused service and the car still pulls to the right. Most likely, no tire rotation. Again. I don't know the reason for these occurrence, perhaps lack of employees, but they check the boxes and send you on your way. Shocked at the lack of service, and attention. Dissatisfied.

    I did not get the assistance I needed. My car was checked for $203 and the gentleman that helped me promised my warranty would pay for my car and that's the only really I agreed to get the diagnostics. He lied and the warranty did not cover anything and I am out $203 because due to him lying to me. I would like to speak with corporate regarding this as I am a long-time customer and I was lied to just for you guys to make $203 (Not to mention I waited over 4 hours.) When I came in I did not have my check engine light on and when I left my check engine light was on. I had to come back a day later and waited more hours for the service center to removed my check engine light. I asked for paperwork on what happened and the manager rushed me off and said they have an emergency meeting and they didn't have time to give me papers and he would email it and didn't of course. Something seemed very fishy. My experience was like no other and I am very disappointed in how the service center treats customers now, especially loyal customers such as myself. I spoke with a few customers and the lobby and we all feel the same. The service center is not like it once was and you could tell they no longer care to help with the new advisors in place. It's all about making money off of customers now and not actually caring and properly assisting.

    From beginning to the end of lease very professional, nice, and made every experience perfect. Could not have asked for better service moving from out of state thought I was going to have problems but did not. Excellent job done by all. Thank you to Steven for everything he did and to Nick the manager for helping also. And financing went smooth also which was very shocking. Typically finance is always a 1-hour deal and a nightmare , not the case here she was very very helpful and polite. Highly recommend.

    This last visit was not what I was hoping for. I've come to this dealership for a couple of years I want to say so I'm somewhat familiar with the time it takes for service, specially oil changes. After my car was serviced, it was put on the queue to get it vacuumed. After watching my car sitting there in front of my for 20 minutes I went to look for my service specialist. She was nowhere to be found. Apparently she had gone out for lunch. So I proceeded to ask another associate to check my car out. I then called the service area manager to report it but was not able to get to him. In the middle of my frustration a gentleman wearing a black shirt (not sure what his role was) was walking by me and asked me if everything was okay. So I proceeded to tell what was going on and he was able to help me locate the rep and key. It took 4 people to locate my key and finally was able to leave without my paperwork. I was there for 3 hours for a simple oil change. Hope next time is much quicker.

I found every single person at this location professional , friendly and very positive during my four visits to your location. I have been particularly impressed with the outstanding follow up and direct communication involving the two cars I sold here . The price was very fair and I enjoyed the interaction with Juan and Rob and their knowledge of the business .

    I recently purchased a used 2019 Nissan Leaf from Pembroke AutoNation Nissan. This was my second Leaf, as my first one was severally damaged in a traffic accident. My sales agent was Oriana and I can't say enough good things about her! I had a rather unique situation in that I needed to have the vehicle shipped to the US Virgin Islands, where I live. This was a new process for them (and me!), and while there were definitely a few hiccups along the way Oriana handled each with grace and efficiency. This included initially locating and moving the vehicle from another dealership for me to test drive, handling the title transfer requirements, facilitating payment options, generating and mailing special shipping documents, storing the car while waiting for the transport ship to be ready, coordinating land transport and helping with some rather odd battery level transportation requirements. She basically had to architect a whole new overseas shipping process! Through it all her communication level was excellent, keeping me informed of the progress the whole way. The other thing I liked was that the cost of the car was exactly as quoted – no hidden “fees” or “international shipping charges” (unlike what I ran into at some other dealerships). The car arrived with everything intact, and like the first one is handling the challenging road conditions here is St. Thomas very well! Should I have to fly to Florida and buy another vehicle I would definitely start with Oriana and AutoNation.

    It's hard to be brief over here but it will be worth reading this review, trust me; I was at Nissan Pembroke Pines a few weeks ago to check out a noise coming from the radiator fan in my Nissan Pathfinder, the experience was horrible from start to finish, my car was in Nissan shops for 2 weeks, the employee I was assigned to was a disaster, first he didn't want to Attend me because it was late (3:30pm) finally I was assigned to him, then he didn't give me any explanation of anything except to made it clear that I should pay $165 for the inspection, I told him that I had an extended warranty and I then I tried to give him the papers of the warranty but he refused, finally he wrote some information on a piece of paper and left, I spent three days calling them to try to find out what was happening with my car but this man didn't answer, he was always busy and never returned the call, I had to write directly to the manager and this gentleman called me to tell me that no one was answering the phone number that he had written down and that therefore my guarantee was not responding and I would have to pay for everything, at this point I contacted the warranty myself to explain the situation, then I connect the warranty with the dealer and make all the dealer's work ! after 2 weeks of dealing between the warranty not being able to get through to this person and that person not making any effort to get through to the warranty I managed to pretty much resolve the issue myself, It's a nightmare to deal with all of this, isn't the first time the experience is unpleasant but this time was too much, I wouldn't recommend this place at all, there's plenty other much better places to do your car's services

    I was greeted with respect from the Nissan staff and Nicole my car advisor trainee presented herself as if she had been with Pembroke Nissan for many years. She was very knowledgeable and never hesitate to address any concerns to Anthony the Assistance Manager. Both conducted themselves in a professional manner working as a team.     I had a situation with the plastic underneath my vehicle and needed to get my car repaired fast. I loved the customer service that was provided to me in this dealer. Jose made it possible for me to get my car early and was very helpful throughout the process. He was able to answer all my questions and quickly called me back when I needed clarification regarding some concerns I had. This is my favorite Nissan dealer! Great job, keep up the good work!     I brought my car in to have 2 filters replaced and the transmission fluid done. They called me about 2 parts that also needed replacement, when I told them I would have to reach out to my warranty company about the other 2 parts they held my car and wouldn’t answer or return my calls. I had to go in person to get answers the following day and when I did they haven’t done any work on ny car at all because “they were waiting to hear back about ny warranty” even though what I had originally brought the car in for doesn’t involve warranty and could have been completed.

    Very impressed with the service department. High level of personal service, from a personalized video from the actual mechanic on what was wrong with my car, provided a discount I didn't know about, giving me a ride to a restaurant at lunch time, and I even saw an ice cream truck pull up in the afternoon. Anthony was honest, shot straight, gave me the options with no sales pressure and made sure to keep me updated in the waiting room. I saw him handle a very difficult customer in a calm professional way with a tremendous amount of patience. This was an unexpected quality experience.

    I have a service contract on my 2020 frontier. My wife took the truck in for scheduled oil change which is included in my contract. Service agent Greg Brady charged her 97.00 dollars for the oil change and recommended brake fluid flush for an additional charge. My truck has 20000 miles on it. I contacted service department and was told i was right and Mr. Brady would call me. the next day I went in person to talk to him. He told me he called me but no answer. I showed him my phone with no history and he said he called the wrong number. I waited for 45 minutes for him to cancel the ticket with the charge, write another ticket for the service, and write another ticket for the warranty. Still have not seen a refund on my card. I hope this was a honest mistake and not a service agent taking advantage of a woman.

Everyone there has been very helpful especially my sales agent Jerry he took his time and made sure that I was completely happy with the car that I chose.     My father went to get a simple oil change which usually cost no more than $90 and was charged over $400. The person who assisted him took advantage of the language difference. He asked for an oil change and for a light bulb to be changed, services that were not requested were performed and charged. My dad is on a fixed income and was not prepared to pay over $400 for an oil change. This is the 2nd time that something like this has happened at this location, there for it is the last time he will be going to Nissan for services because nothing was done about the 1st time he was taken advantage of.

    Just want to give a shout out to the managers and especially Bob Williams at AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines. We have worked with Bob for many years when it comes to purchasing and leasing our cars. On October 22 we went into the dealership to turn in our current lease and get a new one. As usual Bob helped us by making the process quick and easy. We completed the purchase and left the dealership around 9pm that evening to drive home to palm coast( yes we are loyal to Bob Williams and the excellent customer service he provides every time) We started on I-75 which is only a few miles from the dealership when the cars rear tire started to lose air. We were able to drive off the road at the next exit and call the dealership. They put us in contact with Nissan roadside assistance to come and pick up the car and return to the dealership. Bob and the Manager at the dealership made sure we had a hotel to stay at until we could get our car back the next day. On the next day they realized they didn't have the tire available because it was Sunday and the service department was closed. Again they made sure we could get home by giving us a loaner car to drive home. The next day they put a new tire on the car we purchased and sent it to us on a flatbed truck and picked up the loaner. We are very grateful for the excellent customer service that weekend. Thank you Bob and everyone who helped us that weekend at AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines. The King Family

    I arrived at my scheduled appointment early. And I was promptly greeted by the service intake worker who checked me in. Less than five minutes, Champ, my service advisor, was there to complete checking me in and asking me what type of service my vehicle needed. I proceeded to tell him about my car not starting (I believe it was the battery which was still possibly under warranty) and to check my brakes. Even though Champ offered me to wait in customer's waiting room, I choose to leave the vehicle and have Champ call me (if anything else was needed and when the vehicle was ready. Which Champ did call me and informed me that my vehicle was ready, the battery was under warranty, and that my brakes were OK. Once I back to pick up my car, I went straight to the cashier and checked out. Everything was great. Until I received an emailed at 5:47pm stating that third reminder, don't delay essential brakes and tire service. That was one of the reasons I took my car to be serviced. However, this creates an inconvenience for me and my family when this service could have been done during this same visit/day. Believe me, I do know and understand that mistakes and miscommunication do happen. For me, my family and friends who ride in my car safety is important me; so, I will have my brakes serviced.     Been here twice to service my car and each time I’ve been very happy about how these guys operate. They communicate clearly as to what needs to be repaired/replaced and what doesn’t. Both times I went there, they were nice enough to shuttle me to and back from work, which beats sitting around all day waiting for your car to get repaired. Overall I’m very happy with this place and I will keep coming back here for my car service.

    Being in the car market in ‘22 has been tough. But I managed to find exactly what I wanted at an amazing price at this store. I called up to check it’s availability and out the door price and luckily I managed to wind up with Bob Williams being my salesman. I love 6 hours out of state from this store but he made sure they held the car for me until I could make it down. He only gave me what I asked and didn’t try to sake me anything I didn’t want. As this was my first time buying a car on my own I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. He kept clear communication, helped walk me through the process, held the car for me to fly down, and over all just made this a pleasant experience. The whole process went super smoothly and I was out and on the road in no time. If you’re looking to buy from this store ask for Bob (Robert) Williams.     The web user experience to book a maintenance appointment was positive. At the service desk, I was promptly received and registered for the work. My car's oil change and tire rotation were done quickly and I'm confident that the oil / filter matched Nissan's specs for my car. Also, the carpets were vacuumed well. Customer services was excellent and courteous.

    Great service and staff. Clean lounge with snacks and drinks. I am not sure what was the point of making an appointment for your car to be serviced at a particular time if it won't be honored. I understand some services might take longer than expected to attend but I would think that having being there for decades they would have accounted for those in their booking availabilities. I scheduled an oil change for 3:00pm, got there at 2:47pm and my car got serviced around 4:30pm. Could have been worse so I am grateful. They did vacuum my car though. I hoped they'd wash it too like the Nissan dealership I had an oil change previous time.

    I enjoyed my experience very much! Yamel Perez was lovely to work with. He made my experience much easier than I thought it would be. He seemed just as excited as me which made it better in my opinion. The only trouble I had was with the finance manager. I felt pushed into getting coverage that I didn't feel was necessary.     Great experience! Told the salesperson Raul I was looking for a SUV and he showed me a few cars. Took one out for a test drive and loved the car. Raul is a nice person and listened to all my needs. He also worked with the manager to work around the monthly payments to match my needs. Excellent experience! Raul is highflying recommend.

    Decided to buy out my least after having an amazing experience with it. When to the dealer without an appointment I was greeted by Oriana Rodriguez. She helped me with my buy out process. She asked me a couple of questions to verify exactly my goals with the vehicle, What Ill like my payment to be around, If I was interested in any new vehicle, and how was my experience leasing the vehicle. She help me out to the best of her ability. Overall she made the process very easy and quick, Very friendly, Had great communication, and knowledgeable. The whole process took about 2-3 hours and I left as a happy customer with my vehicle. I recommend her for any of your car leasing or buying needs.
