This company is fabulous for all occasions!! We recently had a 4 year old birthday and a baby naming a month later and used this company for all of the decor including balloons, tables, a tent, and bounce house. They are very professional and attentive and made my last-minute party planning very easy and stress free! The balloons and centerpieces were also beautiful! I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them for years to come!

I have used this company a few times before. Most recently, I had a reservation that needed to be rescheduled due to a hurricane that impacted my home. I rescheduled it for a later time and had to postpone that function due to Covid19 and the quarantine restrictions that were in place. Everything was shut down for about 6 months. That means we could not have a function during that time. I contacted Yeddy, manager, and after a lot of back and forth advised she would speak with the owners and see what they could do. They allowed me to reschedule my reservation until the middle of December and advised they will not change the date again. I explained these circumstances are beyond either of our control and just as other companies are waiving change and cancellation fees, etc, I expected them to be more flexible. They were not reasonable enough to extend my contract by the six months we were shut down. Now, we are faced with a worse situation than when Covid19 originally began, cannot congregate again and I am left with having to cancel my function again. So now, I will lose my deposit with the company who is not willing to reschedule my reservation due to the pandemic, on top of being a repeat customer. I am highly disappointed and can promise we will not be using this company in the future nor recommend them anymore.

So disappointed by this company. I had high hopes because they were highly recommended, but after much thought, I will not use them again. First, I was told by the owner Yeti/Yedy that we are to pay the balance the day of the party. Someway, somehow, my husband had already paid for it and when I asked her how to pay, she said they only accepted cash at that moment. My husband overheard and was outraged and coincidentally “checked” and saw that we had paid in full. We asked for the Never Never Land package. I paid an EXTRA $125 for my horses to be unicorns. The website and Yeti gave me false advertising because I was lead to believe that I would get a white horse decked out and painted as a unicorn. I got two brown ponies with broken tutus that kept falling off and dirty horns. It’s safe to say that I felt completely disheartened and unsatisfied. Here’s the kicker: our cotton candy machine didn’t work (it was part of the package). After paying over $450 for everything, they only refunded me $25. I am a person of principles, and I would’ve loved to use them again, but there’s no way I (or anyone else) should do business with them.

Awful costumer service and more expensive than any other vendor. Contacted them for ponies for my oldest daughter, payed half of it (as required), they did not have their schedules right so it did not work because the park was almost closed for the time they had available and had to cancelled. THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS!!! (in this Country where you can basically return anything), so I have "Credit" for which im planning to use with my youngest daughter. Called several times to change options because my youngest does not want ponies; only replies I got are generic and impersonal texts. Characters are almost doubled in prize than other party event planners!!! Now I am stuck with ponies and the worst costumer service I have ever experience from any vendor... Catering was suppose to be appetizers style, passed, around but staff was missing trays and wasn’t ready for that, so all the food stood in the containers and got soggy. 2 hours after the event started my guests were so hungry they just serves themselves. Tried to call the management during the event they didn’t pick up. I also emailed and haven’t heard back so had to email and call again didn’t get any compensation

Despite explicitly requesting to have catered food served, the three people working the event just sat in the corner on their phones and did nothing to serve the food. many of the guests did not even know the food was there. Also, a faulty generator was sent and nothing was done to fix this at the time. When we called to ask for some help to solve the issues we faced, the owner called my wife a c*nt!! very trashy company

I used Magical Moments for my nieces first birthday party. The chairs were in great shape and the kids loved the bounce house. Everyone I dealt with (from booking to them setting up and taking down) were extremely professional and friendly! I will definitely use them again!!! Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Magical Moments Party Rental for exceptional service. Yedy was absolutely amazing! She was courteous and patient after many revisions until final invoice. The customer service was top notch. We rented several bounce houses, tents, cotton candy & face painters. I must say I was extremely pleased. We went over our allotted time and Yedt called me to confirm if I needed additional time (which I did) and I was so grateful l. I will definitely utilize this company for future events. 10 star rating I just say!

I wanted to share how thrilled I was with the services I received from Magical Moments! The bounce house was in great shape and kept all the kids very busy! They have a huge selection to choose from and I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a fair price. The ponies were also beautiful and the handler's were great. They were so friendly with all of the kids and had them trotting around the whole time. My guests kept saying these were the best pony rides their kids had ever had. The best service from beginning to end! I love the customer service they provided over the phone and the services the guys who deliver the items gave me as well. My daughter was extremely happy when the ponies arrived; on time of course. The sweetess ponies I have ever seen. And the clown was amazing at face painting. Especially with my crazy family lol. The bounce house was clean and everything was just perfect. Thank you magical moments I will definitely call you for my next event.

this is my second year using their services. first year, I had a face painter and ponies. Ponies are beautiful however the face painter was mute and I could do better painting than her (I suck at painting). they are on time and prices are just like everybody else. after I provided my feedback no follow up was done. Their year I talk to Ashley about my experience last year and she assured me that they have fixed the issues and to give them another chance. I hired another face painter that dress up like Anna from Frozen (frozen Theme party) and the bounce house. the castle bounce house was supposed to have the Frozen theme offered by Ashley, one of the owners I guess. They deliver the bounce house on time but with no theme...I called all the numbers that I had from them to let them know it was missing that and NOBODY answer the phone the rest of the day. I left a voice mail and nobody called back not even to apologize and let me know that it could not be done. I called 2 days later and the other assistant answer the phone (not Ashley) and when I told her about the theme and the bounce house...her basic answer was (after Ashley had reassure me several times that she had the theme available, and I mean several times I called her and triple check the order) "we do not have that written in the contract so you should have check better". to say the LEAST , I will never do business with them again and not for the fact that they did not meet the commitment but because their customer service SUCKS!!!
